The Boulevard

Just moved in about a week ago, and I love this place so much! Antonio is very friendly and helpful, always solving my problems promptly. The apartment is just as advertised. High ceiling, clean, bright, and quiet. They also offer amenities such as a gym, club room, interior courtyard, etc. It is also nice that there is a coffee machine and printer. Gated parking structure directly connected to the building makes me feel safe. However, one of the issues I have is to find my packages in the mailroom. There are so many items packed up in the small room, so it takes long time to find my own packages. Additionally, the power is often cut off itself when I use a hair dryer, and I need to reset the tripped breaker to make it work again. Hope the management can improve these issues in some way. All in all, I still look forward to making this place my new home!

Apartments are nice but please hire people in the office that actually like their job. Mariah and camryn seem to not. Very dismissive and nonchalant, when you ask questions its like you’re annoying or being an inconvenience to her. She has very little customer service skills. The experience with the office staff alone made me not want the apartment.

This apartment complex is so nice! The girl who i went on tour with Shaina showed me the 1 bedroom . The work out roomis fully equipped, spacious and it has mirrors! Love that! The washer/dryer being inside the apartment is on my list as well as a the gym. The location is perfect, its close to my job. I loved the tour so much she was very sweet I'm looking forward to moving here.

Got to tour the 1 bedroom units with and without a den. Looking forward to moving into this community. Feels more like home than our current set up, not to mention the amenities you’ll need like a dishwasher and in unit laundry!

My girlfriend lives in this building I’ve had a really bad experience living at this apartment complex with her. The management is extremely unprofessional, and the customer service is terrible. Maintenance workers have come into her apartment without any notice or permission, which is completely unacceptable and made her feel unsafe — especially as a woman being alone some nights. Getting in touch with management is almost impossible, and when you finally do, they’re dismissive or unresponsive and don’t take concerns seriously. The lack of communication and respect for residents here is unbelievable. If you’re looking for a place to live, I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere. This place needs major changes in how they treat their tenants.

After being a tenant at The Boulevard Apartments for several years, I recently experienced a serious maintenance issue during a transitional period in management. That’s when Angie stepped in and completely exceeded my expectations. Her support and responsiveness made me feel more valued than ever before as a resident. Thanks to Angie’s leadership, I’ve witnessed a real shift in the environment—more cleanliness, helpfulness, and overall positivity. I genuinely love where I live, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who contributes to creating such a great residential experience here. Thank you!!!!

Been living here 10 months Pros: building is luxury in regards to appliances, amenities etc. safe area. Nice staff. Cons: there is no system in place for packages. There is a package room however it’s only open during leasing office hours (Mon-Sat 9/10am- 6pm). Amazon will leave your package outside the building if the leasing office is closed. Obviously packages go missing. Leasing office is also closed for tours etc so getting your packages can be a hassle. There’s never a “will return” sign you’ll just go and the door will be locked. There is no system in place to allow guest into the building. There’s a call box outside but it does not work and has not worked since I moved in. Though it was stated this would be fixed. Elevator and door entrance requires key fob (great for security) however this could alleviate issues with packages being delivered if the call box worked or we could let our guest inside instead of waiting outside. trash is typically on the ground throughout the building. No cleaning crew on the weekend so trash will be there a few days. Will come back to update

I want to give a big shout out to Stephanie Jordan, one of their Property Managers. She was extremely helpful during a difficult time and went above and beyond to assist me! Being a resident here for three years, with other property managers who were not as helpful, she was a breath of fresh air!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service that both my partner and I have received from this establishment. My partner and I's first tour was in November of 2024 with Za'Kira. We were extremely pleased with the initial interaction we had with Za'Kira, along with the location and cost. My partner and I decided to be placed on a waitlist because we were not moving until March of 2025. The waitlist required my partner and I to apply for the application which cost us a total of $120 in application fees which we ended up getting approved instantly. We stayed in contact with Za'Kira via Email on a week-to-week basis to make her aware that we are still interested. January rolls around and we decided to schedule another tour with Za'Kira for Wednesday January 22nd, 2025, for 5:15 PM. When we arrived at our scheduled time the leasing office was locked. We tried calling but could not get ahold of anyone. We had to be let in by a resident and still had to wait until the leasing agent showed up which was odd because we scheduled an appointment with Za'Kira for 5:15 PM. Ten minutes rolled by and we met with a leasing agent by the name of Antonio who we found out works at the Piquette Flats but was filling in for Za'Kira because she was sick. We did not receive any notice that Za'Kira would be out sick and that we would be meeting with another agent who does not even work at The Boulevard. Antonio did the best he could to help us tour the apartments even though he did not know much about pricing or units. But we decided to give him grace because you could tell he was not made aware that he would be giving us a tour at 5:15 PM. We were displeased with the tour from Antiono so we reached out to Za'Kira the following day to inform her of what had occurred, and we requested to schedule another tour directly with her so that we could select our apartment in a timely manner. Keep in mind that we will be moving in March, so my partner and I wanted to make sure we select our apartment by the time March rolls around. Za'Kira was able to set up another tour for Saturday January 25th, 2025, at 2:30 PM. We arrived at the appointment, and we went over many units that were available and within our price range. We explained to Za'Kira that we would like the sixth floor (top floor), which she located one for us that fits our needs and more. My partner and I fell in love with the unit and decided that this would be the unit we selected. Za'Kira updated our profile to match the apartment we selected. February rolls by and my partner was left a voicemail by the property manager whose name we did not get, stating that she changed our apartment to the fifth floor without speaking to us prior to the change. In disbelief with little communication from the property manager or Za'Kira. We sent an email stating our frustrations in which we did not get any sort of response from either parties. We were provided an email to contact the property manager (mrobinson@beztak.com) and which we did on February 6th which we have yet to hear anything back and here it is 02/12. They ended up canceling our application without any response back from the property manager or Za'Kira and we were supposed to move in March 10th. Very unprofessional and proceed with caution when dealing with this establishment.
