A good cheesecake factory branch in a very good location. The avocado egg rolls are absolutely delicious and a must try and the spinach artichoke dip is an absolute classic as well. We went for their salad, an epic Santa Fe salad with portions enough for 2 people. The only inconvenience we had was our waitress was quite slow, took quite a bit of time to get a tea or a check, other than that a great experience and highly recommended

This place is amazing! I would recommend sitting outside if possible as its quite dark in there which is normal for there resturants. Excpect HUGE portions i wouldnt recommend getting a starter and a main as the starter is a main in itself ! but i reccomend having a starter if you are going for lumch instead of anything else , But they do also have a lunch menu !

It is always a great experience at Cheesecake Factory. Starting with Chicken Parmesan, it comes in a great portion enough for 2 almost. The sauce is a bit salty but I really love the taste. I forgot the name of the other dish, but it was so fresh and tasty as well. Cheesecake strawberry was huge! A very solid basque cheesecake with fresh fruit and strawberry sauce. I don’t like super-sweet cheesecakes, and this one was just perfect and creamy.

We enjoyed our dinner. The food was okay and the service was great. Rodriguez is a great server and he took good care of us. Nothing special tonight. For the price we paid it was over the value. The food portions were smaller than before. Either prices should come down or you increase your portions. This is so true for the cheesecake slice. Putting the burger together was a mess and the whole thing came apart. It was so annoying. This is the dumbest idea I've ever seen. It felt as if the chef is too lazy to even give you an assembled burger. No special sauces for the burger. No options for potato wedges or sweet potatoes fries or garlic aioli. The burger patty itself tasted good. The bread was good but the butter was too cold and it didn't melt easily. It will be a long time before we visit the Cheesecake factory again.

came here just for the cheesecake. would have loved to try everything. they display all the available cheesecakes. there's so many to choose from. we tried three flavors. unfortunately, i can't remember what i ordered. maybe it was caramel? i dont know. but i DO know it was good! i overheard one server was upset nobody was ordering any drinks except for water. lol well, that's just the way it is sometimes. P.S. i was waiting for Penny the entire time. 🥰

Really enjoyed the food, especially the avocado eggroll. The atmosphere is much quieter compared to The Grove. Definitely recommend this place.

Yeah. Cheesecake Factory! But, hey. This aint no regular CF! Awesome hostess. Awesome staff. Awesome kitchen. And location? Are you kidding? Its sort of a gift, having this national chain here. Because we can enjoy a reliable, large menu, competent, and price -stabilized venue to chill and eat. Bravo to the staff. You deal with awful people all day, and you shine. Love this place.

Very delicious cakes, we did not go for anything else. 1500kcal in one slice is a statement. We visited tuesday afternoon, no need for a reservation.

We popped in here at 6 , after a nice afternoon at the Mr.Brainwash Museum The tall handsome guy that seated us was super nice and friendly , our server was super attentive and checked on us several times while we were eating , all of the food we ordered was soo good, I really enjoyed the Bistro Burger, which was cooked perfectly Other dishes ordered at the table were Korean fried chicken, kids flatbread pizza, and chicken sandwhich We shared the holiday peppermint cheesecake Soo good will Stop off at this location again soon

Does the fact the a place named Cheesecake Factory having terrible cheesecake infuriate anybody else? Truly awful. Every just taste like sugar and nothing else. You have one job and can't even do that right.

The food is always amazing here... 24 years I have been coming here and no signs to stop! Service was excellent! The 4 cheese pasta with bread and oil was to die for! And as always the cheesecake was amazing!

So delicious, Wonderful service, romantic dimly lit atmosphere, great sound system with nice music. If you sign up on their website as a rewards member you get a free piece of cheesecake for your birthday. I loved every minute of it. I had tiramisu cheesecake and I had Thai lettuce wraps which I chopped up and made into a salad on the plate. Delicious

This location is one of the smaller Cheesecake Factory locations I've ever visited. My server was Onna. Onna had a large selection to cover and I must say she covered it very well. She checked on each table. She was quick at providing with each of my requests. I had the factory chopped salad with chicken, with avocado egg rolls and a tasty strawberry blossom martini. My visit was awesome and well as my food and cocktails. The ambience of the restaurant is the same as the other Cheesecake Factory restaurants. The restaurant is clean and has outdoor dining.

A few things to consider as a franchise. Your business is placed on what is considered one of the most expensive streets in LA. The service and food here was GARBAGE! I couldn't believe the Gaul of staff trying to make excuses for the poorly put together 30$ meals you all have spreader across the menu! You don't use sticky rice for jambalaya! You also don't bring cold food to the table! It's sad to see quality of food go to waste. Such a disappointment night out. I am not sure what's going on with Cheesecake Factory but this will be my last trip.

This restaurant does not have good service and this time the bread was hard as a log and certainly not fresh. Management is clueless and incompetent!

I had such an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory, and it was all thanks to the incredible Allie! From the moment we arrived, she was so attentive and helpful to our waitress that I genuinely thought she was the manager. Her energy, kindness, and professionalism made our visit truly exceptional. Having worked in and managed top restaurants myself, I can confidently say that Allie is a rare gem in the hospitality industry. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. To my surprise, she's actually the hostess--not even the manager (though she absolutely should be!). It's not every day you come across someone who brings such a warm and positive presence to a restaurant. Allie is a true asset to The Cheesecake Factory, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. We will definitely be back!

Do NOT do delivery with Cheesecake. Tonight my husband and I went to the Beverly Hills Cheesecake Factory. Our waiter was just the best. Our food was delicious. It was actually hot. Clearly our waiter did not leave the food to sit. He was the best. We ordered 1 slice banana cream cheesecake to go. I explained to our waiter, that about a week and 1/2 ago my husband and I were really sick so we ordered delivery. The food was delivered except the slice of cheesecake we ordered. The waiter said, I'll talk to my manager about it. The manager came over and said, you need to talk to Door Dash and have them reimburse you. We do not give rain checks. Since I already know the Cheesecake Factory screwed up . When I called them they said they had out the cheesecake in another bag. The doordash driver did nothing wrong. She picked up 1 bag with the complete order on the receipt. The bag was stapled. Nothing said 1 of 2 bags. The reply I got from my Yelp review said as is posted below, Cheesecake needs to do better. And to talk to a manager and have them do something on our next visit. This manager didn't care and just recited the company line. Not their fault, not their problem. We don't refund, we don't give rain checks. Or as my husband and I heard, "we don't care" .

One of, if not the worst Cheesecake Factory I've ever had the DISPLEASURE of dinning in. Not only is the service disgustingly inattentive where we did not even get refills, or asked if everything was ok. On top of that, we were brought the wrong order and were also brought an alcoholic beverage that was never ordered which remained on the total at the end of dinner for some reason. Once the food finally arrived (Steak Diane) which was supposed to be medium rare, to NO ONES SURPRISE it was beyond well done. If I wanted to chew on a piece of rubber I've just as well eat my own shoe. Will never be coming back to this horrible HORRIBLE restaurant. Bad food, bad service, bad experience.

Haven't been to a cheesecake factory in a while but this one was notably good. We came around 8 on a Thursday and I would of expected there to be a long wait so we wanted to put our name down and surprisingly there was no wait inside. We wanted to come back so we put our name down for an outside table and only waited like 20 mins. When we came back the host Blue instantly took us to our table and we skipped the line that was waiting to be sat which was very nice! Food was absolutely delicious I got the double bacon burger and it was perfectly cooked. Favorite part was the oreo cheesecake I was full from my burger that was a big portion but couldn't leave without trying a cheesecake. It was pretty to sit outside we sat a nice table it just got cold and they never offered to turn on the heaters but it was still nice.

We came in today Monday night. Thinking we're going to have pleasant experience. That was not the case. We sat by the bar V was our server. We waited him to take our order. He did not acknowledge us. The busser was the one taking care of us brought bread and water. He was more attentive than my actual server. Place got potential is just the service sucks.

No parking so will need to park at the public parking cross the street. I go here for cheesecake, they are so dood.

Great experience! Ordered takeout, staff was very friendly. I didn't eat inside but it's a nice atmosphere. I loved my food, I got the Chicken Bellagio which is a favorite of mine.

This is one of those places I don't know how anyone can really complain here. A lot of seating with patio and indoors, indoors is a little dark I must say. Huge menu and generally everything is decent, easy place to go for big parties and people with different preferences, also in great location. We had the avocado eggs rolls, poke nachos, vegan Cobb, and brussel sprouts. Maybe it isn't the trendiest place, but sometimes simplicity is truly best (and you will actually fill full!) what I want to inquire is if this location does indeed have a happy hour and would love to know the menu...

I've order door dash from here a couple of times and this is just crazy I ordered well done .

The food, service, and ambiance here are very good. I don't usually do big franchises but this one for its location, ambiance and service is excellent. We attacked taquitos, spicy tuna, chicken Madeira, and strawberry cheese cake. We sat on the outside patio and people watched while enjoying bite after scrumptious bite. Everything was very good, my guests were Brazilian and remarked upon how good the plate was. The appetizers were crunchy goodness that just blew us away too. The service was fantastic and we thank you Cheesecake Factory! Share plates here and this location is a place to be!

I either forgot or didn't notice before that the original Cheesecake Factory here on Beverly Drive (next to Rodeo Drive) has outdoor seating. The indoor remains too poorly lit for my tastes, but the outdoor area has space and feels classy. I got a table right by the sidewalk. My servers were both great. Unlike my usual visits to the Cheesecake Factory, this time I ordered the skinnylicious hamburger with an Oreo Milkshake. The skinnylicious almost reminded me of In-and-Out, minus the thousand island dressing. It was good, in other words! The Oreo shake needed more oreos, but otherwise I'd get it again. Overall, a good experience, but I'd only eat outdoors here in the future. This was my first visit to the original Cheesecake Factory since summer 2016, and although there's a novelty to eating here, I do think the lighting should be updated to something more modern.

I came here for the Chinese chicken salad that is so huge I had to share it with my friend. The Oreo chocolate cheesecake was her idea and she enjoyed every bite. There are so many things and options on this menu. The service was amazing as was the hostess who is always a class act and elegant when you come in. I don't know her name but she's a tall and slim African American lady who should teach other restaurants how to meet and greet. She's elegant a legend. Free parking is right across the street for two hours!

I love the Cheesecake Factory! Always delicious! The desserts are outstanding (try the Tower chocolate cake!) and the food is always delicious!!The staff (from the wonderful receptionist who greets you so warmly to the great servers) is fantastic! Craving for a piece of the Tower cake right now!

Decided to eat here since I was not really that hungry but know that I have room for dessert. It was my first time eating here by myself and decided that I will just have a quick pizza and of course, cheesecake for dessert. The complimentary bread is always a good treat. The pizza was okay, nothing really extraordinary or unforgettable but it was all I needed to feel a bit full. I had the cheesecake to-go and thought of eating it in the morning but the chocolate cheesecake was calling my name. It was my favorite part of my meal - silky cheesecake that is delightful, rich, and flavorful with every bite!

Basically Wooow place food is just amazing, atmosphere is warm and nice, service is above and beyond staff is great i loove this place with all my heart you should enjoy it at least once and of course go for a dessert the best cheesecakes in the world with the top quality coffee and you are happy

honestly, my pasta was mid. server kinda took a while and i was waiting for my water to b refilled reese's cheesecake was good, and tbh the brussel sprouts and nachos were better than the main course, but i was also just craving those foods. my friends' pastas were rly good but i thought it wasn't worth coming back for. i wouldn't come back tbh. place is pretty dark lighting, but music was alright, christmas music!

Second time at this Cheesecake Factory location. Me and my work crew had lunch here a few days ago, and I got the Chicken Madeira meal this time. It was pretty good with some rice, and really good seasoned grilled chicken . Love the Lemonade Iced tea here too. We even had some room to squeeze in some cheesecake as well. Nice outdoor seating here as well. Waiters and waitresses are cool. We will be back.

I have frequented other Cheesecake factories in my day but this experience was the best. Our server, Amber, was amazing!!! She was attentive. Courteous. Attentive. And my wife and I loved her energy. The ambiance being near Rodeo drive was nice. We sat outside with the heated lamps that worked perfectly for a little breezy night. Now, I love burgers and this one did not disappoint along with my sweet fries. My wife had a salad and enjoyed as well! Ended with a lovely piece of Oreo cheesecake!! Yummmmmmmmm!!!

feeling " peckish" in Beverly Hills I stopped at Cheescake Factory and very glad I did served by Conner who was friendly , efficient , attentive ( just right level) and ordered fish and chips ( my staple) the presentation was excellent , batter crispy , fish cooked perfectly, French fries and coleslaw together with bread , ketchup etc completed the dish and suffice to say I cleared my plate and enjoyed every bite this is undoubtedly the best meal and service I have had at any CF ) and I have been to a large number of them Also great value for money !!!! I will return

We were at the cheesecake factory at Victoria Garden on Friday, November 22 me and my husband and our kids it was very bad We wait for an hour to bring the food and the food was cold not fresh

I dropped by while exploring Rodeo Drive with a large group of people. When I walked in to inquire about a waiting time for 22 people, the hostess was very nice and willing to accommodate for my party. They seated us within 10-15 minutes and I believe the manager (Josh) even came to greet us. My party enjoyed the service and food. I ordered the chicken madeira, strawberry cheesecake, and lemon raspberry cheesecake. All of the food came out within a decent time. The servers were all nice and friendly too. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking to have some great food with large portions!

No friendly No respect Not the right person to have this job I have to ask to bring an glass No bread I call the manager after 2 days the name is Joshua, and I explain: I call because the manager business of this company, said to me, Iam sorry for this bad experience, and Joshua the manager of this location respond to me: Iam sorry this is not my business. I don't why this company pay this manager.

I hate to do this but I have to. I was very clear about the fact that I am on the carnivore diet and requested a steak with eggs. He told me I could not sub out the sides for eggs but that I could order a side of eggs. Fair enough. I said I'll have a side of 2 eggs and also a side of shrimp. He asked if I still wanted the sides that come with the steak and I said yes, but on a separate plate please. My wife ordered a burger and my child had chicken tenders. Those were fine which is why it's 2 stars. I noticed the steak and burger sitting in the line when I went to the restroom, but figured it couldn't be my order because the sides are plated with the steak. Come back from the restroom and wait another 6 minutes before our server (who never gave his name) came by and said, I didn't want to keep you waiting for the shrimp so here's everything else and I'll bring the shrimp after. Fair enough, except that it was absolutely the same steak I saw sitting on the line for 6 minutes. I looked at the plate and immediately said, can you please take the carbs off of my plate? I felt like I was being rude so I changed it to, please bring me an extra plate. Anyways, that was upsetting because the mash potatoes and green beans that my 3 year old may have tried to eat was wasted with all the steak juice on it. Not quite angry enough at this point to leave a review... it gets better.,, the shrimp comes in 7 more minutes and it was the worst tasting side of shrimp I've ever had, especially from cheesecake. I almost sent it back but I just ate the protein for what it was. The worst part of the experience is that my wife and I landed on this place for our 4 year wedding anniversary, I included this information on the reservation and requested a candle on the dessert we ordered. Brings the dessert with no candle and not even a happy anniversary. I'm upset. Worst cheesecake experience I've ever had and we eat at all the time. I don't know why there would be an option to type additional information if it doesn't get read! Furious. I was torn between not tipping and writing a yelp review and as a former bartender I do not have it in me to not tip. Thanks for reading

Once in a while we go to The Cheesecake Factory to eat and this time we chose the one in Beverly Hills so we can go shopping afterwards. So so disappointed with the food served at this location. Please take a look at our spicy crispy chicken sandwich. It looks like something my kids made at home using a Costco bun and chicken patty. When we told the waiter he said that's how their brioche bun is. Just WOW ... tasteless sandwich is what I call this Let's just say everything we got looked and tasted below average. We normally like the food we get in other locations but this was a total fail. Our waiter looked exhausted or super annoyed to be at work, I know it's the day after Christmas but that should not make a difference if you are scheduled to work. Families are out to have a good time and not to deal with unfriendly employees. The only good thing was we were seated within 30 minutes and the area is nicely decorated for Christmas. Looks very festive.

Worst customer service ever ! Extremely unprofessional and unorganized! I have never been treated in a restaurant like this before !!! The host manager , Joshua V ,was the rudest person in the world. I don't know how he still has a job  in Beverly Hills with that attitude. At our arrival , party of 6,I put my name on waiting list along with my phone number. Been told that waiting time was 40 minutes and I would receive a text from them when the table is ready. After almost an hour standing on the street in December night cold weather, we went back to the host desk to find out how long more we have to wait. The same person who was supposed to put me in wait list and took my name and phone number was there, But he couldn't find me on the list!!! He got his rude manger to help him. He did not take the ownership of his mistake, didn't apologize, He said that he couldn't remember me .accusing me for lying and making up stories. And he can't give us a table at all. We would never go back!!!

I hadn't been to a Cheesecake Factory in years... (YEARS!) and was somewhat surprised when I learned about this one, sort of in the heart of Beverly Hills, which struck me as interesting geographically. Popped in with a friend just because, nostalgia maybe, and had a nice time. I will say, the portion sizes are a bit smaller than they used to be, and the prices substantially bigger. Though considering the rent they must be paying there, I mean, duh. It was a nice reminder of a place I frequented in grad school. Not the best thing I've had in years, but it was nice, service was good, the food was nice, and the people (and car) watching fabulous.

Had a fun night with family. Thank you Cheesecake for a good time!!! The piña colada was outstanding, and offered a refreshing experience. I ordered the Chicken Piccata. While the angel hair pasta was slightly overcooked, the exceptional sauce and flavorful chicken more than made up for it. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was excellent, adding to an overall enjoyable dining experience.

Did you know this is the original Cheesecake Factory location? Opened in 1978, it's been there for eva eva. I hadn't been to a Cheesecake in a billion years but wanted to check out the OG after some Rodeo Drive hanging - it's just a block over from the fancy street. We were warmly greeted upon entering, quickly sat - great hosts and server, even the manager came by to check on us. Saqib was awesome~! My friend and I started with the Tropical Ginger Cooler and Pineapple Cherry Limeade. Both were non-alcoholic, fruity and delicious, plus served to look just like cocktails. And for only $5 each! The truffle honey chicken came with mashed potatoes and asparagus for $21. Surprisingly plump and juicy fried chicken with a crispy skin on the outside. Loved the dashes of honey truffle throughout and how some got on the mashed potatoes. I've been on a mashed potatoes kick lately! The potatoes at Beverly Hills fit the bill being all sorts of creamy with skin bits in them. And the long af asparagus made for a strange plating lookin' like a crab. Ha! It was all very tasty though. If you don't get cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory, you should have all dining rights revoked. We went with the 30th Anniversary slice for $9.50 and devoured it right up. We took ours to go so keep in mind that's an option if you're full from the mains. I'm glad I popped back into a Cheesecake Factory after many years away. With their extensive menu, it's such a great place to go with a large group of people because there is always something for everyone!

I normally go to the marina location. I stopped going because of the service and it's usually pretty packed. I went to Beverly Hills for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Waiters and bus boys were extremely Friendly and polite. Presentation and taste of food was impeccable. After coming to this location I felt like the others just threw everything together.

Not very welcoming, but the food was great! The Korean chicken was the best! such wonderful flavor & amazing portions

The food was fine but the service was HORRIBLE. I took my two daughters out to NYE dinner. I requested white bread he bright Rye. Then said they were out due to a shortage but moments later brought the table next to me bread. Then when he brought our drinks we asked for straws he brought two but there was 3 of us. I requested a straw again and didn't get it until AFTER my food came. Asked for napkins we never got them. They left the dirty appetizer plates on our table while they brought the food. The literally told us to push the plates to the middle of the table to make room for our food instead of just taking the plates. I had to ask to take the used plates away. When we were leaving he didn't offer to box our food he just dropped the to-go boxes off and by walked away. When we asked for refills he took out cups literally and refilled them instead of just bringing us fresh glasses of sodas. The quality of service has completely changed. It was disappointing because we frequently this location. Note to management: please ensure your employees treat all consumers equal.

I got there very hungry and needed to eat! Was so hungry didn't took picture of special main dish - cashew spicy chiken. Everything was good, also my favorite bread and butter . But as soon as I git home I started to feel sick. Couldn't get rid of taste of that chiken.... maybe was too much artificial flavor used in souse . I don't know. Probably not the worst but not the best place for dinner.

I come here for the Grilled Salmon and that's it: FULL STOP Make sure to ask for it Medium or Medium Rare or else if you say nothing they will fry the hell out of it and it will taste like flaking smelly crap. It comes with Mashed Potatoes but they graciously substitute brown rice and their brown rice is very good. It also comes with Broccoli and everyone needs to eat Broccoli. CF has great Broccoli. Broccoli is the key to life. If you eat Broccoli you will live to be 200 years old. But as my friend says, the last 100 years is what you don't want... I recently tried the Miso Salmon and it was great too! and ask for it with Brown Rice. It comes with a disgusting white sauce I will have them to eliminate the next time--that's not needed and is an impediment to enjoying what is a great Salmon dish. Get rid of that white stuff--it will clog your arteries. Keep it simple stupid when preparing dishes and everyone will be better off. Service at CF is always very good. I love the servers here and usually leave large gratuities. The best servers work at CF--all of them. Parking is either in a city lot, private lot, or on the street. During the day before 6 PM you can park for 2 hours free in some BH city lots. I almost never get the cheesecake because I am watching my "girlish figure."

Very cramp Cheesecake Factory comparable to the one at the grove. Service wasn't as great as other locations but maybe because it's BH. Food was great- ordered salad, avocado appetizer, Thai chicken *isn't picture. Probably won't be back for this location, to be honest. Service is key!

The lettuce was brown, the portion tiny, and the Long Island ice tea had minimal alcohol. Very pricey for what I got!

The food was exactly what you expect from the cheesecake factory. Good at a decent price. The service was horrible, I would give minus stars if I could. Wader would disappear for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Food did not come out for over 40 minutes. Another couple waiting 45 and a third couple waiting 40 as well. Ask for the manager who came out said let me check on this. It's my fault and then disappeared and never came back either. Had to track down a waiter to get water and iced tea refilled. Made a Yelp account just to leave this review.

Food was alright might order from here again,but overall food feels very heavy on the stomach overall service was good.

Yum was all I could think about while eating there. There was a variety of bread and the chicken Marsala was the best. There was a lot of flavor and the staff was very nice. It took a while for the food to come out but it was worth it. The vibe was very cool and I got my table from 5-10 minutes. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

3.5/5 A good ole classic shrimp with angel hair pasta. Can't really go wrong with it. The flavor was a 4/5 and the portion size was a 3/5. Very busy location but got a good seat by the window.
