New Food Truck Bougie Foodie Opens With Desserts in North Austin | Eater Austin

"A new dessert-focused food truck that opened at Hamilton Food Truck Park on November 4 serves an assortment of upscale sweets—cookie-butter Rice Krispies treats, salty caramel bars, cookies, and a boozy bread pudding made from owner Brianna Cryar’s grandmother Mimi’s recipe—along with lemonade, coffee drinks, and ice cream. The operation began in March 2022 in Salt Lake City and, after moving to Austin, has continued delivery from Ghostline Kitchens while expanding into a trailer with a slightly larger menu; desserts are also available in larger quantities for catering and holiday orders. Current hours are Wednesday 9 a.m.–noon; Thursday 9–11 a.m.; Friday 10 a.m.–noon and 5–8 p.m.; and Saturday–Sunday 10 a.m.–2 p.m. and 5–8 p.m." - Erin Russell

If you’re searching for the ultimate dessert destination in Austin, look no further. The Bougie Foodie is an absolute must-try! Every dessert here is crafted to perfection, both in flavor and presentation. The Choco Chip Cookie Mountain and Choco Peanut Butter Chip Cookie Mountain are pure bliss—rich, decadent, and unforgettable. And Mimi’s Boozy Bread Pudding? Next-level indulgence. Each bite feels like a masterpiece. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this spot deserves to be at the top of your foodie bucket list.

If you like Levain etc style cookies this place is a MUST!! The owner is so friendly and passionate. The variety of treats is wide and she keeps them fresh and usually warm. The cinnamon bun is legendary. Cookies doughy inside with lots of choc chips. Rice Krispies really nice and gooey. We had to come back two weeks in a row and will be regulars 😂

Honestly the BEST dessert spot I’ve ever visited. Everything on the menu looks absolutely delicious and you can taste the love they put into their cookies. Will definitely be returning before traveling back home to take some to-go with me. If I could give 10 stars I would! Love love love this place

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Bougie Foodie Co. is truly a dessert lover’s dream in Austin! We tried the gooey Brioche Cinnamon Roll (a weekend special), the viral Crookie (also a weekend special), the iconic Choco Chip Cookie Mountain, the Choco Peanut Butter Mountain, and of course, Mimi’s famous Boozy Bread Pudding. Every single thing we ordered was incredible — rich, unique, and clearly made with so much love. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can tell the team really cares about creating something special for the Austin community. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is a must-stop for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Holy moley...one of the best bakery. When you walk in you are welcomed by awesome cookie smells. ADA wheelchair accessible. From rice crispy treats to the most moist cookies...yummy...no fur friends allowed in...no patio..a very friendly staff...I'll be back a lot.

I recently had the opportunity to try the Bougie Foodie. I messaged the owner one day begging her to come up north because driving downtown isn’t something I do frequently. About a month later she offered up the opportunity to us north people to place an order and she would deliver. I jumped on the chance. I ordered a variety of things but oh my gosh, the chocolate chip cookie and the brookie were heaven. They were still warm and gooey inside. I can’t begin to describe these treats but I can tell you I will keep coming back. They surpassed my expectations and given the size of the food it’s worth every penny. Now it would be worth the drive to get more. RUN and try everything she has to offer and support the sweetest small business owner!

We first ordered this place on DoorDash but decided to go in person today. We got the chocolate chip cookies, Brookie, and hello dolly. All literally so delicious!! Seriously some of the best cookies ever. They also were super friendly! She said if you bring the milk reusable glass bottles back you get $2 off the order. So cool!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted which was wonderful! The service was soooo nice! I got the chocolate peanut butter cookie and it was huge and DELICIOUS!!!! I will 100% be back. The cookies are about $6 but with how big and delicious they are it is fully worth it!
