Very cool location and very friendly staff. The food was good, though with some caveats. Pork Belly Fries These were great! The little bites of pork belly were really good with the blue cheese dressing and crunchy fries. I would share with a group because the sauce gets really cloying if you try to polish it off by yourself. Venice Beach Salad My wife was really excited for this one! She said the meat was great, the shrimp, chicken, and steak. She just needed a bit more dressing and veggies to get her by. Crispy Chicken Sandwich I was very excited for this one but couldn’t finish it. The butter lettuce was great, very fresh, but the chicken patty seemed like it was just a frozen patty reheated in the fryer. Tots were the same, just frozen premade tots. Nothing wrong with them just not as exciting, even with the jalapeño spread. The lovely server brought by some garlic ranch though, which had some punchy flavor. Overall, lovely place and staff, and decent enough food, but with some minor room for improvement in places. We look forward to returning to try something new!

Had great live music during brunch. Weekday and Weekend menus are different. Tried every fry they had to offer, talk about the perfect crisp. Guava mimosa was refreshing and came in a cute cup. Highly recommend.

We decided to go have dinner at this restaurant after reading great reviews about it. And since we were with our dog, it was perfect for us because they offered a nice outdoor seating area. The service team was very friendly and helpful, especially our waitress was super nice. All the food was very fresh and flavorful. The drinks were also very good. My husband got a glass of local beer and I got a glass of passion fruit mojito. Both drinks were good and refreshing. Give the craft house a visit if you’re in the area.

I’ve never!! The menu is amazing. Sometimes when chef’s get some reign, they can end up with strange flavors that I don’t enjoy, but these guys know what they’re doing! Everything sounded amazing and it tasted perfect! Live music was on point and the atmosphere was happy and relaxed. We hit this place up as a pre-concert meal instead of Dog House and we’re thrilled with our decision. A couple of us got the Crispy Chicken sandwich. Honestly I also love that they serve a salad, fries, or tots with their meals, sometimes that’s not included so I really appreciated the generous side salad with my sandwich. Keep it up in the back ladies!

Honestly I was looking forward to eating here. I was expecting exactly what the reviews on this establishment said but was completely let down on every level. We were quickly greeted and sat and from there it went down hill completely. It took our waitress atleast 10 minutes to even come to our table and even longer to bring us the waters we ordered. We watched the owner go table to table greeting and talking to every customer but skipped ours multiple times. We finally ordered our food and could've finished the Titanic before it was plated and placed on the table. I dug in immediately as I was beyond hungry after walking the down town farmers market all day. I was highly impressed with the tater tots and than I bit into the meat. It was beyond awful to say the least. Completely rare and squishy as if I was eating a chunk of kids slime. Was not the experience I wanted what so ever. I asked very nicely to be remade and my date waited patiently as they made it. Finally another Harry Potter novel later it arrived with the same exact issues. But this time even the tots where nasty. We agreed to leave neither of us ate half of anything we ordered. They took off my meal from the bill. We paid the rest and left immediately. It was definitely an experience I never want to have again and I highly suggest they do a little better for the customers who decide to try this place. Giving them 2 stars for simple fact that the waitress was nice and tried her best even with the experience we were having. She saw it all and apologized numerous times and even made small little jokes to try and break the ice on this horrific dinner date I had planned.

Google
Katie and the team were exceptional! Friendly, fast and amazing service by Katie and the team!! Food is on point here. Even the kids meals were quality, portioned well and delicious. Awesome chicken sandwiches, fries and everything else! Atmosphere outside is so nice. Shaded well and nice ambiance! Fair prices too; amazing value.

Didn’t get a before picture but as you can tell, the food was too good I basically licked my plate clean. Came with my family and it was hard to decide whose food was better because everything was so good.

Google
In town from the East Coast for only two days and it was hard to leave the restaurant after my second visit knowing I likely wouldn’t get back to have another meal. I ate here twice! Excellent food! It has its own style and flair beyond your typical pub fare. Beer 🍺 options tasty, atmosphere warm and inviting, staff welcoming, but the FOOD! The food was exceptional🫶

Yelp
Amazing food, atmosphere & craft beer! Service was excellent & food was even better! Definitely will visit again when I'm in the area

Yelp
Came here on a Thursday night and it wasn't too busy. Service was great, all the staff were very friendly. We ordered wings as an appetizer. Was a little hesitant about the strawberry sriracha sauce it was tossed with but the server assured us we would like it. He was correct, very flavorful and balanced. The strawberry gave it just the right amount of sweet to balance with the heat. For my dinner, I ordered The Dip, which is their take on a beef dip. It was pretty good. The Horseradish Aioli was great, and the Au Jus, while lighter in color than what I'm used to, was just as flavorful. My only "complaint" was the ratio of beef to bread could have been better. It could have used just a little more beef. I also ordered the tots as my side, nice and crunchy. The beer selection had a few selections of IPAs, Lagers and Stouts. Liked that there weren't too many options, as that can get overwhelming. With it not being very packed, it had a good environment. There were a few TVs in the main room, and noise was balanced. My friend and I didn't have to talk over ambient noise, which is always a plus in my book. Just a heads up, there is no signage visible from the street. The building is the former Third Place Global Eatery. I passed by it once as I don't go into Old Town Clovis very often. I look forward to visiting again

Yelp
I love this restaurant it's locally owned and operated by a wonderful couple here in clovis. They had a restaurant before across the street where the cooked up daily soups and had local beer on tap now they moved to a bigger location right across the street where they have more seating inside as well as outside seating. Much more spacious for big parties as well. They did stop the daily soups down to one soup all week long but I was told by the owner they don't serve soup during the summer season because it's way too hot outside. They do serve local beer as well as other beer listed on the menu, they serve cocktails too. The menu spans from appetizers to dessert, they have options for everyone including customers who are vegan. I highly recommend coming here where things are fresh, cook to order, and served by great people as well as cooks. If you don't feel like dining inside you can also order takeout, no matter what you pick you'll be happy you choose to eat here. Please keep in mind the menu prices start at around $15 dollars and go up to $25 dollars a plate, it is a more higher priced restaurant but worth every penny.

Yelp
This place just moved into a new building that has a lot of patio potential. With that in mind, it seemed like they were still getting their bearings straight as they were out of several beers and the service was a little slow, despite the server being super nice. The surf and turf tots and dip it sandwich were excellent! Their fries are also incredible. Didn't love the crispy chicken sandwich as it seemed a little basic, but we will totally be returning to check out other things.

Yelp
**We've been loyal customers of Craft House for a long time, and I've never had to write a negative review--until now.** I came in with my kids on a hot 90-degree day. The owner seated us at a corner table and then completely forgot about us. For 20 minutes, we sat without a greeting, service, or even water. Meanwhile, a white couple who came in *after* us was immediately attended to by the owner--offered wine and beer samples, and had their order taken right away. I didn't say anything at first, but after watching them receive service while we were ignored, I politely asked the other owner (his wife) if we could order. I even said I understood they were busy and was willing to be patient, but it was upsetting to see customers arriving after us get priority service. She took our order, and I asked for water for my thirsty kids. Then another duo arrived, was seated just a few tables away, and immediately got water, silverware, and multiple greetings from both owners. By that point, we had been there 30 minutes without so much as a glass of water or silverware. It was frustrating, disheartening, and frankly felt discriminatory. I have the entire experience on video and in photos. My girls and I finally got up and left. After years of coming here, this was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.

Yelp
Food was great! Service was friendly! I had the wedge with a twist. Loved it! I love their take on old favorites. The atmosphere is loud so not a place to go for a quiet conversation, but the ambiance is fun and upbeat.

Yelp
Spent a really lovely Saturday evening w friends from Fresno (their first time). As always the food was sumptuous. We started w the charcuterie appetizer - the hummus was divine and more than enough for 4. Dishes ordered included Mediterranean chicken tacos w house salad and lemon balsamic dressing, blue burger w fries, pulled pork panini w fries, steak dip w fries all followed by an incredible chocolate cake ( 1 slice w 4 forks and blue berry cake w mascarpone 1 slice 4 forks), Julie (our waitress) provided 5-star service. All this food was enjoyed while a two-person vocal group called 'The Off-White Duo' played in the background.

Yelp
The food here is excellent. Service is top notch. The owners are so friendly and hardworking. I've never had a bad experience and I've been eating here since 2018.

Yelp
Lunch time at the craft house made a pit stop over down to Clovis. I usually go there and no issues. There was plenty of parking and seating. I had to wait 2 to 5 minutes to be seated. The food is on point however I had to wait a long duration for my food. The restaurant was clean and plenty of air conditioning for you to enjoy.

Yelp
The Craft House does it again! If you haven't heard, Third Place Global Eatery is no more and Craft House has completely taken over the entire space, both in ownership and food. The only Third Place remnants left are a few pieces of signage on the building, which will be taken down soon. All of the food served here is 100% the classic Craft House menu along with a few new food items and cocktails. Crow and Wolf is no longer running the outside patio bar, but their craft beers and a handful of other local breweries suds are still being served here. I tried one of their new cocktails which is a take on a Moscow Mule but made with vodka and passion fruit juice. It was delicious! My kids loved their chicken tenders and mac 'n cheese and to be honest, so did my wife and I. Those tenders and creamy mac can get it! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, with a side salad. The sandwich was amazing and I love the spicy batter they use on their chicken breast. I was honestly shocked at how good my house lemon vinaigrette salad dressing was. It was so good that I even started dipping tater tots in it. Shout out to the amazing servers who work here Kate, Julie, and Kayla! All of our food was delivered fast, fresh, and they truly made sure we felt comfortable. I'm so happy that The Craft House has found a new home in a truly beautiful location. I'm sad that the Third Place came and went, but as they say; when one door closes, another one opens. Cheers!

Yelp
Have been to the old location a handful of times, the new location under the previous name (TTP) once, and last night. I've enjoyed the menu and the availability of vegan or near vegan options like the vegan tacos, vegan burger. Have been eating meat again withi the past 6 months and ordered the pork sliders with tots.. Though the pork pieces weren't very warm, they were smokey in flavor. The overall slider flavor was pretty tasty. I liked the seasoning on the tots, just felt like they should have been crispier. My guy had the Monster burger and was pleasantly surprised as he doesnt quite care for burgers with "fluff" (i.e. airlines, special mustards, arugula, etc.) I would give 4 starts for food, but ambiance and service weren't that great. We were initially greated, but seemed to take a while to return to us after needing time to review the menu. The restaurant is esthetically pleasing from both outside and inside, but there is nothing inside to absorb the noise level. The waitress' voice was extremely loud on top of the echo in the environment of hard floors and high ceilings. There was a group of four older men (60++) seated about 10-15 ft away from us that was loud (talking/watching videos on their phones .... sounds like teenagers, right? ) and again, the acoustics in the restaurant just made the experience of dining inside not very enjoyable. I forgot how loud this restaurant is. I recommend sitting outside on the patio when the weather permits.

Yelp
I came here not knowing they changed the restaurant to The Craft House. We were instantly greeted and sat. We ordered the hot honey chicken and waffle and the fish and fries. The food came out within a reasonable time and it was nice and hot. The waffle is a little smaller in size than normal but it was good. The chicken and the fish were both cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They didn't offer tartar sauce for the fish but they had so many other dips to choose from that were tasty. Overall I enjoyed it here and our server was great as well.

Yelp
Highly recommend - good food, great staff, super chill spot. Stopped here after leaving Yosemite and had the vegan burger. There were a few pescatarian and vegetarian friendly options on the menu, which was great!

Yelp
Josh served us this afternoon and was very helpful! He gave us great recommendations and was very friendly. Plus, the food was great.

Yelp
We don't usually head out to Clovis for food, but this place changed that- it's officially our go-to. Tons of unique options, bold flavors across the board, and the whole experience just delivered Service was top-tier. Julie took great care of us, the owner came by to say hello, and every single staff member said goodbye on the way out. Warm, welcoming, and just really well done. Already looking forward to the next visit.

Yelp
Their food is always amazing! You can't go wrong with any of their sandwiches. The poke nachos and anything with their strawberry sriracha sauce are SO good!

Yelp
The new location is beautiful. The staff is super kind and the food is delicious. The sliders never disappoint, but the cheese steak is my favorite.
google avatar

Priscilla A.

Yelp
The food was very tasty! I ordered the fish tacos and I really enjoyed the flavors. It didn't have a fishy taste to it thankfully. I did ask for the corn salsa on the side instead and glad I did. I'm not a jalapeno person. My husband got the Cubano sandwich and was not disappointed. My daughter got the Mac n cheese and liked it as well. Definitely will be coming back during summer to enjoy some drinks.
google avatar

Sandy V.

Yelp
I was craving a poke nacho and was HIGHLY disappointed with their poke nacho. It was $21 and came literally with only nachos and a little bit of ahi tuna as pictured. I was expecting edamame, seaweed, cilantro, and avocado as well. The third eatery had these ingredients in their poke nacho, but I believe with the new owners this has changed. 1/10 The 50/50 burger was however, delicious. I'd give it a 9/10. The chorizo and beef combination really complimented each other. The spicy chicken sandwich tasted like the chicken patty came directly from the freezer. It did have some decent spice to it. 4/10

Yelp
Stopped for lunch with the wife at this new location after an appointment, the ambiance was very modern with some big windows and glass doors that let a lot of light in. Right outside where we were sat it looked like there was a small bar with a Crow and Wolf sign which I loved because I always love supporting local. Ordered the Mac and cheese bowl with shredded pork and it was perfect for that cold day. Amazing flavor and also warmed me up, also got some fries to share. Staff was very good, welcoming and were nice enough to close the door after requested because that cold air was chilly . Went to the craft house for a yelp event at a different location so we were definitely excited to go back and try them again!

Yelp
Looked for a nearby place to eat after attending a birthday party and this had tremendous Yelp ratings (one of the top in the entire Central Valley). Upon arrival we were extremely disappointed that they only serve a brunch menu on Sundays. We decided to try this limited menu anyways. I got the Tater Tot Scramble, my son got The Morning Monarch, and my wife got the Craft BLT. We also ordered a side of sweet potato waffle fries at the suggestion of our waiter. The food arrived promptly and we asked for a couple different hand made dipping sauces (which were very small but tasty). The portions of all our meals was large. The flavor was outstanding. I can see how their full menu offerings would get high rankings. What is keeping me from a higher ranking isn't the food, but the service. Our waiter basically disappeared after we got our plates. We had to ask the hostess for both water and dipping sauce refills. I overheard what looked like a manager say that a big party came in the back door and they had to scramble to set them up, but that is still no excuse for the lack of service we had. If you come here, don't come on a limited brunch menu Sunday and hopefully your service is better than ours.

Yelp
We love coming here, the food is original and so tasty. They have a small menu which I actually prefer and rotating specials. The menu feels thoughtful and curated. We went on a Thursday for dinner and it was busy but luckily a table of two was available immediately. Our server was very friendly and I could tell she was busy and still had a great attitude never made us feel rushed. Great service! My husband ordered the Mac and cheese and woooow sooo flavorful, it came with pork belly and crispy Brussels and truly tasted homemade! I ordered the 50/50 burger which was delicious but I swapped out the spicy items. I was happy to see the burger came with delicious steak fries. We split our dishes and ordered dessert to go since we couldn't pass up their cheesecake special. My only downside was that some of the items (appetizers and beer) were a bit pricier than I expected. The entrees were priced well though. We'll definitely be back this is one of our favorites in OTC (Old Town Clovis)!
google avatar

Yelp
Awesome and welcoming service! Plan for a wait, but it is well worth it, If you haven't been before ask your server what they recommend and you won't be disappointed. We tried the pork belly fries to start and loved them! With lots of CA beers on tap (and valley local to boot) we loved what was offered to go with our amazing meals! Try anything! You won't be disappointed!!

Yelp
Food was so delicious and prepared beautifully! We were greeted by friendly staff when first arriving who immediately got us to our seats. They also continuously checked on us through out our meal. The ambiance is clean cut and i love all the placement of their plants and wood paneling. We sat in the front today but they have a huge outside patio as well as back area which looked so fun! Definitely check this place out! Was a great experience for being out of town and not knowing where to go. My mom even liked it too and her speciality cocktail with spirits was made for her with love :)

Yelp
I am not even out of the restaurant yet and want to shout from the rooftop how incredible this place is!! We stopped by on our trip back home and my gosh. Firstly: we couldn't find the door as the sign had blown over and one of the waitstaff came outside asking if we were looking for the craft house -- he welcomed us in and seated us right away. Excellent customer service for point 2! The waitress who had our table was incredibly sweet and very helpful with how the dishes were prepared. Our food came out super fast and if I can just say -- there was about 19 things on the menu I NEEDED to have -- but I came in wanting something cool and fresh -- so for point 3 -- the hummus charcuterie for appetizer was the first thing and it was the best hummus I've ever had -- it was better than most Mediterranean restaurants I've been to. Excellent! My husband had a Pizza port honey ale, and it was phenomenal. He had the pork belly slider with a side salad and again, can't say anything but praise! It was crispy and flavorful super tender and just so good all around! I ordered the filet caprese tacos -- wow. The combination of balsamic and filet with microgreens was incredible. Tender beef and creamy mozzarella with flakes of grated parm. Wow. Just wow. And our trip was timed perfectly because they were hosting a baby shower in the back and offered everyone in the dining area a slice of the most incredible chocolate cake they had leftover -- well it was the best chocolate cake I've ever had -- turns out it was from Save Mart (so plug for them too!) 8" chocolate fudge cake and that will be my go-to forever now if I need a cake! Excellent experience, super customer service, and I told my husband if we are looking for lunch or dinner food in Clovis or Fresno when we come up, never ask me where I want to eat because it's always going to be here. I only want this place!! Every time! Thanks for an epic meal/experience today!

Yelp
This place is amazing! They have moved across the street from their previous location and the ambience is wonderful! Their beer selection is fantastic and their service is even better! Julie was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with all of our choices. She even had the owner's daughter Nicole come over and bring her famous dessert ... her hand made brownie topped with vanilla ice cream! I cannot wait to come back here. This place has to be among the top five in Clovis!!!!!

Yelp
Great food and friendly service! I especially enjoyed the pork belly fries and beef dip sandwich

Yelp
Great place to have dinner. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Our server was very attentive. Good food. Very clean restaurant. . It looks like they have a nice patio outside but it was too cold to sit outside. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Yelp
My husband and I live in LA and we went to Fresno for my husband's graduation and visited this restaurant for dinner to celebrate. The owner said that they use clean oil and change it often. The fries were really delicious. The food was clean and felt organic so it was not burdensome to eat late at night. The staff was also friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you go to Fresno.
google avatar

Yelp
Simply outstanding! I guess I shouldn't say "simply" because the food is really comples...in a good way. The pot belly fries were excellent with just the right amount of spice. Loved that the blue cheese was melted nicely. "Dip it" sandwich had wonderful thinly sliced beef with no nasty, fatty, gristle. The Nancy normally comes with a cheddar onion bun, but we tried it with sourdough, and it was great. Great breaded chicken with a sauce cooked into it. Nicely spiced. The Scrappy sandwich was the most complex of everything we tried. Two different meats with a slaw and pepperochinies to spice it up a little. I loved that all the veggies were finely sliced, so they blended in nicely. Service from Ashley was excellent. Our waters never were empty. Greg, the owner, came by often to make sure everything was perfect, and it was!

Yelp
It is the cleanest restaurant I have visited in a while. The food was good however my son's sandwich was loaded with meat mine not so much. Service was good and friendly

Yelp
Went early Saturday to beat the crowd and as other Yelpers said they are located where Global Eatery was. Love the special spin they put on classic dishes like French dips and Mac and cheese. Get a good cocktail and you have a meal you will savory. Great job Craft House!

Yelp
Service: During my visit, my party was tended to by the owner and his daughter. They were both polite and attentive. The turnaround the taking of the order up to the delivery of the food was quick. 5/5 Food: For appetizers, I opted for the Strawberry Siraracha Wings and Buffalo Chicken Tater Tots. For the main course, I opted for the Bluey, which basically a fancy med well hamburger topped with caramelized onions, blue cheese and a host of sauces to enhance the flavor. All the dishes were delicious. 5/5 Overall: A great experience at this hidden gem of a restaurant in Old Town Clovis. I will definitely go back in the near future.

Yelp
Great place. Went there for Mother's Day. Waitstaff was very courteous. Had the chilaquiles and the wife had the crab cakes. Great flavor on both. Even the owners greet you and come out to check on you. Not many places do that. I would recommend The Craft House to anyone who wants good service and great food.

Yelp
What a treat to find a place that checks all the boxes when you are an out of towner The Craft House had an excellent variety of food with an exceptional twist. Thanks to Julie our server that pointed us in a the right direction since it was so hard to choose. Loved the food and service is this super cute spot so don't miss out!

Yelp
Great place for American food had a lot of options. The service were nice and brought our things quickly. There was a lot of space for seating. We got our seating really quick. It was very busy when the environment was clean

Yelp
Food and service are both great. This is the place to come for a beer and burger. Atmosphere is clean and airy, enjoyed talking with owner.

Yelp
The food here was delicious, however, a little pricey for the amount you get. I ordered Thai shrimp tacos ($19), which comes with 2 tacos and a side salad. It was good, but in my opinion $19 for only 2 tacos && that amount of side salad. Was not worth it. The sweet Nancy chicken sandwich was delicious! The flavors meshed so well together, the strawberry and jalapeños in one bite. The servers were friendly and attentive. This place is great for hanging out with a group friends or even just a casual date.

Yelp
Super great service and good vibes! The beer and food were delicious! Cute place. I wish it nothing but lots of success!

Yelp
This was a cute fun place to eat at. If I lived here, I could see myself meeting girlfriends here to catch up and have some good food and drink. We came here while passing through and had tried the Thai shrimp tacos, chicken tacos and the chicken and waffle plate. We also got the surf n turf tots to start off. All the food was tasty, presentation was fun and the service was attentive and friendly. The tea itself is small and they close fairly early, but definitely a spot to try out.

Yelp
This used to be our favorite place to go eat, so sad to see it is no longer there. I believe they moved over to the third place, but they aren't offering their whole menu

Yelp
Delicious food! I got a crispy chicken sandwich, and as simple as an order that is, it isn't just your run of the mill chicken sandwich. They do a homemade sauce to boost the flavor. The chicken was juicy and crispy. Fresh butter leaf lettuce and tomato. I put a ghost pepper cheese on it to add a little spicy. The fries were seasoned well, crispy and had lots of flavor. The Craft House has a menu with great flavor and a multitude of items. Mix that with great customer service, local owners who care and a clean inviting atmosphere, The Craft House is a top place to eat at in Clovis!

Yelp
My husband and I were staying in Old Town Clovis and decided to grab dinner from The Craft House. My husband went there to place our order and said it was hard to locate because there wasn't really any signs other than a small chalkboard sign when you enter the restaurant. I ordered the backyard Burger well done and my husband got the Thai shrimp tacos with a side of tots. I bit into my burger and out came some juice along with blood. Disgusting! I then noticed my burger was fairly pink and blood had actually soaked into the bun thus ending my dinner and appetite. The fries were fairly salty to the point of almost being inedible. My husband said the Thai shrimp tacos were okay but not as spicy as you would think for Thai tacos. He also said the tots were really greasy. I ended up having to go get a different dinner somewhere else once I got my appetite back. Just be aware that the food is very salty and my meal wasn't cooked as requested.
