"A new restaurant called the Bricks specializing in Neapolitan pizzas is heading to Grosse Pointe Park this summer. Owner and chef Trenton Chamberlain is behind the new project at 15201 Kercheval Ave., which will serve pizzas made with naturally fermented dough made with “stone-milled ancient grains,” according to a release.
