"Well-known in Miami for inventive, exceptional cuisine, chef Jeremy Ford helms this elegant restaurant within the Palm Beach Garden’s PGA National Resort. The restaurant offers a robust selection of meats and sauces, with many customers preferring Ford’s Favorite Four: Beef Fat Hollandaise, Creamy Peppercorn, Chimichurri, and TBC Steak. Complementing these are crunchy ‘Brava’ potatoes and creamy, herb-filled spinach with dill, tarragon, basil, and garlic crumbs. For diners not inclined towards meat, the restaurant also presents an extensive raw bar and dishes such as truffle chicken and halibut with wilted greens, crispy sunchokes, and a caviar beurre blanc." - Alona Martinez

This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a restaurant! Me and my boyfriend decided to eat here and sit at the bar and the bartender Paul was just so welcoming. Paul was very attentive while we were there and made the experience 100x better. We had such an amazing time and Paul was very descriptive with the menu and even with the food we ordered. The food was astronomical and everything came out perfect. This was by far the best restaurant I’ve been to. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff there were so nice and accommodating.

We came to meet with our friends for dinner . Service was very good when our server was with us. No special attention was provided. Drinks came after appetisers, but all the drinks that we ordered , were perfectly arranged and tasty! Oysters were small and mediocre. Steak and experiences were outstanding! As well as deserts delicious! If in the area and love golfing, we would come back:)

We came here to grab after dinner drinks and dessert after our wonderful experience at Sushi by Bou downstairs of the PGA Resort. My husband and I sat at the bar and were served by Paul. He was so busy but was so attentive to us and ensured we had the best experience possible. We had the pistachio martini which tasted like matcha in my opinion, but nonetheless so delicious! We also shared the fluffiest, more flavorful slice of cheesecake that was so divine. Everyone around us was eating and the food looked incredible as well. Will definitely be coming back to try dinner!

The hors d'oeuvres were spectacular. The Caesar salad was amazing. Side dishes were top notch. The steaks were solid, but not up to the level of the rest of the meal. Ambiance was very good. Seating and lighting were as one would expect in a restaurant of this caliber. Our server was Elaina. She was wonderful. Her knowledge and professionalism were as good as I have seen ever. She made the experience exceptional. I can recommend The Butcher Club highly. And ask for Elaina. You will be glad you did.

Oh my! Our night started with Joelynn being the sweetest hostess in the world. She congratulated us on our anniversary and gave us her favorite table. What a ray of sunshine! Our waiter Phillip gave us excellent recommendations and top notch service. The food was superb! The Cesar is next level, the fritters melt in your mouth and the chicken and filet mains were outstanding. Such an incredible meal!

On the fancy side of things! Michelin winner expensive but good. Everything was made to order some special items the buns and Caesar salad and tuna coconut ceviche were delicious

The Butcher’s club is at 1F of PGA national resort, west palm beach, Florida. There was no seat available when we went for dinner. We took bar seat instead. We ordered truffle chicken, T-bone steak with jumbo asparagus, roasted mushroom and creamy spinach as sides. Chicken is juicy and tasty. Steak with two kinds of taste, one like ribeye and the other like fillet. Chef made the steak roasted at great level. Added with mashed potatoes and creamy spinach made the taste being good but rich and variety. It’s a worthy to try restaurant.

We had a delightful dinner with the most delightful server Elena on 5/01/25 prior to Braman's Comedy Show. Negroni, Caesar Salad, Bone In Ribeye, Giant Asparagus and Pistachio Cake with Lemon Sorbet was worth every morsel. If we didn't already live in a Country Club in Florida with good food and ambiance we'd want to visit everyday.

Yelp
Chef Jeremy does it again! This is our second visit to TBC and I didn't think it could top our first visit but it did. Shoutout to Paul for making our 8 year anniversary so special! Thank you for your stellar service and suggestions. I am still dreaming of the coconut ceviche. Steak, truffle chicken, wagyu burger, or the ala vodka pasta, every single dish was delicious and made to perfection. Don't sleep on the Parker house rolls with honey butter *drool* We can confidently add the butchers club to our top dining options in south Florida. Fabulous meal, lovely service and great atmosphere - what else do you need! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu now that we've tried most of it, chef Jeremy's culinary creations will leave you thinking about your dish for weeks.

Yelp
Ambiance? The Butchers Club is located on the beautiful grounds of the PGA National Resort. I could honestly stop there. However, walking in you are greeted by historical golf equipment and memorable moments of the venue under the cover of a romantic dark lighting. But let's get to the main event; the wagyu ribeye (medium well) was one of the juiciest steaks with every bite I have had in my steak journey. Maybe not quite COTE (New York) or Striphouse (New York) caliber. But nothing to underestimate against it's high end steakhouse peers. But once coupled with the Yukon potato puree it was a selection fit for a king. And having an attentive server like Matt was the icing on the cake. The dessert......So you know when you usually order a cheesecake and its gritty and semi hard in the center. Well, that is definitely NOT the case here. The raspberry cheesecake was immaculate and ACTUALLY moist to the touch. It's drug level good. If this is your first time here, please DO NOT try any other dessert before the cheesecake (if you are a cheesecake fan of course). I have had a lot of cheesecake in my lifetime, and this is hands down the BEST.

Corey G.

Yelp
The Butchers Club is absolutely phenomenal and deserves a 5 star on Google. From the time you step foot inside to the time you leave you are treated so well! They are so nice and friendly with amazing service and they accommodate for gluten free people. Pro Tip: Their cheesecake is crack and might be the best I've ever had and it's even gluten free somehow. Their steaks are all absolutely delicious and their Cesar salad is out of this world. You can't go wrong with anything here it's all amazing! I hope to go back soon as I didn't get to try as many things as I wanted to. I will say to have your wallet ready because it's quite expensive but you get what you pay for. Shoutout to our server (I'm sorry I forgot your name) who treated us like royalty and provided amazing service and tips! From the service to the ambiance to the food this place is amazing and one of a kind in the area! Check this place out!

Yelp
Our least favorite dinner of the Flavor of Palm Beach 2024. Main dining room had a nice vibe and decor. We started with the French onion soup and peach panzanella, followed by the filet mignon medallions, and mango panna cotta and hazelnut profiteroles. Appetizers were good. The dinner plating was awful, under seasoned and undercooked filet served with cold and dried out French fries. Dessert was good. Service was spotty. Not exactly the experience we were looking for, it wouldn't bring us back again.

Richlyn R.

Yelp
Really disappointed. The parker house rolls were delish as well as the honey butter that came with. The french onion soup was extremely salty. I finished my water and did not receive a refill until after I had finished my entree after multiple people walked by. I would rate the prime rib mediocre. It was a VERY thin cut, the potatoes were good and nicely pureed, but the worst was the creamed spinach. creamed spinach is probably my favorite side but this one was awful. there was an herb in it that made it taste like toothpaste. not sure if it was sage or basil, but it did not belong. i was really disappointed with the truffle corn. i was expecting creamed corn with truffle mixed in. instead, i received shaved truffle on top and no truffle underneath the top layer. it just tasted like sweet corn. we would have gotten cheesecake but they were out :( this should have been a $100 dinner for what we got, and we feel like we were scammed. anthony was a good server and was a good conversationalist. ambiance was also very nice.

Yelp
We had heard about The Butcher's Club from friends of ours that had enjoyed their tomahawk steak. While we didn't order that on the evening we celebrated our second wedding anniversary, we did enjoy a delicious meal that comprised lobster, scallops, wagyu ribeye, and cocktails. The luxurious, posh restaurant comprised dark wooden walls, stylish tables, dim overhead lighting, with individual lamps for each of the tables for a more intimate dining experience depending on who is with you. The service, as you would hope at a posh steakhouse like this one located at PGA National, was spot on; prompt, friendly, and able to provide recommendations based on the ask on cocktails, appetizers, and the main course. After ordering so very refreshing and satisfying cocktails such as the Oaxacha Strawberry Negroni and Gold Rush, we started our meal with some poached lobster that was quite exquisite before moving on to our main courses of the wagyu ribeye and the scallops, served with some Yukon gold potato purée and Béarnaise sauce. The wagyu was everything I thought it world be; savory, satisfying, and delicious to the last bite, especially with the. Béarnaise sauce and potato purée. I ordered ours medium rare and it came out fantastically. The scallops were very good, even if there were only three served with the entree -- in hindsight, we should have ordered another lobster tail, but we will next time when we return. For dessert, I enjoyed their pecan carrot cake, which quite tasty and creamy with a neat pour of Macallan Rare Cut that was poured for me directly at my table thanks to their whiskey cart they bring around when it's time for after-dinner drinks. Everything about our experience was top notch at the Butcher's Club, which is what you hope when you want to frequent an upscale steakhouse for a very fancy meal.

Yelp
Had a great time here celebrating our anniversary. Loved the simple decor and brightness this steakhouse brought compared to many others that have a dark and dingy feel to them. Our waiter was well educated on the menu and had a sweet, kind interactive personality. We ordered the house rolls, beef tartare and escargot to start. With filet and asparagus for our main entree. Finished with a few desserts I can't remember the name of. However the one with the toffee brittle and moose like substance was orgasmic. Definitely will circle back and try other things!

Barbara F.

Yelp
Very good ! The service was 1st class, exceptional, came for an anniversary dinner and they went out of their way to make it special ! Highly recommend !

Yelp
Outstanding service with great food. Well worth the experience. Wide variety of choices and beverage. They don't rush you.

Yelp
On a previous visit, not long after they first opened, there was an enthusiasm - the kind that elevated the whole experience. Never mind that you had to consult your financial advisor to pay the check - it was worth it. Making reservation was the first sign that the spirit had waned. Open table had a spot at 8:15 - so a call to see if there was anything a bit earlier got a rushed response of "I'm sorry, but we don't have anything until after 8:30." So just booked the 8:15 on Open Table - guess there was something before 8:30. When we arrived there were several tables available, so....that could use a reboot. We thought the 'Flavors of Palm Beach' menu that started 9/1 would be a good way to taste a wide selection from the chef. Our waiter (who clearly had several double espressos chased down with a quart on Monster energy drink) told us that it only was Mon-Thurs, but that they would honor it anyway. Translation: you can have it if you really want it...but There were four of us, so we were able to try everything on the special menu. It's no small task to put a riff on Caesar salad, yet they did - and it was terrific (except for the rock-hard croutons...hey, it's a review...trying to tell the truth!). Peach panzanella was a wonderful balance of a laundry list of ingredients. Truffle-jalapeno poppers were another lofty interpretation of a classic, though forensic analysis will determine whether there was a trace of jalapeno. Onion soup is a dish that a sous chef from Red Lobster can pull off, yet this was sublime - hard to recall a better one. Rich and deep with beefy onion, it would be worth the trip just for one bowl. Two mid course add-ons - so why not? Spicy rigatoni is the thread that connects nearly every restaurant in North America - even Thai Sushi restaurants are putting it out. BC's take is as light as one could imagine while still using the name - and it's fabulous, with a bit of sting and great texture from the clever addition of bread crumbs. Mussels mariniere were also way above average - had to be the same chef who made the rich broth in the onion soup. *Flash* What was that? Oh, that was our waiter, doing his Road Runner impression. How, then, can we explain the thirty minute gap between mid and main? The presentation of the truffle chicken main course looked like the cover of Saveur magazine - but the chicken was inexplicably firm. So, too, was the mahi mahi in a Thai curry sauce - but the flavors were fantastic. This is a steak house - so anticipation was high for the Medallions of Filet au poivre. I'm not a professional chef - but cooking 1/2" thick medallions makes it pretty much impossible to send them out rare or even medium rare. That, and the fact that the au poivre truck didn't show up that day made the dish a letdown. Like most of the dishes this night - there was a heavy hand with the salt. The wagyu steak burger, on the other hand, was brilliant - another entree that would be worth the trip. Beautifully cooked and filled with flavor - nothing in it over-stated. Bravo. This is one of those restaurants you root for - you want it to be great. We hope they don't get sloppy with the captive audience at the resort. Would have gotten one more star except that, for the price, it should be closer to great.

Yelp
Recently went back to Butcher's club for my 3rd time and it still holds up since my first review. The service is amazing and the team in the kitchen is pumping out really tasty dishes. Will definitely be back for more

Marta H.

Yelp
Amazing meal !! From the appetizer to the main course and finishing off with cookie plate. Delicious ! Elena our server was A++ too !

Marianna P.

Yelp
I would like to start by saying the staff here was probably the best restaurant staff I've encountered all year. I was blown away by the hospitality and service I was given. We had a reservation for my sisters birthday and we were seated right away. We ordered the flaming tomahawk, potato pure, and broccolini. The flaming steak was such a fun show. It was such a great experience. They light the tomahawk on fire in front of you and the fat drips onto the potatoes at the bottom. It was delicious! The dessert was out of this world. I wish I had a photo of it. They made a special birthday dessert and it was beautiful. We are both gluten free and they were more than accommodating. This spot is a perfect date night or treat with a special someone! The martinis were chilled to perfection. They use liquid nitrogen to chill the glasses. Butchers Club offers a happy hour with martinis, old fashions, wine and champagne with discounted prices. They also have small bites at a discounted price!

Yelp
If you don't think that this place isn't one of the finest restaurants in the State of Florida - your a fool. Don't think you are going to waltz in; - You will definitely need a reservation. This is a "High End" Steakhouse which easily rivals places like Peter Luger, Wolfgang, Club A, Homestead and all the other "Big Time" New York Spots - Service is truly exceptional! We were treated like Kings and Queens. We've had 2 Visits and on both occasions we left stuffed. They are one of the few places that list Bison on the menu and the chef truly knows how to properly prepare it. Craft Cocktails are truly amazing and the list often rotates throughout the season. Seating is extremely comfortable and they can seat you in a quiet section. I saw someone nonsensically complaining about it being noisy. That's wasn't the case. Don't be a fool and "Special Request" - Labow or Nick to be your waiter. They will treat you like "Royalty" - Overall A+ - Hands down - this has been our favorite "Restaurant Experience" in Florida - I'm hoping for us to get a reservation for our Anniversary that is coming up next month. See everyone soon! OMG - I almost forgot - Don't be such a "Do Gooder" - Make sure you end your meal with one of the amazing - professionally crafter desserts. - The Butcher's Sundae was freakin' awesome!

Laren F.

Yelp
Ambience is great. Classic dark lighting. Food was amazing the first time along with service, we were being catered to. Second time we went was during the Cognizant Classic so it was very busy, food was still good service could have been slightly better but love the restaurant and history behind it.

Yisel C.

Yelp
Everything was delicious will definitely be back to this little gem! The details from the beautiful flowers on the napkin to the name in the ice . On point. The food tasted PERFECT! No complaints. The service was also OUTSTANDING. From the hostess Jolin who was very nice and super friendly to our waiter who's name I can't remember. It was a beautiful evening in an impeccable setting eating and drinking deliciously. Thanks to the chef for such great flavors.

Cindy L.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went to The Butcher's Club for a date night and it was absolutely amazing. The place is gorgeous, the cocktails were delicious, the food was incredible, and every single staff member we interacted with was beyond nice and kind. We ordered the butter garlic rolls for table and the Truffle Ricotta Gnudi, which came with gratitude garden mushrooms, buttery greens, and a pine nut crumble. I had never had anything like that! The whole dinner was a true experience and we simply loved how they treated us. It's a MUST for a romantic night in Palm Beach Gardens.

Eric B.

Yelp
Really should be avoided. Insanely overpriced. $110 for a NY strip steak served pre-sliced and cold. Everything was fine until that happened.

Anthony B.

Yelp
The Butchers club is amazing. I went there last night with some friends. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful which matches the rest of the resort. We ordered the tomahawk experience and it was an amazing experience! Our server brought it table side, set it on fire and sliced it for us, what a show! Their wine selection was very good as well. Our server was one of the best I have ever had. They helped guide us through the menu and made sure we had a wonderful night. We even got to meet the chef as she was walking around and making sure everyone was enjoying their dinner! The level of care and professionalism here will 100% be bringing me back!

Jim M.

Yelp
Extremely expensive for what it is. Worse still it's very loud inside. The service was passable. The steaks were just ok and did not impress over say Capital Grille down the street which is quieter and cheaper.

Janet B.

Yelp
This was to be a special Mothers Day meal. So not worth it. 2 people, 1 drink 1 diet (which was never offered refill or another drink). Caesar salad split between both of us, THAT WAS EXCELLENT. 1 very dry cold porterhouse. Publix at home is better. Even Colder mushrooms, spinach was just so so. Tasted Like a frozen variety. I don't care how famous the chef is, it was a BIG waste. Never again. After mentioning it to the staff, they couldn't wait to get rid of us. Ghosted us for the remainder of our meal. No refills, no dessert nothing. They did warm the mushrooms. . Experience staff should know, If you are going to carve meat in kitchen, you better make sure it gets out to guest fast. Hostess was best of all. Overall So not worth it.

Kerry L.

Yelp
This new restaurant in the PGA National Resort should be a gem. Jeremy Ford, winner of Top Chef Season 13 has done an outstanding job. The ambiance is quite nice and relaxing. Some steakhouses tend to have a heavier feel, to the point of being oppressive. Service is excellent. We ordered the porterhouse steak (Pittsburgh) and the Bell & Evans chicken. Everything was prepared to perfection and quality was outstanding. The creamed spinach and the carrot side dish were also extremely flavorful and tasty. The problem quite simply is the price. I have been steakhouses all over the world, Peter Lugers, Berns Steakhouse, the Palm, Prime 112, NY Prime, Del Friscos, Delmonico's and on an on. $250 for a 50 ounce tomahawk steak is beyond the pale. $230 for a 38 oz porterhouse. $90 for an 18 ounce Delmonico. These prices are outrageous. I will confess that this place is somewhat better than the Capital Grille on a number of levels. But CG does a 22 oz Ribeye for $60, still not cheap by any measure, but 1/3 less than a smaller steak. This restaurant may survive due to its location within the PGA Resort. However, it's never going to bring in the wealthy neighbors for the area at these prices. I literally gasped when I picked up the menu. Remember when Crazy Eddy said his prices were insane, well that's what I thought when I read the menu. Of course inflation is running rampant and the day may well come that you will spend $230 on a steak, but that day has not yet arrived, except at the Butcher Club.

Audrey V.

Yelp
Had a lovely date night here - we were very impressed from start to finish. Good wine selection - the 1881 Cabernet is a must. Stand out dishes for us were the serrano & olives app, the spinach side, and the smoked beef fat hollandaise sauce with the steaks (which were cooked to perfection). This is certainly a 5 star dining experience! If i had to give one piece of constructive criticism... the chocolate cake could've been more flavorful. We're looking forward to trying some of the other entrees and sides, next time. ;)

Bob B.

Yelp
I have frequently observed that "a USDA prime steak is a USDA prime steak is a USDA prime steak." Which is to say that there is little difference among the high end steakhouses. Not as true with The Butcher Club. There was a nice range of steaks - and our party tried a good number of them, from the skirt steak to the petit filet and the wagyu filet. They were generally over seasoned, although the high quality of the meat was evident and they were all perfectly cooked. The starters were interesting. My favorite was the cherry tomato and burrata - locally sourced, well dressed and a large portion. The yellowfin tuna tartare came in an interesting preparation. It might have been just a bit dry, but that might be a personal preference. For sides, the interesting mix of sautéed mushrooms was over seasoned. But the creamed spinach was outstanding, with a bit of unusual seasoning. The wine list was quite short, but there was a good range of offerings. The service was excellent, from the hostess to our server, the sommelier and the food runners. One caution: Prices are quite high. In fact, the prices for our steaks was almost obscene (notably higher than Mortons, Capital Grille, etc.). That said, it appears that the Butcher Club isn't really looking for the public to dine there. Their targets are members of PGA National. Members get a 20% discount. Just so you are aware.

Carlie M.

Yelp
A fabulous dining experience here last Friday! I came with my family around 6pm. We made reservations which I recommend. We were seated right away and greeted by our friendly waitress. We started with some wine for the table and also ordered the homemade Parker house rolls and oysters to start. The rolls were amazing! They come with a garlic sea salt butter that is so tasty. It comes with 5 rolls per order which was perfect for our 5 person table. For food, we decided to try the tomahawk experience! We also ordered the mushrooms and asparagus. The steak came with the bravas potatoes as well. What a fun experience! It's a tableside service. The steak was amazing and was plenty for the 5 of us plus the sides. The bravas potatoes were probably our favorite! The hollandaise is also amazing and perfect to pair with the steak. The mushrooms were so flavorful! Loved this dinner so much! Great service.

Sylvia D.

Yelp
Noise level in main dining room is intolerably loud. There's "convivial loud" and then there's "Grand Central station loud." When we asked if we could move to the smaller dining area (which had empty tables and was significantly quieter) we were told by the manager that they were completely booked and could not move us. So we left. For a fine dining establishment I expect a far better standard of ambiance. As a resort guest I'm happy to pay somewhat inflated prices for a nice experience on property. But I could not see myself paying $400-500 for a dinner for two and not even being able to enjoy conversation amidst the loud constant din of the place. Perhaps more disappointing was the lack of accommodation when they could easily have swapped our table.

Jonathan E.

Yelp
Me and my wife came here for dinner and had an amazing time! The food was incredible, probably the best steak I have had in years

Sadie B.

Yelp
WOW. What an experience. Dinner was to die for. There were a total of 4 of us and it seemed like we ordered everything off the menu so we could all try different menu items. Favorites included burrata, tuna crudo, potato stuffed Vidalia onion and wagyu filet. Steak was cooked perfectly. Service was exceptional. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcome. Decor is sleek and sexy and appears no detail went untouched. What a welcome addition to north county. The Chef deserves his recent Michelin Star for sure! This restaurant is one we will return to again and again.

Logan f.

Yelp
incredible. From the service to the food it couldn't be better. The environment is breathtaking and the ambiance is amazing.

Bryan J.

Yelp
The only shining light in this outdated resort. Food and service was excellent. Waitresses was sweet and charming and meals very tasteful

Kian S.

Yelp
Incredible food, top notch service and the ambiance was perfect! 100% would come again

Mercedes K.

Yelp
We went to The Butchers Club this week and loved everything! It will be our new go to when in Palm Beach. We had the Caesar, escargot, wagyu filet and creme brûlée everything was excellent!

Frank D.

Yelp
Have had great experiences in the past, but last nights dinner was below average at best, very expensive and terrible service. Would never recommend again.

Rebecca F.

Yelp
We recently ate here to celebrate our daughter's 4th birthday and had a lovely dinner. We ordered the filet, some delicious crab ravioli, the cheese puffs, Caesar salad and cocktails (vodka martini and margarita). The ravioli was incredible. Such a creative mix of texture and flavor. The filet was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The cheese puffs were not great nor was the salad. The service was absolutely outstanding. Jolynn, the hostess, was fabulous - so warm and welcoming! She really makes a wonderful first impression as you walk in. Our server was Carlos who was incredibly professional, sweet to our kids and attentive. Everyone else there who was bussing tables, and helping in other ways were top notch. Great staff! Good food! Beautiful bar and ambiance for a nice meal.

Brian M.

Yelp
Complete Joke.....outrageous prices ....8oz fillet, side of mushrooms and 1 glass of wine $150....and filet was grey on the tops and bottoms and med rare in the middle....service wasn't great either....looked like they were pissed off at all times..... $300 for a porterhouse or something stupid like that....over all just a poor, poor experience.... Only went because Capital Grill was packed and knew I could prolly find a place here no problem on a Friday....

Mariauxy C.

Yelp
What a disappointment! Really was looking forward to a similar experience as I had at Chef Jeremy Ford's Stubborn Seed. The welcome/seating was good. Our server was Nikki- and I am not sure but I believe she was pretty green at her job. She tried very hard to upsell us on the Caviar, special sauces and more...... We ordered a couple of drinks- the dirty martini was not so dirty plus they charge extra for the blue cheese olives!!!!! Our server went missing between apps and entree- She never came to let us know that the entree was running late - which it did over 25 minutes for a medium temperature steak. Now about the food. We ordered the Coconut Tuna Ceviche which was beautiful presented and tasty. We also ordered the cheese puffs- came to our table lukewarm- nit hot at all. Seems it was under the lights for a while...... which should have alerted us at what was coming next.... Our steak was also not hot enough, plus our sides the Bravas Potatoes and Spinach was again lukewarm. :( For desert we ordered the Toffee which was pretty good and thank God for the coffee being HOT!!!! Unfortunately, we will not be returning. What a shame... was really looking forward enjoy this place

Louis I.

Yelp
So Sat down with 2 other friends after golf and we were immediately shocked at the prices. We asked for bread and we were told they don't serve bread, they also don't have cocktail sauce for the shrimp cocktail I ordered which wasn't to fresh. I asked if they had ketchup and horseradish so I can make some sauce and they didn't have ketchup. Portions were tiny and extremely expensive. Won't be going back.

Jmy M.

Yelp
Very good, of course it better be considering the insanely expensive prices. Service was also good. Tomahawk (hanging) steak was delicious and a show.

Jeremy F.

Yelp
I have to say I absolutely love eating at butchers club and the food is exactly what your looking for:)

Elliot E.

Yelp
We had a fantastic experience this past weekend at our first time visiting this restaurant. Great service by our waitress, who seemed to take a lot of pride in her job and the restaurant. The jalapeno poppers and the tuna appetizer were special. Our sides of the patatas braves and mushrooms were also near perfect. My wife and I shared the New York strip and it was cooked nicely. It does come served in slices and this likely lowered the temperature and made the steak lukewarm which would be our only criticism. Overall we highly recommend this restaurant and will be recommending it to all of our friends as a great addition to the neighborhood.

Yelp
I'm giving it 5 stars because the food and service were spot on! Our server was attentive and had great energy. A few snags on things we wanted to order from the menu and they didn't have... my husband wanted a certain whiskey and they were out... and then they were out of the wine we wanted... and no foie on the menu that night. That being said, what we did order was amazing. I liked how they paced everything, no rush, and they explained everything that came to the table. It's definitely a special occasion place!

Yelp
Very inventive presentation of typical high end steakhouse fare at PGA National. It was a quiet evening in the restaurant, but we enjoyed the very attentive service. Fairly expensive but overall a very nice date night.

Yelp
The Butcher's Club is our new favorite restaurant after our wonderful experience last night. Walking into PGA National I'm transported to a NY midtown bar, classic eloquent and lively. As we entered the restaurant the Art Deco feel continued and we were greeted by a couple of very pleasant hostesses, they led us to a great corner table that had a view of the entire dining room. Max was our waiter and he was amazing! Such a knowledgeable person and really enjoyed describing each dish to the finest detail. We ordered a number of appetizers such as the Stone Crab Claws, the Tuna Coconut Ceviche, and the Truffle Cacio e Pepe. Everything was perfectly balanced, well-seasoned and delicious. My wife is a pescatarian, so she ordered PEI raw Oysters and a Caesar salad for dinner. I had the 8oz Fillet with Potatoes Purée and Creamed Spinach. Everything was delicious! One thing that was a special treat was the seafood came with a homemade hot sauce in a little dropper that was tropical and not too spicy. It reminded me of a Caribbean hot sauce. We had two classic cocktails for our drinks this evening, I enjoy an Old Fashioned, that was just perfect and my wife enjoyed a Paper Plane that was deliciously refreshing. The highlights of the night were definitely the staff, Max (our waiter), Curt (Manager), and our favorite bartender Torynn were all amazing! The food was fantastic and we definitely will return again. If I had to nit pick at anything I would say our entree's didn't come out together but they comped one of our meals without us even saying anything and the potato purée was a little too watery. The entire night was a wonderful and everyone went out of our way to make us feel special. We opted to hangout at the bar to enjoy some other drinks in lieu of having dessert, but their dessert menu looked great as well.

Yelp
Had high expectations and for the price tag thought they'd be somewhat met, not a chance. Service very slow, not being very busy either. The ribeye was good, but over cooked. Manager came by to speak to me and didn't seem very concerned. $400 for 2 people to have a sub par meal is upsetting, much rather capital grill, better wine list too. Will not be back, 1 and done.

Yelp
Everything was amazing! Cocktails, appetizers, entrees, sides, and desserts were all so delicious and really standout! The Caesar salad is one of the best and the filet was cooked to perfection. Service was great! Overall a wonderful dining experience.

Yelp
Food portions were small, prices were big. You need to be on an expense account here. Don't mind spending for excellent food, but this felt like a rip off. One of our family said they wanted to stop and get something more to eat on the way home.

Yelp
We stayed in the resort for a night and decided to give The Butcher's Club a try, and wow am I glad we did! From being greeted by the host to our server and all the support staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The food was INCREDIBLE. I also loved that everything was served family style so you could get a few different dishes and try everyones without awkward passing a fork across the table. Definitely make sure you get the steak sauces! I personally loved the steak glaze. Subtle enough to not overtake the flavor of the steak but adds a nice touch. To top it off, the chef, Jermey Ford, even sat and talked with us for a bit! Next time I'm in town, I will definitely make sure to dine here again!
