"The Bricks pizzeria, opening on August 2, will offer naturally leavened, wood-fired pizzas and breads. The menu includes 10 pizzas, fresh pasta, white fish chowder, cheese bread, and buffalo wings. Owner and chef Trenton Chamberlain, who focuses on organic and locally sourced ingredients, is working with Fox Hollow Farms and Ferris Organic Farms for produce and wheat. The restaurant features a unique flour milling process visible to customers, a large Le Panyol pizza oven, and was designed by William J. Thomas Studio and Patrick Thompson Design. "A new restaurant called the Bricks specializing in Neapolitan pizzas is heading to Grosse Pointe Park this summer.
