My husband and I went to The Bridge for brunch, which is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 2 PM.
They have a small parking lot behind their building (enter on Graham Street). There is also free street parking in this area and it is somewhat close to the bus stops at the Morgan Junction.
We arrived around 12:30 PM on a Saturday, but they weren't too crowded. The sign said "Seat Yourself," so we were able to sit down at a booth immediately.
The Bridge is also a bar, so you have to be at least 21 years old to enter. They have several TVs, so you can also watch sports there. Overall, I was surprised by the food because it was much better than typical "pub grub."
I ordered the Steak Hash, which is steak, caramelized onions, bell peppers, roasted garlic, Piquillo pepper sauce, Gorgonzola cheese, two eggs, and your choice of toast or biscuit. It is also served with either roasted potatoes or smashed tater tots. I thought everything tasted delicious, but my biscuit was a little burned on the bottom.
My husband ordered the Biscuits & Gravy, which is two biscuits, sausage and thyme country gravy, and your choice of roasted potatoes or smashed tater tots. Unfortunately, he didn't really like his food. The biscuits are very savory with a strong cheese and black pepper flavor, but I think he's used to more traditional/buttermilk flavored biscuits. He also didn't like the flavor and consistency of the gravy.
Our server was nice. She took our order correctly and our food came out promptly. One of the barbacks also helped us a few times by refilling our waters and clearing dishes, which we appreciated. However, it did take a really long time for our server to finally bring us our check and cash us out.
