The Cauldron - Dive Bar & Events Space

Unique hidden coffee shop offering coffee drinks and cocktails. I tried their iced matcha latte and enjoyed it. Nice quiet shaded outdoor patio perfect to bring a laptop and work for a couple of hours.

I stopped by The Cauldron Coffee this morning to check out the place, since it's only been open a month and was looking for a nice place to stop for coffee while I checked emails. The experience was second to none. I got the cappuccino and it was delicious. The vibe is relaxed and the coffee was great. Whether you are looking to study, relax with a cup of coffee, or grab a cocktail for happy hour and beyond, this is my new favorite spot in town! They have downstairs cafe, an upstairs that's quieter and ideal for studying or working, as well as a beautiful outdoor patio for warmer weather. The place is thoughtfully put together and a great spot for a coffee or cocktail date as well. I would highly recommend stopping by The Cauldron if you're looking for a new spot to grab a drink in town! Most coffee shops today are boring and lack character. The Cauldron is a breath of fresh air and a unique cafe experience. 10/10 in my book! Job well done to the owner, Isaac.

I went to The Cauldron to work remotely from an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. I love working from coffee shops in Austin, Texas, and this place was amazing! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I loved the energy at The Cauldron and enjoyed all the different types of spaces to work from (indoors, outside, and upstairs for those that need a QUIET space to study/work). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Lovely atmosphere but a huge struggle to navigate since it’s not wheelchair accessible. Lots of mosquitos in the upstairs area as well and we had to leave sooner than we wanted to since the bites became a nuisance.

Ali made the best espresso martini I have ever had! It was incredible. Highly recommend!!

Nothing like the photos. Place must be under new management or something, but it's now more of a dive bar than a cool cocktail lounge and coffee shop.

This is such a fun place to come and just chill! The staff are all so kind and genuine. I had the pleasure of being served by Ana, she is genuinely so sweet and so down to earth. She took time to explain everything about the drinks that I was contemplating and you can tell that she is honestly well-versed in the bar field and the different alcohols! She told me that she hasn’t been working in the bar world for too long, but she coulda fooled me!! 1000/10 would recommend!!

Super nice place to get coffee! Loads of people during the morning rush but very nice vibes! I think it turns into a bar at night too!
