"The Skyview brewpub succeeds by blending the old and the new. There’s a focus on traditional European beers like the schwarzbier (a dark lager) and the Czech pilsner, but that doesn’t mean you can’t order a hazy IPA or a barrel-aged sour instead. There’s also a welcoming beer hall setup, plus a small outdoor area. Expect Euro-pub fare like pretzels, bratwurst, and German-style pizza, paired with more American comforts like mac and cheese and smash burgers (all available to-go). The Blues on the Greens is a sweet-and-savory texturally diverse one with sliced apples, pork lardons, candied pecans, and gorgonzola cheese crumbles.
