The Cache at Ginger and Baker

This was our first time eating here and we are so glad we did! The atmosphere was stunning and the service was amazing. We ordered the espresso martini to start, and traded the vodka out for an Old Elk bourbon, amazing! I’m really picky about my espresso martinis and this checked all of my boxes. We started with a basket of bread, and it topped our list for best in town, it was perfect! For our appetizer, we ordered the bison carpaccio. The flavors were incredible, but I will say as far as the baguette goes, it was extremely difficult to chew. There is crunchy… and then there is whatever that was. I will probably pass on it next time, but I still enjoyed the flavors. For our entrees, I ordered the Bison steak with smashed potatoes and horseradish, and the lobster mac as a side. The bison was cooked exactly as I had ask and those smashed potatoes were crispy and amazing. The lobster Mac was absolutely to die for. I would come back just for that! My partner ordered the New York strip with whipped potatoes, though I didn’t try his steak, I took a few nibbles of the whipped potatoes and was floored- just incredible. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake. It was delicious. We also ordered a doggy dinner from ginger and baker, so our pup could celebrate our anniversary with us, and she loved it! I can’t wait to go back.

Sadly, The Cache was a bit of a disappointment. I've eaten downstairs at The Cafe many times, and it's fantastic, so I was excited to try The Cache, upstairs, for the first time. I had reviewed the menu in advance, so I expected the meal prices to be higher than the cafe downstairs, but I also expected more from the food and service for the price. We had two steaks, one medium and one rare. They were cooked identically, no difference in "pink". I had the Scallops over Risotto. Three small scallops on a bed of bland risotto. No salad or vegetables with it. I've made better risotto at home. This had no flavor and was very disappointing for a $50 meal. The Bone Marrow and Tar Tar was very good. Service was slow and impersonal. We had to request that our water be refilled. If you're looking for an upscale, specialty dining spot for a celebration, there are better places in Fort Collins! Otherwise, save the $$ and eat downstairs at the Cafe at Ginger & Baker for better food, prices, and service!

The food is beyond amazing…probably the best I’ve had since I’ve lived in Colorado. The truffle tots are something I will dream about until I have them again!! We also got the bacon wrapped dates and the wedge salad which were great. For dinner we had the filet with the lobster meat and the truffle fettuccine and added shrimp. I thought the fettuccine was out of this world last night, but my leftovers today were even better!!! The espresso martinis from the bar were delicious and the woman that made them was delightful. The carrot cake and chocolate cake were also very good!

After getting married at the courthouse, there is absolutely no other place in town to celebrate. The other options pale in comparison to the cache! Grab yourself a glass of wine, a delicious entree and enjoy the open air second floor dining room. You won’t regret it!

The food was great. We had both ordered the autumn spritzer which had an excellent balance of spice and sweet. The appetizers were delicious. We both ordered the steaks which were a bit undercooked. The service was ok. We spilled some sauce and food on the table which were never cleaned up in between food service. It was a birthday celebration which wasn’t acknowledged or offered a complimentary dessert. Overall, I would go back but hope for service to match the price point.

Hats off to the chef and service!! This place was hands down the best steak my husband and I have had in FC! Absolute perfection! We had the ribeye and filet mignon with sautéed mushrooms from the local Hazel Dell muchroom farm.....equally amazing! Culinary delicacies at its finest here. Profuse, thank you to this beautiful establishment, which we highly recommend. Our new fav!

Absolutely unlike anything I’ve had in the area. The cocktails were awesome, the appetizers (bone marrow tartare and truffle tots) were the stars of the night, but our entrees (bison ribeye and truffle fettuccine) were also knockouts. Kat, our server was amazing, and Ginger came and checked in on us as well. Best restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back.

We have been to this place before and it was great but we haven’t been in about two years. We went last night for our daughter’s 18th birthday celebration and it took over 30 minutes just to get drinks. We had five people with us and from the point of ordering food to receiving the food it was just over 50 minutes. They never asked if we wanted another drink. The food was barely warm and the steaks were not cooked to the temperatures we had requested. It was so disappointing and expensive! Then no offer for any dessert at all for the birthday celebration. I use to love this place and now it will be highly unlikely that I will ever go back or ever suggest this to anyone again. Just absolutely not worth it for the money. You get the best food and service at sonny Lubbock’s for a similar price. The atmosphere was great though.

I was in FoCo again this weekend. Before leaving this morning to head back home, I stopped by Ginger and Baker to have breakfast. The last time I ate here was dinner time. It was around 11:30 am and as one can imagine, they were busy. I like how they gave two bar areas for single or couples seating. I chose to sit at their main bar area. The young man who waited on me was friendly and provided good service. Today I chose the pancakes with bacon. I doubled down on bacon and had a total of five pieces. Bacon was made to perfection. Not overdone and not too soft. They offer thick cut bacon which is my preference. They offer three fluffy pancakes that are also made to perfection. They serve it with authentic maple syrup and not the cheap candied up version. I recommend ordering an extra maple syrup. The pancakes absorb one serving of it. Overall, meal was fantastic and filling. I really didn't need to eat for the rest of the day. So glad I stopped here for breakfast. I almost decided to have breakfast at my hotel. This will become a regular favorite spot of mine. Love this place! Check them out for breakfast sometime!

May 24, 2024 Good Chicken Pot Pie -- so why the one star? Well, if I could have given ZERO STARS for this past Friday's lunch with a friend (May 17, 2024) I would have. Here's why: I talked a newcomer to Fort Collins into lunch at Ginger and Baker as a recommended place to add to his list of places to try with his family. As we had someplace we needed to be within a tight time frame, we requested to have the kitchen split one entree of Chicken Pot Pie. In the 20 or more times I've been to Ginger and Baker to both the cafe and La Cache, this is the one time I asked for this accommodation. We were informed by the manager that there would be a $5 PLATE CHARGE. That charge is so hostile that if we'd had the time, I would have taken my guest elsewhere for lunch. But as we were strapped for time we accepted that greedy imposition and spent the rest of lunch under a dark cloud. I FELT EMBARRASSED RECOMMENDING THIS RESTAURANT TO MY NEW FRIEND. A quality dining experience is far more than decent food -- "gracious hospitality" is what one would expect at this price point. Contrast that with the comment of RARE ITALIAN general manager Colin McDowell in the May edition of NOCO Style: "the chefs will split any dish on the menu, even steaks, so don't be shy about asking." (And they don't charge a fee for splitting an entree.) For that greedy $5 charge neither my friend, his daughter, nor I will return any time soon -- if EVER! In the end, a Plate Charge is an unnecessary, inhospitable, and costly policy.

All we can say is, if you find yourself in Fort Collins on any day other than a Moday, Ginger and Baker is an absolute must. Not only was the service 4 star thanks to our new friend Lauren, but the food was spot on. So much so that we returned that evening for dinner at Cache and again were equally impressed. And yes, we returned the next morning for breakfast. Lauren, our newly adopted daughter, introduced us to Chef Deb, Executive Chef, and tour guide. Got the history of the place and people that brought it to life, and once again had an incredible gastronomic affair... Please visit, enjoy, and thank them all. Excellent restaurant. However, the service was poor. Ordered dessert and a beer. The beer arrived after the dessert. I was dehydrated. One of the waiters wore a mask. Are you kidding me? Bring my beer when I order it and the pie later. Lose the mask. They don't work.

I love the pot pie and blue cheese dressing here so much, but the way the restaurant is set up and run, the service is never very good. We would come here more often if we knew we would have a chance at getting good service. The servers in the bar seem to try harder, but they have to run around because of the set up. The servers in the cafe just seem slow to me. I really think your profits would go up if you had someone come in and show you how to make things more efficient. On top of everything, our waiter had to stand and fill each water glass at a container with a slow spicket. Ridiculous. Someone with management skills needs to be consulted!!

BRING BACK THE CHOCOLATE PIE !!! Very sad to hear the chocolate pie is being discontinued. I was told that several customers had asked for the chocolate pie, but were disheartened to hear that it is gone and had been replaced by the s'mores pie. Please bring it back !!!

Came here for a bite before a concert with some friends. We arrived on the earlier side and were able a table right away without a reservation. However, it took a while for our waitress to greet our table and get our order. The menu has a good variety of cozy food options. We started with the brussel sprouts & ceviche. For our meals choices they carried between the house salad with grilled chicken, meatloaf and pot pie-- the crust on the pot pie was my favorite. And for dessert we got the apple pie and berry pie, both a la mode-- desserts were the table favorite. Decor is chic & welcoming, food good, service meh. I would come back for the dessert/ pie.

Nathan was spectacular. Chicken pot pie was the star of the show. Literally will come by here anytime and slam a cinnamon roll and loaded Brussel sprouts. 10/10.

This spot has been on my list for a while, and I will definitely be coming back for more. It's a popular spot, so it's best to make a reservation. We had to wait about twenty minutes for a table, but it was worth it. Plus, there's a little shop that you can browse and a cafe bar where you can order a drink while you wait. The service is lovely. The ladies here are so sweet, and the space is dreamy. Chicken Pot Pie. It's the loveliest comfort food and had the best flavor. I love how it's a personal size and has the cutest presentation. The flavor makes me think of home! The coconut cream pie is to die for. It's so smooth and has the perfect touch of coconut without being too overpowering. If you don't have time to dine, definitely come check out the bakery for a quick to-go dessert. They even have a patio and menu for your pups. I'd be glad to come back, and having a free parking lot across the street makes it even more enticing to return.

This is my favorite place in Fort Collins!!! Complete with coffee shop / restaurant / outdoor patio / bakery / gift shop. Seating is a bit iffy and they don't take reservations for brunch online. Favorite thing to get is the farmstand skillet. You can take their famous chicken pot pie or seasonal pies to go and they also offer cooking classes.

Tried their restaurant The Cache for a little parents date night and action and it did not disappoint. Coming into I knew I was going to indulge in the prime rib and hubs of course got the bison steak. Very good, such a treat. He also had a few whiskey cocktails and loved them! And I had this lovely ginger pear martini which was so tasty. The perfect balance of sweet and spicy. This will be a special occasion dinner place for us as it's a bit on the pricey side but way worth it!! You know I got the crème brûlée as well... top 3 ranking for sure! Pist because we forgot to put our left overs in the fridge when we got home guess we'll have to come back soon to indulge some more!

Amazing service had a table of 4 around 7:30 on a Saturday night and was quickly seated, The espresso martinis were a bit sweet and had added dairy. The Mac n cheese with bacon was absolutely to die for and we enjoyed leftovers the next day. I ordered the roast beef and aus ju sandwich and it was perfect. The bread was perfect soft and moist, beef sliced thinly with seasoned onions.garlic Parmesan fries were a must and made it an excellent meal

This was a great first stop in Fort Collins! The building, restaurant, gift shop, and nearby street were all adorable! Our server was great, super chatty and helpful. The food and drinks came out quickly! The espresso martini, old fashioned, and beer selection was great! The food was incredibleee. All of the dinner plates we ordered were delectable! Not to mention the pie (they did have a gluten free vegan pie option) - it was the best pie I've ever had!

Huge farmhouse ambience that just has that hotel smell that calms you. The service was prompt and everything came on time in a great order. They even have a cooking class you can check out. The food...oh my lanta. It was so good! I will be dreaming about this place for sure. Better than anything I've found in denver so far. The crust was perfectly flaky. The filling was a good portion. The sandwich wasn't dripping in sauce and the apple slaw was a great touch. The blue cheese was not powering. My fiancé who hates the stuff, loved it.

This place is always SO busy on the weekends. Coming here is typically a pain with groups because the wait is generally pretty long. The most recent time I went, the wait was so long that my friend and I went to a cafe down the street. It is a bit more of a pretentious environment, but the inside is super cute. I love the aesthetic of the place and how spacious it is. The food is more on the pricey side (in my opinion), but is pretty good! I got the seasonal apple brie grilled cheese they had a while ago and it was yummy. I would go here when I'm ready for a wait and want to treat myself to a bit more fancy of a breakfast/brunch.

Delicious, super cute place with great service! I drove here from Denver to meet up with a friend and it was worth the drive. Modern looking space with lots of seating and a cool gift shop. The menus are in newspaper form which is cool and they have lots of great food options. Definitely get the coconut chai as well!

1. I hated their rule of getting a credit card for reservation... i.e., $25.00 per person. 2. This one really got to me of owners charging some additional 4% (some made up junk fees) to the total. We will NEVER patronize this location again. 3. Service was okay, but nothing spectacular for fine dining. 4. Same with food. In my opinion, sides are superbly overpriced.

We really enjoyed Ginger and Baker! The menu reads well. I had the chicken pot pie. It comes with a salad and it was SO good! My daughter had the chicken tenders and fruit cup. The chicken tenders weren't just out-of-the box frozen. They were freshly made. I can't say enough good things about the service! Our waitress was SO good and patient with my girls. She interacted with them too. The restaurant had a nice vibe and was very inviting.

The pies. The cocktails! Their chicken pot pie is full of yummy white meat chicken. There are a variety of dessert pies with flaky crusts. Ginger and Baker are known for their pies, and I highly recommend then. We tried three of their featured cocktails and each one was a delight. We were there for lunch. Had a fun time in their extensive gift area also.

Ginger and Baker is such a cute spot! The pastries are amazing. So fresh and flavorful. Especially their pies!!! If you visit Ginger and Baker, you definitely need to try a pie... or two! The entire establishment is really clean and very well run. The staff is so nice. It seems that everyone working is efficient and great at their job. All staff members were knowledgeable and made really good recommendations. Things like that can only be from having great management. 10/10!!!!!

Ginger and Baker is a welcoming surprise. It is not just a great place to grab breakfast. Starting with the Cafe, they have indoor and outdoor dining. The patio is dog friendly, and they also offer a dog menu for your fur baby. In the evening they have The Cache. This restaurant is upstairs and has indoor/outdoor dining with a glassed in wall to view Fort Collins. Upon arriving at Ginger and Baker, we checked in with the host. We were told it was approximately a 25 minute wait. There was plenty to see while we waited. Inside there is a gift store, full of housewares, decorations, and toys. There is also a bakery, where you can buy pies, baked goods, and more! I noticed a chalk board with a schedule for their in house teaching kitchen. The chef came out and greeted me, telling me all about the place. She told me there is even a wine cellar downstairs that we can go look at. So of course we took a peek! When we were called to sit to eat, our waitress was Calista. She was great! I ordered the blueberry pancakes (not pictured). They were delicious! The pancake batter has a perfect amount of sweetness and they were fluffy. The blueberries tasted fresh, they had the perfect ratio of sweet and tart. We definitely enjoyed our time here. More than likely will return, definitely want to eat at The Cache next time. Also, there is a fenced in lot across the street for parking for this establishment. You can get your parking validated as well.

Such a delicious place. I'm struggling to remember if I've ever been less than completely satisfied and impressed but the food is gorgeous, the restaurant is gorgeous, and the service is great but they are busy. Go here, just at off times of possible

We go to Ginger and Baker very often. If we aren't eating in The Cache we are enjoying one of their cooking classes. Food is great! Service is fantastic and very friendly. Cocktails are top notch! Try one of their cooking classes which are great for date nights.

This place is fantastic! I have to say it was the best chicken pot pie I've ever tasted last night (after my first bite I said we must come back tomorrow, so here we are) and I ordered the avocado Burata toast, hey Burrata 'bout it. Five star A+. We look forward to coming back again soon!

We absolutely love Ginger and Baker. Here for all the things they have to offer. We dine in The Cache on the 2nd floor for the amazing food, beverage program and outstanding wine selections. My husband hosts business lunches in the Cafe and his guests always leave with a cinnamon roll for sure! I buy so many gifts from the market & whole pies all the time for my family & friend events. It's a one stop shop with private spaces to rent, gift cards to give and an amazing community gathering spot. Thank you to Ginger for creating a space we all can be proud of in Fort Collins.

I love Ginger & Baker! Not only does the atmosphere give off an ambient warmth throughout the establishment, but so does the staff. I can tell whenever I come in that people are happy to work here. From great interior designs to the holiday touches, this restaurant is such a nice place to have a quiet, QUALITY meal. It may be expensive, but you are paying for the farm to table ingredients and 5 star service. I will continue to come back until I'm dead.

We dined at the Cache restaurant in March and it was one of the best restaurant experiences we've had in Fort Collins in the past few years. The scallops were delicious- cooked perfectly. Worth their price! If you are into whiskey, talk to Christian about their vast collection and unique bottles.

This is my favorite to eat when traveling in Northern Colorado. The food is fantastic, the ambiance is even better and the service is exceptional. This is a must try, You will fall in love.

Been to the Cafe' a few times for breakfast/early lunch, each visit was excellent. Recently had the Fried Chicken Biscuit breakfast ... which was a home run. It came with green chili biscuit gravy which was a wonderful and delicious surprise. All other meals we've had here have been of high quality, fresh, well thought out and well executed. The short wait for a table at the cafe' is worth it on a weekend morning. Don't be shy about grabbing a stool at the coffee bar as an alternate.

My wife and I shared the salmon with fried gnocchi and the vegetarian lasagna. Those were okay. Then we spent the night with stomach cramps. That wasn't okay. At this price point, that probably isn't the experience you want. It's five stars if all you care about is posting pictures on Instagram, though.

We love this restaurant. The atmosphere is excellent and the food is wonderful. It is our go to place when we have friends from out of town that want a high end experience. If you like fine dining then you need to come here.

Pie! Quiche! Service and smiles everywhere. Can't wait for my next visit. A must try.

My fiancé and I came here for Sunday brunch. There's a parking lot directly across the street for visitors. Although they don't take reservations, they have a waitlist system which I recommend using as we were seated right away unlike the small line of people waiting for their tables. We ate at The Cafe which has standard, bar, and patio seating. We were greeted by our waitress right away and was brought out my coffee promptly. For food, I ordered the avocado toast with an egg over easy and a cinnamon roll. My fiancé got the egg breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, and a biscuit on the side. We were brought the cinnamon roll right away and it was hot and fresh. We loved that it was so soft and not too sweet. Our main entrees came out shortly after. The toast makes for a lighter option, but was very refreshing and tasty. The burrata was delicious and egg was cooked perfectly. My fiancé was very happy with his meal, especially the crispy potatoes and buttery biscuit. Overall we had a very pleasant Sunday brunch! We also stopped at The Market after to check out their pies. We were a bit full, but we'll have to come back to try those!

Amazing! This place is nothing short of a amazing. The food is delicious at the cafe! Service was great! Our server was attentive and knowledgeable when we asked questions on menu items! The ambiance....warm, inviting and incredibly elegant! This is definitely a place you continue to think about after you leave! We will be back for sure!!!

Ambiance is beautiful and that's where it stops for me. Staff is totally lethargic, like they're too cool to be there give you the time of day. Staff told me to hit 4 on the credit card machine, which was the highest tip, as of it were a mandatory requirement to make transaction occur. Patio is dog friendly but hard to maneuver through all the tables and chairs. Only one gluten free and vegan item on the menu. This is Fort Collins, I would think this place would be a bit more liberal accommodating. The blueberry streusel was bland, crust gritty and too hard. Sad expensive disappointment.

What's up with the wierd "banana cream pie"? My friend and I had lunch; always good. Then we decided to try a different pie. The banana cream pie arrived. Not a banana slice to be seen with white chocolate curls on the top. The filling was a strange color; almost greenish, and it tasted really odd. Not like bananas; we couldn't place the flavor, other than it was not good. We sent it back. I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this place!! We found it while visiting our niece. Our 1st experience was so Awesome that we went back again and again. Lauren was our server which we wanted to adopt her right away. Simply Amazing!! The food was awesome, the ambience was awesome and the service was awesome!! We went back to take our niece and she, Lauren, introduced us to the Culinary Director, Deb, the baker. Deb took us for a tour of the entire place while telling us the history of it all. If you ever visit Fort Collins this is a MUST!! I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you for an Incredible experience!!

I just adore this place. From the exterior to the interior, it is just such a cool design and vibe down to the bathroom paper napkins. The food now is a complete home run. 2 at our table actually ordered more food. Portions are great by the way, it was just so tasty they wanted more. Everyone cleared their plates, nothing was left to scrap off and compost. The Brussels sprouts were superb, I could have eaten the entire dish by myself. Crispy yet tender, salted and sweet to perfection. They know how to cook eggs and the pancakes were spot on. I would come back in a heartbeat when I come to visit. Staff had really good energy and was attentive and helpful.

I've been coming to Ginger & Baker for years and am yet to have a bad experience. From the moment you walk in the staff goes above and beyond to make your experience special. The food is insanely good. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The brunch menu is killer and the bakery items and take & bake options are just as good. If I'm in Fort Collins I make it a point to stop in for at the very least a life-changing slice of pie or a to-die-for take & bake chicken pot pie. Since its opening, this place has consistently impressed me and has me considering embarking on the hour-long drive for a slice of coconut cream as I write this. Ginger & Baker also has the cutest little shop attached to the cafe bakery with seasonal gifts and goodies. This place seriously has my heart!

This place is amazing. My oldest recommended it and they are excellent with service! Plus they have a coffee bar!

As it's known for it, I had to get the Chicken Pot Pie and my fiancé got the French Dip. Both of us had the side salad with their basalmic dressing. I don't typically have many expectations for dishes like Chicken Pot Pie from a restaurant. It's not an overly difficult dish to make, there's only a handful of ingredients and either you can make it well, it or it's edible. Rarely can you mess it up too badly and even less rare, can you make something that is absolutely phenomenal and goes directly to the top of my "must have every single time" list. I was blown away from the first bite! From its flakiness, to the flavour and its density; the crust was perfect! Then moving to the inside each bite had the perfect amount of chicken and gravy and the flavour of everything was amazing. Every bite of the dish worked together excellently! I rarely order French Dips at restaurants. I am more often than not, disappointed. Bread of some sort (often french bread), meat of sort (usually shaved ribeye or roast beef), cheese of some sort, occasionally onions and lastly the au jus, are typically the ingredients that make up a French Dip. While not overly complicated ingredients, I usually find these get messed up more often than not. You can have one, two, three, or four things all done well, and then the fifth doesn't turn out well, or any mix and match combo of those numbers. The bread might be too thick and not enough ingredients with it, or the meat is entirely too dry, or the au jus is just a watery, flavourless dip. I've never found a French Dip that impressed me; until tonight! The French Bread was very well done. It didn't just crumble as soon as you took a bite or dipped it into the au jus. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, had amazing flavour and was juicy throughout. Each bite had the perfect layer or bread, meat and cheese. And the au jus! Wow! It's the first time I've ever came across a gravy style au jus for French Dip and let me just say again, WOW! It tied the sandwich together perfectly! If I go back and don't get the Chicken Pot Pie, I will easily get the French Dip! Lastly, the side salad and the house basalmic dressing... Like our other two dishes, this one also was excellent! The salad was fresh, had a great balance of ingredients and the dressing was phenomenal! Be warned, a little goes a LONG way! The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice. Lighting was good, flow was nice. Felt a little tight as I had to squeeze past some tables and the bar when I got seated and was leaving, but otherwise not bad. It is VERY RARE I give 5 stars, and tonight is no exception. The meal itself I'd easily give 5 stars to, but the service gets a few dings, so I can't give Ginger and Baker 5 stars, but a very close 4.8 stars. Overall, we'd both easily highly recommend this place if you still haven't been, and I have no doubt we both will go back again! My dings for service were easy things. A customers water / drink should NEVER be empty. EVER. Even if you're getting the bill, one should be asked if they want more water. Mine sat empty twice. The second time it didn't even get filled. This is hands down my biggest pet peeve at a restaurant. Next, ALWAYS ask if they want desert, especially if you make killer deserts!! Pie here was $7 + $2 for ice cream = $9. Dinner was $42. 20% on $42 = $8 give or take. 20% on 51 = $10. $2 extra per table. It's not a ton, but it all adds up. Upsell, upsell, upsell! For our server: WE WANTED desert! We had never been here and it immediately stood out to us but you immediately dropped off the check. No check in, no question if we wanted anything else. Check and left my water empty. Left a very bad taste in my mouth after a previously amazing dinner.

I am a big fan of a restaurant that triples into my favorite things. It's very uncommon to find but Ginger and Baker has managed to wrap up being a bakery, a restaurant, and a boutique all in one. On top of offering cooking classes to the public. This restaurant is amazing. Great service and great staff and really great food. The quality of their food is farm to table with menu items that change out with the seasons. Their coffee is liquid heaven that touches the insides of the soul. And their fresh baked pies are so delicious, they make them into smoothies too. Not convinced to try this place? Well let me add, they also have home made dog food bowls to go and doggie treats for your best furry friend. I highly recommend this establishment.

Chicken pot pie, breakfast skillet, and chocolate chip cookies. All epic along with the ambience and staff!! I will come back OFTEN.

The food was absolutely horrible! Have been at the Cache four times; twice was good, twice was no good. This time we (6 adults) spent, with tip, $825. That is a lot of money and warrants a delicious meal. It wasn't. The steaks were so salty, they could barely be swallowed. Salt is great for flavoring & tenderizing, but this was like the salt was the main meal, with a little steak thrown in. The ambiance is very nice, the service was great. Food -- no good! There are several much better restaurants in Fort Collins. Less expensive too

I'm in absolute shock that this place isn't a 5 star across the board. We stumbled into this place one morning and it was the best experience. While we were waiting for our table we got to explore the adorable little gift shop!!! I love how it was decorated for fall!!! When we got to order my husband got the best coconut chai he's ever had. I got the breakfast skillet and it had such unique flavors in every bite. Very good combination of spices. Do NOT skip on the biscuits as your option for bread!! Oh my gosh they were so fluffy and I got a side of butter and jam with them!!! SO GOOD!!!!!! Overall the food was phenomenal and the ambiance was amazing!

All I can say is YUM!!! We stopped by here for brunch after I had run the New Belgium Brewing Half Marathon. The place originally caught my eye as it had some vegan dessert options and some yummy looking brunch too! You walk in to a cute little gift shop that leads into a bakery/cafe that is quaint and cute. We were then led into the restaurant stocked with a full bar, booths and tables and a cute outdoor patio that we sat on. Their menu is printed on newspaper which adds such a fun touch to the whole experience. I ordered their avocado toast which was honestly one of the best I've ever had! Their bread was so fresh and tasty while being both soft and crunchy. I think the best part was the toppings on the toast consisting of fresh avocado, roasted butternut squash, a delicious slaw and craisins that added such a nice sweet touch! My boyfriend got the Egg breakfast and was in awe of how incredible the biscuit was that came with it. He said the sausage was super tasty too, and eggs were cooked to his liking. We were so stuffed by the end of our meal that we ordered dessert to go. I got a slice of the vegan orange cranberry pie and the vegan chocolate peanut butter pie. I didn't care much for the chocolate peanut butter but holy cow when I tell you the orange cranberry might have been the best thing I've ever eaten. I had to resist the urge to drive the hour back to Fort Collins to get a whole pie of it. My boyfriend got the cinnamon roll and was also blown away by how incredible it was. A few things we didn't love were the pancakes, the French fries and the chocolate peanut butter pie but we were so blown away by everything else it didn't hinder on our love of this place whatsoever. (Only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars). We will most definitely be stopping here again our next time in Fort Collins. Pro Tip: As a french fry lover I'd be amiss to not share that they're breakfast potatoes outshone the French fries by far! If you're in the mood for that extra salty crunch trust me don't bother with the fries, get the potatoes instead!!

Three years later and this is still my favorite spot in Fort Collins. The pecan sticky bun is truly out of this world. It pairs extremely well with a vanilla latte. Such great customer service, everyone is so friendly. Grab you a spot at the bar and enjoy the vibes
