Everything we got was so good and it was all freshly made. There were only two employees working and the customer service was amazing, the person working the register was extremely helpful and friendly. We got wings, buffalo chicken fries, Mac n cheese bites, fries BBQ baked beans and chicken fingers. We would definitely make this our go to spot if we were from here.

Every time we go here, we get excellent service. Food is always made fresh to order. The first time my husband and I dined here, the owners gave us free pickle chips. They were SO tasty! Chicken and fries are super delicious. Our 6 year old loves the food and definitely loves the toys you can buy in machines for $1. Bring your quarters if you have kids!

I live 45 minutes from this place. However, i always make that drive with a smile. The food is always delicious and the customer service is always top knotch. My go to meal is the teriyaki chicken fries. 10/10 def recommend.

Chicken was decent but a bit tough. I got the Hot sauce called Hot which was not hot at all. Literally just tangy/sour which wasn't bad flavor buy had no heat. Fries were solid I'd say! Presentation is solid too. I also think the chicken should be seasoned more than it is. Service is solid! Clean restrooms etc.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately I was given the wrong order which really ruined it for me. I'm not a bone-in wing fan, especially ones that are soggy after only a 10 minute ride home. The fries were awesome, fantastic! Order the largest they offer! They probably make the buffalo chicken fries amazing, which is what I ordered.

They Open about a Month ago. Since then I been trying to stop by, well I like it. Good style of ckicken sauces are awesome. Let me tell you it takes a little bit of effort for my son to change his appetite of chicken fingers. But this time he even said I like it daddy. I like the sauce its got kick. As far as know it's got my son approval definitely. We will be coming back. Our new place to stop after school. Keep up the good job chicken shak.

I was craving some wings and decided to place a pick-up order from The Chicken Shack, let me just say, they didn't disappoint! From the moment I walked in, the great customer service stood out. The staff was friendly, and the inside was super clean with plenty of seating, perfect if you're looking to chill during a lunch break. Now let's talk about the food. I ordered wings and tenders with sweet chili sauce, and they were a solid 8/10. But what really took it to the next level was the spicy blue cheese. I don't care if you're a ranch fan or a blue cheese loyalist, this spicy blue cheese is a game-changer. It's an easy 10/10 and absolutely stole the show. I'll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the mood for wings done right. I forgot about the chili! Super delicious thick chopped onions just how I like it! 9/10

Friendly staff and great food. I like that they have a variety of sauces to toss or dip the chicken stripe. The fries are yummy too!

The chicken looked really good, but it wasn't seasoned fried chicken wings, flats and drums but no seasoning , customer service was great though and since it seems to be a small business, I'll come back and try a hamburger

While the food is good I think management needs to stop trying to save money and get more the 2 people trying to serve 15 different orders.DO NOT come here unless you have a good half hour to wait for any type of food.

I went into chicken shack to pick up a DoorDash order. The lady was nice when I walked in. I asked if I could use the restroom and she said yes however, I had both of my water bottles in my hand and I did not have anything to drink, and she tells me that I cannot get a drink out of their drink machine and that I had to purchase something. There is nowhere in that building that states that you have to purchase something in order to get a drink. I hope this lady loses her job and I hope Management and our corporate can contact me and as I got in my car and drive away, the lady and her other employee were watching me out the window. I will make sure to let DoorDash support know not to send me back to that place again unless that lady is no longer working there. The lady had an attitude towards me. I messaged them on Facebook, letting them know that I would like to put in a formal complaint. The way they treated me and there was absolutely unacceptable. I hope they fix their behavior and or get a better employee and they could've handled the drink thing a lot better too and they did not. It will be a long while before I show up to that place again. I did not plan on purchasing anything.

I'm sorry but I really don't like the food. Ordered a Chicken Sandwich combo. Bun was way to sweet, Chicken was dry and the Chicken Skin or coating was way to salty. THE garlic Fries were okay. The service was exceptional though. The lady at the counter is very welcoming and friendly and the food was served quickly. Plus, the decor is cute especially with the signs of celebrity answers to "Why Did The Chicken Cross The Road?"

Super friendly and informative staff from Rochester, NY (my hometown) so I know they know how to make wings!! The place is clean and the follow up service is fantastic. Come eat!!

The food was good. My fries were cold. The service was OK. It was super empty when I got there.

The wings are always good here. They're cooked to perfection. Crispy and flavorful. The tables were all wiped down. Love the decor on the walls. Perfect place for lunch, they'll get you right in and right out. I ordered the lemon pepper.

Restaurant was very clean, the guy that took my order was very short with me and I'm pretty sure he was on the verge of quitting. Wings were "meh" without any sauce they were flavorless, wings should at least be salted when they come out of the fryer and they were quite expensive for what you get. I won't be back there are plenty of better chicken joints around

My gf and I order from here all the time because their chicken strips are amazing and always cooked perfectly, however the last 4 times we have eaten here, the chicken has been extremely dry and we were unable to finish our meals. I do not know why the quality has deteriorated so drastically but we were hoping that it was just a fluke. Four attempts later and the chicken seems to get dryer. We are truly hoping the superb quality of the chicken returns at some point but are extremely wary to try again.

How much salt do you need? I didn't want any but there is a little more then any family should have in a week. The ranch should not taste and look like water Smfh But the people were nice and moving quick

This location has given my food away to the wrong customer after taking my money, and refused to provide the food that I had paid for, on at least five separate occasions. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Customer service is outstanding! The wings were yummy. I also had the chicken fingers. They were good but not as good as the wings. That is why 4 stars and not 5. If I was just rating customer service, I would say a perfect 10! I had the spicy blue cheese sauce. I recommend choosing wings over fingers. Delicious with a nice little kick. Everyone enjoyed this place.

I'm sorry to have to leave this review. I've been a customer since this 2005 when it was called chicken bonez. This "was" my favorite and now its terrible. There may things that I can complain about but they are from past visits. Today it took way longer than usual for my order but it's ok not that big of a deal. Chicken was tasteless and this sides I ordered where tiny like very tiny, .89 each and wont even last 1 chicken finger let alone 5 ‍ All dipping sauces were free and a couple years ago they started charging for certain ones and I was ok with that because I had to be but they were normal size. Not today this was the last straw. I don't see this business lasting the long haul. For me I'll go a little bit further to Canes for HIGH quality food.

Order on line today for the boulder location we will see how it goes. I have been here before and order inside. I like this place for something quick not the healthiest choice but it will suffice for now. Friendly staff and their chicken wings and fingers are great after all its football season.

Order through Uber eats almost $70 in food wasn't impressed at all. Chicken tenders were very tough/over cooked spicy blue cheese never arrived requested napkins paper plates and plastic ware none of that came either. Uber eats driver was told that they don't have that stuff. This was our second attempt to like this place over priced not very good other options out there seem to be more pleasurable.

My son and I come here every Thursday as an after school treat while we wait for his big brother. This has been going on for 2 years during school seasons and so we had lots of opportunities for something to go wrong or be less than delicious but it never has! The food is always great. It's always packaged perfect and never missing items. The people that work there are always nice and make the experience better by being personable and warm. We look forward to our Mommy / Son dates and are thankful for a reasonably price meal with great staff and consistently great chicken!!! Thank you Always!

Place was clean. However ordered the 6 piece wing combo with sauce on the side. I thought it was a little pricey but I was hungry. Cashier offered ranch and failed to mention that it would be 85cent extra. Didn't find out until I saw my receipt. Then she offered me my drink cup that was barely a medium size. I was like this food better be good. After receiving my order the wings were as everyone stated bland unless we count how salty they were. Also the hormone chicken was oversized and cooked too hard. The fries seemed as if they were recooked. No wonder I was the only customer in the place. Do not recommend. Buyer beware.

chicken wings were dry, fries were limp and stale, mac n cheese wad "ok" way to expensive for what i received. too bad I pass everytime to pick up Smiths...service was slow in recieving too.

I was a little skeptical when I saw this location pop up. I was only familiar with the Sunset location in Vegas and the Boulder City location, so I was afraid of the "Chain Effect" and the food not being as good. Boy, I was wrong! It is just as good as the Sunset location with the exception of they went a little skimpy on the sauce. Grant it, I always order the Damn Hot smothered on it, not on the side, but the Sunset location drenches it with the sauce. This was only partially drenched. Other than that, it was Chicken Shack tasty, so no other complaints. I will be back for certain!

The prices are atrocious, $3 per chicken finger, basically a dime for each French fry? Cmon guys the food is good but not THAT good. Your employees are cool but expecting a minimum 15% tip on chicken fingers that have been inflated 500 percent is bogus.

The first Chicken Shack I tried is the location in Boulder City. This location at Boulder Highway and Lake Mead is better, in my opinion. Service is always friendly. The food comes up fast. The chicken is hot and juicy. And the salt level is much more reasonable than what I received at the Boulder City location. All the locations have the same plethora of sauces to choose from. All of the sauces I've tried are garlic bombs. My favorite is the honey garlic BBQ. The sauces are good on both the chicken and the fries. All I ever order is a 3 piece chicken strip combo. I know they have other menu items here. Like burgers. But I know their chicken and that is what I like. Maybe I should try something different some day. Maybe not. This is the CHICKEN Shack afterall.

You can't go wrong with The Chicken Shack. Regardless of which location I go to (I've been to three) they are always fantastic. The quality is kept at a high level between locations. This location is particularly spacious and very clean inside. The walls are adorned with their typical spin on the "Why did the chicken cross the road?" jokes and there are plenty of places to dine in. The employees are very friendly! I work close to here and heard there was a discount for my place of business and when I inquired about it, although they were unsure of the discount, one was still applied. Now that's customer service! They earned themselves a tip on that order and a returning customer! The food is amazing, the place is clean, the service is fantastic what else could you ask for? If you want the best chicken in town stay away from Canes, BWW, and Chick-fil-A. Get you some Chicken Shack!

I have been a fan of Chicken/Chicken Bonz for well over ten years now. When I saw that they were putting in this new location at Boulder Hwy. and Lake Mead, I was both excited and nervous. Excited because it is by far my favorite chicken place and nervous because it is dangerously close to work. Upon entering this new establishment, the first thing I noticed was how clean it looked. From the walls to the floors, it looked and felt clean. While the other locations I've been to have license plates scattered throughout the walls, this location had them neatly organized as a border throughout all walls. The menu and items are identical to the other locations. Today, I ordered the three piece tenders with hot honey garlic and a side of spicy blue cheese. This has be On my way! My go-to order since the release of the hot honey garlic. I requested them slathered in the sauce, but it came on the side, which is no problem at all. Like the other locations, you get a mountain of fries a long with the chicken. The food was as I had hoped, excellent and I definitely left more full than I was hoping, which comes with the territory. Chicken Shack makes for a welcome addition to this area and offers many different sauce options to chicken wing aficionados like my myself. If you are in the area, definitely give this place a try.

The staff is friendly but it's the slowest place ever! Three people in line when I got there and it was 42 minutes before I got my order and the order was wrong. Person ahead of me waited an hour. Another was also 40 minutes Food is just okay and it's expensive considering what it is. This is my third time here and twice it took forever! The first time didn't but there was no one there. Not worth it. I'm willing to give second chances and this was it. Second failure so I won't be back.

What can I say, it's chicken fingers and chicken wings, but they're damn good chicken fingers (I've never tried the wings). If you need a snack or an inexpensive lunch/dinner after visiting Hoover Dam or hiking/biking/fishing/swimming in the Lake Mead National Recreation area, this is a good choice. Be forewarned it's nothing fancy. It's more like a hole-in-the-wall sort of place with limited indoor seating and outdoor picnic tables. They seem to do a booming take out business

I love the buffalo chicken and don't even get me started on the fries so good and really well cooked the service is good I totally love this place.

This was a surprise find for me. I needed something quick for my daughter and came across The Chicken Shack. The chicken and fries was Crispy and seasoned well. The staff was friendly too. I will definitely try this place again.

Chicken was hot but lacked flavor. The fries are those nasty "extra crispy" fries. You know the ones that have "extra" stuff on the outside of the fries to make them crispy even when they are cold. Well they are gross. The best thing was the dr pepper. Season your chicken, change your fries and you will have better sales and happy customers. The one star is for the people that worked there. They were nice.

Overall, good chicken. The sauces were delicious and the chicken was generously covered. However the prices are quite steep for what you're getting.

I cannot believe we just spent $50 on this... $22.99 for a 12 piece wing meal (w/ no sides, that's $2 a wing !!) $12.99 5 piece chicken meal w/ fries & Drink $8 tip & tax... Overcooked and under seasoned. We couldn't finish our food. Super disappointed and waste of money.

Last night 12/12 I was probably there last guest I've been to places where when it's closing time the only thing on their mind is "it's time to go home"!!!! I ordered my food over the phone before I arrived. I always worry about getting food from a place getting ready to close. I was so IMPRESSED with my order last night. It was HOT, well packed and more than enough fries. Fries were HOT, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. There was only 3 people there and the gal who worked the cashier was very nice. The guy that came up from the kitchen to give me my order opened my order so I can see it and was very COURTEOUS. Good job guys. Satisfied customer.

First time @ The Chicken Shack. The cashier was ultra friendly and knowledgeable of all menu items. We ordered: Boneless strips, Garlic Parmesan dry rub (bone in) wings & naked (no breading) wings. Everything we ordered was tasty and made fresh. With many sauce options I opted for the buffalo (mild & medium) both good, although next visit I'm going for hot and damn hot!The restaurant and bathrooms were both clean and well kept. Love the skinny fries and Diet DP !

They said they changed management and ever since it seems down hill. A combo use to come with a large drink, now they charge for a larger size, Asked for a 16 piece boneless wings which is on their menu right above them, and they told me they dont have that, only an 8 or 12, had to point at the menu. Then asked for sauce on the side and i got a dry powder/ rub instead??? Wtf am i suppose to do with a dry rub? Suppose to be able to dip/dunk it.. Its a little ridiculous. Probably wont be coming back which is a bummer cause it use to be a good/close place by us

I paid 84 dollars for chicken wings. I asked numerous times about the sauce and how I want them on the wings. Apparently they only give the sauce on the side. When I hot home I have no clue what sauce is which. Nothing was labeled. Very poor. Use to love there wings. But will not be back

I told Andrea I'd leave a review if your seeing this sorry its a few days late. Here we go! Best ever! This place has come along way. I've been coming here since they opened and I've seen some things. Let me tell you the customer service is without equal. The food is tasty but also you can tell its not just thrown together in haste. I will say when the food came out so fast it made me nervous but when I took a bite it was so tender! Not in the least bit dry. The people there on my lunch breaks are amazing and the main reason I keep on coming back. The second being the food. I recommend the buffalo fries! Although the garlic ones are good too! Spicy blue cheese is great for those of you who like me don't do ranch! I like how clean the place is and have to say they deserve every star I can give and more. Keep up the good work guys!!! -Zack

Food is always great, yet the staff is very and I cannot express this enough VERY unfriendly. My experience was with a young lady whom couldn't welcome me, she couldn't give me my order total and just pulled her hand out for money..she just looked at me until I gestured for a price. After that I received my change yet once again she couldn't seem to speak to me. I was not given customer service when she failed to even construct a cup holder. More to my disbelief and disappointment she welcomed and spoke to the gentleman after me. Along with that I noticed the gentleman in the back having to look over my order while she was ringing me up as if my order wasn't even completed before I got there. Which made me remember when I called to place my order I was told when I wanted to pick up NOT what time my order was going to be ready..just not what I'm used to even at other locations. Following that, (A different lady) I had to confirm that the ranch I ordered was in the bag as I didn't notice it. I was just told .64 cents. I was confused so I stated again ...okay so is it in there and she told me I didn't order when I know I did..I guess the big thing there was that it needed to be rung up as well. I was about to hand over cash when she decided to confirm on the receipt that I did indeed order and PAY for ranch. Which could have been done in the beginning. No apology for the confusion or headache...at least this lady said "Thank you". I always tip, yet I can say this was the first time I refused to help someone who didn't help me. If I didn't need nor expect customer service I would have ordered via Postmates or a different delivery service. It was more of an annoyance than a pleasant visit. I would rather much order from a different location.

It was good and bad. The people working were really nice. The wings we got were overpriced and horrible. The fries were cold. The grilled chicken sandwich was really good, though. So, do not get the cole slaw. It is not what you'd expect. It was too creamy and sweet. I have no complaints about the staff. But don't come here for a value or for good food.

I just ordered from uber eats and I can guarantee it will be my last. The chicken wings was decent but the coke slaw looked like baby food and tasted like mush. The hamburger was super dry and the grilled chicken as well. To be a chicken shack you would think they know how to grille chicken. I ended up ordering from another place

I love this place! Wings and fries are always fresh. I always get the honey bbq sauce. Not a big fan of the tenders, but I order wings 99.99% of the time. Prompt and efficient service!

I ordered 12 wings and the garlic fries with a small potato salad. The menu online in Yelp is completely outdated. 12 wings went from $15.99 to $22.99 in less than 2 years. Total bill was over $38 for some over-breaded wings with no crisp and way too greasy over-salted fries. Everything was soooo salty, I ended up throwing 2/3 of it away. Save your money and actually treat yourself someplace else.

Been here so many times over the last few years. Consistently great food and the chicken is always moist. If I could start from scratch this would be where I took my wife on our first date.

This one star rating is not for the food. That would get a 5 star. Fries and burgers are a smash hit here. It's for the guy with the dark beard, gauges and glasses that always has an attitude and is rude to his employees in front of customers. He's usually cooking. Legit makes me want to drive out of my way to find another chicken shack because I do love the food. It's literally every time I come in he has an attitude. We'll see if it changes after this... ----------------------UPDATE---------------------- The manager approached our table while dining and was very apologetic. He genuinely expressed a shared concern regarding the employee. His positivity and approach definitely turned the dining experience around from a 1 star!

UPDATED REVIEW ON 2/5/21: The manager came up to my boyfriend and I. He apologized for the experience we had and takes every review seriously. He was kind and genuine. He informed us that he did speak to the employee about the situation. Hopefully we do not encounter a situation like that again. I don't leave bad reviews, ever. I love chicken shack, always great food, and the employees are super nice. One of the employees, I don't know if he's the manager here, (bald man with gauges) but he is so rude always yelling at his employees and being rude to customers. My last visit there, he yelled at his employee for comping a cup of ranch for waiting. Then slammed the ranch cups on top of the order and sent the customer on his way. I cannot and will not tolerate this kind of behavior and will take my money to another location. He needs to straighten up or get him out!!!! Horrible attitude.
