Had a great experience. First time trying the brunch at Cheesecake Factory with my sister. Our server was Soraya R. She was so nice and attentive, she gave us great selections and service. The food was great as well. We got the Monte Cristo and chicken & waffles with a side of fries. Just an FYI they no longer have parking validation but we parked on S De Lacey Ave first 2 hrs is free then $1 after.

Stopped here for lunch on 12/13/25, we were seated right away. Ordered a Georgia Peach, a beer and the Baja Chicken Tacos and the Bistro Burger. My greedy husband ate the burger before I snapped a picture. Everything was great! I stopped eating at Cheesecake Factory long time ago but this was a pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend this location!

Food selection is broad. Unlike its name it is more than cheesecakes. I have to explain to people when I suggest this restaurant that there is a broad selection of affordable dishes. With so many expensive restaurants on the old Pasadena strip, this place is budget friendly and accommodates families and larger groups. Lots of seating capacity. Went here twice and their portions are huge. Impressed by their seafood dishes (good value and taste ) and their huge salads. I love their skinny-licious menu of dishes and alcoholic drinks with less than 590 calories. Check it out!

The Louisiana Chicken Pasta was amazing the chicken was super crispy and the sauce on the pasta was rich and tasty. The Spaghetti & Meatballs were really good too. I’d only had the cheesecake here before, but now I know the food is just as great. If I had to pick one thing, I’d totally go for the Louisiana Chicken Pasta 🍝

Second time here in just a few days — we love this place! We stopped in for an early lunch around 11:30am, and the timing was perfect. The restaurant was peaceful, seating was quick, and the whole experience felt relaxed and smooth. The food is consistently amazing. The avocado egg rolls and street corn are absolute must-tries — packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and really satisfying. We also loved the fresh lemonade — it’s endlessly refilled, ice-cold, and super refreshing, especially on a sunny Pasadena day. This location stands out for how spotlessly clean and well-kept it is. Love the gluten free Godiva chocolate cheesecake since I have a wheat allergy. While it was very busy for dinner, we were seated in a reasonable amount of time and the service was decent. Food was good and I have eaten at this location multiple times without getting sick from cross contamination with wheat. Gluten free menu items are marked clearly on menu.

Always a pleasant experience when meeting friends here! Great food and service. They were very patient with us as one member of our party was stuck in traffic, but they took us to our table and allowed us to wait for our 3rd member. Thank You for your kindness!

Service was great. We came just before it started getting crowded for lunch on a Tuesday. Our server was very nice. They have a huge menu, a lot of choices but salad was my only option as a temporary diabetic, also steaks but with modifications. I had the chicken cobb salad and it was really good, not the traditional ranch dressing but with a delicious vinaigrette. My husband had the three green chicken enchiladas with rice and black beans which was just ok according to him. The ambience is always nice and nicely decorated inside. The cheesecake displays are so tempting, they all look delicious!

Don't order the Brussel Sprouts they don't have any brussel sprouts in them. Only dry skins! When we complained that our two orders of brussel sprouts had no brussel sprouts in them, the manager said that's how they come. Not true, when we ordered them at the Cheesecake Factory at the Americana in Glendale they came with brussel sprouts and not just dried skins!!! Not going back to the Pasadena Cheesecake Factory ever again. They weren't even ashamed of themselves from serving us an appetizer that was empty of the main ingredient. Shameless and scandalous!!! I wonder if their onion rings come without the onions?

This location let me down. Came on a Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 and waited about 20 minutes to be seated. It wasn't crowded but they had blocked part of the restaurant so only certain areas can be serviced. I think they were short staffed because from the time of our order to receiving drinks, bread, and the food was a long period of time between each part of the meal. Getting refills took forever, getting extra sauces, asking for boxes at the end, the check... the service was so slow that it wasn't an enjoyable experience.

I got the chicken picotta which was so good and delicious. The dish was so refreshing and full of flavor. They were quick to bring out the food and we were quick to be seated. The bread and butter was a great starter. Inside is dim and cute and a great way to catch up.

Was a busy Sunday afternoon when we decided to come here. We didn't have reservations so we were told we could sit by the bar area ! Well aside the counter bar seating, there were 2 round counter high tables with high chairs and we combined them to fit our group!! Our wonderful server took down our beverage and cheesecake orders! We had more than enough cheesecake slices that went around for everyone to taste: Mango Key Lime Godiva Chocolate Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Salted Caramel Everyone were all sugar high for sure !! Will have to try other flavors next visit! We just wanted to have a taste of the cheesecake !!!

Of all the times being in Old Town Pasadena, this was my very first time at this location. I've been to loads elsewhere as it's a major chain. Sunday afternoon, it obviously was busy. The restaurant isn't that big compared to other locations. There were a good amount of people waiting outside as well as inside. We walked in to see how long the wait was for two which was about 20 minutes. Instead we asked if it was open seating at the bar which it was. Bar area isn't that big. You have the counter with about 8 to 10 seats. Then 3 hi-top tables and 3 tables along the wall. Not sure if that's part of the bar area as we kept seeing people being seated by the waiters. There was a hi top available but it needed cleaning up. It took a couple of minutes for someone to come clean. Well, I'll just get to it. Service was so slow. After sitting down, we didn't know who the waiter was as we were trying to get a menu and some water. It took some time till some came over to talk to us. The guy was sweet though. After ordering, the bread came out. If you know Cheesecake Factory, you know the bread. Of course their menu which basically is a book...lol... There's pretty much so many items on there. But I did notice that some things have been taken out. I don't know if it's seasonal or they replaced it with something else. Oh well. We ended up going with the Cajun jambalaya pasta. That was with fettuccine, bell peppers, onions, shrimp and tomatoes in VERY spicy sauce as noted. Well, let's say it wasn't all it's cracked up to be. There was barely any sauce and it was pretty bland. It's only a full portion available which seemed more like a half portion. It was whatever. It sounded good but in reality, it was a miss. Second pasta dish was the chicken Parmesan pizza style. You have the chopped chicken breast which was VERY thin. I don't even know if it was chicken as it looked a bit odd when you take the sauce and cheese off of it. It's layered as that would be the crust of the pizza and on top was the pasta. Angel hair pasta in Alfredo sauce. I don't know what's up with both dish but there was barely any sauce on this as well. You couldn't taste the sauce instead it was more like buttered pasta. Even with loads of Parmesan. Both dish was skimpy on sauce. Chicken didn't seemed like chicken whatsoever. Between the two, I don't know which was better. Overall, I do like Cheesecake Factory. But this location, service was very slow. Seated in the bar area which was pretty small and it was still slow. The waiter was nice though. But the meal was whatever.

I came here with a large group and they were able to accommodate our request, which was great. The service was attentive and helpful. I ordered the steak Diane medium rare but it came out fully cooked and dry. Definitely used to taste better. It used to come with asparagus! But now the plate looks even smaller than it use to be. Since it's old town, there isn't free parking. Either parking at the structure or meter parking.

After shopping around old town for a bit we decided to stop and get lunch at this location. We ordered meat ball sliders, a chicken quesadilla, and a burger. Everything was shockingly good. Not one miss. It's been awhile since I've eaten here, but it seems like Cheesecake Factory is getting better with age. The service was exceptional as well!

Service is good. Other dishes might be ok, but that aweful ribeye steak. Barely half an inch, lowest choice meat, for 45 is not something I can let go. See for yourself.

We came only for dessert. Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes are always solid (in my opinion). This time, we got the Cinnabon cheesecake; it was delicious! You definitely get the cinnamon roll type consistency and flavor, and it pairs well with the creamy cheesecake. Our server was really the star of the show today. Karlee was so friendly and patient. She told us to take our time even though we were only there for dessert. She even brought us bread when we asked for it. She was the true MVP!

Chicken piccata is amazing!! Super friendly waitresses, beautiful area , lively location.

Typical cheesecake experience - complimentary bread and their pastas are good. I typically order their pasta de vinci and it's delicious everytime. Mushroom forward and a bit on the sweeter side when it comes to pasta dishes.

Came here this past Sunday night for dinner to celebrate my mom's birthday! Place did not disappoint. As expected since it was the weekend there were lots of people waiting by the door for the table so it was a little crowded. However I had made a reservation online the night before so they let us in no problems. One thing I really appreciated was that they were very accommodating. Since I was running late, even though reservation was under my name they let my family get seated and adjusted the size since two of our party could not make it. (Originally reserved for 6 people). Overall ambiance of the restaurant is alright. It can feel a little crowded and dark lighting like most cheesecake factories. Since it's busy expect to have to wait a little bit if you need anything extra from the waiters Food wise I have no major complaints. I ordered the miso salmon which I thought was pretty well seasoned and sweet. (If only the portions were bigger!) I tried some of their steak too which I thought was cooked pretty well, probably prefer ordering their steak over salmon next time. Or just some pasta dish. It was also really nice of them to provide a free strawberry cheesecake and birthday sundae for my mom's birthday! Even though we celebrated it a day after her birthday the waitress was still kind enough to provide us it for free. I prefer the cheesecake over the ice cream but both are delicious.

Our waitress was super nice and attentive! We ordered the spicy jambalaya pasta and it looked really good when it came out... the protein was cooked perfectly but when we ate the pasta, it was extremely overcooked. When we told our waitress, she immediately let her manager know. When he came, he was kinda rude about it and didn't really give us an option about what to do....

During my most recent visit I ordered the chicken shwarma off the specials menu and it was delicious and tangy, packed full of flavor. My friend had the shrimp scampi pasta which was actually moist for once. My biggest gripe is usually how dry the pasta is at Cheesecake Factory, but this recent experience was great.

Met friends for lunch. We were seated quickly. Server was attentive and drinks were continually refilled. Spacing of tables was optimal so we were able to converse without hearing other tables conversations. Diverse menu allowed us to choose from jambalaya, pizza, burgers, salad. Portions were large and the bread was so warm and good. Restaurant was clean, well lit and inviting. A great place to meet with friends and go shopping afterwards.

So I went in for a quick bite before class. I ordered the "Asian cucumber salad" and the spinach dip with tortilla chips and iced tea. The seasoned waiter was polite. But I waited a long time. The "salad" arrived. I was stunned. I was thinking about something delicate and got these huge chunks. I was pressed for time, and kept asking for the dip. The waiter replied. Oh . I thought you would be, he made a cutting motion, the salad. Three items: $41 plus tip.$4 , 12, 20 plus tax. Just for me. It was quiet and I didn't have to wait. 5:20 pm Monday I took the dip home. Heated it up, it was nearly inedible. There was way too much spinach and too dense. It needs more cheese.

Walked in at 9pm & was seated right away. Our server took a long time to take our order. Tried to call/get his attention a couple of times. Even the couple next to us had a hard time. Either our server was ignoring us or he couldn't hear. Me & my husband's go-to order is Pasta DiVinci and the fried calamari . My daughter ordered a flatbread pizza for the first time & enjoyed it. Would recommend this place

Menu was really extensive with at least eight pages. The menu ranges from Chinese to Mexican to Italian to Thai etc. We settled on the sandwich & soup, flatbread pizza, & chicken enchiladas. Service was fine, but food was meh- mediocre. They also gave free warm bread with butter, and it was good, especially on an empty stomach. The ambiance is nice and comfortable . Prices not terrible because of the portion sizes. Overall certainly not bad & worth the try.

Service was great. We were a party of 8 and felt like service was good with great attention. Food came out as you would expect from Cheesecake Factory. Good location.

The service here is great Tashi helped me with my reservation and was there to assist when we arrived I didn't have to wait for entire party to arrive, they sat us early That's great customer service!

So so disappointed, ordered my favorite Pasta Da Vinci, the chicken was pre cooked and hard. I've never had it prepared this way. Chicken not freshly cooked like it usually is. This is the only location that prepared it this terrible way.

My croutons were stale :( . I love going to different Cheesecake Factory locations since I work for the company ! I love seeing others work just so I can improve my serving skills . It's important to me . Nine times outta ten I don't write anything negative . In fact my server made an excellent drink . Didn't catch his name though ! He rang in tossed salad with my sub arugula . My runner bought out my dish and my protein cane shortly after ! He even let me know it be behind because he put it in fast ! My croutons were just super soft no crunch .. yucky

The worst Cheesecake Factory steer clear. The service is horrible. The waiter acts like they can't hear you and then has you repeating so many times. He took forever for anything. We asked for waters he forgot. The food was tasteless and bland. Like y'all do not use seasoning back there and it shows! The chicken my brother had was rubbery and not cooked all the way. Do not come here. Go to the one in Arcadia. Way better quality imo here the cooks and waiters are faded as hell but I would be too cuz these jobs do not pay what we are worth! So I just keep it pushing. But it's embarrassing that interactions are so fake now and people are so anxiety ridden. The way individualism has taken over Society is heartbreaking. We need to do better a humans.

I didn't try Cheesecake factory until maybe late college or grad school. I remember being pretty decent, especially the free bread. But for some reason, when I came back here, it just wasn't that good. Service, at least here was slow and not that great. Food tasted ok. Nothing really special. Probably wouldn't come back again, especially, now you can get their brown bread at supermarkets and costco.

Today's (Thursday late morning) lunch experience was a great reminder of why I hadn't dined at the Cheesecake Factory in 5+ years. What used to be a nice restaurant is now a rundown, over-priced spot that serves low-quality food. I ordered the California omelette and specifically asked for no cheese or sour cream to which the waitress repeated back to me correctly. When the food came 20mins later, the omelette had cheese oozing out of the sides and sour cream on top. I did not let the plate touch the table before pointing out to the waitress the flawed meal. She brought a new order 20mins later and my party had finished most their meals. Didn't realize an omelette took 20mins to make! The omelette barely had any of the fixings it was supposed to come with. And did you know that their egg mix contains sour cream already in it?! It'd be nice to know what other hidden ingredients are in their food and what other meals are "pre-mixed." To add to this dining experience, there were many little black flies/gnats flying around our table. And the final blow to all of this was that we were charged for TWO omelettes. We kindly pointed it out to the waitress and she fixed it. However, I wonder how many people pay without reviewing their receipt and are paying for the restaurants mistakes. It is very sad to see the Cheesecake Factory become such a poor quality yet expensive restaurant. This has ruined the restaurant chain for me and I will not willingly go to another location.

Carne asada medallions: 3/5 overpriced, not bad but not good Chicken alfreado: 3/5 pasta overcooked. Well known for Cheesecake Factory but ruined. Side asparagus: well seasoned and cooked 5/5

I frequent this establishment & it's always a hit as far as the food goes, I highly suggest making a reservation (for dinner especially) & you're still gonna have to wait. The service isn't always efficient during rushes but it seems that they try their best to keep up :) Food is always always a hit! For a restaurant w/ the vast menu, they sure keep up w/ the quality of everything I've ordered there so far

Love this location. The servers are always very attentive. I love getting the cubano sandwich. It's the best, better than Porto's. The last time I went, it was brunch so I tried their eggs Benedict. I highly recommend it. The only thing was, a few minutes after my husbands card was charged and we left, he got a notification that someone was trying to charge over $200 on Zappos.com. It just seemed really suspicious. I'd hate to think it was staff but I will definitely be careful next time.

We had lunch here after a trip to Burke Williams which is around the corner. It was your typical Cheesecake Factory experience. We had a waiter who was attentive and supporting waiters who were kind. The service was relatively quick. I got the orange chicken with broccoli instead of rice. Though we were there for lunch, our waiter gave us the dinner portion which was generous and enough for the next day as well. We also shared the taquito small bite which was really delicious. The fresh salad and salsa on the top helped to fill it out as there were only 2 taquitos split in 4. Be aware there are jalapeño pieces on it, so it had some kick. My sister had the meatloaf which she enjoyed as well. All in all it was good experience.

Order to go often, usually great, this visit pretty poor! Ordered a club sandwich on sourdough and got slices of turkey with tomato on their teeth breaking Sourdough baguette! It was a shocker the kitchen tried to pass this thing off as a "Club Sandwich" terrible! Come on guys, I rave about you, as we are there at least once a month!

3.5/5 Came in on a Friday night, seemed busy however, we waited less than 10 min to be seated. Our waiter did take a while to come around, however our food did not disappoint. I had the viral Louisiana chicken Cesar salad & my sister tried the farfalle pasta. Both were absolutely delicious. The salad is light yet filling & the caramelized onions top it off so well. Will definitely be ordering that again :)

I decided to bring my wife to have lunch with and also celebrating her birthday just the two of us. It's been a long time we have been to the Cheesecake Factory in years. I know the throught years the Cheesecake Factory have remodel and changes in their menu. We step in the restaurant it looks very nice the last we been here in years. The hostess greet us and she esort us to our table by the window with a great view of the corner of Colorado Blvd and Fair Oaks. Then the hostess hand us the menu and order our drinks then we look the menu and looking the menu we decided order the lunch deals. My wife decided to order the fish n chips and then I decided order the meatloaf then we order two house salad. The waitess brought us our drinks and the house salad. The house salad were very good we enjoy it. Then she brought out lunch it looks so good then I decided to take a bit of my meatloaf wow it have very nice flavor I like and very tender just like mom home made meals the gravy was very good amazing and mashed potatoes were so good and gravy on top the mashed potatoe were amazing good. The butter corn was delicious fully of flavor. My wife enjoy her fish n chips very much. Then decided order desserts we order the pineapple uptown Cheesecake and birthday celebration Cheesecake cake. They brought both of them we decided eat the pineapple uptown Cheesecake and we take the Birthday celebration Cheesecake home. The pineapple upside-down Cheesecake was incredible good so much flavor in a Cheesecake we enjoy it. The service was really amazing they very friendly and knowledgeable .

On my reservation we requested window seat but it's a busy night we are still waiting and the reservation was for 8:15pm. One of the hosts was very sorry but the short blonde who was the other host was not friendly with little attitude. Finally we got seated and tall hostess was super apologetic definitely short blonde does not need to be working for you guys. The bread omg so good and warm definitely hitting the spot and our waiter is very nice. The main course my plate we too bland pasta I had to put salt but the Italian meat good. I order lemonade tea I never got them ask for Dr. pepper. My girl enjoy her meal overall I will not visit this establishment again.

Had a bad experience 5/21 at this location. These people are so unprofessional. Only good thing about my visit was Steph C. Steph was amazing, honestly some of the best service. FYI Steph I left you a 22% cash tip. Make sure Joanna gives you the money you earned. Other than that it's a long story. In short they made me feel discriminated.

You can't go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory. I wasn't with my wife, but she said when they asked for a table. The hostess brought my whole family to the restroom instead of the table. Everyone makes mistakes, but that's kind of bizarre! The food was great! My wife was a bit embarrassed that it happened.

Good experience at this location. Service was very prompt and non-intrusive. One thing I don't like about most Cheesecake Factory locations is the noise volume in the evenings. This one wasn't too loud and we were able to have a audible conversation at the table. The food was well-prepared and tasted fresh. I usually order the steak diane and it was cooked exactly to my liking. Complimentary bread was warm out of the oven and fresh as well. Parking is easy too in the large parking structure on the side street (only $1 for first two hours!)

It is always a pleasure dining at the Cheesecake Factory. Service is always great and the ambiance is always laid back. Highly recommend the BBQ ranch chicken salad. What's not to love about avocado, grilled corn, black beans, chicken, and BBQ sauce topped with crispy onion strings. Portion sizes are huge, which is why I prefer the lunch menu. Prices have gone up a bit, which is across the board with dining out. Parking for this particular location is nearby parking garages unless you get lucky and find street parking. The location is perfectly located in the heart of all popular stores making it convenient to do a little shopping and popping in to grab a bite. Definitely will be back.

If you want to get your ex boyfriend a diarrhea then please send him to this location I ordered food on doordash to be delivered on my son birthday. Absolutely worst disgusting meal I have ever had of 20 years living here in California 3 meals had raw meat. I had worst diarrhea and my son was vomiting to clearly know that my son shake has liquor inside My son is on the spectrum and he takes mood stabilizer Unfortunately Cheesecake Factory quality both in Pasadena and Arcadia has been very bad

So good. Loved the service and the food. Great breakfast. I had eggs over easy with delicious sourdough toast, heaping potatoes and maple smoked bacon. He had the monte crisco with similar side dishes. Good coffee.

Heads up if you go in large groups: Manager essentially held us hostage. We called in early that we'd be arriving as a group of around 24, but they did not disclose with us that we'd only be able to split the check 4 ways. We had to fight to get it split six ways, and after that there was no slack. We are a group of exhausted college students, so that really didn't help. They proceeded to charge us a huge "large group" fee despite splitting us into 6 groups of 4 Waiters were super sweet and the food was fine, I'm sorry they got caught up in that.

I actually had early dinner at cheese cake factory Arcadia earlier :) the service was excellent . Our server Tianna was so sweet and attentive . She made certain that all her customers were happy with their dining experiences there . I had a light bite to eat & the bread with butter was delicious ! I'm writing this review for this location because I was impressed with all their servers , hostesses and they seemed to have it very together as a team !I'll definitely return to visit my hostess and server soon ! Friendly, attentive, patient staff! We walked in on a Saturday afternoon, around 2:30pm and we were seated immediately! It was a busy afternoon, so we were fortunate. Ashley was are server and she was very kind, patient and worked with the four of us. She kindly accepted to give us all individual bills which was great! Ashley also gave us enough time to browse the menu and checked in on us a couple times before we were ready. I ordered from the lunch menu and had the Miso Salmon over brown rice and it came with a four snow peas as their veggie. I would of wanted more veggies, but it was presented beautifully. I ate everything because it was THAT GOOD!!! All of us enjoyed our meal and will return again. Park in the Pasadena City parking structure on Fair Oaks, just south of Colorado. The first 90 minutes are either friend or just $1.

We came here on a Friday afternoon. We were sat down immediately and our waitress was very friendly. We had some plates of pasta and my dad ordered a stake plate. My brother requested he'd get his food as fast as possible since he was in a rush. They were able to do this and bring out the rest of the food at a good time. A smaller cheesecake factory location than your usual ones. Out dining experience here was still great.

Incredibly bizarre experience with a hostess who refused to acknowledge me and would only speak to my partner standing right beside me after I asked for a table for two (she had a fake smile plastered on her face staring off into space and was frozen until he asked her for a table for two) and a waiter who had a visible problem with my partner ordering only water and came by once to offer a refill for my diet coke after we had eaten our entire meal while asking about dessert (meaning we were not checked on at all-it was not busy). Will not be visiting again after feeling like such an imposition for daring to give them business.

This is a very busy restaurant. The food took a while to come out. And they didn't have the Ahi Poke Nachos so I had to order something else. I also ordered a cheesecake slice to come out at the end but they had forgotten so we needed to wait a bit longer after the meal for the cheesecake to come. This is a huge restaurant with lots of tables and seating. You can wait at the front until they call for you but there's not a lot of room.

Wow, I have been coming to this Cheesecake Factory location for many years now off and on. Me and my work crew had lunch here today on another business meeting, and I had the Jumbalaya Cajun Shrimp plate. It is delicious. One of my favorites I eat here. We even had room for a slice of cheesecake in the end lol. Service was good. Just make sure you can get here at a certain time of day and time and find some parking,

I visited this location on a Friday and was able to be seated right away. Our server was very friendly and brought out our drinks and appetizers very quickly.
