Lovely dining experience. The menu is extensive, with a wide variety of options. My all time favorite are the avocado egg rolls. They nice snd crispy. I'd just upgrade the sauce provided, with some bite to it. But you really don't need it. The peanut butter cheese is fantastically creamy.

Nothing special. There was a line at the walk in so I figured it may have been understaffed but once I was attended I only asked for a menu which she gracefully gave me. Once I ordered I asked if all they had was buffalo in which she unfortunately told me yes. I then asked for plain wings with it on the side. Ashley L (based on my recipe) had a hard time trying to locate the items and or trying to separate them. I was assured she’d just tell the cooks what she couldn’t figure out in the screen and I mistakenly trusted that. I did get this all as a take out and believe it was oversized for the actual portion I received. The fried calamari was nothing special, no specific taste that comes out even with the sauce although the sauce does make it better. I didn’t receive the correct order for the wings so I’m not sure if it was the chefs or her incompetency but I wasn’t satisfied in that department. I did taste them and I truly just didn’t find it appetizing. The chicken had a funky taste that made me glad I didn’t just get it for myself. I obviously didn’t receive what I wanted and definitely not worth the price.

On my last visit to Cheesecake Factory in Yonkers, the experience was disappointing. We were seated but waited about 10 minutes with no server coming by. Luckily, I was catching up with a friends,so the wait didn’t feel too bad at first, but even after asking the front desk to send someone over, nobody came right away. The food itself wasn’t much better. The $30 pasta was low average, and the prices felt too high for what we got $10 for fries as an appetizer seemed excessive, especially since the portion wasn’t great. To top it off, my wife ordered a $13 low carb cheesecake to go, and the strawberries on it were not fresh, which made it even more disappointing. Overall, between the slow service, overpriced food, and the cheesecake issue, I’d give this visit a 5 out of 10.

We decided to give Cheesecake Factory another try and we were glad we did! We had our amazing server, Deanna. She was extremely efficient and prompt! The managers need to know that Deanna is an asset to their establishment. She takes patron’s orders from memory and she gets it right every time. The food was excellent this time around. We had a variety of appetizers and entrees. Everything was spot-on! The bathroom was clean and the general ambiance was inviting. We had a terrific time at Cheesecake Factory at Ridgehill. We will be back!

Her attention to detail, warm attitude, and customer service were over the top. She was very attentive throughout the entire meal, always making sure we had everything we needed. On top of that, her food suggestions were spot on everything she recommended was delicious! She truly made our dining experience special, and I can’t thank her enough for making our family dinner so enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Vanesa if you visit!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Food and Great Atmosphere! My friend and I visited The Cheesecake Factory in Yonkers while visiting from Montreal, and we had a fantastic experience! The menu had so many options it was hard to choose, but everything we ordered was delicious. The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. And, of course, the cheesecake was incredible! We tried the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake, and it was the perfect way to end our meal. This location is definitely worth the stop if you're in the area. We left feeling full and happy – can't wait to go back!

This was my first time EVER hitting Cheesecake Factory and to be honest, it surprised me! The menu is really big and I diverse. You hear Cheesecake Factory you think sweets. Nope, they had a strong mix of American: Mediterranean food with some Asian fusion choices and I loved it ! I can see this more as a good family spot to go too.

Came here and tried the special which they've recently started offering. All of the dishes we ordered were bread based and took 40 mins. Which seemed a little ridiculous. The burger came cold, along with the fries. We initially told the server to bring everything together but common sense would say bring the burger if it was ready first. Service was okay, nothing crazy. We sent the burger back and the shrimp was good, creole shrimp.

Went in on a Thursday. Seated immediately in thw bar area. Sadly we were not greeted by the server until after 15 mins. Then it took another 7 mins to get watery and bread. Ordered a coke, a lemonade, chicken picata, meatball sliders app, spicy tuna, beef tenderloin. Food was good all the way around. The only issue i had was the wait time. Service is always slow.

I am so pissed off with the overall service / feedback of the establishment . The girl that was serving our table lost my BANK CARD .. should of known better because she was serving like twenty tables at one time. When i told her about how she's moving so fast didn't give me a pen to sign or my bank card back . She tells me about how she dropped the pen and went right where she remember it dropping from her . Then she gets her manager who tries to explain what she see when she reviews the camera . Anyways today is day 3 still no card . I don't understand how you can lose my bank card matter of ten mins . Then you would think they comp the meal , offer gift cards , a cheese cake something because of the situation of there waiter maybe even possibly giving it to someone else nope it was more of a combative situation of them Telling us because of policy that we can't review the cameras not even an officer coming in the restaurant can do it . I'm just so annoyed . Then the lady was suppose validate my receipt for the parking and forgot so i went back it had just closed so now I'm banging trying get someone's attention to come over to the door . Why when i look up they must of came out a side door and are staring at me (manager/staff) instead of saying something to me . It's obvious I'm back for a reason (it was for the parking validation )) I'm left with MISSING BANK CARD

Brunch Bliss at The Cheesecake Factory After dreaming for two nights of lemon ricotta pancakes in a row, hunger led me to brunch at the Cheesecake Factory Yonkers. We came in for brunch and were completely wowed by both the food and the experience. We ordered the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and the Crème Brûlée French Toast, and both were absolutely divine. The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were fluffy, light, and had the perfect hint of citrus--balanced beautifully with the creamy texture of the ricotta. They didn't need much syrup at all--they were that good on their own. The Crème Brûlée French Toast felt like dessert for breakfast in the best way possible. Rich, custardy, and topped with a caramelized crust that gave it that perfect brûlée crunch. Decadent, but not overly sweet. Service was friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was busy, and our meals came out hot and perfectly plated. Whether you're a brunch lover or just want to try something new, these dishes are a must. Special thanks to Sydney that gave us super amazing service. The atmosphere was perfect! Cheesecake Factory nailed it!

Classic Cheesecake Factory experience! Nestor was our waiter and he was excellent; patient while we took our time looking over the extensive menu and promptly refilling our sodas. We had the pineapple chicken and shrimp and another chicken pasta dish along with the avacado egg rolls for an app. The egg roll portion was huge! We would have had that and one entree and been good for two people. We ordered our cheesecake slices to go since we were stuffed! The atmosphere is loud but thankfully they put us at a table in the back corner which I appreciated since it was quieter. The parking situation also stinks in this spot since you most likely have to pay for garage parking (unless you get lucky and get a street spot).

This location has a lot of mixed reviews but my experience was great. My fiance and I were seated right away on a Sunday night. Our waiter was quick and attentive. We split the avocado eggrolls (my favorite), the pineapple shrimp and chicken, and the pasta davinci. The food was hot and cooked well. We had no complaints and enjoyed our meal. The worst part of this location is there is no parking so we parked in the garage for $5 which covers you for 3 hours.

The service was excellent! The Food was made to perfection. We arrived around 4 with no wait! an had Crispy Chilli Shrimp, Chicken Potstickers and the Happy Hour Burger.

Came here on a weekend & it gets packed fast. We waited about 15-20 min to be seated for a party of two. We had the fried chicken sandwich and the pasta da Vinci, both were great and we didn't have any leftovers to bring home lol however the service here is kinda slow. Located in a real nice area in ridge hill!

Was in the mood for some delicious flavorful cheesecake. But ending up enjoying a meal with a cocktail. The drink menu was outstanding. So much different flavors of cocktails. Love it Dinner was outstanding I had the salmon with mash

I was at the Palisades Mall and needed to grab some lunch. So I decided to get the fried mac & cheese balls. They are so delicious. They also come in a vodka sauce that hits a really nicely. The service was great as usual the staff is quite accommodating. As far as ambience, it's a restaurant. There are people and families enjoying their meals while chatting along. No super loud music. Nice and clean environment. Great spot to grab lunch or dinner at. All right, everyone, have a great one y'all ! -Ray

My friend and I came in for happy hour and sat at the bar. We were given happy hour menus and our drink orders were taken quickly. We looked over the happy hour menu and ordered food. I ordered the buffalo blasts and happy hour burger and requested the burger not be burnt since it has come out that way in the past. My friend ordered the crispy thai shrimp. We each had a margarita that was perfect with tajin on the rim. We were brought a basket of warm bread and butter which was delicious and fresh. Our food came out after a little while. The buffalo blasts are always great and my burger was perfectly cooked. The crispy thai shrimp was crispy without being overcooked and the accompanying sauce was a bit spicy. Our bartender Shaffon had great energy, was friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that the fries were bland without any seasoning and not very crispy.

I always try to avoid this place but my son wanted a pasta and I fell for the bait, the service consistenly disappointeds and its from management down to waiters, just highly unprofessional and extremely rude and dismissive, I wil never patron this place again, its sad the reviews all around are in sync with my experience and no changes have been made, I will be contacting corporate .

I haven't had the Frozen Iced Mango in a while, so I decided to order it. It was just as refreshing as I remembered. It was my first time trying the Thai Lettuce Wraps, and it was my favorite dish of the night. All the sauces that came with it were so good. I just wish it came with more meat to create better proportioned wraps. Another strong contender for the favorite dish of the night was the buffalo chicken strips, which were seriously juicy and tender. I honestly don't think I've ever had such juicy chicken strips before. The Chicken Parmesan "Pizza Style" tasted like pizza, but the pasta itself was pretty plain -- although creamy and buttery. The chicken itself was pretty thin and didn't look or taste like it had a lot of meat; it was mostly breading. The service was great but as you get with busy restaurants, it was hard to flag down the waiter sometimes. Thankfully, although it was busy, the individual booth allowed our party of six to have a conversation.

Food was good, it took a little while but it was hot when it came out,. the service was okay, had to ask for water and a past spoon more than once. I went on a last Thursday maybe they were understaffed. The ambiance is like all CF's. You have to pay for parking, but there is shopping around it's a good place t walk around!

I decided to return here after all these years because I came to a store in the area. Sat at the bar, was able to get a drink pretty quickly. The poor bartender was so busy. I ordered a salad after an hour. I just asked her for the check and left. It was only 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

I got the meatloaf. Dinner size portion and I was shocked at how good it was. I'm a foodie in every sense. I also know how to throw down in the kitchen and this was even better than my meat loaf! Definitely would get it again. The shrimp and pasta were amazing and bursting with flavor.

7 years after the horrible experience I had here, I found myself here again (for a graduation party) and they were able to turn things around. We had a server that was kind, attentive and on top of things. The place is LOUD but it was graduation week so we expected it, and the wait was sooooo long (1-2hrs quote, we waited hour and a half) but the server really made the whole experience. Some peoples food were delicious (mine: a pasta, my mom: quesadilla) while some other people's food were absolutely horrible (the steak and chicken combo has a weird after taste from the sauce and the mushrooms were slimy) but all in all, my nephew enjoyed his graduation dinner and that's all that matters. Would I come back? Probably not, it's still not my favorite place to eat, but at least it wasn't a terrible experience like last time!

We ordered the chicken parm pizza style and it was so spicy. we took off the breading and saw it was seasoned heavily with black pepper. we told the waitress she said it's too peppery?? We then ordered chicken tender with fries and the chicken also had black pepper all over it. We also had the smash burger and the meat was salty and fries were fried so much they were hard. The food took a long time to come out and the restaurant was pretty empty. Overall this was a horrible lunch experience. Would not recommend!!

Not sure why this location has so many low ratings. I've both ate there and have done takeout. The staff is always friendly and gets your orders in a timely manner although they are very busy. The inside is huge and has a nice bar and the food never disappoints. Anytime I'm craving a cheesecake and I'm Nearby this is my go to. The quick service counter is so easy to just walk in, place an order and then take it to go. In the summer they have lovely outdoor seating too which is very nice.

Won't be back unless I am craving cheesecake or a menu item. The food was decent although it took a very long time and cheesecake was good. Restaurant was only about half full. Service wasn't up to par and had to ask for drinks that had been ordered. Server rarely came to table. Had to get his attention multiple times. Female restroom was a mess. Management felt it was a good time to put up a large ladder to fix a blind in an upper window which took several servers and was a distraction.

I am now vegan so I eat differently and I look for different things so I decide to try their Korean fried cauliflower. It looks so delicious when it came out and I was excited for it, but Yikes! I've had fried cauliflower dishes, and they've been delicious but this one was way too sweet and had a weird texture when I've bit into it. I was very disappointed. I ended up ordering some french fries. They were fine, I don't think you can really mess up french fries too much. My husband ordered their street corn and their waffles with strawberry and nuts on them. Honestly his was delicious! I had to try a little bit of waffle even though I shouldn't have because of the milk, but it was delicious. My experience with cheesecake factory, and their vegan thing is not so good for me.

Service is horrible ,after complaining they made an excuse for the waiter and had the nerve to offer 20 dollars e gift card I wouldn't go back if they paid me. BLUF: Good food, service could be more timely and accurate. The Cheesecake Factory ('TCF') is one of our favorite chain restaurants. TCF has a broad menu that is generally well-executed, and that offers something for nearly everyone. As a result, TCF is a good choice for a place to bring out-of-country family groups to experience American-style food. Budget extra time for your visit, as service happens at a relaxed pace here. We stayed about an hour longer expected during our last visit. Review your bill before you pay it. During our last visit, there were items on our bill that weren't ours. Payment can be made online via OneDine by scanning the QR code on the bill. However, online payment doesn't speed things up, as one must still confirm with one's server that the payment was received. Those ordering cheesecake to go should do so at the cheesecake counter by the restaurant's entrance, instead of at one's table.

Barley got attention for the server, food took forever to come out, food was cold, then the server started taking my food off the table and I wasn't even done eating. I come here fairly often and the service just keeps getting worse.

On a busy saturday lunchtime, we were quoted a wait time of 20 minutes which was fine since it's busy. About 3 groups were ahead of us and they seem to be waiting for a long time already. Here comes a woman with her family of 5. They were quoted a wait time of 25 minutes. Overheard her saying to her family maybe they should go to Yard House instead. But... she saw a server she knows. This server named Sophie just proceeded to sit their group, cutting ahead of 4 other groups. Wow. Does this server named Sophie own this Cheesecake factory branch? Who gave her the right to disrespect other patrons just to appease people she knows? I love Cheesecake Factory but the behavior of this server Sophie makes me think if I will be back to this branch again.

I've gone to several different cheesecake factories in the past but never really been to impressed. We ordered their crab dip which came with small pieces of toast. The crab dip was a little salty but what really ruined was the over buttered toast. Every time I bit into the bread, all I could taste was the overwhelming amount of butter. Our waitress was nice enough to switch out the bread for Unbuttered toast. I ordered their lemon drop martini which was actually pretty good. It had the perfect amount of citrus and sweetness. As my entree, I ordered their four cheese pasta with grilled chicken. They do give a generous amount so I had plenty of leftovers. I really liked the touch of ricotta cheese and the chicken was cooked well. I wasn't blown away with flavor but it was pretty good. The highlight of the meal as definitely the dessert; we ordered their key lime cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious. They do give a huge slice with whipped cream on top. It tasted a lot like lime but also had the sweetness from the cheese. I would definitely come back just for dessert and some drinks.

Literally love all the food from here! Always delicious and amazing portion sizes. And the cheesecake is to die for!!

First I called for the wait time and to possibly put my party on the waitlist since their online portale was saying they did not have reservations until 5:30 and it was going on 3pm. The lady on the phone seem rushed but informed me that the wait time was only 25-30 mins at the moment and I thanked her and ask if it was possible to add my name to the list as I was on my way. And she responded "oh nah we don't that" before hanging up ( what happened to the phone etiquette). Arrived and it took them only 15 minutes for my party to be seated. Once seated we waited to meet our server for atleast 20 minutes felt a little longer. We asked for lemonade but was told they were sold out so had to decided on another drink. With our waiter just starring at us we went with just getting sprite. I don't drink soda so I asked for a virgin colada instead of the sprite but the sprite was still bought to the table and charge on the final bill. The bread never came to the table until another waiter, who wasn't our waiter came by later on to bring bread to the table a couple of minutes before the food came out. We asked our waiter Yvonne for water for the whole table which was never received and then when I asked again she only bought two out of 5. The food came out everything was tasty minus my egg roll sampler some of my rolls were soggy especially the avocado roll. When it was time to pay the waiter drop off the check and that even took her a long time. Being how long it took for everything to be place and come out we just decided to purchase our cheesecake at the to-go area. I tried to use my free cheesecake slice coupon but was told that I had to order it online for pickup or delivery ‍. At least I have until the 11th to use it. This use to be my favorite location but I will start to go to Palisades more often unless I come during the week hoping they are not as slow as they are on the weekends.

Been here twice in the past two months. Service hasn't been great. The food got screwed up both times. Little things like "plain nachos" came with chicken and Thai chicken wraps with no cilantro came with bunches of cilantro. Comps were offered then the check came and they tried to charge us for what they offered to comp. One of the worst cheesecake factories I've been to. Oh, and the bathrooms are dirty. Update following the response from the Guest Services bot: The managers don't care and when the service is sub par, they're often too busy to take feedback. But thanks anyway.

I'm not sure if it is just this location or whether nationally, the chain has declined but this location is ESPECIALLY BAD. The service is extremely poor, and the food always feels rushed. This observation comes from having lived in the area for several years and ordering pretty regularly; there's usually something "off" - either poor service or the food. My recent takeout order via DoorDash was especially alarming - I found an ACTUAL NAIL in my salad! I'm still in shock; I nearly chipped a tooth after finding a STEEL NAIL in the Mexican Tortilla Salad (ordered September 21st @ 2:40p) - definitely not ordering from here again!! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!

Always a great time here. Food delicious and never been dissapointed. Friendly staff and nice ambiance. A local recurrent go to spot for us. Love the variety

the food is okay lower than mid levels i got some pasta but the service is utterly atrocious. took over 30 mins to get the check i just wanted to leave already everything since i sat down was a bad experience. waitress was the worst and gossiping in the corner. it was not even rush hour the ambiance is great good vibes and nice lighting plenty of space to relax and engage in conversation not too loud either good family place

I was greeted by impatient staff. The waitress messed up my order. I did enjoy the burger but fries were cold... i also ordered a carrot cake to go which was good.

I decided to go here with my girlfriend and some friends. We were able to be sat down in 20 min which isn't terrible. Our first waitress seemed a little rude but we ended up getting a new waiter. We were able to order appetizers after we got our drinks and it came out at a moderate time. We then order entrees, and not only did it take 20 min, nor 40 min, but an ENTIRE HOUR. Everyone at the table was upset and they understood the long wait and tried accommodating us with bread. But I noticed that other people who sat down after we did got their food before us. After eating and paying a lengthy bill, we decided to never come to this cheesecake location ever again. Pretty much ruined a fun night for all of us, thanks!

The waitress took four orders without writing it down and of course she got it wrong. Silverware was dirty, we weren't given water and drinks were slow. There wasn't enough bread for the table and we were told they didn't have any more right then. We wanted to eat together, with all food given at the same time. That didn't happen. The sauces for the pasta came after the pasta was cold. Finally the restroom for the women was filthy with no toilet tissue- won't go into all details. It was the worse for a birthday celebration.

I really love Cheesecake Factory, but the service at this location was impressively bad. Typically, I find that waitstaff check in too often at restaurants, but this was the complete opposite. We had to ask for everything--refills, clearing plates, clean silverware, etc. It felt like we were being ignored rather than taken care of. One of the most concerning parts was the water. It came out looking white in color and only settled after a minute, which was unsettling. This wasn't a one-time issue--I was here just a few weeks ago and had a nearly identical experience. I usually enjoy dining at Cheesecake Factory, but this location really needs to do better. I hope management takes steps to improve service and quality control because this is disappointing for such a well-known restaurant.

service was terrible me and my husband had to beg for service basically we ordered a Diet Coke and a margarita it took 30 minutes and to get a refill was another 30 minutes and check this out the food took an hour and a half alnost 2 hours they brought my husband the wrong food and I asked for well done chicken in my salad they gave me cold chicken not even well done it was RAW AND COLD I sent that back the worse experience ever DO NOT GO THERE

I made a reservation for Mother's Day weekend and Was taken a few mins before my reservation time . The wait for food was long but I expected it because of how crowded it was . When the food came out I was a disappointed. EVERYTHING WAS BURNT I got the Buffalo blast for an appetizer and it was burt to a crisp I didn't even take pictures . We had to eat around it and it wasn't enjoyable but we was a so hungry we didn't want to send it back and risk waiting another half hour for our food . The serving staff is a little young and we were seated by the kitchen . There was a server cursing and being extremely loud and disrespectful while we were sitting there . My son was also in ear shot so that was extremely distasteful. The chicken parm pizza style was dry, spicy and burnt at the edges . My friend said the chicken sandwich was dry as well . The only person who enjoyed their food was my son who said the chicken tenders and fries were good. I usually love Cheesecake Factory and have had really good experiences but this location was THE WORST all around with food quality and service . I won't be returning .

I made a reservation at 2, they made me wait a hour just for a table of 8. The assistant manager was rude she couldn't find a solution. The service was absolutely horrible. They kept skipping us letting people go ahead of us knowing we were supposed to be seated. Food was okay what made me upset was the waiter did not give us the bread, we had to ask.

I have been to the Cheesecake Factory many different times in many different places but upon moving to NY, I have to say that this location is the absolute best! Great food, great host and the drinks! the chicken parmesan pizza was delicious and just an ode to fine dining with the creativity of feeling your in Sicily. The tacos were a different twist. And very tasty to the crunch of the batter and texture. I cannot wait to return but I strongly recommend this place and the location is wonderful.

Food is not good. I got a rib I stake and it's was dry, small and it took about 20 minutes for one steak and it is over a price it is $50 for one steak and it wasn't even good. I also ordered a Oreo milkshake. It came overfilled, and the milkshake was dripping on the side of the cup. But otherwise customer service is very good. The guy was very nice.

Went here recently and while we were seated quickly we waited quite a bit for a server to come. In fact we had to ask a random server if they could find our server. Once we got pass that, we ordered our apps, drinks and entrees right away. But once again service took a bit of time bc we received our apps before our a drinks (we all got fountain drinks -_-). Tried the Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp I'd give it a 7.5, the dish isn't bad I just was expecting a bit more.

Me and a friend of mine went down for dinner drinks & snacks. This morning I wake up to me rushing to the bathroom & my body rejected everything I ate the night before. I called the "restaurant" back & the manager told me "we need to see if anyone else got sick, so we'll call you back IF I hear anything"...??? I'm sorry what does someone else's dining experience have to do with me upchucking all day to the point where I missed work. I say this to say be careful.

Was definitely disappointed with my food here on Saturday. So I made a reservation, the ladies in the front of the restaurant were very nice & seated me a few minutes after I checked in. The young lady covering for our table was much better than the actual waiter. Ordered the scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon & wheat toast. Cherry Limeade to drink. He ordered guacamole & slides. Cucumber lemonade to drink. My food was lackluster...2 strips of bacon?! Flat eggs & the wheat toast was not edible because it was burnt. Guacamole came 15 minutes after the whole menu. The waiter must've seen my guy's face because he immediately came to pick up his glass ONLY for a refill...but there's 2 people at the table. And I literally had ice in my glass.

Last time I was here was during Covid and had a horrible experience that stopped me from coming back but today I was hungry and decided to give you guys another chance. Came straight to high top by the bar to avoid the waitlist of people. Service is always fast by the bar. Bartender was friendly and very attentive but when I made my order not once but twice they didn't have what I ordered by this time everyone order been in 20 minutes and just stayed with my appetizer smh. It's not fair when you crave items on the menu and back to back they have nothing you originally ordered

The Cheesecake Factory Ridge Hill has redeemed itself! Service was fast, waitress were attentive, wait staff were nice. The Salmon filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus were superb. Classic burger was very good. Chix Fingers, cheese sticks even the caesar salad were very good. I got to admit, we are coming back again! Great job guys!!!!

Sometimes I find myself here while shopping, but if I'm alone, I can never get waited on. Three times now the host has seated me in the central dining area and I've waited 10, 15 minutes for a server to come by. They never do. They see me looking and actively ignore me. There's the server who looks like a dime-store JLo, the tall guy who acts cagey af, and a bunch of others. None too busy, but going for max tips and refusing to serve a solo woman. I left twice, but the last time I just ate at the bar. I now hate this place. Oh, and the fries are always cold because the servers let the food sit for a long time before bringing it to the table.
