There’s a focus on traditional European beers like the schwarzbier (a dark lager) and the Czech pilsner, but that doesn’t mean you can’t order a hazy IPA or a barrel-aged sour instead. Expect Euro-pub fare like pretzels, bratwurst, and German-style pizza, paired with more American comforts like mac and cheese and smash burgers (all available to-go). The business closed for safety, shared Venmo accounts to support affected performers, staff, and onsite vendors, and asked the community for additional attendance and financial help during the typically slow summer season. They’re known for their German-style beers like pilsners, lagers, and Kölsch. "The Skyview neighborhood brewpub’s “big ass salads” include giant bowls of mixed greens, fruits, cheeses, and sometimes grains and meats (the latter includes fried hot chicken or sliced brats). The Blues on the Greens is a sweet-and-savory texturally diverse one with sliced apples, pork lardons, candied pecans, and gorgonzola cheese crumbles.
