The Best Coffee Shops In Atlanta - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"The Daily in Inman Park bills itself as a coffee shop, but the food is honestly good enough to be a standalone breakfast spot. That's obvious by the huge crowds that swarm the place every morning. Natural light from the wall of windows gives the contemporary, polished decor a more welcoming, cozy aesthetic that we’d like every coffee place to have. Signature drinks like their coveted black sesame latte will keep caffeine seekers happy. But for anyone who hates coffee (we don’t know any of those people), their food items pack more punch than a double espresso. If we could marry a breakfast burrito we’d choose this one. It’s grilled (taking a hint from Bell Street) and packed with eggs, home fries, pickled onions, and the freshest salsa verde we’ve ever had." - juli horsford

Best Restaurants With Gorgeous Views of the River | Eater Atlanta

"The Charleston export cafe now has three locations in Atlanta including the one on Nancy Creek, a stream that flows into the Chattahoochee. The Daily’s Buckhead outpost is popular with families and the post-yoga workout crowd. Enjoy your juice and hummus bowl inside the cafe or take it with you to the shared outdoor seating area next to neighbor Little Rey." - Caroline Eubanks

Howdy ATL Biscuit Cafe and Coffeehouse Is Opening Across From Zoo Atlanta in Grant Park - Eater Atlanta

"New locations of coffee shop and cafe the Daily and Ford Fry’s Tex-Mex restaurant Little Rey are opening in a new portion of the Northcreek Office Park complex on Northside Parkway in Buckhead. Michael Shemtov, who co-owns Charleston-based cafe the Daily with wife Melody, told Eater earlier this year they planned to open a second Atlanta location near Northside Parkway. The Shemtovs just opened their first Atlanta location on Trabert Avenue in January. A third cafe takes over the former Proof Bakeshop space in Inman Park later this year." - Beth McKibben

Stopped in for the first time while traveling and enjoyed everything the barista suggested. I do wish they’d clarified the Upside Down latte didn’t actually have any espresso shots, as it led to some confusion. The location is very pretty and the patio looks like the best spot for an outdoor brunch.

Cool, bright modern coffee shop in buckhead. Bright interior & a large deck facing lots of greenery & a creek. I tried the breakfast sandwich and the cold coffee. Both of them were delicious! Great spot to stop after hiking by the Chattahoochee River. Located in a fairly new strip mall with Lots of parking available outside.

When I visit my friend here in ATL we love to grab brunch at The Daily! Every time I’ve been the food has been perfect. I love to get the Avocado toast loaded. The portions are a decent size and the price isn’t too ridiculous! Inside can get a little noisy but it’s not awful and the outside sitting area is very nice.

A hidden gem! The Latte was amazing and a simple tomato sandwich on sourdough bread literally shocked my taste buds. Everything tasted so fresh. A nice coffee spot to catch up on work or with a friend.

The place is really beautiful like forest. Staffs are very kind and food is very good. I tried BLT sandwich and my wife tried Avocado bowl. BLT sandwich is so good, basically bread has very nice texture. Parking lot is very convenient and not much crowded. I think I found the secret nice place for brunch😎 I am willing to revisit soon!

Google
Our favorite coffee shop in Atlanta! Great friendly service and yummy coffee and food! There’s an indoor seating area and a nice large patio with fans. Note that there is no WIFI and laptops are limited to the back bar top - which keeps it a fun and engaging place. Only wish their coffee was a bit cheaper 😀

I was starving one Sunday morning and was not in the mood to cook. After doing a little research I discovered The Daily opened up in my area. I hopped in my car and headed over. The location appears to be a new area. It is off the main road and can’t been seen. You would have to be intentional about finding this place. There is a huge parking lot that is shared with the other businesses. When I dined here the restaurant Lil Rey’s was not open. I was told by the cashier that the space next door would eventually become a brewery. The concept of this spot is that you order at the cashier and then seat yourself. They have both inside and outdoor dinning options. The outside patio is reminiscent of your back yard at home. During my visit several patrons with children sat on the patio and allowed their children to play. I ordered the avocado bowl and added a side of impossible sausage. I also had the chai latte with oat milk. The food came out fairly quickly. They bring the food to you, but you will need to retrieve your silverware and napkins yourself. They have buckets of silverware lying around the restaurant. Additionally you are responsible for busting your own table( placing your plate and silverware in a designated area). My drink was good, nothing special. The avocado bowl was tasty. I really appreciate a restaurant that has healthy options. I found myself back at The Daily the following Saturday. This time around I ordered the breakfast burrito and the black sesame latte with oat milk! The latte is not for everyone, but I loved it. I appreciate that it is not sweet. The burrito had a ton of flavor! Overall, I do believe this is going to be my new go to spot for breakfast and brunch!

Mycoffeecrawl has discovered a hidden gem at The Daily, nestled near the river and boasting a stunning outdoor space. The warm welcome from the hostess and expert insight into the perfect cup of coffee set the tone for a truly uplifting experience. This vibrant space is full of energy and life, with an outdoor area that seamlessly connects you with nature.

Yelp
A coffee shop with no WiFi? No thanks. They have a big sign saying they don't want people with laptops. Also, for counter service the computer defaults to a 20% tip, also no thanks. $14 for sourdough bread?

Yelp
It was my fault, for I had been to the Daily in Charleston, which has good reviews, then I got suckered into visiting this newer one in Buckhead, near Vinings, which also has good reviews, and then I ordered the same thing as last time, the avocado toast, a dish that hinges on the quality of both the toast and the avocado and is not about portion size. This avocado toast involves a very large slice of tasteless toast. Also, my wife didn't care for her yogurt bowl. We had hours to kill waiting for our car to be ready, but there is perhaps a dearth of pleasant coffee hangouts in the area.

Yelp
Great coffee shop right off Northside Parkway. Finally something cool in the hood that ain't Bucks. Great service, comfortable restaurant with outdoor seating. Good coffee!!

Yelp
Nice unique quaint coffee shop without the Starbucks hustle & bustle rush-rush. Time literally slows down when u step inside & the stress just disappears! Very cool & authentic vibe. Had the upside down rose & cardamom latte.....hint, Don't get this in "to go" cup because you can't thoroughly appreciate the taste and the beautiful visually appealing work of art that it is

Yelp
The breakfast sandwich is cheap and surprisingly good. Home fries, though I asked for extra crispy, did not have any crunch at all lol. The vibes are great with the outdoor setting. It is cheap and good enough to come back all the time.

Yelp
I'm now The Daily certified, after visiting all their locations. Their newest location is nestled away in a cute area with a few other local businesses. Even for a rainy Saturday, the place was bustling with activity. I was greeted immediately by two sweet young ladies who guided me using the Blackbird program & then I placed my order for salmon toast & a caramel latte. I sat at the "bar" which overlooks the lovely patio. In no time my latte & toast were brought to me. Everything was amazing. As per usual, aesthetics & atmosphere (even the music!) are so welcoming & inviting. Parking is pretty decent.

Yelp
Love having the Daily in Atlanta! I used to bike to the Charleston location all the time when I lived there. Great spot for a coffee and a good breakfast. A little pricy, but it's worth it on occasion. Beautiful back patio and indoor space. No free WiFi. If you are on a computer they request that you sit at the community table or the bar.

Yelp
My favorite part is the ambiance, especially the outdoor seating. I really enjoyed the scrambled egg sandwich and was surprised by how yum the tea was as we normally don't order tea outside. The latte was alright, felt like it tasted like a fancy rose milk. Seems like a great spot to get Saturday morning coffee at!

Yelp
Saw the new opening on the Atlantacoffeeshops insta... this location has tons of free parking. The staff are so nice and genuine. They will answer all your questions! the inside of this location is so cute. It's def a place to sit and read. It's not super small but gets packed quickly. If I'm not mistaken there is no wifi... so if you want to work there make sure you have a hotspot for your own wifi. The coffee and and Avacado toast is amazing I will def be back ! I love finding new coffee shops in Atlanta is this one is def a 10/10 when it comes to service, the price and of course the coffee

Yelp
Hesitant to write a review, only because I don't want it to get more crowded! I loved every moment in this restaurant. The hummus bowl was delicious. The eggs with chives were deeply satisfying. And the upside down latte is mind-blowing. I've never had anything like it--it's the most delicious, beautiful latte I've ever tasted, and I can't wait to come back and get another. Thrilled this place is in my neighborhood!

Yelp
ive had the daily on my list to go to for a while so im so happy there is now a location close to me! we went sunday at 12:30pm and it was like perfect lull. everyone was leaving and then like 10 mins later a new rush of people came in post church. the line moves quickly to order at the counter. then you find your seats. they bring you your food based on your outfit (ex: white sweater blue jeans). theres an indoor and outdoor dining area. the vibe is deff really cute inside. my dad got drip coffee with a slice of the strawberry cream cheese coffee cake. he said the coffee cake was super good! he ordered the breakfast burrito and enjoyed that as well. i ordered the loaded avocado bowl and added bacon (much needed). i loved it it had such great flavor i would deff get again. next time i want to try one of their crafted beverages they were beautiful! they take food allergies seriously and have gf/vegan options.

Yelp
From the amazing staff to the color dishes, this new location for The Daily is a hit! Since it is so quiet this location is great for remote work but you will need your own hot spot since they don't have open WiFi here. I will definitely be visiting again especially when I am in need of a quiet place to think.

Yelp
The Daily? Yes, I will be frequenting here daily. The coffee? Strong and fantastic. It's a little on pricey side, but the cute and inclusive atmosphere makes up for it. The food? Delicious and scrumptious. The breakfast sandwich was divine and had a nice kick to it. The avocado toast was unreal. As for the loaded avocado bowl, the kale just didn't need to be there, but that's perfectly fine! Their homemade sourdough was spellbinding. We loved the murals on the wall, it had a trendy retro vibe. But what we enjoyed even more were the subtle AMONG US statues on the shelves. Very hip and goofy. And what's even better is that they have a back patio where you can enjoy the lovely picturesque nature scenery. Suffice to say, we will be returning.

Yelp
This place has offered me a peaceful lunch escape! Their food is so fresh with perfect portion sizes for lunch. The smoothies are handmade right in front of you with the best ingredients to give you a vitamin boost. The staff is so friendly. I leave there feeling seen and valued. One of the best spots in Atlanta to have a relaxing lunch indoor or outdoor!

Alison W.

Yelp
Love the avocado toast, chocolate chip cookies, and the patio view! I also like the rooibos tea.

Yelp
The Daily serves great cappuccino, delicious food, beautiful outdoor view, and most importantly, the excellent staff at this cafe. Our server, True, is extraordinary, she's attentive, and she left such a positive impression on us. We can't wait to come back for more.

Julia J.

Yelp
I was really looking forward to trying The Daily as I am a frequent coffee shop connoisseur, and I thought the menu looked wonderful. However, I was extremely upset to find that the 16 oz caramel latte I ordered was a whopping $9.43. For a cup of coffee and nothing else, that price is absurd. I hate leaving negative reviews because I work in food services myself, and I know it can be frustrating, but that is the craziest price of coffee I have ever seen, and in no way was the product worth all of that. The coffee shop close to where I work sells the same product in the same size for $6.50, and that includes tax. In addition, when the barista turned around the screen for me to pay, the 20% tip option was already checked. I felt awkward changing it right in front of her blatant stare, so I begrudgingly watched over $10 come out of my bank account for a singular coffee. The barista and atmosphere in the store were nice enough, and I appreciated the daily affirmation on my coffee cup, but I will not be returning to the Daily anytime soon, as it takes me an hour of work at my part-time job to make what it took to buy a cup of coffee that lasted me 10 minutes.
