There’s no place I’d trust more than The Fitz when it comes to injectables and treatments on my face. I started my aesthetic journey with Michelle and now see Suzie. Both listen carefully to my concerns and advise me at every appointment so that I get the best most natural results every single time. They are truly masters of their craft. Prioritizing their patients and quality of their work. I’m a lifetime customer. Started at 25 and look better than ever at 30!! Love love love the Fitz!

The Fitz is all kinds of wonderful! It’s a gorgeous place, filled with lovely and supportive people. I never once have felt uncomfortable or “not enough” being there. Their approach to building you up and instilling confidence in you is remarkable. I go for the treatments, but I stay for the people! My wellness appointments with Mariah were so fun and educational (yes that’s possible!). She took the time to review every item of my blood workup, explaining as she went along in a way that I could understand. I felt confident in making decisions with her support on a path to better health. And oh Suzie, I could wax poetic about her for hours. As a newbie to the world of injectables, I listened to every word she said, and trusted her expertise immensely. And she did not lead me astray! Her energy is infectious and her skills are the absolute best. She’s been conservative and caring every step of the way. Suzie and Michelle wanted to create a welcoming space where everyone who walks in feels better about themselves on the way out. I can say without a doubt, they nailed it! TLDR: 100/10 get to the Fitz!

The Fitz is fantastic. Not only is Ashley amazing at Botox, but the entire staff is wonderful. From the second you walk in, to the moment you walk out the staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Ashley is the best. My first visit she took the time to understand what I wanted and needed and made me feel very comfortable. I love that when I look in the mirror I see myself just better. I have had Botox at other places and I looked older than I am. Ashley helps me maintain my look, not look different. The Fitz product selection is also great and not overwhelming. I can find what I'm looking for without seeing 12 of the same thing. Cannot recommend The Fitz more!

Absolutely amazing! I've been seeing Mai for about a year and a half now, and she truly is an artist. We've done a combination of Morpheus 8 treatments, filler, and Botox, and I have never looked and felt better. I completely trust Mai's expertise and her artistic eye. She understands that great works of art take time, and she has patiently guided me through this journey to enhance my natural beauty. I honestly look like a younger, more refreshed version of myself - not someone else entirely. Mai is not only incredibly skilled but also delightful, warm, and kind. She makes every appointment a joy, and the beautiful, clean facility with its welcoming staff only adds to the experience. Today I had a hydrafacial + dermaplane with Karina. I loved every minute of it after a long week. The pressure she uses against your face and the technique (her personal spin) is to die for. I got home and immediately booked my next months facial and then I also booked a Luxe Facial with her.. which I am beyond excited for. The Luxe will be more pampering and I cannot wait to see the glowing results. You must go to her!!

From reception to treatment, I can't recommend The Fitz more! I followed Suzie here from her previous employer and I've never been sorry. They listen, advise, never pressure and I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. Also- the Lobby is high level fabulous! So relaxing and welcoming. I would hang out there all day if they let me... especially if offered Champagne =)

Fitz Spa: Where you relax and glow! Kelly at the spa is amazing! Her Botox and filler skills are top-notch. I saw results right away, and they keep getting better. She's not only skilled but also caring and friendly. I highly recommend Kelly for anyone wanting fantastic results and a great experience!

Been meaning to write this review for a while. I went to Ashley for lip fillers since I read reviews that she was good. This is how my lips turned out once things settled. All my friends said it's uneven as you can see. Messed with my confidence & I paid over $600 for this! The day after my treatment, I woke up & felt off then looked in the mirror & noticed filler coming out of my lip. Like a clear jelly like substance out of a red mark. She injected me superficially! So I rang The Fitz promptly & they told me to come in to be examined by Dr. Batista. She said to wait until everything settled & did say that one side looked bigger than the other. She prescribed me a topical antibiotic to close the hole essentially & go on my way. I'm an esthetician so I had to cancel my full book of clients to get this looked at. So in total I wasted about $1000 for my lips to come out looking like this. I also did not receive a follow up email from Ashley which is VERY disappointing. But she had no problem pocketing my money. I want to get them fixed but because of my experience I'm afraid to go anywhere.

Olivia is amazing! She has done many of microneedling sessions and my skin has never looked better. She's so knowledgeable and I look forward to my appts with her!

I finally found Michelle and Suzie after learning they left their last employer. I was so excited to learn that they started their own practice. Over the past year, I've been seeing Dana for my Botox appointments and she is truly fantastic. Dana does a phenomenal job of taking the time to understand the needs of her patients. I trust her recommendations as she invests in the best interest for her clients. She's fantastic at what she does and I would highly recommend her.

Every time I go to The Fritz, I leave feeling better than I have in months! From the moment I walk in the team at the front desk makes me feel incredible and so welcome. I am always OBSESSED with the work Kelly does, and even though I live in LA, I literally won't see anyone but Kelly for my injection needs. She always listens to my thoughts/concerns & I leave feeling like the best version of me. If you want to look naturally younger & glowing, go see Kelly!!!!

Edit in response to owner. I was here when covid started. I can't remember what month. It was after you opened, ok? And yes, you've had turnover! None of the injectors I saw were still there. And now I can see why. And for you to not tolerate my comment about the injectors face looking like a balloon which it did, while ignoring the fact that she commented abt my face and pick mine apart repeatedly without my asking for her feedback is acceptable to you and not abuse?! It was abusive. So you're a hypocrite. I have to repeatedly tell her no after she picks apart my face? You think it's ok to comment on women's faces and sell them things they don't ask for and make them feel like crap but you don't tolerate that behavior toward your staff. What's wrong with you? Your response speaks volumes. Any woman with class will go to a business that has class. This one does not. As you can see, the owner does not care about how their customers feel and are perfectly ok with demeaning women's faces assuming all women want to look like a balloon. I've been here several times for Botox. I went before Covid then again a few months ago. They have a high turnover rate with providers. My most recent experience left me feeling extremely irritated and wanted to get the hell out of there. . I'd be happier if my Botox lasted more than 2.5 months but it didn't. I got more than 20 unit's in my 11s which lasts 4-5 months when done well. Here it did not. Historically, it never lasted more than 2.5 months here. Fades out at 2. But the worst part was the injector. I was very clear what I wanted done and she kept pushing, repeatedly, to do more areas of my face. She wouldn't stop pushing! It's was like someone with OCD who can't stop asking the same question over and over. She kept saying "well, it would look really good if we did your forehead, your eyes,.." then was pointing out things on my face she felt needed help (I'm 50 bi*ch) that I never asked nor came in for-like filler. I had to listen to this woman yap nonstop. I wanted to go in get my Botox and leave. I don't want to chat, you have my history. Why do you have to upsell me things when I say NO, literally FIVE times??!!! It's rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. If I'm not asking for something don't keep trying to sell me it. It was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like I wasn't being treated by a woman but an Alpha male misogynist. Her own face wasn't a good advertisement. It looked like a balloon. I will never go back here. I doubted going back but it's in my neighborhood so tried another provider. Nope! Avoid

Suzie is the reason that my daughter tells me that I look young. Getting Botox is one of the few things that I do 100% for myself, and Suzie at The Fitz makes it effortless and I have been thrilled with the results every time. I feel like she gives her honest opinion and knows how to make her patients look fabulous. I also see Dr Bautista for wellness and she is one of the first doctors to listen to my concerns with my weight and give me an actionable process to make changes that have been working for me. I am so thankful that now I'm not tired all the time and struggling to keep up with my daughter. The Fitz staff takes great care of their patients!

When I see a reminder that I'm due for my quarterly appointment at The Fitz, I'm pumped! While I moved to the suburbs 2 years ago, I still make the drive to Old Town for my botox and wouldn't have it any other way. The staff is so skilled, I trust them implicitly. They truly make recommendations that are tailored to the individual and aren't there to push anything unnecessary on their clients. Last but not least, the office itself is beautiful, which is the cherry on top of an already fabulous experience.

The best! My husband and I have been going to The Fitz for almost two years off a recommendation and we've never looked back. Suzie is fun, humorous and personable, so you feel right at home. She's also a consumate professional so you know you're in good hands as well. She doesn't push any particular brand or product, but matches you to what is best suited for your particular needs. That's not to say she doesn't have an opinion! She is more than happy to do a full factial consult to get you going towards your goals. The place is great as well--you feel like you're in a spa and are treated accordingly. So if you're looking for some empowering confidence, look no further than Suzie and The Fitz!

I've been visiting michelle since before she co founded the Fitz years ago and I would not trust anyone else with my botox/ filler. Seriously, Michelle is incredible, she is a true artist and leaves Me feeling fresh and beautiful. She books very far out but she is so worth it! All of my best friends now go to her and I couldn't recommend her and her magic enough.

I LOVE the fitz. The spa is gorgeous and everyone is so nice and friendly. It's always easy to book appointments too. I have been seeing Mai for about a year now for Botox, which has always been flawless and perfect. When I told her I was recently engaged and was thinking about filler she encouraged me by explaining how it would look like in a way that I could visualize. She took the time to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. I was a bit nervous because I did not want to look plastic or overfilled. When I decided to go through with it, Mai was so gentle, explaining everything she did throughout the whole process and HYPING ME UP saying how excited she was for me to see the finished product. I could not have been more happy with the results. My face looks incredible and so natural. I look like me just elevated and lifted. I just took engagement pictures and I am so happy with the results. I attribute so much of that to Mai. She made the whole process so easy and fun. I would recommend her to anyone for injections!! A SLICE OF HEAVEN. I used to have a long list of gift ideas for the holidays. Now, I literally just ask for gift cards to The Fitz. There is nothing better! I've been seeing Suzie for several years. She is THE BEST. If we ever moved out of state, I would make the commute back to her every few months, no matter the distance...she is *that* special. While she was out on maternity leave I saw several other ladies there- they are all amazing! Botox, fillers, facials, peels- you name it. The Fitz is the place go. It's a med spa for all types of people (gender, sexuality, race, body size- you name it!)- an inclusive, welcoming environment that goes above and beyond for every client. Love this place!

I have been coming to the Fitz for about a year and a half now. I was recommended to Dr Batista by a friend and I plan to see her forever. Dr B and Shannon are an amazing team and I enjoy every experience I have when I see them. Dr B provides such a comprehensive assessment from welllness to any concerns that I have about aging. She has recommend excellent products for skincare that have really changed the way my skin looks. I have been to other injectors at different med spas and her approach is beyond what I ever experienced or ever will. She is truly an artist and is always up to date on the newest treatments and techniques. I love how involved I feel in every decision and I am always presented with options which makes me feel comfortable with the choices we make together. I have so much trust in Dr B which is not something I can say for all of my healthcare providers. You will not regret going to the Fitz for anything and I especially recommend to make an appointment with Dr Batista.

Let me tell you Michelle is AMAZING!! I've been getting my lips done with her for years, she's so good she listens to you and does exactly what you ask for. She's gentle and sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. I will never go anywhere else for my lips. Everybody who sees me always tells me they look like they could be my real lips and always give me so many compliments. Michelle really cares about her clientele, she takes her time to explain everything to you and if you need any touch ups she takes care of you. My lips are so smooth no lumps or anything like that. I recommend 100% it's worth your money!! Thank you for my nice juicy lips!

ONE YEAR UPDATE! About 6 services in with the Fitz and still RAVING about the exemplary service every time I walk out of this med spa! If anyone is looking for a new med spa or a good place to ease into injectables/filler if you're a first timer- this is your spot. I have been seeing Brittony my last few appointments and she has the kindest, sweetest, most thorough approach. Brittony and the entire team is just so knowledgeable and genuine that I cant imagine going anywhere else. The second I walk in to my appointment, I instantly feel like I'm in the best of hands. Seriously, do not hesitate to go to the Fitz especially if you are new to Botox. I highly recommend Brittony and Suzie just based on my own experience. The Fitz is without a doubt the best place in Chicago for a glowing, confident self. I went for a consultation and they are very thorough when explaining the possibilities and outcomes for each topic discussed. They aren't pushy and let you make the decisions you want. They're open, honest, and do incredible work. I previously went to my dermatologist for Botox and only got 20 units. I had no idea the possibilities Botox would have for my face and Suzie helped me get my most confident self on a budget that was comfortable for me. I have recommended The Fitz to all of my friends and family. I truly can't even put into words how much I trust every single person who works here. From the moment you walk in, to when you wait in the most chic waiting area, to when you see your provider--it's a fantastic experience. Suzie and Michelle have gone above and beyond to make sure every single person hired is well vetted and has the skills and talents for success. I recently brought my Mom here to get a consultation and she is already wanting to come back for more. She's typically very conservative when it comes to any Botox/fillers, but Dana made her feel comfortable, and didn't push her one way or another to do anything. She told her the possibilities and said the rest was up to her. The staff could not be more incredible at The Fitz and I feel so lucky to live so close to the best Med Spa in Chicago!

As my fav injectionist (is that a word?) moved here, so did I. You can book appts online, as well as complete all paperwork online. Setting up and check in for my appt were a breeze. It's a cute spot on N Wells. Super clean and all that. As always, Suzie was outstanding. She always takes a conservative approach and is super nice, sweet, and professional. Truly, the best I've ever experienced. She's got a great eye and does the minimal amount to make you look and feel great. I would follow her anywhere. And this spot is lovely. Comfy, welcoming, all great staff. Sanitize and temp check at check-in. If you want to try some toxin and filler, come here and see Suzie. You will not be disappointed!

Tired mommy of two toddlers and needed a mommy makeover Kelly Krzosek was amazing !!! I got Botox and some fillers done and you could tell that she actually cared and wanted to make me feel better I also love that she's very precise with her work and it makes me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her..

I don't go anywhere else for injectables! Suzie and Michelle and the staff are so passionate about making you look and feel your best, I never worry about looking insane - they and the team are the best. They're the kindest people and I truly look forward to when I can squeeze in an appointment to go see them! My only wish is that I had a bit more knowledge of the number of units (and therefore $$$) before getting the bill at the end of the appointment.

I see Ashley for dysport treatments, and recently got lip filler. She consistently listens to what I want, takes time to explain all the details I need to make me feel comfortable and confident with my choices, and the results exceed my expectations every time. She is truly amazing, and a lovely person on top of her skills. I recommend her to everyone I know. The Fitz is gorgeous and the staff is always so friendly and helpful, it's easy to see why they have such a great reputation in Chicago.

I have been a patient at The Fitz since it opened, and have seen Suzie, Michelle, Dr Batista and a couple of estheticians for various prenatal facials. Suzie and Michelle are the best injectors in town, and they're worth the wait (their schedules are STACKED.) Suzie and Michelle both approach injections (tox and filler) conservatively to keep and highlight your natural features. They also keep it real about what they are and aren't willing to do, what you need/don't or if something won't be good for you. Many places will push product/sell you more but not here. If anyone recommends something, it's in the philosophy of enhancing what you already have or directly addressing a problem area. Dr Batista is also a Diamond - she cares about the whole health of her clients, and approaches well-being holistically. Don't trust anywhere else with your face or body.

Had never been into skin care but getting a little older you start noticing some things that make you a little insecure. I'm glad I looked into it and had a friend refer me to the Fitz. Got a facial done with Katie one day that was really cool and a few weeks later I got dysport with Mai. They knew I was a first timer and they both were really friendly and did a really good job making me comfortable and talking through everything with me. They showed me a few products to use to have an easy at home routine and both experiences have made a huge difference. Noticeable lines are gone, my skin is smoother, and I plan on going back this fall to treat some sun damage. Fantastic experiences so far it's fun treating yourself and actively seeing the difference it makes.

I have had the pleasure of being treated by Kelly twice now. I had a previous bad experience with another provider, a ton of money and no results weeks later. Kelly listened to my concerns with my former experience and helped come up with the best plan to make this tired toddler mom look refreshed! Both times have been such a pleasure and the moment you walk in you feel like you've known this team for years. Highly highly recommend!!!!!

I have been going to the Fitz since it opened (quite literally waited until they opened vs going anywhere else) and see Michelle for any and all injections. I cannot say enough good things! I trust her completely with my face. She listens to all of my concerns, tells me what I don't need, advises me, and ultimately keeps me looking refreshed but natural!! Also, when I had a random adverse reaction on one occasion, Michelle texted me regularly to check in on how I was doing. Wanted to see me in person opposed to pictures and squeezed me in on multiple occasions/treated me. I share this because I feel that it is a testament to her as a person, professional, and business owner. My only complaint is she's always booked up :)... so book in advance!!

i was referred to Mai a couple years ago and have been going to her regularly since for Dysport. I've never gotten injections before so I have no point of comparison, but it is nearly painless, and she's so quick and keeps the most fun and friendly demeanor throughout. each time we go over what I'm looking for, and my favorite part about Mai is that she always suggests just the right amount to give me a refresh while always keeping a totally natural look. cannot recommend her enough!

You won't find a better medical skincare location in all of Chicago. Frankly, probably anywhere. Top-notch environment and service. Beautiful-like jumped out of Architectural Digest type beautiful. Clean and friendly is always a plus but the real treat is the perfect skin treatments. I'm literally transformed from my 50-something pandemic-divorce-stressed out self, to a fresher, smoother and less grumpy looking self with just a few tiny injections. Nothing short of a miracle. I am obsessed with The Fitz. I've been going since they opened, but even before that I know at least Michelle was already one of the most sought after in Chicago for Botox. I LOVE my results every time and she never pushes me to do something I don't need or that won't look good. Her bedside manor is also awesome. She's so good though I would honestly trust anyone she & Suzie have vetted & hired. I also regularly go for chemical peels, VI peels, microneedling, and lasers and feel the same about getting those services with any Fitz providers as well. They always cater my service to what's going on with my skin at the time and advise without any pressure what they do and do not recommend for a treatment protocol. Lastly, they always have amazing specials throughout the year if you follow them on social media so highly recommend! Edit to add: I totally forgot I already left a review but clearly I still feel the same!

I cannot recommend the fitZ enough! I've been a patient of Suzie's since 2020 and love her clinical approach. I've seen her for Botox, under eye PRP, tear trough filler, cheek filler, and chin filler. I have also see Mai for Botox when Suzie has been out of parental leave. Everyone at the fitz is top notch! They are never going to make you look overfilled or fake. Take a look at their Instagram before and afters, every Patient simply looks refreshed! I've also had wonderful facials at the fitz with Emily and Samantha. The fitz has done a few educational and happy hour events that are really helpful and fun! I feel so confident in my skin thanks to the fitz!

The Fitz is amazing! From the second you walk in, you are met with hospitality and care in a gorgeous space. I have had great experiences with all of the providers. I have gone to both owners (Michelle and Suzie for botox/dysport). They are thoughtful in their approach and make sure you are comfortable. They are also very conservative. I have complete trust in their skillset. They also carry the best products, and the estheticians will make the best recommendations for your skin. If you are looking for a fantastic medical spa in the city- this is it!

I love the fitz!! I've been going there leading up to my wedding to get treatments and the staff and providers have been so great to work with. I have been seeing Suzie for Botox injections for many years and cannot recommend her enough! She is so down to earth and makes the entire experience very warm and fun! In addition, her technique is suburb and I trust her completely. I have referred both family and friends to Suzie and everyone tells me they are thrilled with their results. Plus, the Fitz is absolutely beautiful inside which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Michelle since I first started getting injected. When she started The Fitz I knew I would be going there for life! Having paper thin lips that would have been easily overfilled by an uneducated injector just looking for money, Michelle has taken her time to make sure I never look "ducky". While I don't always want to hear it she tells me the truth when I don't need filler The Fitz has become the go to place for my entire friend group. Suzie & Michelle have created a space that feels inclusive, friendly and above all else SAFE. When you come to The Fitz you are sure to get the best care in the city.

I had a wonderful experience with Suzie at the Fitz. I previously had been to another well known med spa in the city that was sterile and treated me that I had no clue what I was talking about. Suzie made me feel heard and gave me many options and discussed each of them before my treatment. My results are exactly what I was looking for that I was unable to achieve with the other place. Superior sanctuary. This sums up The Fitz for me. The front staff is lovely and efficient, the space is tranquil and gorgeous and my absolute favorite part is the amazingly talented and kind hearted, Michelle Shetty. She is a pure magician and one of the best humans I have the pleasure of knowing. To be honest, I continue to have reservations about the Tox (I know, I know, but I just do). Michelle always has my best interest in mind and knows exactly what I need. She is patient and warm and always gives me the time I need to talk through anything. I trust her 1000% (with of all things, my face), and will continue to recommend her despite making it that much more difficult for me to see her. That's how much you need to know this lady.
