24/7 Brass Fork opens at Palace Station | Eater Vegas

"Occupying the former Grand Cafe space with 194 seats and a full-service bar, this 24-hour comfort-food restaurant serves breakfast through dinner with both traditional and inventive dishes. Mornings feature classics—omelets, Eggs Benedict, hashes, chicken-fried steak, ham chops and eggs, pancakes, waffles and French toast—alongside twisty options like miso crab or chicken-enchilada omelets, peach cobbler pancakes, waffle-pressed doughnuts and funnel cake French toast; healthier offerings include a vegan loco moco and chia seed pudding. Lunch and dinner highlight shareable and global-leaning plates such as Cuban fries with mojo pork, a ham-and-Swiss fondue, a mezze board, crab Rangoon–topped flatbreads, a panini grilled cheese and a muffaletta, plus burgers (French onion and surf-and-turf) and entrees like New York steak frites, barbecue meatballs over mac and cheese, meatloaf, hearth-oven brick chicken and fish and chips. The beverage program ranges from bloody Marys and Champagne cocktails to boozy and nonalcoholic shakes (including a matcha shake with vodka and white chocolate liqueur and a chocolate-peanut-butter-banana shake with banana whiskey), fresh-pressed juices such as a Detox blend, and nitro cold brews and teas. Desserts and a pastry shop round out the offering with a self-serve soft-serve station, chocolate-dipped homemade waffle cones, massive chocolate-covered apples, a salted caramel brownie parfait, red velvet cake, muffins, cookies, macaroons and doughnuts." - Susan Stapleton

Palace Station opens Brass Fork Kitchen & Bar in March | Eater Vegas

"Opening 24/7 inside Palace Station and occupying the former Grand Cafe space with 194 seats, a full-service bar, and a pastry shop, this comfort-food–forward restaurant serves breakfast through dinner with both classic and novelty offerings. Breakfast and brunch items range from eggs Benedicts, hashes, chicken-fried steak, ham chops and eggs, pancakes, waffles, and French toast to playful plates like peach cobbler pancakes, funnel cake French toast, and waffle-pressed doughnuts topped with bacon, maple, and coffee icing; a vegan loco moco is also available. The savory menu includes distinctive starters and sandwiches such as Cuban fries with mojo pork, ham and Swiss fondue, a crab Rangoon flatbread with cream cheese and crispy wontons, a panini grilled cheese, a muffaletta-style sandwich, and burgers including a French onion burger and a surf-and-turf burger. Heartier entrees feature New York steak frites, barbecue meatballs on mac and cheese, meatloaf, hearth-oven brick chicken, fish and chips, and miso crab enchiladas. The beverage program offers bloody Marys, Champagne cocktails, boozy and non-alcoholic shakes (including a green tea matcha shake with vodka and white chocolate liqueur and a chocolate peanut butter banana with banana whiskey), fresh-pressed juices, nitro cold-brew coffee, and teas. Desserts and baked goods are a focus, with an in-house bakery producing muffins, cookies, cakes, macaroons, and doughnuts plus an ice-cream cone station with house-made waffle cones and dipped chocolate-and-candy toppings, chocolate-covered apples, sundaes, a salted caramel brownie parfait, and red velvet cake." - Susan Stapleton

Google
Stayed at Palace station for a local staycation and went to the Brass Fork late at night a few times for their deals! The steak and eggs and pancakes are amazing with the steak done according to how you want it without error! Service is very good and staff are friendly and patient. The place has a luxurious bar feel while also having great comfort food! Late at night has the best deals with the station player card you can get for free!

Google
I saw this place being promoted on social media and reluctantly gave it a shot. I went for breakfast and chose the Lucky 3 special; eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes. The price was very reasonable and the restaurant was very clean. What blew me away was the high level of customer service provided by Domo (Dominic) and the pancakes 🥞. Domo was on top of his gave and very attentive. Top notch customer service. Now their pancakes, some of the best I had in my life. I had them plain with butter and syrup, nothing fancy and nothing else added. Some of the most fluffiest and delicious pancakes I ever had. They also have super affordable specials from 11 pm to 5 am. I never considered this place to visit but after the customer service received today, I can honestly say I would visit the restaurant and probably stay here as my regular hotel.

Google
We do love The Brass Fork and Bar. Lots to choose from with delicious meals including breakfast and homemade pastries. and I am pretty sure they are open 24 hrs. We always get excellent service here and sometimes there is a little wait time but not always. Handicapped assessable with plenty of free parking, kid friendly too.

Google
The food here is so good as well as the prices. Definitely worth your money. You can never go wrong with the club sandwich its so big and filling! The pancakes and other breakfast items are super good as well. The only issue was that our server brought us our food and then never came back so we were just sitting for awhile until we had to call a random server to help, but then nobody could figure out how to help us or who our server was until a long time...

Google
The last two times I've been here, the service has been great. I was solo so I sat at the bar. The first time I ordered the burger special which was much better than any fast food burger plus the price was less!! The second time I got a steak. It was also good. Good sized portion for both and flavorful. No complaints.

Google
We tried the cheeseburger and fries special that’s only available with a Boarding Pass Player’s Card, and for just under $6 it was a solid value. The food itself wasn’t amazing, but it certainly wasn’t bad either, especially considering the price. The burger came hot and fully loaded with tomato, onions, and pickles, and the fries were fresh and served hot as well. Honestly, it was a bit more than we expected for a $6 meal. The service was fine. Our server didn’t seem particularly excited about us ordering only the special, which is understandable, but she was still pleasant and got our food out quickly. Overall, for the price, this is a great deal, and we’ll definitely eat here again when we’re gambling at the casino.

Google
I went to the Brass Fork early Sunday morning around 5:00 a.m. after a night out to try the specials I saw advertised on billboards on the highway. To get the discounted prices, customers must get a player's card from the kiosk across from the restaurant’s entrance by inserting their license, and it’s free. The discounted prices occur from midnight to 6:00 a.m. daily. I planned to order pancakes and eggs, but I added the Deuces Wild, which comes with sausage, your choice of toast, and hash browns. In hindsight, I would have stuck with the pancakes and eggs only because I wasn’t impressed with the Deuces Wild food items. I chuckled when I saw that the sausage had a (0) located next to it on the receipt. I said the sausage had to be a throw-in-for-free item because I didn’t like it at all. The pancakes were mammoth and tasty, and I would return for them. At 3.99, they provide excellent value. I had to get a to-go box to take the pancakes home. My server, Ana, was nice, and security patrolled around the parking garage and greeted me as I walked to my vehicle. I would return to try other specials and order pancakes. However, I would recommend steering clear of the Deuces Wild despite its low price tag.

Google
Decent, quick diner food. Ordered the Grilled cheese with tomato soup, Double cheeseburger with fries, and the Philly Cheese steak to share with wife. Wouldn't get the grilled cheese again. The bread was tasty but other than that nothing outstanding. The soup was okay. The burger was good. All the toppings you'd normally get. Fries were good too. The cheese steak was awesome. They used actual Cheese sauce! We'd go back just for this. We ordered aus jus to go with the cheese steak for a dip but it was basically water with a tiny tiny bit of beef broth. I would call it aus jus. We ordered the chicken Alfredo to go and ate it later. Was good. Probably better if we ate it fresh. We'll definitely go back.

Yelp
If you're ever in the mood for a delicious and hearty meal, The Brass Fork at Palace Station is definitely worth checking out! My family and I stumbled upon this place, and honestly, it was a delightful surprise. The inside is nice and clean, and the staff? Super friendly! Shoutout to our waiter Jose for making us feel so welcome. The menu is simple and easy to read, which is always a win in my book. I was a bit indecisive (you know how it is when you're presented with a whole bunch of tasty options), but we ended up going with the beer-battered fish and chips, turkey dinner plate, cajun shrimp Alfredo pasta, and the calamari appetizer. Let me tell you - the calamari was perfectly crunchy and paired with this delicious sauce that made me want to take a bath in it (okay, maybe not literally, but you get the point). The turkey dinner? Absolutely massive. My mom nearly needed a second stomach to finish that thing off, but she was all in! The cajun shrimp Alfredo pasta was flavorful and the shrimp were perfectly seasoned. As for my fish and chips - crunchy perfection with a mountain of fries on the side. I was honestly shocked by how big the portions were, especially for the price. Talk about a great value! The only little critique I have is that they provide salt and pepper shakers, but I had to add a little more seasoning to my meal, but honestly, that's not the worst thing in the world. Just a minor tweak. Overall, I can't wait to come back and try more from the menu! If you're in the area, give this spot a go. You won't leave hungry, that's for sure!

Yelp
I saw on the website that they had a cheeseburger special for $5.99 that's "Available 24/7". The special is only available for $5.99 from 11 pm - 6 am, not 24/7. So be forewarn. The bar is 1st come, 1st serve. Prices were more than reasonable, especially for a restaurant inside a casino. The staff was very friendly and personable. The food came out fast. My breakfast sandwich came out in less than 10. I got the breakfast sandwich. It was decent. The bacon was a bit tough. The bread looked great cosmetically but did not taste 100% fresh. I would probably not get it again unless the bread the fresher or if I was really hungry and wanted something fast. Ill come back to try the cheeseburger special or if I'm at palace station and the oyster bar is pack.

Yelp
Just an all around solid casino cafe. I have eaten here on every shift, at every hour, and the food and service is always consistent. The prices are reasonable when factoring the proximity to the strip. Anyone looking for good food and service at any hour, this is your place.

Yelp
We decided to stop here at the brass fork inside a palestation before we played bingo. We got a burger and fries for 5.99. Somebody else had a review that said The hamburger special was not 24 hours, but as of February 23rd. It is 5.99 24 hours. Not a bad deal but don't order ranch, or they will charge you an extra dollar ha ha. You have to get a player's card which is free to get the deal. They have more deals starting at eleven pm. It's not fancy so you don't have to dress up. They have booths or tables. They also have a nice selection of desserts that you can eat here or take home.

Yelp
The Brass Fork at Palace Station Casino is open 24/7 . The restaurant has a clean welcoming atmosphere, and the waitstaff were all friendly. I dined here two times on our recent stay, and each experience was enjoyable . The best part was their late night cravings menu. Every Day from 11pm-6am they have great specials starting at $3.99 for a stack of pancakes to $9.99 for steak and eggs. They also have an all day $5.99 cheeseburger special for all club card holders. Even if you don't dine here late night , the all day menu has a full array of classic comfort foods at a great value. If you just have a sweet tooth craving , they have a dedicated pastry shop at the entrance that has all the goodie's.

Yelp
Came in for a work lunch meeting with community partners. They recommended this restaurant and I absolutely loved it!! I had the Egg white omelette with bacon & sausage, and French Toast with blueberries and strawberries. Absolutely loved it! The service was exceptional and they were so welcoming. I didn't know this was in the palace station and there has been some renovations to palace station so the ambiance was beautiful! Thank you all so much for serving us, I definitely will be back!

Yelp
This used to be a nice little coffee shop, but I guess they're following the trend of putting together the cheapest quality they can get away with. Anyway, they must have changed the meat on the Salsbury steak - tough and tasteless. The omelette was bland and no English muffins or home fries, just that undercooked processed shredded hash browns - yuk! Oh, and not enough staff. I'll never go back.

Yelp
Decided to try this Brass Fork location at Palace Station since we have previously ate at the one in Santa Fe Station. The amount of food and quality for the price is very good. They have a great selection on the menu that includes steaks, pasta, seafood, sandwiches, salads and of course anytime breakfast so there is essentially something for everyone. Servers are friendly, and dine in area atmosphere is nice. Overall, a very good resturant.

Yelp
I had the chance to try The Brass Fork last week. I had a food voucher and a few points on my player's card, so I used them to get dinner. I ordered Calamari Fries and Cajun Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo to-go. The calamari was tender. It didnt have the usual chewiness of calamari but it was still amazing. The aioli that came with it was a great complement. The alfredo pasta was creamy and delicious. The cajun chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I was honestly impressed. I came back a couple of days ago with a friend and dined in. We started with calamari, of course, and a bowl of clam chowder. My friend ordered chicken parmesan. I went with the Country Fried Steak, which came with hashbrowns, 2 eggs, and a choice of biscuit or toast. I went with the biscuit. The country fried steak was decent, but the gravy was a bit bland, so I had to add salt and pepper. I also had a chance to try the chicken parm and it was great, although my friend found the pasta a bit too sour for her taste. The clam chowder, was outstanding! It was creamy, flavorful, and they definitely didn't skimp on the seafood. Prices were reasonable, the place was clean, and the service was great. Our server was accommodating and made sure we were comfortable.

Yelp
The Brass Fork 24/7 Restaurant in Palace Station has excellent food. I think it's a hidden gem and too underrated. I've eaten here 3x during my stay and every single time it's been very enjoyable. Meals are served quickly and service is with a smile. All the wait staff are personable and really take extra good care of you. Food portions are very generous and plated beautifully. I had a colorful fruit plate with Greek yogurt that was very refreshing with a nice variety of chilled cut fruits. Breakfast entrees were delicious with no oil on the plates! The French toast was warm along side syrup with a delicious custard flavor. The NY strip steak dinner was cooked perfectly and 10x better than the Charcoal Rooms steaks at almost 1/2 the price. No line or reservations needed! I'd definitely come back to dine here! Excellent service, food, atmosphere at reasonable prices! Thank You Brass Fork staff and chefs for all the fantastic meals!! Don't change a thing ~

Yelp
We didn't even get a chance to get into this establishment. The minute we walked up to the counter the hostess was extremely rude and yelled "it's gonna be a 30 minute wait!" I told her to calm down and she expressed without me asking that they were under staffed......as we looked at the restaurant it was less than 50% full. We were so unimpressed by the hospitality we just went somewhere else. If that is how the staff treats customers I can only imagine how the food is . Very disappointing.

Yelp
We were so happy to notice this restaurant was open late! We were at a tournament and starving when we got back to the hotel and this place was where we headed. It's a nice, sit down, restaurant towards the back of the hotel. There's also a great bakery type counter just outside the doors with all kinds of yummy things and coffee. The Brass Fork offers a large menu with everything from breakfast to dinner offered. We chose the French dip sandwich and the French onion Salisbury steak. Both dishes were tasty and served hot. The sides were all good and everything was well seasoned. It's a great place to have a meal, especially if you don't want to venture out into town while staying at Palace Station.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
The Brass Fork is a great option while staying or visiting Santa Fe Station. I was flying solo this trip and just wanted a decent place to sit down and enjoy some time alone. I ate here once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both times were positive experiences with different waitresses. The French Dip was great. Fries were so-so. Cocktails were REALLY good! Service was great, too! I had a Belgian Waffle and coffee in morning. Both were good, and the waitress was friendly and kept my coffee full and table bussed. This isn't Michelin-Star dining. So just go in knowing that, and be kind to wait staff. You'll have a nice meal and experience!

Yelp
Located in Sunset Station in Henderson, NV, the Brass Fork offers excellent all day dining for great prices. Came for breakfast and the mushroom/spinach omelette was delicious with a side of hash browns and a biscuit. The avocado toast with poached eggs is also a wonderful choice! Check out this restaurant if you are near Henderson
google avatar

Yelp
Best club sandwich I ever had! The fries were perfect pair as well. I was surprised and the prices are still reasonable!

Yelp
It's not often that you find a little gem in Vegas, but this cafe is truly a hidden secret. I'll give you a few impressive impressions I've had. A majority of the menu tasted exceptional. It was both fresh and made to order. So each item has great flavor and texture. Also, the service has been top notch which made my last stay at the Palace Station where we dine there 3 times. Of course it helped we got restaurant comps, but besides that I would definitely revisit this restaurant. Ok for the food. The items I say are super duper delicious is the prime rib daily 4pm-9pm so if you're one of the lucky few who can get their hands on the perfect slice of tender prime rib, do get it. Next we loved their cut of the steak and eggs. That steak reminds me of a rich wagyu cut. Every bite was buttery and melts in your mouth. Always get their home fries, that pairs so well with the steak and eggs. Lastly, the fish and chips is way better than most on the strip. It's airy, not that greasy and pairs well with malt vinegar and tatr sauce. Their chips aka fries are crispy and flavored exactly to perfection. The dishes I would order again were the Salisbury Steak, country fries steak, or chicken Parmesan. They were a bit underwhelming. Overall, there's never really a wait to dine here, great service, and exceptional value with quality of food from this cafe. It's a yes for me to revisit this restaurant vs. waiting for the pan roast from the oyster bar. I feel like the oyster quality and flavor has gone extremely down hill. That is why the line is not as long as 10 years ago.

Yelp
Located in Palace station right as you walk into the casino area. Decided we wanted something quick, so we came here. There were only a few people there when we went, so it was pretty quiet. They do have a few t.v.s. Right where you check in, they have a little bakery section and you can also get coffee. Our waitress was really nice and always checked on us. I decided on lunch and my boyfriend got breakfast. I really enjoyed my side salad. It tasted fresh, had a great portion of dressing and was the perfect size . I got the classic burger but with no cheese, onions or tomato( don't judge me .) The waitress gave us plenty of dipping sauces to Choose from. The burger was a bit well done so I have to add lots of dressing to it. The fries were really good. My boyfriend got hash browns and an egg sandwich. It was okay but he didn't finish it. I'd definitely come back to try a few other things. Prices are pretty fair. Considering being in a hotel in Vegas. Place was pretty clean. They don't have bathrooms inside but there is one right as you exit where you walk in. Going towards the reception area. Just go up the stairs/ramp. You pay at the bakery.

Yelp
Yelp Review 2023 #285: We needed a quick bite to eat before catching a movie. We only had an hour to eat and get to the movie theater so, we ended up here. It's quite the opposite end of the movie theater but I figured the previews will buy us some time and it's better than going to Chinatown to eat. We couldn't find this place because their signs at the casino are for all other restaurants. But the casino employees pointed us to the right direction. Once we found this place, we got seated right away and our server was just the sweetest and most attentive. She got us in and out in 40 minutes or less. They have doughnuts, cakes/ cupcakes, macarons, and other baked treats. They have breakfast food, burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads, nachos, quesadilla, calamari, zucchini, steak, pasta, etc. Their prime rib is only available around dinner time. I was torn between the cheesesteak and the French dip. French Dip: Shaved beef, horseradish on a toasted baguette, au jus, french fries. I had provolone cheese added on. A simple sandwich but so satisfying. Both the au jus and the sandwich were warm. 4/5 Doughnut: I got a chocolate doughnut and it was quite nice. 3.5/5

Yelp
The food they have here is a classic and you can never go wrong with classic food and the desserts are so eye catching they even taste amazing today I have the tiramisu mini cake and it's heavenly the flavors are so rich but not so powerful flavor of the espresso

Yelp
I was very hungry per usual at midnight and this place was open 24/7 at Palace Station. The food was really bomb! No complaints for me. Food was so fresh and perfectly made, and seasoned well. For my food I ordered the Chicken parmigiana and it was reasonable prices, and I will definitely recommend this for the entree. You can also order breakfast or dinner 24/7. That sounds pretty awesome to me! The service was great, Pam our waitress was so sweet, and told me what was best to order for my liking. She had a Good attitude during early mornings schedule, and steadily came back to make sure if I needed anything. Very good spirit and welcoming! The ambiance was perfect! So modern and really clean inside. They have a bar area and plenty of seats and beyond spacious! I highly recommend The Brass Fork Kitchen and Bar, especially if you are staying at the Palace Station. -Marshay D.

Yelp
Pretty good little spot in the Palace Station Casino. I can only attest for breakfast but it was pretty good and decently priced. I got the steak and eggs, my friend he got one of the omelettes . We both were surprised, i was expecting something along the lines of Dennys but it was way better. The only drawback was it took a while to get the food. But all in all, it was pretty good
google avatar

Yelp
Great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We dined at The Brass Fork for breakfast and for a very late dinner. Breakfast was pretty good! Do get the chorizo chilaquiles and the ham steak breakfast. Late dinner we had a salad we were desperately craving lol! Some chicken wings and the turkey bacon sandwich. The food was delicious! If you are staying at The Palace Station (we did) they also have room service and is from The Brass Fork. We ordered room service once while on our stay. Food was hot, fresh and very tasty. We look forward to coming back for all the great food options they offer at The Palace Station.

Yelp
Got off work late and went by the Brass Fork breakfast i had the steak and wow my steak was cooked to perfection and was very tender. My waitress was Julia and she was awesome

Yelp
Affordable quality meals. Had their breakfast burrito and had their Cajun chicken alfredo pasta. Love the portions here!

Yelp
Great food and service. Large portions! Jens and Jerri were lovely. We ate here four times in 3 days. We tried many dishes and they were all great. The waffle was my fave. Hubby loved the salmon toast.

Yelp
This place has changed names a lot over the last 30 years. Breakfast on Saturday was very good. It's a good deal too. $13.99 for 3 eggs, bacon, hash and pancakes. I shared it with my kids. No waiting on a Saturday morning. Portion sizes for the other breakfast items is also very generous.
google avatar

Victoria J.

Yelp
I haven't been here since it's been remodeled and to be honest it's actually really nice and everything is clean and lots of people and gaming (new ones are nice) We decided to eat breakfast at the coffee shop and for $11.99 & $13.99 (with pancakes) it was well worth the price. Our server was very nice and attentive & made sure our drinks were always filled, I would suggest to have jelly packets instead of a side of jelly since I never touched it and can be such a waste. We passed the oyster bar and man that place filled 1/2 the casino with delicious aroma lol, we look forward to coming back and trying another restaurants here.

Yelp
If you love fresh juice, you have to try the Orange Juice. We went late night and got sat right away. Server was decent. Food was pretty solid.
google avatar

Rick M.

Yelp
Stopped in for breakfast and had the biscuits and gravy with side of hash browns and sausage patties. Everything was good and hot. Good service and great cup of coffee. If you eat here a hundred times you'll get a nice meal about 98% of the time. Last visit was a tough one but this one got them back on track. They have a wonderful pastry selection.
google avatar

Melissa G.

Yelp
This place used to have a vast menu of 10 pages with fresh ingredients. Now it's a one-pager with very limited, basic options. Oh well.

Yelp
Excellent early morning steak & eggs for $19.99 Prepared perfectly medium-rare. Service was excellent and friendly.

Yelp
I enjoy stopping in here just to grab a side salad and my husband likes the prime rib. It's not fancy, but the bartender is really nice, she is friendly and chats up the client's so we feel comfortable, the manager Brian I believe is his name is super attentive... He makes you feel like you are at a 5 star restaurant, he helps seat customers, helps servers with food, clears tables, and asks if you need anything. My husband and I will be back when we want a nice, meal.
google avatar

Krystal T.

Yelp
This place is good, I enjoyed the zucchini fries. The Chinese chicken salad is also super good. The prime rib was just okay for me.

Yelp
Late night call to come in here for a quick bite with family. The food was decent for late night. The service was great, our waitress was amazing. The ambiance was cool, nice, clean and great screens to watch for Keno!
google avatar

Arev M.

Yelp
A very nice and clean place for dining and I'm glad they are open for 24 hours! The service was amazing, "Anna" was keep checking on us and asking if we needed anything. As you can see in the pictures, the food looks great! The portions of the pasta and nachos were big, so we couldn't finish it. My only concern was how the farfalles were dry but the plate was very juicy? And felt like there was no salt at all in the dish (I'm not a salty eater at all bt I couldn't taste it), but overall everything was good even the raspberry tea For dessert we got Brookie and it was a great choice We had so much fun and looking forward to try the breakfast menu

Yelp
Have some time to kill.. Just got our rental car and picked here to eat. First time visiting.. Normally, I'm very neutral.. but this morning when the two women were non- stop talking- at 5:25 am .. was a little annoying.. Restaurant is very open.. Menu is decent and prices are reasonable with the portion size Glad we stopped

Yelp
Fast efficient service and the food was great. I was a little skeptical since most 24hour diners tend to be fast but poor quality. We had the steak and it was delicious and tender.

Yelp
for "starters"!! too much fuse about these place, been 30+ yrs. in vegas & lot of experience regarding customer. svce and from prior 12 + yrs. from working on kitchens from italian to american food, including mexican i' can tell you don't waste your time coming over here if you are "hunting" graveyards specials! i' got a better experience at the coffee shop by the rail road pass near boulder city! thing #1 i' wasn't greeted ( my clothes?....why they are so ignorant to not know "never judge the book by the cover" -( it happen to me once w/ steve winn, i' didn't know ho he was, till i' got reprimended by the "big boss")-!#2- girl was having hard times to explain the menu dish i' was asking for! ( was around 5:23 am.....then she explains i' need the casino card to get the menu at the advertised $ , so she direct me to the rewards ctr. to get one! happen that the 'spot' was ' oficially close! gere we ho more time wasted! then #3 she goves napkins to the other patrons but me after i' explain to her i' couldn't get the card so with my recently surgery on my right knee, i' walk for like 8 min. looking for an employee to ask sbout the card! #4 she ask me if i ' need anything else while eating, i request hot salsa! she brings an almost empty bottle! then the cashier never thank me or ssk me how everything. "went" to make story short, this was my first & last experience here at this spot! i' m not coming back! next time i'm looking to try the big horn on boulder, or their sister company on east l.mead!

Yelp
We were seated for eight minutes, and no one came over and took even a drink order. The gentleman seated at the table next to us got a water before us, and he was seated after we had been. The waitress finally took our breakfast order after we had been at the table for fourteen minutes. Yesterday, from the time we had put our name in (we had a 25 minute wait to get in), the entire time waiting for service and food was an hour and a half. The food is great. The service needs definite improvement.

Yelp
Really good especially for the price point. I was honestly surprised as to how much I enjoyed a few items. I forgot to take photos of much but the pancakes were amazing and I don't often eat pancakes. The seafood chowder - incredible. Mostly because the sourdough bread bowl was outstanding. (And I even make homemade sourdough). I didn't have the eggs but my family said they were cooked to perfection. I also really enjoyed the Reuben which was recommended by the host. The fries were also good with jt. Caeser was decent for a cafe like this but I added a little lemon. Even the chicken teriyaki bowl was tasty with grilled meat bone in! Very moist and flavorful. The French dip sandwhich was not good - meat was tough but they took care of it. Also didn't really enjoy the calamari fries. Otherwise, everyone enjoyed and again, very good price point for good servings. Server was very attentive and friendly for our party of 14. Ambiance is as expected for cafe or diner type feel in a casino. Would recommend if you're in the mood for American food that is a crowd pleaser.
