"Downtown Bryson City is home to the welcoming Everett Hotel and its restaurant, the Bistro. Although famous forits crepes, the Bistro'smountain trout preparations rival the finest riverside camp cooking, including, notably, the trout cakes, a highlight of the Southern cuisine–driven tapas menu. Ingredients are sourced locally and seasonally, and many are organic. Although the rustic, candelabra-lit atmosphere is relaxed, reservations are recommended, especially during summer and on weekends. Guests at the Everett enjoy complimentary breakfast and weekend brunch, and many eat here multiple times during a visit to the Smokies."

Staying at the Everett Hotel was such a great experience. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner who is a very warm person and makes you feel like you are talking with a close friend. He showed us to our room and explained the features and amenities of the Everett. The rooms and the entire hotel are amazingly clean and maintained. I immediately noticed how clean and fresh the air was in all areas of the hotel. Using an air filtration system, outside air is brought in and processed resulting in no odors anywhere. Everyone we encountered was friendly and engaging. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to relax at the end of the day. Our dinner in the Bistro was delicious as were our complimentary breakfasts. My wife and I highly recommend the Belgian Waffle. The Everett is a special hotel owned by people who know to make guests feel welcomed. Our stay was an excellent experience.

The Everett Hotel is a great place to stay. right in the center of Bryson City and easy parking and walking access to the shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The Bistro is another great part of the hotel with amazing staff and food. This was a great choice that lets you get away from the normal corporate hotels for a fresh view of what a place to stay can be.

What a great boutique hotel where the staff feels like family. My 78 year old mom and I made the trip to Bryson City from Utah to visit my brother who lives in town. I chose the two bedroom suite. This room is the only room on the ground floor and the two rooms share a jack and Jill bathroom that has a double sink. We stayed for 5 nights. Everything about our stay was top notch. We looked forward to breakfast each morning where Amber took great care of us. I had called and asked about watching the Kentucky Derby before our stay and Ron assured me a spot at the bar in front of one of their TV’s. Eddie made excellent craft cocktails for my mom and I. I had the Blueberry Mule and my mom had the Lavender Lemon drop martini. The meatloaf for dinner was some of the best I’ve ever had. Because we had so many days here, we got to chat with the owners Ron and Scott. They are genuine people who take great pride and care with their hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I won’t hesitate to come back again.

Spent a great weekend here. The hotel is very unique! I loved our room, it’s nicely appointed. The bed was so comfortable, best hotel sleep I’ve had. The staff is extremely attentive, very kind and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, coffee was great. Highly recommend a stay here, we look forward to returning!

We loved staying at this fantastic boutique hotel. All the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was superb, with such a comfortable bed. The only downside was the inclement weather on our visit which prevented us taking advantage of the rooftop terrace. I would highly recommend eating there too, our evening meal was superb (loved the meatloaf) and so was the breakfast (their grits were to die for!). Bryson City has a lovely feel to it, we will remember our stay at The Everett for some time.

This was our first time here! We will definitely be coming back! We had a minor issue at night and half owner Scott took care of it immediately. The room was awesome and incredibly comfortable. In the morning the other half owner, Ron greeted us when we came downstairs. We talked a lot with him about the history of the hotel and the area. We had breakfast in the hotel bistro and Steve the cook prepared and awesome breakfast for us! Amber was our server and she was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her about many subjects, family being most of our conversations! She was so sweet! We could not be happier with our accommodations and especially the service we received! We will definitely be back and we will definitely be referring all our family members and friends.

This property exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. Plenty of parking behind the hotel and it is right downtown so easy to walk around. Check out the river gazebo also behind the property. Clean and charming with coffee/tea/ water available 24/7 just steps from your room. The rooftop deck is a don't miss, especially after enjoying supper downstairs in the Bistro. So much love has gone into taking care of this old building. Note this is an older building with some steep stairs..|I especially appreciated the text I received letting me know my room was ready early in case I was nearby and wanted to check in.|Supper was very good with excellent service. The included breakfast was equally delicious and convenient. Someone else had written on their review " like a Bed and Breakfast without the weirdness " and I would have to agree. It is an elevated hotel experience, worth every penny.|Thank you for making my stay in Bryson City memorable.

The Everett Hotel is the place to stay when visiting Bryson City, NC. My review comes with deep appreciation and gratitude for the owners and team of this amazing establishment. We brought a family of seven to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday. Before checking in, we took a ride on the historic Great Smoky Mountains Railroad—an incredible experience! The train stops in another town, offering opportunities for shopping and local brewery entertainment. During the ride, I suddenly realized I had forgotten my father’s birthday cake. When Ron texted us to ask about our arrival, I mentioned my dilemma and asked if he knew of a nearby bakery. Without hesitation, he responded, “What flavor cake does your dad like?” I told him, and he immediately assured me not to worry—he would take care of it. That’s when I knew we weren’t just staying in a hotel; we were staying in a place that truly cares about its guests. And they do! From the moment we arrived, we had an absolute blast! We booked three rooms, and they were spotless, sparkling, polished, and pristine. The beds were beyond comfortable—so much so that my father even commented on how well he slept, despite being away from home. The Bistro at the hotel was exceptional, with delicious food and expertly crafted drinks. The service was impeccable, and the staff ensured that everyone left satisfied. After dinner, we spent time on the rooftop, where a fire pit and complimentary blankets kept us cozy. If you visit, I highly recommend bringing a small cooler with your favorite drinks and enjoying a peaceful evening by the fire, gazing up at the stars. Before heading home, we had breakfast at the Bistro, and we’re still talking about how amazing it was—especially the grits! If you're looking for a place to stay in Bryson City, NC, look no further. The Everett Hotel & Bistro is an experience, not just a stay. You will not be disappointed! A heartfelt thank you to The Everett Hotel & Bistro team for going above and beyond to make my dad’s 70th birthday special. We will be back! Wishing you all the best, and we’ll see you soon!

Yelp
Stayed three nights at the Everett Boutique Hotel while in Bryson City for fly fishing. Service is wonderful, the food in the Bistro is amazing and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Yelp
What a quaint place tucked into the NC Smoky mountains. Nice road trip...lots to do on the lake, river, hiking, trains, winery, brewery, museum, gem mines, trout farm, appalachian storytelling center, shops and food. Hotel was a bank dates to 1905 Restored beautifully. Love places with character...that reminds me of times gone by. Left my cell in the room.haha It is beautiful and white glove clean. They also have a amazing bistro. Southern fare with an upscale twist. Delish

Yelp
Perfect getaway! We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday and could not have been happier. The room was beautiful to the last detail. The bed was so comfortable. The owners' excellent taste showed in everything. The Bistro's chef was excellent. The bar tender was great. The rooftop firepit was beautiful, cozy and comfy with plenty of room while allowing for private conversations. They even had a nook for a complimentary coffee/tea station. The location allows for easy access to everything the area has to offer. We could not have asked for more but then there was Ron, an owner with a talent for making his guests feel welcome. This is a perfect hotel for those who appreciate the best in everything!

Yelp
Wow, we stayed at The Everett Boutique Hotel & Bistro in August 2023 and were amazed by the experience! The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The staff was always attentive and ready to make sure the stay was perfect. Ron and the team were the best! The hotel experience is enhanced by The Bistro. The dining experience was fabulous. This is not just the best restaurant in Bryson City, it is the best restaurant in the western Carolina area. Do not miss this gem. The overall experience provided by The Everett is highly recommended. Rob & Kathy H from Woodstock, GA

Yelp
I have to agree with the other reviewers.. We FINALLY made it to the Everett Hotel after our originally planned trip was cancelled due to the pandemic. Sure to be the pinnacle of our Western NC exploration, the Everett was everything I had hoped for and more! Scott, Ron and all of the hotel & bistro staff were warm, welcoming, and quite informative about the area. We loved hearing how everybody ended up in Bryson City from other states and locales. Husband has been fly fishing each morning while I slept in and enjoyed the comforts of the luxurious beautifully appointed room. In fact, I'm waiting for him to get back so we can head down to the Bistro to enjoy the yummy included breakfast. I highly recommend The Everett to visitors. Thanks Ron, Scott and team!

Yelp
Perfect blend of feeling like top royalty with southern, small town hospitality and charm. Owners Ron and Scott greeted my husband and I upon arrival. We saw as they did to all the guests. They are so welcoming!! The decor and rooms were amazing. So clean, comfortable, cozy, and elegant. So much attention to detail. We had dinner at the restaurant (separate 5-star review) and drinks up on the roof top deck by the fire. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Yelp
Very clean. Great food. Service was Also amazing. Will be coming again. Everyone was so sweet. My water was never empty for longer than a minute. The food was fresh and amazing. My sister and brother in-law reccimended this place to me and I'm so glad I gave it a try. Best restraunt in the valley for sure! Highly reccomend the tomahawk ribeye. So worth it! If you have a birthday or aniversary come stop by. There's a beautiful view of the lake.

Yelp
Such magnificence. The space itself is wonderful -- spotless, fun, user-centered (love the keyless entry). But the sense of service of Ron, Scott, and everyone is just over-the-top. Thanks, all, for such a lovely stay!

Yelp
This is our new favorite place! We stayed in the Inn which is impeccably designed with attention to every detail! The restaurant was amazing, food and service impeccable. You can truly tell the pride of ownership that the owners take in their business. The town is adorable and quaint. We came in off a huge hike and we just wanted a place to lay our heads and something to eat and it far exceeded our expectations! Thank you, thank you, thank you for such hospitality Ron and Scott! See you next year!

Yelp
In the middle of a pandemic the Everett is spot on their game! We have been hitting all kinds of places over the weekends just to escape the Atlanta heat and have really had a hard time with sleeping and eating. Not only is this place welcoming, the food is spectacular. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean, nice towels and the softest bathrobe you have ever worn!!!!! Bed was amazing and the linens were soft. They have a rooftop area that is for hotel guests only with a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and a fire pit that comes on at night. The chairs are comfortable with blankets and pillows. We opted to have a bottle of our own wine that we brought with us and padded up to the roof and WOW, so nice. Boutique Hotel with every little detail so lavishly considered. The breakfast is included. The price is a little higher but, SO WORTH IT! An even extra bonus is the staff. So friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to Bryson City. Who knew??? This town is amazing (think cool mountain vibes, outdoor gear, amazing local craft beers and The Everett.

Yelp
We just loved everything about our stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel. The Room was stylish and clean . The morning coffee area and surprise cookies at bedtime was delightful . The restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff made me feel at home immediately. My husband and I ended up buying a home the weekend we stayed there . Now I'm afraid I won't be able to stay there again!

Yelp
The Bistro at Everett Hotel was beyond fantastic. It has a high-end atmosphere but you don't have to be super dressy! Some where nice jeans! I love the wine pairings and the service is just fantastic! Checking on you but not over-bearing! We ordered the goat cheese appetizer with fig and I got the scallop and grits dinner with the Biltmore Viognier pairing. Delicious!

Yelp
We booked reservations to the restaurant for our friend's bachelorette trip weeks in advance. We called to inform them we would be about 10 minutes late and the woman was amazing! when we got there, the hotel manager recommended we go upstairs to take pics which was very accommodating! Everything was running smoothly until we ordered. It took over an hour for us to get our food. The restaurant closed while we waited on our food. There was 8 of us, and three of those meals were vegetarian dishes, and another was a salad. The soup dish and meatloaf came out cold, which we had to kindly send back all three dishes to have them heat up. There was no consideration or apologizes for our wait. We left wanting to just put the terrible service to rest. At 11PM, we got a text message saying they didn't charge one of us and to call them back. They "assumed" she was a guest of the hotel and didn't swipe the card she handed them? We had to go up there this morning to straighten it out and the manager just made excuses for the unprofessionalism and poor customer service. He also said they don't accommodate for parties this size (then don't???). So if you want to waste your money and time, please go here! If you want additional drama that you didn't ask for, go here! The only reason I will not be giving this a one review, is because the mashed potatoes were amazing and the guy at the hotel counter was the kindest soul. We all left wonderful tips because we understand the restaurant industry. But we also understand that when the establishment is in the wrong, there are ways to handle it.

Yelp
After a beautiful ride on the Great Smoky Mountail Railway, our group had reservations here for dinner.....I have to say, that this place is awesome. The food, service and atmosphere are top notch. The quality and quantity of food, makes it worth the trip....A must try! We left full and satisfied!

Yelp
Absolutely Loved every moment of our stay!! The owners go above and beyond to make you feel like family! The hotel is exceptional from the rooftop to the restaurant everything is 5 Star. This hidden gem in this quaint town is not to be missed. Thank you again for a memorable stay looking forward to our next!

Yelp
We only stayed for one night, but loved the Everett Hotel. It is a very small boutique hotel, and the first thing you notice is how wonderful everyone on staff is. The front desk staff could not have been more welcoming, and in the Bistro the food was great, and Jesse and Kristin (sp?) went above and beyond. Our room was really nice and comfortable, and we watched the 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop deck. I cannot think of one thing this business should change--they have nailed it. We went up to visit family that had come to the mountains for a week, but now we are thinking about a trip back just to stay here again.
google avatar

Yelp
Great views from the rooftop deck, soft beds and stylish rooms. Service is excellent and the breakfast is first rate. We will for sure stay here again when we visit next time.

Yelp
We had the best experience. There is no way any other hotel in the area could compare. The Bistro was perfect. We went to dinner and breakfast. The fire on the roof top was great, family friendly. We brought the 5 and 6 year old and they LOVED it, cookies and mints on every floor. Just adorable.

Yelp
Love this town and this hotel, we stayed in the two bedroom suite off the street with a private entrance and loved it. It was clean and comfortable- even the pull out couch was super plush. There is a huge bathroom that connects the bedrooms with a very large walk in shower/no tub. The restaurant is delicious and serves local/organic food! Cheers to THAT! We ate there for dinner and breakfast (breakfast off the menu is included in the nightly rate) After dinner we went up on the roof to sit by the fire and eat complementary brownies and cookies. We were there in December I can't wait to go back in the summer and get to enjoy all the outside fun Bryson city has to offer. I will plan my trip around staying here.

Yelp
Great stay! So charming. Beautiful outside deck on top floor. In evening they turn on the fire pit. Great view of mountains. Beds super comfy. Rooms all have their own air controls. Hotel seems new. No elevator but adds to charm and Ron at the desk offered multiple times to help with bags. Too many small details to mention but makes hotel so comfortable and cute. We have 3 kids- took both rooms on top floor. No windows but high ceilings and of course access to that great outside deck. Ron so kind and accommodating. We asked for a meal when we got off the river to be ready- they made a great one for us. Ate at the Cork and Bean in the lobby for dinner and breakfast. Delicious and staff so friendly. It's a very high end B&B.

Yelp
Best restaurant in the city!!! Quality food , fresh , tasty and great staff . Patio outdoor area and a cute inside . Great menu . Great brunch menu on the weekend ; I ordered the house made chicken salad sandwich with kettle fries ( you can upgrade to sweet potato fries ) and had the chocolate bread pudding . All outstanding ! Yelp
My wife and I left for vacation a day early and needed a nice place to stay. It was absolutely perfect. Mr. Scott made sure we had everything we needed. It's located within easy walking of all the shops. That night we had an amazing dinner in the bistro. The next morning we were again treated with a great breakfast. If you want to pamper yourself this is a great place to do it. Everyone was happy and helpful

Yelp
This was a great place to stay in Bryson. The restaurant down stairs is amazing. There is a roof top area to hang out and the staff was great. Rooms are large and creative. Free WiFi coffee and some snacks. Breakfast is included. Would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
The Everett is a true gem in downtown Bryson City. From checkin to checkout everything was just perfect. It was easy to walk to all of the great things Bryson City had to offer. Every employee we encountered was warm and accommodating. They have thought of every detail here and the delicious complimentary breakfast was icing on the cake. We hope to come back soon!
google avatar

Yelp
I would travel back to Bryson City just to stay at the Everette. What a fabulous experience, wonderful customer service and the food was top notch! I have never stayed at a "boutique" hotel before and now my expectations are officially set high.
google avatar

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about The Everett. My friends and I recently had the entire hotel for a wedding weekend and are still raving about how it was the best hotel we ever stayed in and how much we loved Ron & Scott. The location is great, it was incredibly clean, the beds were super comfy, the customer service was out of this world, and it felt like home from the second we stepped in the door. I can't wait to go back. Ron & Scott, we miss you!!
google avatar

Yelp
We stayed at the Everett Hotel for a few days in January. They take great care of you, providing delicious breakfasts every morning, stoking a fire on the roof deck in the evenings, and generally making sure you have everything you need. Very comfortable beds, well-designed rooms, and lots of little extras that make the experience feel luxurious. There are tons of great hikes, fishing and tubing (not this time of year obviously) nearby. We hope to come back in Summer to see what the tourist season is like.
google avatar

Kathy N.

Yelp
Ate at the new restaurant twice while back for a visit and both nights were great. The food is excellent and the service was very attentive. We had shecrab soup, scallops and grits, etouffee, trout, and crepes. I must admit that we miss the old cork and bean's more casual atmosphere, but the new is very good.

Kristen R.

Yelp
Came to the area for a concert at Cherokee, and didn't want to stay at a casino so we found this hotel instead. The Everett is unforgettable and absolutely perfect in every way. This hotel is everything a small boutique hotel should be... clean, friendly, and with incredible attention to detail. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, and dinner (I had the filet, potatoes, and asparagus, he had the meatloaf, potatoes, and green beans) was fantastic. Breakfast was just as good and was included with our night's stay. And let me offer it wasn't just a simple menu either. It was just as delectable as the dinner menu. These folks know what they're doing and should be proud of it! Highly recommend The Everett!
google avatar

Anne T.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. Rooms are nice, staff and food are fabulous. Trust the chef. And if you stay overnight, definitely order the quiche for breakfast! They are accommodating in every way. We've stayed there twice now, and eaten there three times, and are very much looking forward to returning.

Sarah K.

Yelp
My husband and I have a second home here outside of Bryson City. The restaurants come and go. The ones that remain stay in business for a reason. Everett Bistro nails it every time. We started coming during the early "Cork and Bean" days, and we continue to come every time we want a tasty high-end experience. I had the black bean burger last night. It was scrumptious from the pimento cheese to the seasoned steak fries. I came back for the game-meatloaf (a favorite) tonight but Katy tempted me to try the scallops. Wow! The balsamic glaze and grits added a hearty fall feel. Normally I can't eat shrimp and grits because of my shrimp allergy. How fun to eat scallops and grits. Delish!
google avatar

Mandy G.

Yelp
We pulled into Bryson City with no real agenda and were directed to this hotel by the local bakery, which was fabulous by the way. We stopped in just to check it out and we were given a full blown tour with extremely genuine hospitality. I was very impressed by the renovations and the restaurant looked fabulous. My partner insisted that we stay there after the grand tour. And let me tell you it was an excellent decision! We had the best service we had experienced on our entire 10 day trip, a 5 star meal, and a very relaxing, luxurious night wrapped in fuzzy blankets on the roof top while sitting by the fire chatting with other travelers. I highly recommend this as a destination for your travels!

Yelp
Absolutely great! Our son had a mountain bike race in Bryson City over the weekend, so we stayed two nights. The vibe was terrific. Rooftop fireplace was excellent. Room was great! Hospitality through the roof. We had to leave the hotel on Sunday morning before the restaurant was open. They made us three meals to go. We will definitely be back.

William G.

Yelp
My son and I stayed at The Everett Hotel this weekend while whitewater rafting the Nantahala, tubing Deep Creek and visiting Cherokee. We had to reschedule from Spring Break and the manager was very generous to apply our deposit to this trip when bad weather cancelled our first planned trip. The staff is very kind, welcoming and attentive. The keyless rooms are stylish and very clean. The food in the restaurant was awesome! Cookies, brownies, water made us feel very important on our Father/Son weekend. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Bryson City!

Paige D.

Yelp
My family and I checked in yesterday afternoon after enjoying the GSMR. From the moment we walked in the door service was outstanding. Staff was super helpful and polite. They gave us a tour of the beautiful hotel, room and roof top. She then let us know about the free brunch and to let them know if we needed earlier, special accommodations. The room was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. We woke and had an early breakfast at the Bistro. Kacey the server was so nice and attentive. We will 100% be back in the future. I don't have a single complaint about The Everett.

Miss M.

Yelp
We eat brunch here daily when in Bryson City. Staff and management are super nice, food is AMAZING. Coffee and sweet tea are perfect! Restaurant is on the small side but cozy, comfortable and very clean. It's a must visit when you are here!!

Annie P.

Yelp
The Everett Hotel is a cozy and beautiful boutique hotel. We visited for Easter weekend and had three rooms for the family. They served warm cookies and brownies before bed and we enjoyed drinks on the rooftop terrace before bed. The rooms are impeccably clean and the beds are so comfy they are to die for. The staff are are so warm and welcoming. This place is a gem for sure! We can't wait to come back and visit again! First class hotel and 5 stars all the way!

Todd M.

Yelp
Great hotel, amazing restaurant, and best staff in town! Beautiful location for a great weekend get away or private wedding. The owners love what they do and made sure our experience was world class.

Yelp
What a lovely experience! We initially had reservations at the Microtel and it was disgusting. We immediately left and were fortunate enough to find this gem! Spotless rooms, wonderful linens and the bed is fantastic. The hotel is run with true pride! The owners were there and it is SO very clear they run this hotel with passion. Restaurant there is fantastic as well. Staff in both the hotel and restaurant were top notch! I could go on and on about how great this place is!

William E.

Yelp
Our family celebrated New Years eve at the Bistro and the food and service was outstanding. We've been fortunate to visit many fine dining establishments around the world and have found no better than this wonderful bistro in Bryson City. Have tried about everything on the menu and it's all superb. We always have the bacon wrapped dates. Six Stars and hats off to the management and brilliant staff. Cheers.

C W.

Yelp
We highly recommend The Everett Hotel if you are in the Bryson City area. Everything is clearly well thought out and implemented to perfection. The owner greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our room. The room was spacious, spotless and nicely appointed with everything we could need or want. The morning coffee provided at the refreshment station was fabulous as were the evening freshly baked cookies and hot tea. The rooftop terrace has nice views of the mountains and a fire pit. Breakfast downstairs at the bistro was amazing! Great service, nice selection and delicious. It may not be the cheapest place in town but I can't imagine any place better to stay.

David Y.

Yelp
This is a really special spot. The ownership and staff are extremely inviting and accommodating. The beds are over-the-top comfortable, and the showers are great as well. The restaurant is the highest rated eatery in town...with good reason. Everything we had there, from cocktails, to lunch, to dinner was made with great care and attention to detail. I can't wait to go back and catch another sunset from the rooftop lounge. Thanks to all for a wonderful visit!

Amy C.

Yelp
This place was amazing! The cutest atmosphere and very friendly staff. We had a large party, everyone ordered something different and everyone absolutely LOVED their dish! The blackberry mojito was very good as well! Will definitely be back on our next vacation.

Aubrey G.

Yelp
This Hotel was absolutely amazing. My sister and I decided to stay here for one night prior to going backpacking for a few days. We were greeted by Kim by name as soon as we walked in. The room was beautiful! Since it was a little early for dinner, we ordered a cocktail and appetizers and the restaurant staff was gracious enough to bring it up to us at the rooftop patio. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious! The chef personally came by our table and discussed the specials and where all of the food was sourced from. The stuffed dates were so good we even got an order to-go for later. :-) It is clear that everyone on staff enjoys their job and was extremely professional and friendly. I would stay here again and again. Typically, I don't write reviews because I find that either people sound pretentious or complain about things that are not the staff's fault. However, this hotel is so top notch that I HAD to share our experience with others. I wish all hotels were run this way. The hospitality, kindness and pride that they showed was unmatched! STAY HERE! you will not regret it!!!!

Lauren R.

Yelp
Gorgeous. Stunning. Impeccable service. So blown away, what an incredible establishment. Completely central to downtown Bryson City, amazing restaurant and service, and Parker with the concierge has truly made the trip. She is such a joy and so knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious. An exceptional host at a beautiful establishment. Can't wait to return next year!!!

Cal B.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at The Everett last weekend and loved it! The hotel was lovely, rooms were spacious, food was wonderful and location was perfect. The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable.

Yelp
I have eaten at the Cork and Bean over 20 times. I have never had an issue with the food or service until yesterday morning. (Sat 3/12/16) Our waitress was extremely nice and did a great job but apparently she was writing her numbers down in the back in a way that displeased the owner. The owner completely railed her in front of the whole restaurant in a petty little temper tantrum. It was a pathetic display of bullying that makes me not want to support this owner anymore. A discussion like that should be done in private, not in front of coworkers, and certainly not in front of paying customers. Treat your employees well and they will return the favor. Shame on you.
