**We've been loyal customers of Craft House for a long time, and I've never had to write a negative review--until now.**
I came in with my kids on a hot 90-degree day. The owner seated us at a corner table and then completely forgot about us. For 20 minutes, we sat without a greeting, service, or even water. Meanwhile, a white couple who came in *after* us was immediately attended to by the owner--offered wine and beer samples, and had their order taken right away.
I didn't say anything at first, but after watching them receive service while we were ignored, I politely asked the other owner (his wife) if we could order. I even said I understood they were busy and was willing to be patient, but it was upsetting to see customers arriving after us get priority service. She took our order, and I asked for water for my thirsty kids.
Then another duo arrived, was seated just a few tables away, and immediately got water, silverware, and multiple greetings from both owners. By that point, we had been there 30 minutes without so much as a glass of water or silverware.
It was frustrating, disheartening, and frankly felt discriminatory. I have the entire experience on video and in photos. My girls and I finally got up and left. After years of coming here, this was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
