The Eloise Apartments

I absolutely love living here! My apartment has everything I need, including a fantastic kitchen that’s perfect for cooking and baking. I have easy access to Theodore Wirth for hiking and skiing, plus beautiful nature views right outside my windows. The greenhouse and raised garden beds really add to the feeling of home. On top of that, the community events and social opportunities are truly the icing on the cake. The management and maintenance teams are outstanding and make this the perfect place to live!

I am still early in my lease ~45 days at this posting. The community of people living here are fantastic, everyone is friendly and welcoming, this mattered the most to me. Lots of fun things to do if you want and no pressureif you don't. The staff, amenities, and my favorite the views through the floor to ceiling windows are all also wonderful. I am pleased with my choice so far and will update in ~9 mos.

The Eloise is magnificent! Quiet, beautifully appointed apartments-mine is brand new! The surrounding Theodore Wirth park is a restorative oasis in the heart of the charming Bryn Mawr neighborhood. A forest 2 minutes away by foot. Magical. Vanessa and Naomi are warm conscientious staff who display the best unreasonable hospitality you can imagine. Come visit if you’re ready for a new place to call home!

Love this apartment, it has such great amenities, it’s quiet, and most important to me…centrally located to EVERYTHING! The office managers Vanessa and Naomi are wonderful and so great to work with. Rent fast this is a hidden gem for sure❤️

The Eloise provides me with the kind of apartment home that I had always hoped to find. I have a 1 bedroom with 1 1/2 bathrooms and the decor is that clean modern look that I prefer. It feels luxurious with quartz counters, wide plank wood look floors, herringbone carpet, a large balcony and stainless steel appliances. The rental incentives made The Eloise a great value for me. I love the common spaces, the fitness room and the sky view lounge. The other residents have been so welcoming and our community events include delicious food and drinks along with a chance to socialize with our neighbors. Being on the edge of Theodore Wirth Park is the perfect setting for me as it gives me the chance to experience nature everyday. The location is excellent, near downtown Minneapolis and also close to shopping in St. Louis Park. I so appreciate that I get to call The Eloise my home!

I'm so thrilled to be living at The Eloise apartments, my new home feels like the perfect fit for me. The other residents are friendly, a wonderful atmosphere. Vanessa and Deena are super helpful, professional staff. Just love them both:) A classy place to live that I call " home."

I moved in a couple of months ago and have been so pleased with the property and the fantastic staff. I especially want to mention Vanessa who is kind, competent, and really goes the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable.

My husband and I made a major move from another state. My first experience was a google search when The Eloise popped up on my browser. We were looking to be part of an everyday community where we didn't feel alone. We flew out and visited the Eloise in August 2024 and moved in with our cat, Violet, in October 2024. The Eloise has met our wishes and beyond. We have met so many wonderful people who are now our neighbors and most importantly friends. The Eloise staff provides many opportunities for socializing with twice a month breakfast and twice a month dinner with drinks. We, the residents, have lively conversation and connections. There are also Friday donuts and coffee available. Our cat, my husband, and I are so fortunate to have found this place where we can settle in our golden years.
