From the moment you step in it's as if you've been transported into a little slice of heaven. The smell is not only inviting, it's enchanting. Tied up with the decor, background music, on-site bakery where (iykyk) you can't help but watch the artist at play and to top it all off, served on a silver plater. Come on! Staff were friendly and not at all pushy when my friend and I weren't able to make up our minds since it was my first time here. We had the chocolate noir (omg, so decadent, rich, a must for all chocolate lovers!) and my all time fave (please don't mess this up ) tiramisu, they did NOT disappoint despite it being an Italian dessert! Coffee, mascarpone, lady fingers and cocoa powder all to perfection
AND the lattes were to perfection! Oh man, you totally forget you're even in Queens when you're at The French Workshop, even that you're in NY for that matter. I've already made a big fuss about it to my social circle and planning on my next trip which cannot come soon enough (but at the same time, let me calm down because... sugar... lol)
Btw, price point, you'd think it'd cost you an arm and a leg for what you're getting but nope, even on that it's well priced which is also a huge plus! Pretty sure we can all agree (after checking it out for yourselves of course) that we've paid more for MUCH less!
Hope y'all check it out and enjoy as much or more than I did
