"A 1,200-square-foot tasting room and scratch bar in east Loveland showcases the distillery's premium bottles—like Annika Jones Vodka and Atticus Jones Colorado Straight Rye—alongside house spirits served neat, in flights, or as cocktails. The rotating, seasonal cocktail menu includes Spirit House favorites such as the Family Jewels Old Fashioned and the Second Divorce Martini (made with the house vodka, gin, and spiced blanc liqueur), plus new cocktails unique to this location. The bar emphasizes house-made modifiers (crème de violette, crème de cacao, Colorado pine Amaretto), offers packaged snacks and Little Man Ice Cream sandwiches, and hosts local food trucks on select days.
