"Sometimes a Bud Light and a mediocre cover band are all you need. Fenced in by shipping containers and construction, The Bullpen is only open during baseball season, but it’s some of the most fun you’ll have outside the ballpark. It opens two hours before every Nats game and has Happy Hour from the third to seventh innings. There are a couple of food trucks, but use this place for drinking, cornhole tournaments, and its convenient walk to the stadium. "Join Washington Spirit at The Bullpen for a co-hosted party on Wednesday, July 26 at 9 p.m. The outdoor event includes special activations, plus giant screens broadcasting every second of the action. This year’s Spirit team is also well represented at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, sending seven players across multiple teams including Aubrey Kingsbury, Trinity Rodman, Ashley Sanchez, and Andi Sullivan for Team USA. A go-to pre- and post-game hangout for 13 years, the Bullpen will feature picnic tables with mobile ordering.
