Great coffee, but the real reason I’ll be back is Elle. She was fantastic, super conversational, welcoming, and genuinely made my day better. You can tell she really cares about the customers. I’ll absolutely be returning, strictly because of her.

The space is adorable, but the espresso is incredibly over extracted and burned. The milk wasn’t airated properly, and the milk was burned and heated at least to 180. If you’re an easy going coffee drinker, this place will be totally cute and workable for you. If you’re preferential about your coffee, I wouldn’t come here.

The coffee bar here was so great! It was easy, tasty, and quick- My barista Jesse was awesome as usual. So glad to be able to come back to this fun spot

I had an amazing experience at THE COFFEE BAR inside Tommie Austin! The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the cozy yet chic ambiance, perfect for either a quick coffee break or a relaxed work session. The baristas were friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. I ordered a flat white, and it was perfectly crafted—smooth, with just the right balance of espresso and milk. The beans they use are top-notch, providing a rich, aromatic flavor that hits just right. I also tried one of their pastries, and it was fresh and delicious, the perfect complement to the coffee. Whether you're a guest at the hotel or just passing through downtown Austin, THE COFFEE BAR is a must-visit spot. Great vibes, quality coffee, and stellar service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Very condescending barista, seemed like she didn’t want to be there and that customers should have internal knowledge on syrup selection when not available on menu. Her attitude quickly changed the second day when she realized I was a guest at the hotel.

Super nice vibes. However it's extremely overpriced here. $18 for a ranch water!

Barista was extremely mad to be making coffee. Shouldn't feel like you are in the wrong for ordering coffee in an empty coffee shop. Don't go.

Very cute inside. The ambiance is amazing. Sadly, the coffee isn't. They use an Australian coffee that is extremely bitter. Even with syrup in it. Had to return the 2 we bought because they were so horrible. Sad, because it's such a cute place.
