The Coffee Joint Cannabis Lounge

Amazing selection and comfy/fun lounge. Johnathan was very accommodating in the lounge and felt like it was a home away from home. The convenience was the main reason for our visit and it went perfectly. I was able to enjoy the experience while also staying close by the AirBnB and restaurants interested in.

I wouldn’t come back. I arrived at The Coffee Joint at 2:10 PM and am writing this over 30 minutes later — still not having been helped. When I asked, the dispensary employee next door told me the lounge staff was likely on lunch and that I could just wait. It felt odd and a bit unprofessional that the space would be left completely unattended for so long, with no signage or clear communication — and that the dispensary had no awareness of the lounge’s operations. I understand that this is a community-based, nonprofit-style effort, and I really respect the mission and the vibe they’re trying to create. But as a first-time visitor, it was frustrating to show up during open hours and receive no support or clarity. The location is also in a very industrial area, with nowhere nearby to kill time, which made the wait feel even longer. Maybe I should have called ahead, but I do think it’s fair to expect basic staffing and communication during posted hours. If you’re planning to visit, I recommend calling first to confirm someone is actually there.

This place was great! The atmosphere in the lounge was on point and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They offer complimentary coffee and the assortment of flavors was awesome! I will definitely be going back on my next visit!

Man coming from Florida and actually looking for a place where you can buy and smoke in a nice lounge with games if you a retro gamer . I was first greeted by Jonathan the most calmest human I ever encountered who spoke with great hospitality. If you are visiting or a local in the area this is the most amazing spot to come and get you chill on . I wish I live here so I could be a regular. The place is super chill. As a teen growing up, always wished this kinda place existed. It might have taken 17 years to have this dream realized, but it was not disappointed. The space is relaxing yet fun. It looks exactly like how you’d picture a smokers spot you thought you’d have as a teen and young adult when you got your own place. That’s the vibe. They have video games tv a little coffee bar, snacks. And a dispensary is literally attached. Like there’s a door inside that lets you enter the depo lobby area. 10/10 if ten was a rating. Come, make that childhood dream a reality. Here’s what I recommend, come here smoke your thc vape (it $5 if you don’t purchase from the depo) enjoy a big screen tv and couch. Relax. Read. Write. Text. Scroll. Play board games with your nerd friends. If you don’t mind standard coffee you’re good, but if you are expecting expresso, bring your own, They don’t have that… yet… Seriously though, come here, enjoy your chill. It’s a wholeeeee ass vibe.

Went specifically because it was a lounge next to a dispensary. Ready to buy a g of highest qual rosin, run next door and blow my brains out! Shop was decent priced and qual options..spent some cash. Immediately found out the lounge next door is closed with no sign of life. Dude at dispo says yeah they are closed (noon on a Sat) and doesn't think they are opening or think any one cares. So boom..no review for closed on a Sat during posted business hours. Dispo was decent.

I love this place staff are super nice helpful and respectful.clean place good times just never open the entire store hours usually opens late and closes earlier If they stayed open more I'd give 5 stars

I was excited to think, based off the name, that it would be a coffee house where one can partake in marijuana. It is not. It is the only indoor place to hang out and smoke, however the "coffee" aspect is a crappy pod based maker that sits in a corner and is an afterthought. If it wasn't for the events that get scheduled there, I have no desire to actually go, since it's not a coffee joint, but a joint that you can make yourself coffee.

Um.. I think I'm an experience person. Walked in and walked out. If you're local and just want to get out of the house, this could be a place for you to go, but if you're from out of town, it lacks anything that would invite you to sit down and get comfortable. No friendly conversation to have with the staff. They should invest in effort to keep people to stick around and want to come back. The coffee is a Keurig. No comment on the rest.

Soooo This was my least favorite place that I visited while in Denver. First off, when you walk in, the host was ok. But after I told them that I just wanted to get supplies and see what they have, they said, "oh, sure, if you want to smoke, you would have to go over there to the dispensary" and I said, "thank you, I'm not interested in that, I just want to see what y'all have, I'm not going to smoke". So I walk a little further into this small store, and an older lady is sitting at the table. once she saw us, she blurts out, "You can't smoke in here, if that's what you want to do, go over there (as she pointed to the other side of the store) but you can't smoke over here". Mood Blasted!!! I was done looking, asked about 1 thing and walked out the door. Didn't feel right. The coffee is a Keurig under a box of Kit Kats... I'm good. I'd advise to not make this your "Must go to" spot.

We just moved from Denver out of Colorado. But I wanted to stop here beforehand b/c I had read an advertisement that you could order CBD coffee here. IDK if I'd do that again as it was a simply a Keurig pull and I didn't really notice anything. I was impressed with their game and other community night events. If you go, check these out. They have another headshop right next door, too

A place for the people. This unique and progressive establishment is a great place for the frequent cannabis connoisseur, just as much as it is for the people who are beginners to cannabis. There is ping pong, dab rigs, and even yoga on Saturday mornings @ 10:30. I plan on going today to try the yoga.

There are better places to smoke if you want a good vibe. They have people working there that will kill it and it cost when you can do it at a hotel parking lot and be good

Pretty cool and laid back spot. Went here during 4/20 and it was busy but the staff made an effort to check on us and make sure we were good to go. They even helped us set up to dab which was a first for us. The other customers were also super friendly and helpful. They should def put together a food menu!

Staff was very friendly. If you purchase edibles from next door there is no admission fee, otherwise it's a $5 cover. Don't let the name fool you.... this is not a coffee shop; there is a self-serve Keurig. Enjoy!

Me and my friend visited here very often while in Denver. They're so friendly and open. This is a GREAT place to hang out. They serve complimentary water as well as purchasable drinks. They have a wonderful area to hang out and relax. You could even play games in the back. I. Love. This. Place.

This place was very chill, and the staff were friendly without being overwhelming. $5 gets you in the door, after signing a waiver and proving you're 21, and they give you free keurig coffee. One room has "e-dab" equipment, coloring, and a TV set up to Netflix. Enjoyed coloring and watching The Office with my boyfriend. Then we went to the back room and played ping pong and Jenga. Smoked our disposable vape pen for a while. Bought a CBD chocolate because I was driving us back to the hotel. Dispensary is next door. No smoking-sparking bud inside.

The door is easy accessible so folx with mobility devices and the surface is even and flat. JJ greeted me and let me know what kinds of products were sold there. You can partake in non tobacco related cannabis, they have a list of products you can consume on the wall before you enter. There were so many CBD products and cannabis accessories. I got a wake n bake mug, some CBD products, and some really good information. The space is really neat and I can't recommend them enough to my friends. Thanks again for the awesome service.

This place is the best very awesome 5 dollars gets you entry and all the dabbalina you would like if your in to that lol. This place is very clean and the staff is very attentive friendly and some look like Instagram models. This place opens early at 8 am and is a must visit for anyone crushing through the Denver area. The only think is that you have to bring your own ring which they have for a small 15 dollars and up. Next door is one of the best dispensary's in Denver go there first then come next door to this place to vap some concentrates. I will be returning to this place the next time I'm in Denver for sure. Great place would give it 6 stars if I could there is ping ping and big couches in the back.

Great place! Nice folks, free admission if you visit the dispensary next door. They have a no smoking policy but vaping and dabbing are allowed. They provide enails but you have to provide a rig, which they sell, starting at $14. Everything is very clean and the staff is super friendly. They have tv with Netflix, video games, and a foosball table for entertainment.

In from out of town and wanted to see what this place had to offer, place was pretty cool in my opinion. Meredith was a wealth of information and I took her recommendation on a spot to eat. Great place , like everywhere else it's what you make of it. My kind of place to catch up on and just relax while consuming cannabis ! Also carries cbd and local Denver products.
