Let me start off by saying that the portions were huge. Like unrealistically huge and I love that. Thats how it is suppose to be. For sure couldn’t finish all that food. The place is always busy and you will see some celebs sitting next you to on random days( if your into that kind of stuff). The service is always great. Its up stairs so hope your not afraid of heights. 😁. All in all good place to eat after a long day of walking the grove.

Had the opportunity to be served by Savannah and she went definitely above and beyond great and her customer service was exceptional. My review for Savannah is 10,000/05 everything was on point the water the suggestions for dessert the suggestions for the plates for me and my wife we will definitely come back again, and hopefully we can be served by her again both of us 100% satisfied. The dish she suggest to us was the steak Friters and I got a side of mashed potatoes and a whole salad everything was delicious and exactly how we asked.

The food here was the best I had in my 10 day stay in California state. They have a lot of options, for vegans and vegetarians as well. Vast variety of cheesecakes and all of them look so good. I took korean fried cauliflower and snickers cheese cake. Ambience is amazing and seevice is good too. Highly recommend the experience.

The food is ok. I had the chicken Marsala. I liked it. The iced tea was fine. My friend loves this chain. I think it’s meh. The service was awful. The guy was nice but he was chatting far too long with another person that was watching a laker game with him lol. So we got our food after a long time. He also forgot my iced tea. Pretty sad. You can park in the structure.

Service podium is on second floor. Took the escalator up, and waited in line to be seated. When I got to the podium, I was told I supposed to check in at the bottom. When first I walked in at the bottom, there wasn’t really anyone around, except an employee tucked in a corner on their phone. I was never greeted to check in, so I assumed I should go up the escalator. The employee at the podium said it was fine, and she would check me in. Service for ordering and receiving check was slow. I considered leaving when I was seated because ordering took so long. Additionally, I waited an extra ten minutes just to leave after finishing food. I was put in a corner away from everyone, and I don’t know if it was because I was by myself. Overall, it’s below average, needs better employees, and I won’t eat there again just because it was slow service for a not-so-busy day.

We went to the cheesecake factory, even though the ratings were not that great. However we found this restaurant to be quite nice. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Our server Jessica did a tremendous job keeping in touch with us, serving us, she always had a smile and very professional. She's top gun for the company.

Google
I’ve ALWAYS wanted to go to the Cheesecake Factory after hearing the dad from the film Step Brothers visit there so often and I absolutely understand how he could spend the night there 🤣 Definitely recommend, however the portions are HUGE. I’d basically ordered two mains alone and somehow managed to put nearly all of it away ha!

Ordered delivery through this location and door dash. The food was tasty, hot items bagged separately from cold, and my notes on the order were followed. Very happy with their to go experience.

Yelp
We ordered the Madeira Chicken, Louisiana Pasta, and the small Shrimp Tacos (requested with no heat). The food was mostly good, but there were a few hiccups. First off, the shrimp tacos were surprisingly spicy even though we asked for no heat, which was disappointing. The Madeira Chicken was actually really good, juicy with a nice layer of cheese that added great flavor. I did not like the Louisiana Pasta. The presentation was just okay, but the chicken in it was super juicy and savory, Service was friendly, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

Yelp
Thank goodness the food was great and the restaurant was beautiful and clean because the service seemed snobby. Next time I will just stick to the Farmers Market. We got here earlier in the day around 2pm and were promptly sat at a table. Once our waiter arrived we were asked if we wanted bread and we said "yes" and I started to try and order our drinks but the waiter walked away. This happened almost every time he came to our table. He even came over and asked my date if she wanted anything else besides water. She stated she was good with just water and he dramatically waved his hand and said "Ok just water" and turned and left. From then on our drinks went empty and were not offered refills until we were requested the check. When we received our food i asked the person who brought it for "some ranch". They nodded and never returned. Our waiter finally returned well after our food was delivered, saying something about being sorry that he was busy. Not needing the ranch as the food was now cold I didn't say anything and requested the check.

Yelp
I like coming here to the cheesecake factory when I am visiting the Grove. I like to come here specifically for the happy hour. You have to sit in the bar area either at the bar or at the high tops. I think the mail and price point matches and the food is good. I love getting the rolled taco bites, the meatballs, the potstickers, and the guava mocktail drinks are my favorite The service is pretty quick, which is why I keep coming back

Yelp
First time eating at this Cheesecake Factory. It was pretty busy. When our table was ready the employee at the checkin told us to wait. It wasn't until minutes later we had to ask her and she says we were supposed to walk upstairs. We were standing around right in front of her. Good thing we asked. Our server was nice but it took over 10 min just to get our drinks. And almost another 10 min for bread. It was busy but I mean, thats pretty slow lol. Maybe he was new but we had to flag him down for everything, bread, drink refills. I don't mind as I can understand when establishments get really busy, and he was very polite. But yeah, time felt like it stopped lol. It was also pretty dark. I know Cheesecake Factory usually has mood lighting. But these lights were a bit too low for my eyes lol. It was just hard for me to see the menu. I ordered the chicken parmesian "pizza style". Pretty good. Its basically an upside down Chicken Parmagiane where the pasta is on top of a large flattened chicken breast lol. I have to admit it was a tad salty but that could be because of my personal preference. I really like the parmesian crust. I would try it again. Maybe at a different Cheesecake factory. Not the best experience.

Yelp
I've visited this location numbers times so leaving a review this time. I was dining alone and waiting time was about 15 minutes as i didn't have any reservations so donuour self a favor and make them before going. Service was good my waiter was attentive and brought my food rather quick. I ordered the burger with side salad and they were delicious. I had a glads of champagne as well. This location is always packed but I've always had a good experience.

Yelp
I don't even know where to start. I should have known it wasn't going to be a good experience when I saw a customer leaving because she was so upset. For the first time I sat on the balcony and it was a waste. It took my waiter 20 minutes to say hello and had an attitude. We get butter and it has a hair in it!! I was so disgusted then we get the food and it was cold! I finally had enough and went to talk to the manager. I was so disappointed with her fake sympathy. Never going here again

Yelp
While shopping at The Grove, I heard The Cheesecake Factory had a happy hour, so of course, my friend and I had to check it out. It had been years since my last visit, and I quickly remembered why. The place was packed--understandably so, given that it was a weekend during happy hour. That said, the service was pretty slow. Our server was friendly but not very attentive, so we often found ourselves waiting quite a while to place orders or get refills. We decided to try a variety of dishes, including the avocado egg rolls, corn tamales, and a burger, along with a couple of cocktails. The food itself was decent, but it was definitely on the greasier side, which made it feel heavy. The flavors were there, but nothing really stood out. As for the cocktails, they were overly sweet and lacked balance--not much of a kick at all. The atmosphere was lively, and I can see why it's a go-to spot for casual outings, but personally, it just didn't hit the mark for me. If you're looking for a quick bite during happy hour, it might be worth checking out, but if you're after a more refined experience, there are better options nearby.

Yelp
It's so funny they give you a customer service email to respond too and I haven't heard anything back from them. Lol. Also I called their guest services corporate number and couldn't get through to anyone.

Yelp
Best service ever! They were so nice to check us in early and sat us at the balcony Food was delicious and the timing of all the dishes coming out was excellent Drinks were refilled often. Favorite cheesecake location hands down

Yelp
This is probably one of the nicest Cheesecake Factory I have ever been to. We came here around noon to grab lunch and we were seated right away and got a seat with view outside. My kids love Cheesecake Factory food and who doesn't. Portions are big and good price during this economy. Everyone was pretty friendly They validate parking ticket for 2 hours. Will definitely come back

Yelp
What a disappointment! Today I ordered again through DoorDash. I ordered the Fried Calamari, which is on of the items I order every time. I also ordered another one of my favorites, which is the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka. I usually add shrimp and salmon, today I added salmon only because I forgot to add the shrimp. The one thing I always add no matter where I order pasta from is extra sauce. Today I put extra Vodka Sauce in the "Special Request" section. I wrote in all caps, "EXTRA VODKA SAUCE, PLEASE." I added the word "Vodka" because of my dine in experience when I order extra sauce for the Spicy Rigatoni. What I received is not Vodka Sauce. TCF pulls this same bait and switch when I'm in the restaurant and I ask for extra sauce, and I ALWAYS send it back. If I have a dish that has a specific sauce and I ask for extra sauce I should get the same sauce that comes with the dish. So, today what I received is pasta that will be dry when I decide to eat it because we all know when you save pasta for later it soaks up the sauce. I won't be ordering the Spicy Rigatoni again for delivery. I will have to order it when I'm in the restaurant to make sure I receive the sauce that comes with the dish. Please forgive any typos, this review was typed on a mobile device.

Yelp
Ordered the gumbo. More like GUM-NO! Bland. Had about 5 pieces of shrimp. 6 pieces of chicken and NO andouille sausage. A bunch of rice and tomatoes. EPIC FAIL!

Yelp
I had a lovely lunch here while I was strolling around The Grove. I had the beet and orange salad. It was perfect. All the fresh components together, with the sweet dressing and crispy, fried quinoa made me happy. I ordered a tropical ice tea as my beverage and that was it because I ate all the complimentary pumpernickel bread and asked for extra butter because I was not embarrassed to butter up my bread. That was lunch! Buttered bread, a beet and orange salad and iced tea on the balcony. I'll admit my waitress was a bit cold. I wish she was a little more warm because feeling you're just a job dampened my experience. Other than that it was great.

Yelp
We went to The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and the atmosphere was excellent! We were seated on the balcony, which overlooked the trolley and pedestrian walkway. Unfortunately, the service was mediocre; our server was not very attentive. I ordered the Ahi tuna salad with excitement and anticipation. However, when my plate arrived, it was mostly a large serving of vegetables. I searched for the high-quality tuna that was advertised, and I finally found a small piece of low-grade tuna hidden beneath the mound of vegetables. The quality was so poor that I decided to send the whole plate back and ended up just having an appetizer instead. The highlight of the evening was the carrot cake we ordered--it was scrumptious from beginning to end. While the prices were high, the quality of the food was generally low, with the exception of the carrot cake.

Yelp
Disappointed in the frittes steak, I do not recommend it, it was smaller than the bread they provide for the table, and for 30$ so not worth it. I got robbed for the 2/4 inch thin steak

Yelp
This cheesecake Cake Factory location is perfect to dine in after going to Grove. They validate parking, if you park in the parking lot. If you visit on the weekend, there might be wait time which is not a big deal. Our food was amazing, I really enjoyed my pasta. It was full of flavor and chicken tasted great. Our service was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we were seated. Overall, it was a great dinning experience and I will back next time I go to the Grove.

Yelp
My little family visited The Grove on 11/10/24. I wanted to highlight the staff member who took us to our table because he was fantastic! He kindly bowed down to my girls and greeted them by saying, hello princess. He then held out his bent arm so my little girl could grab on as he escorted her to the table. As he was walking us to our table he was politely letting people know, excuse us, VIP coming through... my little girl felt SO SPECIAL! He went out of his way to do that, I wish I caught his name, but he's great! This location has a large elevator and staircase as you enter. We were lucky to go in right before the lunch rush. The food was yummy, the waiter was attentive and we enjoyed the chill vibe.

Yelp
I agree that service does sometimes take long at this location as they are pretty busy. It is a nice location after all and does draw a pretty big crowd.

Yelp
Went to dinner yesterday with my family. Straight off the bat service was bad. We only saw our server three times. Once when he took our order, once when he brought bread and drinks, and last time when he brought the bill. He never checked on us otherwise. My husbands food came out way after ours did and there was no explanation. I ordered the tuscan chicken off the light menu. There were three pieces of chicken, two were undercooked and rubbery so i couldn't eat them. Unfortunately we did not see him until he brought us the bill so I did not have an opportunity to say anything. When he brought our bill, I told him about the issue with my meal, he just replied with ok sorry and walked off with the payment. I also told him to please validate our parking which he did not do. Needless to say it was a bad experience with the exception that we saw David Spade as we were walking out.

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory at the Grove was sick! The jumbolia noodles hit the spot! Jake was our server and was great, very attentive. The vibe at the Grove is fun! I like just people watching and relaxing enjoying a cold beer with my wife.

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory is one of our favorite eateries. We've visited several locations all across SoCal. We had our family dinner at The Grove location last Jan 18th, Saturday around 7pm. It was a busy Saturday night so we understood the wait times. Once we received the text that our table was ready we came up to the counter to inform the two hostess we received the text. One checked us in. Waited several minutes then the other hostess asked us if we checked in and I informed her we did. She said oh she didn't tell you to go up and meet your server. I said no she didn't inform us anything. She then apologized and told us to please go up the stairs as our server is waiting for us. David our server met us and sat us down and handed us the menu. He was pleasant but seemed very occupied. He didn't come by until 10 to 15 minutes later and asked if we wanted drinks and appetizers. We informed him we wanted bread and some drinks. Came back 15 minutes later and asked if we're ready to order. No bread and no drinks. Our food arrived at scattered times 30 minutes to an hour later. The last to arrive was the Asian chicken salad which we returned because they forgot to include the chicken. We also had to ask for bread thrice to get it replenished. Our order consists of Frozen Iced Mango drink, lemonade, soda, Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Piccata, Chicken Parmesan Style Pizza and Margherita Flatbread. The food was good as expected but the overall service or lack of leaves a lot to be desired. I also informed our server of my rewards number so we can get points for dining. Until now no points toward my Cheesecake rewards.

Yelp
Saturday we went to the grove and thought we would stop in at The Cheesecake Factory and have some brunch. The service was great our waiter was very kind and provided good service. The food came out fast and was good. This location is very loud, but we love that it's super convenient within the grove. Parking is great. I would advise to use valet if you are able and if you have a handicap placard it's even cheaper like $5 an hour. We love The Grove!

Yelp
We haven't been to The Grove or Farmers' Market in years upon years, so with all the food choices between the two places, I was surprised when my husband picked this Cheesecake Factory. I probably would not have done so, but it was close to where we had been shopping, so I'm sure that factored into his choice. The wait times to securing a table at any Cheesecake Factory can be daunting, but on the day we appeared, we got right in for lunch. It was on a Tuesday sometime between 1-2 pm, so that's probably why. If it was the weekend at the Grove... or dinnertime, forget it. Anyway, we were quite happy that we didn't have to wait. We had such a nice waiter... Jake. I'm not one to typically highlight a waiter, but when they offer such great service, I do, and Jake was with a smile at all times. He was very concerned that we didn't want for anything, and we didn't. He was very memorable, and I will ask for him should we ever be in the area to go this Cheesecake Factory again. My husband ordered the Italian Chopped Salad, and because he gets it all the time at our local Cheesecake Factory, it was as he expected, and he really enjoyed it. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, and while I get that a lot myself and have for many years, I don't enjoy when the lettuce is torn, so all the sauces leak out (and get all over my hands, not to mention clothing). Such was the case THIS time. It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, it can be annoying. I suppose I could've gotten Jake to get me new lettuce pieces, but I just dealt with it. We didn't order any cheesecake because we've both been watching our weight, but otherwise, we would have. The decor is as it always is, very pleasing and attractive, but this seemed like a larger location. Don't know if it actually is, but it sure seemed bigger to me. Maybe with the upstairs and downstairs... who knows.

Yelp
1st time visiting A Cheesecake Factory franchise and a very positive experience I might say! Went there around 4:30 ish in the evening and it wasn't super packed which what we'd prefer! We got Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp, Shrimp Lunch Special Pasta & Steak Diane and everything was very good but I had better in other places. Now what made this experience a 4 star for us were our server (forgot his name) and the lady who got us the table, Super Friendly & patient! The decor inside had a high class Chinese restaurant vibe which I really liked & yeah the menu prices are little bit higher than some of the other contemporaries but that's understandable with everything that I've mentioned here!

Yelp
Thanks Julian!!!! Had a really great experience here! The food came out incredibly fast after we ordered seriously impressive how quick and delicious it was. The service was just as amazing. Special thanks to our server Julian, who was super friendly, attentive, and professional. He made sure we had everything we needed and more. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to and recommending to friends!

Yelp
Food - inedible Service- inhospitable Ambiance- uninviting I could go on but the key factor here for anyone considering. Take your 200 bucks and spend it somewhere with out the word Factory in it.

Yelp
The cheesecake factory is always an enjoyable experience. There is something on the menu for everybody and the elegant environment is a pleasure to dine in. We were there, enjoying all the holiday decorations before they went down and the place looked great! Our service was excellent at always and we look forward to our next visit

Yelp
The toughest thing about coming to The Cheesecake Factory is the wait, but at this location it feels exceptionally painful. We came with a large group on Friday night and knew we'd have to wait at least an hour during prime time. They quoted us 2 and we ended up waiting 2.5. You should make sure you have someone in the party who is willing to go somewhat early to put your name in and then hang around The Grove to kill time. Also keep in mind that the parking rates at The Grove can definitely add up. They do validate for some portion of time though so be sure to scan your ticket. Once we were seated the service was a bit on the slow side. I ordered the Four Cheese Pasta which has always been way too much food for me so I box half of it up for lunch the next day. It's my favorite dish here and I think one of the best in terms of value. The staff were very kind and they were also able to split our check into multiple splits which we all appreciated.

Yelp
Cheesecake factory has always been a very pleasant place to dine for many years now. This location is a favorite in LA, it is located in the heart of The Grove, and has a second floor which is pretty spacious. The service is great. They accomodate to my allergy needs. I enjoy their salmon, their corn is delicious (doesn't taste like just plain corn), and their cakes are soooo good! I tend to always get a slice of their red velvet cheesecake to go -their slices are hefty and big. The red velvet cheesecake also has white chocolate on it which I love and the whip cream is so fresh.

Yelp
Came on the day after Christmas and it was probably the busiest time of the year for dinner. After about an hour and a half wait for dinner, we were seated but had to wait so long to order food and receive the food as well. There were order mixups and the requests to fix the order were forgotten (happened multiple times so may have been intentional?). Hey but great vibes tho on the balcony, terrible day of service. Maybe I'll give it another shot someday.

Dael S.

Yelp
Food is good but customer service is really bad. I dont really write reviews but i thought i needed to for this one. It took the waiter 10 minutes to bring water and bread. And this was after i went up to him asking for it. And i see him giving other tables the things they ask. I think there is a reason why this resturant in particular has 3.1 star review. Worse than mc donalds. Rethink how you hire people.

Yelp
*You Can Have Your (Cheese)Cake & Eat it Too* The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite well-oiled corporate chains. I've been a major fan since childhood and been to several other locations (MDR is still my all-time fav) What I love most is their consistency, quality and customer service. And good value too for the large portions served. I try to avoid "The Grove" certain times of the year (as a LA native, you locals know what I mean ;) but wifey & I ended up here in need of a quick late lunch/early dinner (lunner ;) and knew what we wanted to eat -- opposed to all the other food & dining options at The Grove and the Farmers Market. Luckily we were seated quickly in a nice (requested) 2-top booth due to the time of day, but they were still pretty busy. We came to dine not linger. Our waiter was on it from the moment we were seated & greeted up until departure. Friendly & professional. The rest of the team followed his lead. Wifey enjoyed her SkinnyLicious Chicken entree (which she's had before) My SkinnyLicious Asian Chicken Salad (dressing on the side) hit the spot because it was fresh, cold & crisp and delish. Can't remember the last time I was at any Cheesecake Factory and didn't order Avocado Eggrolls...but the weather was so warm I/we took a pass...and dessert too (but I love Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake :) Only thing I don't like about this location is their layout and also the parking situation. But that's no fault of The Cheesecake Factory...and it's well worth the extra effort...and TCF validates parking. I could go on & on with rants & stories about TCF throughout the years (like my other reviews ;) but I think you already get the point & picture. {{{High-Fives}}} {{{Fist-Bumps}}} Grandslam Lifelong Fan

Yelp
I need to preface everything by saying I truly like The Cheesecake Factory. I frequent the one in the Marina and I've enjoyed the one in South Bay. This particular CF pales in comparison and they are lacking in customer service. It took waiter several minutes to acknowledge us at out table. I ordered the barbeque burger with bacon on the side to gift to my dog child at home and I will not eat pig on any level. I reiterated my instructions to make sure bacon was on side. Waiter seemed out of it so I wasnt sure he was catching on. In a very condescending tone, he let me know that pig was pork. I was flummoxed by his attitude and it crossed my mind perhaps he took too much Melatonin. This was my second sign that things were going cray. Waiter informs us kitchen will close...yadda, yadda...yadda. I also ordered a drink. Our food came but it was wrong. I wasn't surprised as the Waiter acted like he had eidetic memory and, what a startling revelation; did NOT. The fries were chewy. My friend walked his burger back as our waiter knew we were not pleased and sorta vanished. I asked for the manager because we were irritated. Ayla, came to our table and cocked her head like she was listening and then ushered in the correct orders...kind of. She bade me to try the fresh order of fries. She cautioned not to burn my mouth. This batch had less chewier fries but not by much. It also wasn't hot. She told us we could have free dessert and then bounced away like she'd done a charitable deed. I drank my vodka peach and ate most of my burger. I gave up on the fries and our scarce waiter finally appeared to.give us our bill. We paid and walked past the reclusive Manager Ayla and right on out the exit NEVER to return.

Yelp
Sunday, 4/6/25 - today we celebrated my grandchild's 10th birthday. We couldn't make a reservation on Yelp for our party of 13 because there is a maximum of 7 guests. I called ahead. Manager Michelle kindly explained to me that I would likely have to wait 1-2 hours after I checked in due to the constant high activity from the shopping malI. I checked in at 4pm with the hostess for a 5pm reservation for 13 people (7 adults & 6 kids). My party of 13 reported at 4:45pm, & was seated at 6:14pm after waiting almost 1.5 hours. The kids selected entrees & drinks from the kid's menu. All of the portions were good. We then ordered 4 pieces of cheesecake. They served our birthday child her cheesecake with a lighted candle & name in frosting on the plate. The bill was $360 ($300 food & 20% tip). The food tasted average. Charles was our kind waiter, who had 5 stations to serve. The 1 hour 30 minute wait time for our seating & the service was horrible because this restaurant is severely short staffed to keep the customer traffic running smoothly. There were not enough servers to take the orders & bring the food. There were definitely not enough bus staff to clean & set up the tables, & remove the dirty dishes to make room on the table for the birthday desserts. We sat down at our table at 6:14pm & left our table at 8pm. This almost 2 hours at the table was spent waiting a lot for the food. I spent a total of 4 hours at this restaurant from checking in at 4pm & finally leaving at 8pm. I noticed that the restaurant allowed customers to sit leisurely at their table with their dirty dishes on the table until their bill arrived. I recommend that the dirty dishes be removed quickly & that the bill be provided quickly so that the guests can leave quickly to allow the next set of guests to use the tables to avoid a lengthy wait time. Maybe this restaurant has a problem with just large groups. It appeared that smaller groups of 3-4 people were seated quicker. You should only eat at this Beverly Grove location if you have a lot of free time to wait. Parking cost was $21 with their validation. The Ladies Restroom had 3 stalls, & was satisfactory. The major dining room was very dark. Thank you for letting me vent. This restaurant has a lot of potential to be truly great.

Yelp
I've always seen Cheesecake as a cafeteria/buffet style restaurant with servers and they definitely proved me right. Orders take so long to be served when I feel like it tastes like it's been sitting under heat warmers. Our server was clearly annoyed when taking our orders probably because we were a big group, even though we all made it easy for her by only ordering from the lunch menu. She literally never came to check on us and we had to pay upfront. We could've easily walked out without paying. I get that it's the grove and they must get a lot of hungry people but why work at the cheesecake at the grove if you don't want to work at a busy location but I digress. I wish this location the best because there's better restaurants surrounding them on all sides.

Yelp
The wait for decent for dinner timing but the food took over 1 1/2 hour to come. Our waiter didn't come til 20 minutes later! It's not like he's very busy, it was normal not super super busy. The food at this location is off compared to other cheesecake factory we went to. The Alfredo was very running and bland taste. The pizza was a mouth full of grease. The calamities had to much breading and barely any octopus meat.

Yelp
What a complete waste of time. We made a reservation for 7pm on a Sunday night. Arrived at 6:45pm and we were told it would be another 15-20 minutes wait. We decided to browse around the grove while waiting because the restaurant waiting area was packed. Finally received a text that the were ready to seat us at 7:40. We went back to the host and then had to wait ANOTHER minutes. Finally we were seated around 8pm. It took another 10 minutes to be greeted by our server. Our server was the only good part of our experience. He was pleasant and attentive. However, we ordered right away as the teens and senior citizens in our party were quite hungry by now. We ordered 3 appetizers to share and our main courses. The food came fairly quickly but it all came out at the same timing. The portions are pretty large so the table was completely packed with the plates. The food was okay. Really just kinda meh. Overall everything tasted too sweet for our palate. This place was very busy, loud and not a relaxing dining experience at all. We will NEVER go back again. What's the point of making a reservation if they can't seat you in a timely manner?!

Yelp
Bar- No longer seasoned bartenders, perhaps with the exception of the 1 day that's there on the weekends. (Dark hair/glasses). Stopped in to get me a celebratory mimosa since earlier in the week another site managed to ruin that for me. I asked for the mimosa, I've never in my years of coming here has to choose between Guava, Mango, or other. The bartender, younger guy, the only one tending the bar... repeated the order, a classic mimosa, the one with OJ and Prosecco. Instead, he bring me a over sweetened mango mimosa with barely any prosecco. There were no bubblies whatsoever. No bread brought to the table or silverware. Ordered the tex mex rolls appetizers. Very unpleasant taste, something was off, made me sick all evening with chills. This was a terrible experience. Management, you should work to improve this, it's a shame and frankly a embarrassment. No customer should be unattended, missed, and get sick, I went there exactly for a mimosa and tex mex, neither one delivered.

Yelp
I was lucky enough to have sat in Brianna's section on a wednesday night. It was busy but the food came out quick and she was so attentive. From the beginning, nothing but good vibes and smiles. (:

Yelp
I had a severely disappointing experience at this Cheesecake Factory. My friends and I dined a week ago, however, I wanted to take a few days to collect my thoughts and type up a level-headed review. Unfortunately, my review exceeded Yelp's character limit, so I have attached screenshots of my review and additional pictures. Thank you for taking the time to read through our experience...

Yelp
I could see why this location has nearly a 3. It should really be a 1.2 stars, the service was horrible. the staff is unprofessional and even on a holiday they did not know how to provide consistent customer service. i went for happy hour during lunch, (Presidents Day) i don't care that it's a holiday your service needed to be consistent regardless of the day. I hardly ever come here for the same reason but i wanted to give it another chance. This place lived up to the poor expectations i had already experienced in the past. Don't blame your customers for coming to want to eat at a RESTAURANT Cindy, you ran away when my partner expressed their disappointment in the service and the fact that one of your servers spilled the ketchup on the table and on him and left us waiting 15 mins for napkins and ketchup until the burger got cold. From the 4 servers we had you really took the cake (no pun intended ) your level of immaturity and not being able to accept honest criticism proved that you're incapable of being in charge and you chose to hide by the check in booth then run away. you got mad my partner said "fuck" and began insulting us because we were upset that your server spilled ketchup on his sweater (arm) and still didn't bring us napkins. the minute we were seated the utensils were dirty and had food residue on the dishes and silverware. We were charged $30 for a side of fried cauliflower and a sad margherita pizza on top of the host not validating our ticket correctly we still paid $15 for parking when we were there less than 1.5hr. Cindy literally ran off once she knew she messed up and began insulting us because she couldn't handle the criticism and TOOK IT PERSONAL AND NOT PROFESSIONAL.DO NOT GO TO CHEESECAKE AT THE GROVE. pictures of cindy when she ran off after she insulting both my partner and I.

Yelp
The Grove Cheesecake Factory has been a staple here since as long as I can remember! They do validate parking, which is amazing! The wait here can get a bit crazy especially on weekends, during the holidays, and tourist season. Due to the nature of this location, it can get pretty chaotic inside, especially if you are there during a dinner rush. Like all Cheesecake Factory locations, they have the same extensive menu and huge variety of cheesecake flavors. Their seating is located upstairs and the space is huge. You may need to flag down your server if you need something at times. I do love coming here and stopping by whether I'm shopping at the grove, returning some items, or just have some time over the weekend.

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory--always a classic! One of the best parts is the warm sourdough bread they bring to the table when you sit down. Our go-to pasta dishes are the Carbonara and the Farfalle! The corn appetizer is a must-try, and don't sleep on the flatbreads--they're crispy and delicious! We love sitting outside for the view but just a heads-up--it can be a bit harder to catch your server out there. Overall, a solid place to dine while at the Grove.

Yelp
This place is sad! It comparable to High School homecoming queen 30 years later, divorced, fat with 4 ugly children. The restaurant look is tired. An update is needed. Music is too loud and music is terrible. Food is like not too far from McDonalds. With the large number of staff the service is subpar. Cell phones out, horseplay, loud personal conversations. With the high food expectations in LA this place will be the next giant to go down. FYI-Nothing went wrong during my dining experience. Feedback is based on observation.

Yelp
My son and I had a movie night downstairs and came up for a quick bite! I had the appetizer chicken nachos which was delicious yet lukewarm warm! I'll assume I had to wait until my sons order was ready before they brought my out. The waiter kept getting lost so we had to ask other waiters for assistance with anything other than our food. I'm a true goody so the 4 stars were earned because of the food lol

Yelp
Amazing time at the Cheesecake Factory in the Grove! The server Shay (I believe it says Barshay on the receipt), was absolutely amazing and attentive, and made it a great experience for us all. He had great energy and we wanted to thank him for his excellent service! The wait did take quite a bit though, and the restaurant itself was pretty crowded for a Sunday night; for a party of 3 they told us it would be a 45 minute wait but we waited about 1 hour 15 mins. The food was great too, but the pasta was not quite hot! Which was unfortunate. The server made our night!

Yelp
I was very surprised at how fast we were able to get seated for a party of two on a weekend at 5:45 PM. We walked in and was able to pick between inside and outside seating. We chose outside. It is actually very nice to sit outside at The Grove. You get the noise of the street but it's not too loud. There are no heaters but they are available upon request. As always we have a hard time choosing the food here because the menu is like a novel. But we were pleasantly surprised that they had a small insert of healthy conscious food that was only two sides. I ended up getting the four cheese pasta with an old fashion and my fiancé got the tacos with the salad. The four cheese pasta was just okay. I compared it to a well made stuffers meal. And the old fashioned was a little too sweet. My fiancé's tacos were very good and her mojito was better made than my old fashioned. In order to get reservations, you do now have to be part of their rewards program which is a hassle and a little ridiculous. And the parking validation did not seem to work for us. We will likely go back again due to the value and location. Maybe I will try a fancier dish to see if it is better than the pasta.
