"If you think the name sounds classy, well, you’d be right. This voluminous Capitol Hill bar exudes style and elegance, and not just because of the photo-worthy lighting fixtures. The cocktails here are refined and clever, accompanied by a sustainable, locally-sourced food menu. Plus with a steadily growing following, Chandelier is proving itself equally capable as a social photo-op hotspot and polished culinary destination. If you’re doubtful, go ahead and try the Sparkling Mint Julep alongside a few bites of lobster ravioli." - Brianna Gunter

"The three levels of the Chandelier are really three bars, with a view of the casino floor action on the bottom, a small bar on the middle and a lounge at the top. Of course, the whole thing is wrapped in two million crystals draped to form that chandelier. This is the bar that originated the Verbena cocktail — a cocktail so prolific that it is one of the most-ordered drinks even though it’s not on the menu. Ask for it by name and take a bite of the mouth-numbing buzz button flower before you sip." - Janna Karel

"The multi-level Chandelier at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is rethinking its cocktail program, dedicating each floor to its own style of drinks. The first floor offers classic cocktails, the second level focuses on bubbles, and Level 1.5 features playful, high-energy drinks. The bar also offers signature drinks and mocktails on every floor." - Janna Karel

"Las Vegas has a lot of sparkle and shine but nothing quite compares to The Chandelier at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The stylish, three-level lounge has an enormous chandelier dripping in crystals (two million of them) and has just introduced a new destination-worthy cocktail program. The Cosmopolitan’s Head of Mixology Gedeon Tsegaye is introducing elevated offerings on every level. Each floor serves its very own curated collection of cocktails from modern twists on the classics to innovative takes and champagne sippers that will make you forget all about the mimosa. Inspired by prohibition, the bottom level is full of bold spirit-forward cocktails. A couple of “new classics” are plays on the Sazerac and Rob Roy. The former, called Some Reading Material, features Old Portero Rye Whiskey with a kiss of Jamaican rum and chocolate bitters, Tsegaye explains. The latter tucks in Macallan 12-year scotch, Crown Royal, Italian vermouth, and Drambuie. The cocktail party can be found on Level 1.5. This is where Tsegaye gets creative showing off his mixology skills making clarified cocktails and aromatic foams. Adventurous drinkers can sample cocktails like the sugarcane rum-based My Friend Daiquirita and the cherry blossom-inspired Nice Blossoms, Sakura. And lastly, champagne lovers should head directly to the top floor for The Art of Bubbles menu. From a bubbly mango Mai Tai to a clarified strawberry milk punch, these champagne cocktails punch up the flavor. The Chandelier also has a few non-alcoholic mocktails in its arsenal for teetotalers. Using non-alcoholic Lyre spirits, these playful drinks share many of the same fearless flavors as their boozy counterparts. Take Mr. Orangesicles Nippy Mood, for example. It’s a nostalgic nod to an old food court favorite with the rum flavor coming from Lyre’s Dark Cane Spirit blended with Hazelnut Orange. Another option is the pineapple-flavored Sparkling Maui Wowie." - Ryan Slattery

"You know you've landed in Las Vegas when you step into a three-floor lounge housed in a two-million crystal chandelier. Each floor has its own vibe, but our favorite might be the second (technically called Level 1.5 ), inside the chandelier, where the bartenders (who might be more accurately called artists) concoct magic from a long list of foams, tinctures, purees, garnishes, and hard-to-find spirits. Join the crowd of enthusiastic partygoers here who are either on their way to or from one of the restaurants in The Cosmopolitan , or heading to Marquee Nightclub , and be ready to throw down some cash." - Rachel Chang, Andrea Bennett
