I can't recommend Cleveland Bagel highly enough! Their bagels are simply the best in the world. I always get the egg and cheese on a cranberry bagel, and it's an unbeatable combination. The cranberry bagel is perfectly chewy with just the right hint of sweetness, and the egg and cheese are always fresh and delicious. Every bite is a delight. If you're a bagel lover, you owe it to yourself to try Cleveland Bagel.

On Sunday morning, quite a few people were here—a bit off the beaten path from the city centre, near Lake Erie. I took two bagels (poppy seed and 'everything') with egg and tomato, although you could choose from many flavours and decide on toasted and normal versions. The staff is nice and focused. The Cleveland Bagel Company is worth a try.

You have to check this place out - their bagels are amazing and they don't skimp you on the shmear! My fav combo is an everything bagel toasted with the thyme black pepper horseradish shmear. Their sandwiches looked bomb so I'm gonna try one of those next!

Great spot in Cleveland for high quality bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The place is bustling, friendly, and efficient. The shop features work from local artists available for purchase and flyers from local businesses. The place is take-out only and has a decent amount of free street parking available. I got the #2 bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, toasted with American Cheese and it was a great choice.

Great bagels! They are definitely super tasty and delicious, love their everything bagels with their Brie honey walnut filling!! It is so different for anything I have tried and simply delicious! The only thing is that they don’t have indoor or outdoor seating which would be a nice add on but their bagels are really good!

Food was definitely excellent lived up to the reputation. Service not so much after driving an hour plus to visit and was not allowed to use the restroom. “No public restroom” usually means they’re only for customers, which we were. The excuse of just having mopped the floor didn’t really make up for the rudeness. Not the welcoming atmosphere we were hoping for. And had to rush out instead of enjoying our meal so we could find a nearby restroom.

A grab and go spot for amazing bagels, I ordered the LOX bagel and it did not disappoint! There’s no true seating in the shop, although you can probably eat near the bench. Aside from that this was a great spot! Parking isn’t so bad as well.

These were the freshest tastiest bagels I have ever eaten!! I have had bagels all over the place, including New York City and this place was better! I got a salt bagel, and I put their cream cheese of the day on it, which was olive. I've never had olive cream cheese before it was delicious! I also got an everything bagel with cream cheese, and it was delicious. The consistency of the bagel bread was unbelievably soft yet a soft crunch when you bit into it. The only thing I would say is the girl at the front that is serving didn't seem all that warm and fuzzy. Which is a real shame because that place is amazing. I would go back and I will go back 100 times. This was my first time. The review before mine said that the bagels were stale. I am in shock because these could not taste any fresher today. I can't believe what I was missing.

With a recent move to Cleveland, I was on the search to replace my go to breakfast sandwich. A number of people pointed me to Cleveland Bagel Company and handmade bagels had to seal the deal. Parking is limited at the location but snagged a spot. Walked in and found a line reaching the door, with just a bench up against the wall next to space for waiting on orders. I ordered a classic bacon, egg, and cheese on a sesame bagel. It was nice to be able to catch the kitchen in the background cooking and preparing food, a fan favorite of mine. They move fast paced, understandably with the long line that according to others is a constant, but as a new and first time customer appreciate the locations that take a breath between orders. I got back in the car and took a bite and while it was hot and had ample amount of all ingredients, I still needed seasoning. I took it back home, added salt and pepper and finished it. A good breakfast sandwich is hard to mess up and definitely doesn't require anything fancy to make good. While this sandwich was not anything out of the world, the cost ($8) made it more to live up to that it didn't. The bagel was TOP notch so save some money and just buy the bread.

this was a really solid bagel! i got the egg and cheese sandwich on a sea salt bagel, and added their cheddar and chive schmear. the saltiness of the bagel really made the sandwich! and im not usually a super salty person. the cheddar and chive schmear was very tasty! i just wished it had been toasted longer. they were grinding and even with a long line the wait wasn't very long

Worth the trip and the wait!! The bagels are so fresh and flavors are unique. Rosemary + salt bagel was the best! I ordered the lox sandwich and it was delicious! The line was out the door but went by quickly... less than 10 minute wait. Note: they do not have a large coffee selection (but hey .. it's a bagel place not a coffee place)

The Cleveland Bagel Co. is a must!!!!!! This place was so delicious! The building itself isn't the biggest, and its only a takeout place at the moment, but WORTH IT! I'll be honest, the parking situation sucks, as there is no parking lot and there also aren't many place on the street to park. But, I must've gotten there at the perfect time, because after being in line for only 3 mins the line started to grow out, yes OUT, of the door!! As understood because the wait is worth the bagel! I decided to go with the Spicy Veggie on an Everything Bagel with their monthly special schemer - Olive and IT WAS AMAZING!! you could taste everything on the bagel in each bite, because they overload it with goodness. Plus the bagel was toasted to perfection! It was the perfect amount of food for breakfast, especially if you are on the go! I can't wait to come back here and try more of their bagels. I have a feeling ill be here often, as it was one of the best bagels I have ever had!!

After a long night, I'm always in the mood for a bagel in the morning and don't much of places with great bagel sandwiches near Lakewood. My sister - who I was staying with while I was in-town visiting for a family wedding. When I got there, the line was out the door and you know that's a good sign for the business. The line went by steadily, and the servers taking our orders were very kind even though they were SLAMMED. The sandwiches were pretty darn good, they packed a punch with flavor and sustenance. The egg for the bagel was the best part which says a lot in my opinion since I feel like most of the time the egg from the bagel is often lackluster, but the bagel had a great crisp to it. Would definitely come here again!

Cleveland Bagel Co offers the best bagels I've ever had, hands down. Friends I've brought here echo the sentiment, especially after trying the diverse array of tasty cream cheeses on offer. The place is small, so it's ideal for picking up bagels to enjoy elsewhere, like at home or a friend's. With such a variety, it's always a delightful challenge to pick just one, but it's a good reason to keep coming back.

When I saw the reviews about this place I added this to my breakfast must try! I was excited to try the lux and added tomatoes and cucumbers and it was exactly what I wanted! All the flavors blend perfectly. We ordered through Uber because breakfast Hamlin bed seemed right in the 16 degree weather.

Have come here for a couple of years now as we live in the West Bank of the Flats. Always busy but they get through the line very quick :) Our go to favorite is the everything bagel with brie honey walnut schemer.

Amazing bagels in an amazing little shop. Just a cute vibe and so many different flavors to try and trade. The Midtown special was out of this world. Definitely recommending to anyone coming to Cleveland.

We had bagels delivered to our class last week. The selection was amazing! I am a creature of habit so I tried the plain bagel but I used the cheddar chive schmear and it was an amazing combination. I would highly recommend visiting if you haven't already tried some of their bagels and sandwiches!

Absolutely delicious house-made bagels and reasonably priced. The rosemary and sea salt bagel is worth the hype. They have breakfast sandwiches and coffee as well. There's a small merchandise section which offers tees, caps, and locally-made jam and ground coffee beans. The staff is friendly and even when they're busy (which is all the time), your order comes up quickly. The location is right on Detroit across from The Harp. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the parking situation. I live about 20 minutes away and the parking lot is not sufficient for the draw that this place has. If you're nearby enough I'd recommend walking.

Line was slightly out the door when we got there, but it moved really quick! The time between when we ordered and received our food was also timely given the amount of people there. I got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich on everything bagel. Bacon was cooked to perfection. Crispy and and not greasy. I do wish they had a vegan egg/bacon option on the menu but was pleased to see vegan schmears! Definitely worth the hype and the wait in line! Will be back soon!

Hope you like cream cheese with a side of bagel Cleveland bagel co is THE place to get bagels in the area. We arrived around 9am which was a good thing because there was already a line inside but there was quickly a line that formed outside as well! They have vegan cream cheese options and also GF options for folks. Since the wait was so long we opted to just get bagels with cream cheese vs a breakfast sandwich. The rosemary and sea salt bagels were delicious and the veggie cream cheese was SO yum. I love even veggie cream cheese has bits of actual veggies in there - adds great flavor and texture. If you're ever in the area make sure you stop in!

Best bagels!! We got rosemary + sea salt with the dill cream cheese and it was super good. The bagel is the perfect mix between soft $ chewy and the crispy outer due to roasting. We also got the cinnamon cranberry bagel with the fig cream cheese which was also very tasty. The bagels are on the smaller side so it makes us feel less guilty!! Would absolutely make a stop here if you are visiting!

I was in Cleveland while my husband had surgery and wanted a bagel. The Cleveland Bagel Company was nearby, so I stopped to pick some up. It must be a popular place because there was a line to the door when I walked in. They were very efficient and I got my bagels and coffee quickly. The bagels and cream cheese were delicious! The staff was very friendly as well!

In town on business, quick google search for breakfast near me and The CBC pops up... let me say, by far THE best egg, bacon and cheddar on a toasted everything bagel sandwich I've ever had. Absolutely delicious and "would recommend". Friendly staff and spacious area to wait. I'll be back.

Best bagels in Cleveland. I went to a chain recently and just couldn't wait to get back to these bagels. Seriously there is no comparisons. Rosemary and everything are my favorite.

One of my favorite places to eat in Cleveland! I'm from New York and I can say these bagels are top notch. Fresh and with the perfect soft/chewy consistency not the dry bread bagels that you usually get from the grocery store. The bacon egg and cheese sandwiches are the best! It's usually pretty crowded on weekends and parking is tricky in that area but the line usually goes fast and the service is great.

I was visiting from the Bay Area and this spot was conveniently located near my Airbnb in Ohio city. So I stopped by not one, not two, but three days in a row Too many bagels? Not possible! Everyday the bagel was fresh and amazing! The first day I got the BLT and the other days I did a cream cheese and everything bagel. Super super tasty! I also got the cold brew on tap. Splendid! Service was quick and friendly too.

Bagels are fine but nothing special. What's really disappointing, however, is how the owner of this restaurant treats other local businesses. What makes Cleveland so awesome is the people. This business does the opposite of embody that theme. Avoid. You're better off supporting Cleveland businesses that lead with love, togetherness, and integrity--and fortunately, we have lots of those options!

The BLTO with cheddar chive cream cheese on a sesame seed bagel brings tears of joy. One of the best sandwiches you can get in the CLE in my humble opinion. I don't know how they get the bacon so crispy but its perfect every time. Bagels are amazing, veggies are super fresh, the schmear is amazing and frankly its the best 7$ I could spend.

Bagels are tender and tasty. We had the salmon bagel on salt and tried the cranberry cinnamon with their special goat cheese & cherry schmear. They were both good, but didn't get much cherry flavor. The store is very small and the line will be long. Be prepared to wait, probably outside. Do not park in their lot, you will be risking a flat tire (or 2). We watched people hit those potholes and the sound was concerning to say the least...just park in the street.

Best bagels in Cleveland! The rosemary bagel is so good, the bagel is soft on the inside, crunchy and chewy on the outside, and is crusted in salt and rosemary, so good! The have tons of spreads and toppings you can put on your bagel and everyone is very nice. Cool little place with awesome fresh bagels for a great price.

My first time trying this place, the bagels were good quality. They can be a bit hard, so be aware if you have any issues with hard food. I ordered the vegan sweet bagel, which was cinnamon sugar and cranberry, or similar. I ordered it with vegan schmear, thinking it would (obviously) go with the bagel that I chose. Upon trying to eat it in the car, I found out it was a hummus type, savory schmear that would not go with a sweet sugary bagel - something you thought the cashier would inform you of before purchasing one bagel with a specific schmear, but no. So, thank you for that. Why would vegan schmear not be a vegan version of cream cheese that would fit all bagel types? Maybe advice for the cafe in the future. But, I ate my bagel dry - with something to drink, I was able to eat it, but obviously would've preferred something on the bagel, rather ripping apart a dry bagel. If you're vegan, I recommend taking these home and adding your own toppings and/or butter, since they do not seem to cater in that way. Or make it clear on the board that it is a cheesy savory spread, rather than just cream, as this is misleading, Also, there is usually a long line here, so be aware if you are in a hurry.

Whenever I am near this wonderful bagel shop, I have to stop in. The bagels are fresh, big, and have that wonderful slightly chewy texture. They have a variety of unique cream cheese spreads, and you really can't go wrong with any of them. My favorite is a honey Sriracha. They have incredible breakfast sandwiches too!

This was the perfect way to start a Saturday in Cleveland. I had the egg and cheese with cheddar on an everything bagel and it was *chef kiss* delicious. The star of the show is obviously the bagels. The everything was delicious. Another person in the group had the plain and that was great as well. You can get and egg sandwich, plain or with a smear of your choice. If you're in the area, these are a great start to any day. And even if you're not in the area, it's worth the trip to get them!

Awesome spot for some bagel action! My old man and I came here before the Browns/Bears game back in September to grab some bagels and coffee. I applaud their efforts to curb COVID as they would only allow a few people in a time to come in and order while the rest waited in line outside. We had an everything and egg bagel along with some coffee and OJ. They were fresh and the staff was so friendly. Sorry no pics but trust me, these were solid bagels. Parking was limited but you can figure it out.

Love this business! I forgot my credit card like a dummy today and was short the cash needed to pay for my bagels. The cashier was so sweet and ended up giving them to me. So generous. Not to mention the bagels are the best in town.

Yummmmmmmmy in my tummy! Cleveland Bagel company came highly suggested by locals and for obvious reason. When I arrived at 10 am on a Saturday, there was a line of about 15 people ahead, but the line moved pretty quickly and they have menus posted so you can make your decision while you wait. My partner and I ordered two things to share. The lox on everything bagel was super tasty. The lox was fresh and the bagel was soft and chewy and delicious. My only complaint is that there were no tomatoes on it. Lox is always best with tomatoes. We also had a rosemary bagel with cream cheese and egg. I would gladly eat this every morning for breakfast if I could. It was very messy to eat as the hot egg and bagel made the cream cheese really warm and everything was sliding all over the place but it was totally worth it! Cleveland Bagel doesn't have any seating, it's a grab-n-go establishment, but we went across the street to a big grassy area and enjoyed our food overlooking the lake with the city to our right. It was a very satisfying experience for sure. I'll definitely be back!

The bagel was pretty good, lots of toppings! Whoever the wait was really long so if you are in a rush I would not suggest this place.

The rosemary bagel is EVERYTHING! I think it's my favorite bagel of all time and I've had bagels all around the Midwest and New York. These bagels are chewy, crisp, flavorful, and perfect in size. You cannot go wrong with a simple bagel and cream cheese or a bagel sandwich. The coffee they serve is from a local cleveland vendor as well!

Apparently Cleveland Bagel doesn't want your business. As if parking wasn't already limited, now they don't let you park in their parking lot. I suggest you go elsewhere.

This is one of the best bagels I've ever had in my life and I put it on my top meals of 2021 list. I ordered an everything bagel with lavender schemear. It was kind of a small venue, but very easy to take on the go and absolutely delicious.

Let me start this off by saying that originally being from New Jersey, I live a great bagel with cream cheese (especially an everything bagel with cream cheese, especially a jalapeno cream cheese). Also, being originally from New Jersey, I can be more than a bit opinionated, I am passionate about food and I have the firm belief that every meal should be a celebration. A client recommended here and as I approached, I must say that I liked the exterior. You won't miss this sign by any means. The inside of the establishment is cool in a basic kind of way. The bagels are pretty good. Not great, but pretty good. In addition to the expected bagels and cream cheese, they also offer sandwiches and what not. I just want to forewarn you all, this establishment is a bit expensive. If you are undecided about what to get, go with a bagel and cream cheese. They out a good amount if cream cheese on it (as it should be) and, as I said, the bagels are good and it appears and tastes that they are done the right way. All in all, a good spot to grab a bagel.

The man who served us at the front is just miserable. They have 2 employee only bathrooms at a place that serves food....They don't let you park in front of the restaurant there is a sign that says they will tow you.
