The Best Cheesecake Factory Locations In LA, Ranked - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"The Cheesecake Factory inside the darkest depths of The Grove is not without its annoyances: expensive parking, astronomical wait times, and the fact that going anywhere near the holiday season means wading through Santa-induced bedlam. That said, there’s a certain beautiful campiness that’s impossible to resist. It begins with a dramatic escalator ride to the second floor and ends in the famed glassed-in dining room overlooking the AMC lobby. A table with a bird’s eye view of people buying tickets to Paddington In Peru? Nothing pairs better with avocado egg rolls." - brant cox, cathy park, garrett snyder

Let me start off by saying that the portions were huge. Like unrealistically huge and I love that. Thats how it is suppose to be. For sure couldn’t finish all that food. The place is always busy and you will see some celebs sitting next you to on random days( if your into that kind of stuff). The service is always great. Its up stairs so hope your not afraid of heights. 😁. All in all good place to eat after a long day of walking the grove.

This place has always been a memorable spot for me. The steak, especially the few-year-aged ones, was really delicious, and I first visited it in Houston, Texas. The cake was just as tasty as ever. However, the prices have gone up quite a bit.

I took my client to thecheesecake factory that is located at the Grove and I really enjoyed myself. The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing , the service was impressive. My server, who served us our food was Ms. Sonya she was absolutely joy to have as a server , she knowledgeable about the food the cheesecake factory serves. It was just a great vibe

Had the opportunity to be served by Savannah and she went definitely above and beyond great and her customer service was exceptional. My review for Savannah is 10,000/05 everything was on point the water the suggestions for dessert the suggestions for the plates for me and my wife we will definitely come back again, and hopefully we can be served by her again both of us 100% satisfied. The dish she suggest to us was the steak Friters and I got a side of mashed potatoes and a whole salad everything was delicious and exactly how we asked.

Out of all the Cheesecake Factories I’ve been to, this one at The Grove has got to be my favorite,by far the best food! Every single dish we ordered was delicious, from the chicken parmesan to the meatball subs to the cheeseburger, everything was spot on. Our waiter was amazing too! He was so sweet and went above and beyond to make my son feel special for his birthday. I wish I remembered his name, but we were there last Friday (10/4) around 9:30 PM. Truly such a great experience all around.

I visited today on 08/19/2025 from 3-4PM. The food was good but i’m beyond disappointed at the employees that they allow to work in this establishment. We had the displeasure of having the bigger built guy with the black mullet and no eyebrows as our server (after looking at my receipt I see that his name was MARCOS G.) anyways, he was very rude for no reason. Me and my friend were really polite saying please and thank you every time he came around but he had the nastiest attitude. I can understand if it’s really busy and he was stressed. However it’s a random tuesday afternoon and the restaurant wasn’t jam packed with people. He kept being rude and dismissive even walking away before we had a chance to finish talking and tell him what we needed. Very unprofessional and seemed like he wanted us there as soon as possible. We also asked him for a bread refill and when we asked him again after time had passed and he didn’t come back with it, he snapped and said something along the lines of “i’m getting to that.” in the NASTIEST attitude. MIND YOU WE COULDN’T HAVE BEEN MORE POLITE WHEN ASKING!! I knew it wasn’t all in my head cause my friend was the first one to mention how rude he was being. I felt like he was bothered by any little request we were asking him for. (refill, to go box,etc..) meanwhile he’s getting PAID to do this and we have been nothing but polite and patient. My final straw was when we were walking out and he passed us. We said “thank you!” since we were still being polite regardless of the way he treated us. He had the audacity to ignore us, make a face, and shake his head. I’m not sure if he had a bad day but it’s not okay to take it out on customers who have been nothing but kind and respectful. This is the first time in all my years of living that I had to complain to a manager cause I was just so upset. Thankfully the man who was the manager was downstairs at the sign in counter area next to this girl with black hair and he was beyond kind and understanding and actually had the human decency to apologize to us. I understand it’s not his fault and for that I am understanding and Thankful. I’m not trying to get anything for free out of this as I already ate, paid, and went on about my day. I love the cheesecake factory but that employee was NOT it. Do better. There are several therapists here in LA that you can talk to if you’re having a bad day instead of taking your frustration out on customers.

The food here was the best I had in my 10 day stay in California state. They have a lot of options, for vegans and vegetarians as well. Vast variety of cheesecakes and all of them look so good. I took korean fried cauliflower and snickers cheese cake. Ambience is amazing and seevice is good too. Highly recommend the experience.

Google
The food is ok. I had the chicken Marsala. I liked it. The iced tea was fine. My friend loves this chain. I think it’s meh. The service was awful. The guy was nice but he was chatting far too long with another person that was watching a laker game with him lol. So we got our food after a long time. He also forgot my iced tea. Pretty sad. You can park in the structure.

Yelp
Cheesecake Factory is so underrated! We celebrated my friend's 35th birthday over the weekend and the vibes were just amazing! This location at the Grove is poppin and overall a nostalgic spot. Make a reservation ahead of time so you don't have to wait. Our server was cool and friendly, very chatty. She really brought out some great energy to our party! We got cocktails and the Georgia Peach was clearly a fan favorite. We also ordered some appetizers including Korean cauliflower, fried zucchini with ranch, mac and cheese balls, and calamari. The fried zucchini was the best I ever had, followed by those mac and cheese balls. I'd say the Korean cauliflower was slightly too sweet for my taste buds. We decided to order family style which was a food idea since we could all try a bit of everything. We chose the cajun shrimp pasta, orange chicken, pasta da vinci, branzino and a chicken salad. Everything tasted fresh and exceeded our expectations. Everyone concluded the canjun shrimp pasta was probably the most delicious one but I don't eat seafood so I'll say the pasta Da Vinci was my favorite. We ended the night by splitting on tiramisu cheesecake and the birthday boy loved it! The tiramisu cheesecake is also one of the lower calories options on the menu if you count your calories. Great atmosphere and an awesome place to celebrate a birthday!

Yelp
Im sitting on the toilet, tired from a night of tossing and turning because this dish made me feel so uneasy. You then realize maybe this is why its so poorly lit. Ima keep this short n simple. Lady that brought our barely warm mac n cheese balls, called them chicken Alfredo before struggling to know the name before she dropped off the plate. Server talked too damn fast i had to ask him to repeat himself, only visited 5 times. Once to take drink order, bring drink order (take order), refill on water, refill on coke (on this return asked if i asked to speak to a manager-yes i did), bring check and box, drop off check. Bare minimum, he's luckily i gave him anything for a tip. The food...the salmon was good. The sauce was screaming. At first i didn't really think anything of it, but then as i kept going Gordon kept screaming in my ear telling me why I'm eating a sauce that's separated. And do you see the asparagus? If you blink you might miss it, i had one big one tho! I expressed my concerns with the manager on duty. The sauce, the temp of everything, the skinny ass asparagus .... Well her response was.....sorry bout that, it must have cooled down sitting in the window waiting for the other one to finish. I'm like....uhhh isn't the other one easier to cook? Anyways she's wrong because the second i got my food the salmon was hot and everything else was cold. All i saw were young kids ran by inexperienced managers here. Sad considering the location. If you're going to charge me $30 a plate, make me feel nicer and better fed than at home. I doubt i will ever be back to this location.

Yelp
I've had some pretty bad experiences with The Cheesecake Factory but this one takes the cake!! My family of 3 adults and 1 child arrived for dinner and was immediately sent upstairs to get seated. The restaurant itself was crackin' but there were open tables which allowed for our little to no wait. Whoo hoo!!! Daniel arrived and lets us know he will be our server. Sounds great until we realize he is juggling both tables and bar. This ended up causing delays in us making requests, drinks not being refilled, and our party constantly trying to hunt the man down. No, I don't blame him, I just think management is stretching the employees thin... So we finally place our order for dinner: *FRIED CALAMARI *STEAK FRITES [requested for medium rare] *SPICY RIGATONI VODKA *SPAGHETTI WITH MARINARA + chicken, mushrooms, & caramelized onions. *SIDE OF STEAMED BROCCOLI [w/ request slices of lemon] Food: The calamari came out first and was really good. The calamari rings were good in size, tender, and not overcooked/dried out. The rigatoni was good. Noodles were cooked well, sauce was plentiful, flavors were good. Broccoli came out mushy and super overcooked. No lemon slice to be seen. With that said, my issues primarily lay with the spaghetti and steak. First and foremost, the spaghetti legit has a dry crusty layer, making it clear that this plate has been sitting out for quite some time. Makes sense because we waited a LOOOOONG LONG time until our entrees were actually brought out. The steak cut like it was braised meat- strange but whatever. Then we realize the piece of meat is all bloody. This was 100% NOT medium rare. We waited around hoping to run into Daniel. When he didn't show, someone in our party went looking for him. He was extremely apologetic about the steak and immediately took it back. Fast forward, the streak comes back and we are met with a bright red & very bloody steak. The kitchen staff supposedly redid the steak only for it to come out in the same manner. At this point, we were just over that dish and requested for Daniel to just take it back altogether. Again, he was very apologetic. In comes management- some Vietnamese lady. She offers for the kitchen staff to throw it back on the grill. Nice attempt but at this point, my sister had lost her appetite. Tbh, 2 attempts of getting a MEDIUM RARE STEAK failing was more than enough for us as a whole. The part that irked me was her adding that the kitchen has a certain way of cooking and works with temperature of some sort and it being pretty accurate. Believe me woman, we've had enough steaks to know what was served was 100% not medium rare. 1 star. Nothing against Daniel- He was clearly stretched out thin and did everything he should have done in this kind of situation. He apologized, got management, and did his best. My issues lie within the kitchen staff and management lowkey gaslighting our experience in what was actually received. Never again. This place isn't worth the grief or calories.

Yelp
Okay Cheesecake factory. This was my first time visited a cheesecake factory in yearrrss! I was in town for a race and down to the Grove for packet pickup! For nostalgia I dipped into the Cheesecake factory for my pre race meal! This CF is actually huge! The restaurant is just upstairs with a lobby on the 1st floor with a hostess. This Cheesecake factory was booming! There was a wait to be seated and definitely a lot longer if you are a part of a large party! Luckily it was just me and one other person so I only had to wait like 5 mins. Our waitress was friendly but a little slow on the service aspect. I ordered cajun seasoned salmon with mashed potatoes and whew was it good! As a southerner I was skeptical about the cajun seasoning part. But it hit the mark! Very very good! Also you get complimentary bread it was fresh and hot! Overall Cheesecake factory albeit a chain provided a solid experience that would bring me back!

Yelp
This was our second time to this location of The Cheesecake Factory. We loved it the first time, the restaurant was clean and the food was good. This time around was a different story. We did not feel welcomed when we arrived. The hostess at the front desk seemed to be super busy trying to manage reservations and guests by herself so she could have definitely been supported better! We waited around 15-20 minutes for a table, which wasn't too bad given it being on a Saturday evening. We received a text that our table was ready so we went in and the line was even longer at the front desk. We decided to go upstairs to see if we could check in and they happily took care of it for us. We were seated and immediately we noticed that the restaurant wasn't as clean as it was when we visited a few months ago. We did not like that they put the flatware on the table without anything covering it, to us it just isn't sanitary. We used the bathroom before ordering and the bathroom was also not in the best shape. Our server was very nice. She brought our drinks out fast and she took our order. We got the lunch portion of the fish and chips and the chicken parmesan sandwich with fries. The food chicken parmesan was very mid. The bread on the chicken parmesan was soggy and it had too much sauce and garlic spread on it that it fell apart when biting. The chicken was also very tough to chew. On the other hand, the fish and chips were amazing, the crispiness was perfect and the fish inside was tender and perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed the tarter sauce that came with it. The fish and chips were definitely the star of the show. Other than that, this was our second experience. Maybe because it was a busier Saturday night, the restaurant was not performing at its highest standard, but we think the food is definitely becoming a bit more average here than before.

Yelp
I love it here and have even everyone is so nice for such a high traffic area. Just added bartender/server Lizzie really had made my time spent memorable. The dishes are all delicious and I have never tried anything I didn't like. All the options are fun to try and an added bonus in singing up for the rewards.

Yelp
First time eating at this Cheesecake Factory. It was pretty busy. When our table was ready the employee at the checkin told us to wait. It wasn't until minutes later we had to ask her and she says we were supposed to walk upstairs. We were standing around right in front of her. Good thing we asked. Our server was nice but it took over 10 min just to get our drinks. And almost another 10 min for bread. It was busy but I mean, thats pretty slow lol. Maybe he was new but we had to flag him down for everything, bread, drink refills. I don't mind as I can understand when establishments get really busy, and he was very polite. But yeah, time felt like it stopped lol. It was also pretty dark. I know Cheesecake Factory usually has mood lighting. But these lights were a bit too low for my eyes lol. It was just hard for me to see the menu. I ordered the chicken parmesian "pizza style". Pretty good. Its basically an upside down Chicken Parmagiane where the pasta is on top of a large flattened chicken breast lol. I have to admit it was a tad salty but that could be because of my personal preference. I really like the parmesian crust. I would try it again. Maybe at a different Cheesecake factory. Not the best experience.

Yelp
I've visited this location numbers times so leaving a review this time. I was dining alone and waiting time was about 15 minutes as i didn't have any reservations so donuour self a favor and make them before going. Service was good my waiter was attentive and brought my food rather quick. I ordered the burger with side salad and they were delicious. I had a glads of champagne as well. This location is always packed but I've always had a good experience.

Yelp
Thank goodness the food was great and the restaurant was beautiful and clean because the service seemed snobby. Next time I will just stick to the Farmers Market. We got here earlier in the day around 2pm and were promptly sat at a table. Once our waiter arrived we were asked if we wanted bread and we said "yes" and I started to try and order our drinks but the waiter walked away. This happened almost every time he came to our table. He even came over and asked my date if she wanted anything else besides water. She stated she was good with just water and he dramatically waved his hand and said "Ok just water" and turned and left. From then on our drinks went empty and were not offered refills until we were requested the check. When we received our food i asked the person who brought it for "some ranch". They nodded and never returned. Our waiter finally returned well after our food was delivered, saying something about being sorry that he was busy. Not needing the ranch as the food was now cold I didn't say anything and requested the check.

Yelp
We ordered the Madeira Chicken, Louisiana Pasta, and the small Shrimp Tacos (requested with no heat). The food was mostly good, but there were a few hiccups. First off, the shrimp tacos were surprisingly spicy even though we asked for no heat, which was disappointing. The Madeira Chicken was actually really good, juicy with a nice layer of cheese that added great flavor. I did not like the Louisiana Pasta. The presentation was just okay, but the chicken in it was super juicy and savory, Service was friendly, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

Yelp
I like coming here to the cheesecake factory when I am visiting the Grove. I like to come here specifically for the happy hour. You have to sit in the bar area either at the bar or at the high tops. I think the mail and price point matches and the food is good. I love getting the rolled taco bites, the meatballs, the potstickers, and the guava mocktail drinks are my favorite The service is pretty quick, which is why I keep coming back
google avatar

Sam M.

Yelp
While shopping at The Grove, I heard The Cheesecake Factory had a happy hour, so of course, my friend and I had to check it out. It had been years since my last visit, and I quickly remembered why. The place was packed--understandably so, given that it was a weekend during happy hour. That said, the service was pretty slow. Our server was friendly but not very attentive, so we often found ourselves waiting quite a while to place orders or get refills. We decided to try a variety of dishes, including the avocado egg rolls, corn tamales, and a burger, along with a couple of cocktails. The food itself was decent, but it was definitely on the greasier side, which made it feel heavy. The flavors were there, but nothing really stood out. As for the cocktails, they were overly sweet and lacked balance--not much of a kick at all. The atmosphere was lively, and I can see why it's a go-to spot for casual outings, but personally, it just didn't hit the mark for me. If you're looking for a quick bite during happy hour, it might be worth checking out, but if you're after a more refined experience, there are better options nearby.

Yelp
Best service ever! They were so nice to check us in early and sat us at the balcony Food was delicious and the timing of all the dishes coming out was excellent Drinks were refilled often. Favorite cheesecake location hands down

Yelp
Honestly, worst experience at cheesecake ever. 0/5 stars. We made a reservation for 10 people, a week prior. I called this morning to confirm our reservation to celebrate our 8 year olds birthday at 7. I even spoke to a manager since that is their policy. We arrived at 6:50, with our party. We checked in and were told it would be 20-25 minutes. We were told they had no available tables to put together. We checked at 7:15 and were told it would be at least another 15-20 minutes. We spoke with a manager at 7:30. We were finally seated at 7:35. And guess what? When we finally got seated, there were SO many empty tables in the exact area. At least the manager said they would give us some cheesecakes as complimentary... Our tables were directly under the speaker. We asked it to be turned down. We couldn't even speak and hear people directly across our table. Management told us it's only an option to completely turn off the music and that was not allowed. Bread and water served, but it took 10 minutes for drinks to come out. Fountain drinks. Not alcoholic drinks. TEN MINUTES FOR SODA. Finally, our waiter took our order at 8pm. We waited half an hour for staggered food. 8:30, some food came out. 8:35 another few dishes. One member of our party was told at 8:35 his pasta would take 2 more minutes. At least the waiter brought some soup. His pasta finally came out at 8:45. FORTY FIVE MINUTES FOR PASTA. We ordered cheesecake around 9:05. Cheesecake came at 9:20. FIFTEEN MINUTES FOR CHEESECAKE THATS ALREADY MADE. Ridiculous. Our waiter tried his best, but this was a problem from management. How can you NOT honor a reservation? How is one pasta dish taking 45 minutes? All of this, Monday night. A little bit after peak dinner time. 7pm. Manager said they would offer complimentary cheesecake. They gave us 3. They charged us for the other 2. At least they paid for our birthday boys kids pizza ‍ Just a frustrating night. Supposed to be a celebration of an 8 years old birthday. Not him begging for a table. Begging for his pizza to come out. Who wants to spend 3 hours at cheesecake??? I'm literally writing my review waiting for the waiter to take our card to pay. Scratch that. I took it to them.

Yelp
We went to The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and the atmosphere was excellent! We were seated on the balcony, which overlooked the trolley and pedestrian walkway. Unfortunately, the service was mediocre; our server was not very attentive. I ordered the Ahi tuna salad with excitement and anticipation. However, when my plate arrived, it was mostly a large serving of vegetables. I searched for the high-quality tuna that was advertised, and I finally found a small piece of low-grade tuna hidden beneath the mound of vegetables. The quality was so poor that I decided to send the whole plate back and ended up just having an appetizer instead. The highlight of the evening was the carrot cake we ordered--it was scrumptious from beginning to end. While the prices were high, the quality of the food was generally low, with the exception of the carrot cake.

Marrissa V.

Yelp
Waiter forgot to put in not only our food, but the people behind us as well. Then didn't check on the tables for 30 minutes. Became violently ill almost immediately after finishing my meal. violently. ill. do not get the pasta da vinci. don't.

Brandon B.

Yelp
Im giving the 2 stars because the server at least seemed nice. She did seem irritated that I complained because the chicken wings on my order were severly undercooked. They didnt offer to replace the items but I did talk them into removing from my bill. Yay....yes that was sarcasm. I would think the manager would want to make a customer happy in a bad situation.. apparently not. They didnt even come and talk to me.

Yelp
This location is typically my go-to location, but after today, never again. My sister made a reservation for her birthday for 5pm. Got seated and after waiting 40MIN for a server/waiter got told the next person available to serve would be at 6pm.....but yet 3 other parties that we witnessed got seated after us and served. Ended up leaving because why go through that. Usually not one to claim biases but this is hard to ignore.

Yelp
My little family visited The Grove on 11/10/24. I wanted to highlight the staff member who took us to our table because he was fantastic! He kindly bowed down to my girls and greeted them by saying, hello princess. He then held out his bent arm so my little girl could grab on as he escorted her to the table. As he was walking us to our table he was politely letting people know, excuse us, VIP coming through... my little girl felt SO SPECIAL! He went out of his way to do that, I wish I caught his name, but he's great! This location has a large elevator and staircase as you enter. We were lucky to go in right before the lunch rush. The food was yummy, the waiter was attentive and we enjoyed the chill vibe.

Yelp
I had a lovely lunch here while I was strolling around The Grove. I had the beet and orange salad. It was perfect. All the fresh components together, with the sweet dressing and crispy, fried quinoa made me happy. I ordered a tropical ice tea as my beverage and that was it because I ate all the complimentary pumpernickel bread and asked for extra butter because I was not embarrassed to butter up my bread. That was lunch! Buttered bread, a beet and orange salad and iced tea on the balcony. I'll admit my waitress was a bit cold. I wish she was a little more warm because feeling you're just a job dampened my experience. Other than that it was great.

Yelp
This is probably one of the nicest Cheesecake Factory I have ever been to. We came here around noon to grab lunch and we were seated right away and got a seat with view outside. My kids love Cheesecake Factory food and who doesn't. Portions are big and good price during this economy. Everyone was pretty friendly They validate parking ticket for 2 hours. Will definitely come back

Yelp
I usual order the same thing here, the chicken Parmesan style pizza. Gave the usual order, this time it came out a bit different. It did not taste as good. Kiddo thought it was gross and passed. Wifey and I were starving so we ate it. Then I get the bill and see we were up-charged for vegan cheese. I asked what the heck that was about?! They said they up charged for the Alfredo sauce, but I've never had this up charge ever, I'm simply switching it out from the normal marinara sauce. Server said she did the up charge and was going to tell chef to customize but instead it came out with vegan cheese! No wonder it was gross. Had we not been staving we would have questioned this new look! Vegan cheese is full of chemicals and is not good for you. This should have been taken off the bill. So service was ok, food took a while though. But why change an order to something we did not request then upcharge us?! I think gonna give Cheesecake a break. That's 2 different locations that have failed me. Very simple, if I server messes up then correct it and take it off the bill. I was in a hurry and just paid and even tipped.

Yelp
Sunday, 4/6/25 - today we celebrated my grandchild's 10th birthday. We couldn't make a reservation on Yelp for our party of 13 because there is a maximum of 7 guests. I called ahead. Manager Michelle kindly explained to me that I would likely have to wait 1-2 hours after I checked in due to the constant high activity from the shopping malI. I checked in at 4pm with the hostess for a 5pm reservation for 13 people (7 adults & 6 kids). My party of 13 reported at 4:45pm, & was seated at 6:14pm after waiting almost 1.5 hours. The kids selected entrees & drinks from the kid's menu. All of the portions were good. We then ordered 4 pieces of cheesecake. They served our birthday child her cheesecake with a lighted candle & name in frosting on the plate. The bill was $360 ($300 food & 20% tip). The food tasted average. Charles was our kind waiter, who had 5 stations to serve. The 1 hour 30 minute wait time for our seating & the service was horrible because this restaurant is severely short staffed to keep the customer traffic running smoothly. There were not enough servers to take the orders & bring the food. There were definitely not enough bus staff to clean & set up the tables, & remove the dirty dishes to make room on the table for the birthday desserts. We sat down at our table at 6:14pm & left our table at 8pm. This almost 2 hours at the table was spent waiting a lot for the food. I spent a total of 4 hours at this restaurant from checking in at 4pm & finally leaving at 8pm. I noticed that the restaurant allowed customers to sit leisurely at their table with their dirty dishes on the table until their bill arrived. I recommend that the dirty dishes be removed quickly & that the bill be provided quickly so that the guests can leave quickly to allow the next set of guests to use the tables to avoid a lengthy wait time. Maybe this restaurant has a problem with just large groups. It appeared that smaller groups of 3-4 people were seated quicker. You should only eat at this Beverly Grove location if you have a lot of free time to wait. Parking cost was $21 with their validation. The Ladies Restroom had 3 stalls, & was satisfactory. The major dining room was very dark. Thank you for letting me vent. This restaurant has a lot of potential to be truly great.

Yelp
What a disappointment! Today I ordered again through DoorDash. I ordered the Fried Calamari, which is on of the items I order every time. I also ordered another one of my favorites, which is the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka. I usually add shrimp and salmon, today I added salmon only because I forgot to add the shrimp. The one thing I always add no matter where I order pasta from is extra sauce. Today I put extra Vodka Sauce in the "Special Request" section. I wrote in all caps, "EXTRA VODKA SAUCE, PLEASE." I added the word "Vodka" because of my dine in experience when I order extra sauce for the Spicy Rigatoni. What I received is not Vodka Sauce. TCF pulls this same bait and switch when I'm in the restaurant and I ask for extra sauce, and I ALWAYS send it back. If I have a dish that has a specific sauce and I ask for extra sauce I should get the same sauce that comes with the dish. So, today what I received is pasta that will be dry when I decide to eat it because we all know when you save pasta for later it soaks up the sauce. I won't be ordering the Spicy Rigatoni again for delivery. I will have to order it when I'm in the restaurant to make sure I receive the sauce that comes with the dish. Please forgive any typos, this review was typed on a mobile device.

Yelp
I don't even know where to start. I should have known it wasn't going to be a good experience when I saw a customer leaving because she was so upset. For the first time I sat on the balcony and it was a waste. It took my waiter 20 minutes to say hello and had an attitude. We get butter and it has a hair in it!! I was so disgusted then we get the food and it was cold! I finally had enough and went to talk to the manager. I was so disappointed with her fake sympathy. Never going here again

Yelp
This cheesecake Cake Factory location is perfect to dine in after going to Grove. They validate parking, if you park in the parking lot. If you visit on the weekend, there might be wait time which is not a big deal. Our food was amazing, I really enjoyed my pasta. It was full of flavor and chicken tasted great. Our service was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we were seated. Overall, it was a great dinning experience and I will back next time I go to the Grove.

Yelp
It's so funny they give you a customer service email to respond too and I haven't heard anything back from them. Lol. Also I called their guest services corporate number and couldn't get through to anyone.

Yelp
We haven't been to The Grove or Farmers' Market in years upon years, so with all the food choices between the two places, I was surprised when my husband picked this Cheesecake Factory. I probably would not have done so, but it was close to where we had been shopping, so I'm sure that factored into his choice. The wait times to securing a table at any Cheesecake Factory can be daunting, but on the day we appeared, we got right in for lunch. It was on a Tuesday sometime between 1-2 pm, so that's probably why. If it was the weekend at the Grove... or dinnertime, forget it. Anyway, we were quite happy that we didn't have to wait. We had such a nice waiter... Jake. I'm not one to typically highlight a waiter, but when they offer such great service, I do, and Jake was with a smile at all times. He was very concerned that we didn't want for anything, and we didn't. He was very memorable, and I will ask for him should we ever be in the area to go this Cheesecake Factory again. My husband ordered the Italian Chopped Salad, and because he gets it all the time at our local Cheesecake Factory, it was as he expected, and he really enjoyed it. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, and while I get that a lot myself and have for many years, I don't enjoy when the lettuce is torn, so all the sauces leak out (and get all over my hands, not to mention clothing). Such was the case THIS time. It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, it can be annoying. I suppose I could've gotten Jake to get me new lettuce pieces, but I just dealt with it. We didn't order any cheesecake because we've both been watching our weight, but otherwise, we would have. The decor is as it always is, very pleasing and attractive, but this seemed like a larger location. Don't know if it actually is, but it sure seemed bigger to me. Maybe with the upstairs and downstairs... who knows.

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory is one of our favorite eateries. We've visited several locations all across SoCal. We had our family dinner at The Grove location last Jan 18th, Saturday around 7pm. It was a busy Saturday night so we understood the wait times. Once we received the text that our table was ready we came up to the counter to inform the two hostess we received the text. One checked us in. Waited several minutes then the other hostess asked us if we checked in and I informed her we did. She said oh she didn't tell you to go up and meet your server. I said no she didn't inform us anything. She then apologized and told us to please go up the stairs as our server is waiting for us. David our server met us and sat us down and handed us the menu. He was pleasant but seemed very occupied. He didn't come by until 10 to 15 minutes later and asked if we wanted drinks and appetizers. We informed him we wanted bread and some drinks. Came back 15 minutes later and asked if we're ready to order. No bread and no drinks. Our food arrived at scattered times 30 minutes to an hour later. The last to arrive was the Asian chicken salad which we returned because they forgot to include the chicken. We also had to ask for bread thrice to get it replenished. Our order consists of Frozen Iced Mango drink, lemonade, soda, Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Piccata, Chicken Parmesan Style Pizza and Margherita Flatbread. The food was good as expected but the overall service or lack of leaves a lot to be desired. I also informed our server of my rewards number so we can get points for dining. Until now no points toward my Cheesecake rewards.

Yelp
Saturday we went to the grove and thought we would stop in at The Cheesecake Factory and have some brunch. The service was great our waiter was very kind and provided good service. The food came out fast and was good. This location is very loud, but we love that it's super convenient within the grove. Parking is great. I would advise to use valet if you are able and if you have a handicap placard it's even cheaper like $5 an hour. We love The Grove!

Yelp
Ordered the gumbo. More like GUM-NO! Bland. Had about 5 pieces of shrimp. 6 pieces of chicken and NO andouille sausage. A bunch of rice and tomatoes. EPIC FAIL!

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory at the Grove was sick! The jumbolia noodles hit the spot! Jake was our server and was great, very attentive. The vibe at the Grove is fun! I like just people watching and relaxing enjoying a cold beer with my wife.

Yelp
1st time visiting A Cheesecake Factory franchise and a very positive experience I might say! Went there around 4:30 ish in the evening and it wasn't super packed which what we'd prefer! We got Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp, Shrimp Lunch Special Pasta & Steak Diane and everything was very good but I had better in other places. Now what made this experience a 4 star for us were our server (forgot his name) and the lady who got us the table, Super Friendly & patient! The decor inside had a high class Chinese restaurant vibe which I really liked & yeah the menu prices are little bit higher than some of the other contemporaries but that's understandable with everything that I've mentioned here!

Yelp
The cheesecake factory is always an enjoyable experience. There is something on the menu for everybody and the elegant environment is a pleasure to dine in. We were there, enjoying all the holiday decorations before they went down and the place looked great! Our service was excellent at always and we look forward to our next visit

Yelp
Disappointed in the frittes steak, I do not recommend it, it was smaller than the bread they provide for the table, and for 30$ so not worth it. I got robbed for the 2/4 inch thin steak

Yelp
The toughest thing about coming to The Cheesecake Factory is the wait, but at this location it feels exceptionally painful. We came with a large group on Friday night and knew we'd have to wait at least an hour during prime time. They quoted us 2 and we ended up waiting 2.5. You should make sure you have someone in the party who is willing to go somewhat early to put your name in and then hang around The Grove to kill time. Also keep in mind that the parking rates at The Grove can definitely add up. They do validate for some portion of time though so be sure to scan your ticket. Once we were seated the service was a bit on the slow side. I ordered the Four Cheese Pasta which has always been way too much food for me so I box half of it up for lunch the next day. It's my favorite dish here and I think one of the best in terms of value. The staff were very kind and they were also able to split our check into multiple splits which we all appreciated.

Yelp
I haven't been to The Cheesecake Factory in some time, but after picking up my order from this last visit I was satisfied. I called in my order for pick up, so once I entered, the hostess directed me towards the bakery for pick up. Even though I didn't have much interaction with the staff, the food was excellent! I ordered the chicken Shwarma sandwich and the Ribeye steak. I was pleased how flavorful the sandwich was, not to mention well seasoned. The ribeye was a huge serving for restaurant portions. Altogether, I'd return!

Yelp
Came on the day after Christmas and it was probably the busiest time of the year for dinner. After about an hour and a half wait for dinner, we were seated but had to wait so long to order food and receive the food as well. There were order mixups and the requests to fix the order were forgotten (happened multiple times so may have been intentional?). Hey but great vibes tho on the balcony, terrible day of service. Maybe I'll give it another shot someday.

Yelp
Went to dinner yesterday with my family. Straight off the bat service was bad. We only saw our server three times. Once when he took our order, once when he brought bread and drinks, and last time when he brought the bill. He never checked on us otherwise. My husbands food came out way after ours did and there was no explanation. I ordered the tuscan chicken off the light menu. There were three pieces of chicken, two were undercooked and rubbery so i couldn't eat them. Unfortunately we did not see him until he brought us the bill so I did not have an opportunity to say anything. When he brought our bill, I told him about the issue with my meal, he just replied with ok sorry and walked off with the payment. I also told him to please validate our parking which he did not do. Needless to say it was a bad experience with the exception that we saw David Spade as we were walking out.

Yelp
We walked in for some cheesecake and coffee. It was my mom's birthday. We had already eaten lunch, but were looking for a sweet treat. It was busy and lively, but were pleased to be accommodated right away with our booth request. Even though we only wanted to share a slice of key lime cheesecake and two coffees, the server was so kind, and had the plate decorated for mom's birthday. She checked on us and took care of us like we were a priority. We had the best time, and would definitely return.

Yelp
*You Can Have Your (Cheese)Cake & Eat it Too* The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite well-oiled corporate chains. I've been a major fan since childhood and been to several other locations (MDR is still my all-time fav) What I love most is their consistency, quality and customer service. And good value too for the large portions served. I try to avoid "The Grove" certain times of the year (as a LA native, you locals know what I mean ;) but wifey & I ended up here in need of a quick late lunch/early dinner (lunner ;) and knew what we wanted to eat -- opposed to all the other food & dining options at The Grove and the Farmers Market. Luckily we were seated quickly in a nice (requested) 2-top booth due to the time of day, but they were still pretty busy. We came to dine not linger. Our waiter was on it from the moment we were seated & greeted up until departure. Friendly & professional. The rest of the team followed his lead. Wifey enjoyed her SkinnyLicious Chicken entree (which she's had before) My SkinnyLicious Asian Chicken Salad (dressing on the side) hit the spot because it was fresh, cold & crisp and delish. Can't remember the last time I was at any Cheesecake Factory and didn't order Avocado Eggrolls...but the weather was so warm I/we took a pass...and dessert too (but I love Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake :) Only thing I don't like about this location is their layout and also the parking situation. But that's no fault of The Cheesecake Factory...and it's well worth the extra effort...and TCF validates parking. I could go on & on with rants & stories about TCF throughout the years (like my other reviews ;) but I think you already get the point & picture. {{{High-Fives}}} {{{Fist-Bumps}}} Grandslam Lifelong Fan

Yelp
I need to preface everything by saying I truly like The Cheesecake Factory. I frequent the one in the Marina and I've enjoyed the one in South Bay. This particular CF pales in comparison and they are lacking in customer service. It took waiter several minutes to acknowledge us at out table. I ordered the barbeque burger with bacon on the side to gift to my dog child at home and I will not eat pig on any level. I reiterated my instructions to make sure bacon was on side. Waiter seemed out of it so I wasnt sure he was catching on. In a very condescending tone, he let me know that pig was pork. I was flummoxed by his attitude and it crossed my mind perhaps he took too much Melatonin. This was my second sign that things were going cray. Waiter informs us kitchen will close...yadda, yadda...yadda. I also ordered a drink. Our food came but it was wrong. I wasn't surprised as the Waiter acted like he had eidetic memory and, what a startling revelation; did NOT. The fries were chewy. My friend walked his burger back as our waiter knew we were not pleased and sorta vanished. I asked for the manager because we were irritated. Ayla, came to our table and cocked her head like she was listening and then ushered in the correct orders...kind of. She bade me to try the fresh order of fries. She cautioned not to burn my mouth. This batch had less chewier fries but not by much. It also wasn't hot. She told us we could have free dessert and then bounced away like she'd done a charitable deed. I drank my vodka peach and ate most of my burger. I gave up on the fries and our scarce waiter finally appeared to.give us our bill. We paid and walked past the reclusive Manager Ayla and right on out the exit NEVER to return.

Yelp
I've always seen Cheesecake as a cafeteria/buffet style restaurant with servers and they definitely proved me right. Orders take so long to be served when I feel like it tastes like it's been sitting under heat warmers. Our server was clearly annoyed when taking our orders probably because we were a big group, even though we all made it easy for her by only ordering from the lunch menu. She literally never came to check on us and we had to pay upfront. We could've easily walked out without paying. I get that it's the grove and they must get a lot of hungry people but why work at the cheesecake at the grove if you don't want to work at a busy location but I digress. I wish this location the best because there's better restaurants surrounding them on all sides.

Yelp
Food is always great. Front desk receptionist is rude tho. She has short black hair. Not friendly at all. Looks like she hates her job.

Yelp
The wait for decent for dinner timing but the food took over 1 1/2 hour to come. Our waiter didn't come til 20 minutes later! It's not like he's very busy, it was normal not super super busy. The food at this location is off compared to other cheesecake factory we went to. The Alfredo was very running and bland taste. The pizza was a mouth full of grease. The calamities had to much breading and barely any octopus meat.

Yelp
Food - inedible Service- inhospitable Ambiance- uninviting I could go on but the key factor here for anyone considering. Take your 200 bucks and spend it somewhere with out the word Factory in it.

Yelp
Waited 40 minutes for a server that never showed up, then was told that I was seated at a table that wasn't being used by the restaurant. Was told that the next server would come at 6pm, so I left. What was supposed to be my birthday dinner was turned into something sad. I will show gratitude to the server that checked up on my table and asked what was going on with the server. Really regret I chose this place for my birthday

Yelp
Cheesecake factory has always been a very pleasant place to dine for many years now. This location is a favorite in LA, it is located in the heart of The Grove, and has a second floor which is pretty spacious. The service is great. They accomodate to my allergy needs. I enjoy their salmon, their corn is delicious (doesn't taste like just plain corn), and their cakes are soooo good! I tend to always get a slice of their red velvet cheesecake to go -their slices are hefty and big. The red velvet cheesecake also has white chocolate on it which I love and the whip cream is so fresh.
