"Warm wooden hues, soothing curves and rich textures set the scene. The chef-owner has been in fine dining for over 20 years and his set menu marries his travel experiences with his Taiwanese heritage. Local flavours like dried cauliflower, black garlic and dried radish are cleverly woven into his recipes. In winter, line-caught fish from his home county Penghu are a nod to his childhood. Absolute delighted experience. Love the wine pairing and curated dishes. Warm and soothing environment with attentive service. It felt warm and relaxing upon stepping into the dining hall. The setup is elegant without over-the-top. Appreciated the story telling of the dishes such as the bread service. Chef introduced local produce (such as the local crafted beer) into the curated menu. Service overall is impeccable and attentive.

The service here is truly outstanding, with the staff being attentive and friendly, always ready to meet every need. The cuisine is an absolute delight for the taste buds, prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with rich flavors. The restaurant itself boasts a charming ambiance, combining modern aesthetics with a cozy atmosphere. It's an all - around wonderful dining experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a lovely birthday celebration here. We felt that the taste and presentation is on point; the service was attentive. They change menu every quarter in accordance with the season (I think). Parking lot (not free; third party) is across the restaurant. Small detail: They also carefully staggered the dining slots and quota at any given time so you won’t feel crowded. Overall pleasant!

這次的菜單融入了許多主廚家鄉澎湖的元素，珠螺、海菜、酸瓜、花菜干，以西式手法呈現道地的台灣食材，激發出意想不到的風味及美味，尤其刈菜鴨湯馥郁的精華讓人回味無窮，唯獨冬潮青味的黃瓜對我個人而言偏搶味，以及鴨肉主菜醬汁相對重口。選擇了啤酒花風味的純山蘋果汁做為搭餐飲品，稍微有點甜度但酒花的香氣意外地很搭，很危險可能會一直喝個不停😆 在到訪前就有猜到大概會是什麼樣的體驗，實際用餐後跟預期的也差不多。在環境典雅的空間享用精緻、也好吃的漂亮飯，當天有蠻多貴婦們來聚餐，是蠻適合一些需要氣氛的場合，但座位安排有種說不上來的怪，我們當天的位置會感覺好像每個人都面向著你🤔 服務人員坦白說還是略顯生疏，和同為一星的Ad Astra相比之下感受度有明顯差異，另外，這裡是完全看不到主廚以及工作團隊的料理過程的，但這部分就見仁見智，對於某些喜歡觀看作品產出的朋友可能會是一個蠻影響的元素。
