The Branca Room

We had an incredible Speakeasy experience thanks to James! Our cocktails were fantastic, special recommendation for Quill & Dagger. Even the non-cocktail drinker in our group enjoyed the special drink James made him. We also recommend eating at Chimichurri in front, the food was fantastic!

Speakeasy inside a restaurant with an intimate atmosphere. Cool presentation of drinks. The cocktail menu is a bit limited because of the Branca focus. And unfortunately no bar seating - only tables. However, still a nice speakeasy worth checking out!

James was amazing. Bohemian Grove drink was amazing. I tried 3 drinks and the other two were not top notch. The vibe is great and it’s a cozy speakeasy. Will go back again for sure. It is located on the backside of the Chimichuri Restaurant. You can enter through the restaurant as well. The entrance is opposite to the restrooms.

I can't say enough good things about this place. There are several speakeasies in Dallas, but this is so intimate and the concept is so cool, I think it's my favorite. You owe it to yourself try one of the Amaro flights and educate yourself a bit about the spirit. You can tell the owner truly has a passion for it. Awesome place and Alexa was so sweet and welcoming! They also have special events, like the Fernet Branca masterclass! ❤️❤️❤️

If you’re looking for Amaro, they have a good selection. I found something new for me that was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and they made the visit very enjoyable. My fiancé enjoyed the cocktail she ordered, it was served in a rose glass!

I found this hidden gem on TikTok and I'm glad I went. It is very small and intimate and perfect for date nights. The service was good and the drinks were ever better. I got an espresso martini which was very delicious. I can't wait to come back!

Happened upon this place on my way to get some records. It is a cool speakeasy. Love the decor and the creativeness of the cocktails. The drink I ordered had a lot of layers and was very well presented. The owner came by to speak and was very personable. The music was also a good vibe.

What didn't take this review to at least a 4 star was because at the end, they add on a $20 service fee on top of your hefty priced drinks. That's a shame too because the drinks are refreshing with edible garnishes on some. The service is great. They rung a bell and gave whoever were in the room complimentary in-house made shots, which was good. I want to say we paid for those shots with that extra $20 they tacked on at the end. Not sure we'll be back.

Great experience. Loved it and all the amazing fernet humans. While my personal experience was rough it was not in any way the fault of the business but a one-off of an ego-driven tarot card reader who never knew me. This space and the people in it are beautiful. They are so thoughtful about their menu and those who work there have a heart of gold

This is one of my favorite bars in Dallas! It has a speakeasy vibe, but is fairly easy to find, and the hosts help lead you to the door if you ask. Walking in, I was welcomed by the friendly staff and a nice ambiance. I was impressed with the creativity of the menu. I got the Elder of Zion cocktail, and it was such a fun presentation! It was so tasty, not too sweet or overwhelming. I especially enjoyed seeing all the different drinks brought out. I will definitely be back and look forward to trying their whole cocktail menu!

Checked this spot out a while ago. We entered from the back alley, which led me to believe this was going to be a great time. The room is tiny with limited seating. The service was painfully slow- 45 minutes for 2 cocktails and then another 45 minutes after check was asked for. Drinks looked cool but tasted okay. Ambiance was fun and there was even some people getting tattoos in the back room.

I found this speakeasy on TikTok and I was underwhelmed. Logistics: We came in on a Thursday around 9:30 pm after eating at Chimichurri. There was only one other couple there so the vibe was dead. It did slowly start filling up as the night progressed. The speakeasy is located inside the restaurant so it's convenient for after dinner drinks. Also, the restaurant closes at 9pm so I don't know how people visit the speakeasy since they're open until 2 am. I assume there's an entrance from the alley?? Drinks: The drinks are fun and quirky, but that's it. Mine came in a fish bowl, but I didn't really enjoy it. I got it because it's tequila based but you can't really taste the tequila at all. I might have enjoyed this bar if I didn't recently visit another amaro based bar in Austin, Milonga Room, and that place does it better. Also, we asked our server for his recommendations and he doesn't drink. I thought that was weird. It's like getting a tattoo from a tattoo artist with no tattoos.

The drinks were good not great. What drove their review down, was they add a 20% service charge automatically on drinks that are already $16 a piece. Nothing on the menu warns of this - creates a negative experience. If you want to charge more - update your prices.

The atmosphere here is everything I love. Smooth and inviting, yet electric. Eccentric drinks and especially lovely service by Alexa.

James the owner and manager is always so nice and welcoming. He truly wants every guest to enjoy their time here. Very good craft cocktails that will light up your eyes when they're served. Best speakeasy in Dallas and I've even seen some Mavericks players here!

Best place for cocktails, good 80s/90s vibes, and staff that treats you like family. Presentation of the drinks is amazing.

The Branca Room is inside of the restaurant Chimichurri Argentina. It is not advertised or branded as it calls itself a speakeasy type of bar. There is nothing grand about the bar or special inside of it besides the fact that it is more exclusive as it is only for people in the know about it. They specialize in upscale cocktails. They have some really unique cocktails that I have never had before and they come in specialty glasses--one cocktail came in a glass shaped like a fish with a flashing light inside of it which made it change colors. Another cocktail came out in glass shaped as a long stem rose, so very unique. I will say it added to the experience, but with a price tag associated. Each drink cost $16 a piece. My wife and I had two drinks a piece and they brought out our bill, and they had automatically added a 20% gratuity, so for four drinks plus 20% gratuity...those drinks cost us $80. It was fun, but not sure it was worth the price tag.

Hands down my favorite spot in Bishop Arts to grab a drink on the weekends. The craft cocktails here are incredible, along with the staff and ambiance. Definitely a Must Visit if you're in the neighborhood!

AWESOMEEEE, Goat place . If I were to be so wet and be comfortable it would be this place . Other than my humor, place is extremely elegant.

Best speakeasy in Dallas, if you're in the Bishop Arts District, stop by here for some delicious cocktails and phenomenal service.

My fiancé and I stopped in and all I can say is WOW! Fantastic music, fantastic people and over all amazing vibe. I can not recommend enough!!!

Came here to have dinner with my mom and fiancé, (at the restaurant) and then went inside to have a cocktail at this new speakeasy. I have came back a few times since then. Love this place!
