"Opening 24/7 inside Palace Station and occupying the former Grand Cafe space with 194 seats, a full-service bar, and a pastry shop, this comfort-food–forward restaurant serves breakfast through dinner with both classic and novelty offerings. Breakfast and brunch items range from eggs Benedicts, hashes, chicken-fried steak, ham chops and eggs, pancakes, waffles, and French toast to playful plates like peach cobbler pancakes, funnel cake French toast, and waffle-pressed doughnuts topped with bacon, maple, and coffee icing; a vegan loco moco is also available. The savory menu includes distinctive starters and sandwiches such as Cuban fries with mojo pork, ham and Swiss fondue, a crab Rangoon flatbread with cream cheese and crispy wontons, a panini grilled cheese, a muffaletta-style sandwich, and burgers including a French onion burger and a surf-and-turf burger. Heartier entrees feature New York steak frites, barbecue meatballs on mac and cheese, meatloaf, hearth-oven brick chicken, fish and chips, and miso crab enchiladas. The beverage program offers bloody Marys, Champagne cocktails, boozy and non-alcoholic shakes (including a green tea matcha shake with vodka and white chocolate liqueur and a chocolate peanut butter banana with banana whiskey), fresh-pressed juices, nitro cold-brew coffee, and teas. Desserts and baked goods are a focus, with an in-house bakery producing muffins, cookies, cakes, macaroons, and doughnuts plus an ice-cream cone station with house-made waffle cones and dipped chocolate-and-candy toppings, chocolate-covered apples, sundaes, a salted caramel brownie parfait, and red velvet cake." - Susan Stapleton
