Cochino Taco Comes to South Broadway | Eater Denver
"A 1,200-square-foot tasting room and scratch bar in east Loveland showcases the distillery's premium bottles—like Annika Jones Vodka and Atticus Jones Colorado Straight Rye—alongside house spirits served neat, in flights, or as cocktails. The rotating, seasonal cocktail menu includes Spirit House favorites such as the Family Jewels Old Fashioned and the Second Divorce Martini (made with the house vodka, gin, and spiced blanc liqueur), plus new cocktails unique to this location. The bar emphasizes house-made modifiers (crème de violette, crème de cacao, Colorado pine Amaretto), offers packaged snacks and Little Man Ice Cream sandwiches, and hosts local food trucks on select days. Seating for about 60 is spread among bar seats, tables, and a semi-private lab next to the still; décor leans into a bowling-ball theme with a 16-foot community table." - Paul Albani-Burgio
They can make almost any drink you can think of plus have a great set of in house drinks. It is worth a stop while in Loveland.

Beautiful tasting room and barxwith great cocktail selection. The whiskies are some of the best craft in northern Colorado. As an owner of a whiskey focused bar in Loveland, it is great to have local distiller that produces the quality they produce.

Hope you reopen soon. Very nice place for a drink.
My first time in I was given a tour, a few tastes and left with a bottle of Rye. Covid caused closure, but I still find the Rye in stores. Hope you open this summer, I'll be patient.
