Ok, as I pulled up, I was like Instagram failed me, but babeeee it did not disappoint!! Very nice ambience and Byron our server was excellent! We had an amazing time with friends from almost 40 years🕊❤️. The food was delicious from Bronzino, Catfish, Salmon cakes, and grits. The pancakes were delicious too! The rooftop is a top, not open, but seemed really nice when we walked upstairs to take a peak. It seemed great for a special event. So happy to support a black business!!❤️🖤💚

Me and my friends visited this place from DC yesterday expecting to have a great time but we did not. It was my friend’s birthday and we had a table for dinner. The aesthetics are pleasing and very good for pictures but that is one of the very few things good about this place. We ordered 7 cocktails, jerk salmon with mac and cheese, grilled stuffed salmon and spinach, oxtails and two entrees of grilled lamb chops with mashed potatoes. We also had for appetizers two crab deviled egg servings and two braised taco servings. Our entire bill was $527! We were not informed that the water was $10 a bottle if that is the case the waitress should not just be bringing them out and refilling our glasses without mentioning that and asking us first. Not only was the food over priced, with exception to the appetizers which were delicious we absolutely hated our entrees! Our friend who ordered the oxtails had no complaints but the rest of the table highly disliked our food. They do not take back food that you dislike so we just had to deal with it and pay for it. One of my friends did not touch her entree at all and asked for the manager to remove it from the bill so actually our bill was $527 with just one serving of lamb chops! The birthday girl also didn’t get a happy birthday celebration just a piece of cheesecake meanwhile a grown man sitting at the bar received the entire kitchen and waiting staff singing happy birthday to him. Which we also found odd as we mentioned it was her birthday, was told we were going to be taken care of and spent over $500 in this place. The drinks we ordered were okay but they were not strong and after me and two of my friends had two cocktails each we felt exactly how we felt when we first entered the restaurant. Overall I felt that it was a waste of a trip from DC and suggest that whoever is preparing/cooking the appetizers should also takeover the entrees!

Everything about this establishment is top tier!! The ambiance is magical and the service from start to finish was 5 ⭐️ Me & a group of friends dined for my birthday celebration, a total of 4 of us and our cocktails, appetizers and entrees were all delicious! Our appetizers came out within minutes hot and flavorful. Our waitresses Kendra was very attentive throughout the night, she knew the menu very well and kept a smile on her face. She even surprised me with a slice of birthday cheesecake! The manager ( Tunde) visited our table with kind words and recommended the 2nd floor lounge area as well. We went on a Friday (2/7) and exotic dancers were there in which we enjoyed! My friend visited twice again since then and she stated that the food and service was excellent again each time. Please visit, I’m not sure why the bad reviews but this place is definitely worth the $ . I must say the atmosphere alone is top tier and worth the price of the experience.

The food was very good and flavorful(portion couldve been a little big but no take aways for it) and that cheesecake(which i didn't get a picture of) was AMAZING!!! Best cheesecake I've had in a looongg time. I ordered the shrimp and grits with a side of French toast. The sealing deal was the GM was on the floor checking on customers and when he came to our table we gave him honest feedback were our experiences lacking and he immediately took our feedback and addressed it with his workers and made the necessary adjustments to correct the areas we felt need more attention. Hats off to you sir and I hope the business continues to grow.

My husband and I are visiting from Texas and was looking for a place with music. I stumbled upon this hidden gem. The service is wonderful and great atmosphere. Food was amazing. We had the short ribs with mashed potatoes and lamb chops with Mac and cheese. This place deserves the support of the community not bc it’s black owned but the food is worth it.

Beautiful space with quick seating and friendly service. Byron, our waiter, was the best part of the experience—super helpful, fun, and full of great recommendations. My salmon cakes were just okay, but others in my group loved their meals, especially the French toast. Drinks were tasty and nicely presented. The rooftop was stylish but extremely hot, with little airflow and heavy hookah smoke. Overall, Byron made the visit memorable, but I’m not sure I’d return due to the distance and overall value.

Very nice atmosphere and vibe - especially Thursday night R&B Live music/happy hour which was held upstairs in their lounge area. The Mac & cheese and Spicy shrimp I ordered was also delicious 😋

Me and my girls were here for Mother’s Day for a brunch. The aesthetics is really nice and so very pretty. They gave us free flowers to all the women which was really nice. The DJ was good. That was nice. We didn’t have food. We just had drinks and then we left.

I always enjoy my time at the Garden. We need more spaces like this is in Baltimore. Thursday is my favorite day to go because the happy hour runs from 5-7 downstairs and 5-8 upstairs (live band upstairs). I love that there are so many different vibes within the one space. If you want something more quiet, downstairs is the way to go. If you want a bit more noise and energy, then upstairs is the way to go. Hookah is only available upstairs. Dani and Tiffanie always provide great service! Drinks are always on crafted beautifully. I have yet to be disappointed in any of the food I've tried.

Went for a birthday party- had reservations and bottle service. Dinner : My waitress, Shay, gave 5 star service. Very attentive and informative. Her timing was impeccable. My meal was okay. I was hungry -I had the jerk salmon... with rice and peas- it was good but the meal didn't feel complete. This menu item needs something... some type of upgrade to set it off Rooftop- ambiance was nice. Wasn't an "open top" roof top... when I was there. The DJ- needs to curate his playlist better- the music didn't have a consistent vibe for me... it was all over the place. Sitting and smoking hookah was what it was "giving" dancing wasn't the goal. Overall- we had a good time- we brought the fun we needed.

Came for a late dinner. We were sitted pretty quickly and waited on . However when it came time to get the bill and pay we couldn't get any attention. We were basically begging to pay so we couldn't leave. Nonetheless, the food was really good, the ambiance is very nice as well.

They have the best hookah and it definitely a place that is chill with music and drinks. I also, have visited for brunch and have had the catfish and grits. The food was really good and underpriced. The cocktails are also great and the service is prompt.

Looking for great ambience, food, vibes and customer service then you need to check this place out. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and a complimentary glass of champagne as it was Valentine's Day. For starters, my best friend ordered the fried catfish bites 10 out of 10! Perfectly seasoned and fried to a nice golden brown. To drink, I chose the Garden Drop, which is their take on the lemon drop. They offer a variety of flavors and my hostess recommended the peach. Yum...it was really good and if I had time, I would have gotten another, highly recommend. For my entrée I had to go with the grilled lamb chops and man they didn't miss. They had a nice char, seasoned and cooked as requested - medium well (light pink for me). For my sides I had to try their mac and cheese and sauteed spinach. Both sides didn't miss the spinach was not overly cooked, I could taste garlic and it just melted in my mouth. Now for dessert.....they had a banana bread pudding and baaaaabbbbeeeeee I think I would've slapped my mama for another slice of this. I was mad at myself for not getting one to take back to Va with me. Ambience - 5 Food - 5 Customer Service - Greeter, Hostess (Aloni) Manager - all 5's Drinks - 5 Vibes - 5 I would definitely come back if I am ever in Baltimore again!!

Came here for a birthday brunch and it was perfect! The food was delicious, the vibe was great, and our server Jas was amazing -- super friendly, attentive, and made the day extra special. Highly recommend!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got here, I'm a DC girly and a cute esthetic doesn't necessarily mean good service or good food...BUT BABYYYY. Service was amazing, the Manager Tunde very hospitable. No one in there had a bad attitude. The bartender April made me a peach lemon drop and I almost gave her all the money in my purse. The food was GOODT. I got the Garden Pasta 9/10, the stuffed salmon 10/10. Vibes and music Great. I hope it stays this amazing because I will be back

We had such a phenomenal time the first time there, yet when we went for a birthday the vibe was a little different. We did go on a Friday night, which was awesome. Be sure that you go early so that if you need to find parking you can do that. They do have a valley service right directly next to the restaurant but you gotta pull in and use your cash app or Venmo in order to pay for parking which is $10. We made reservations for three thinking that we would get the main dining room on the first floor, but we did not. We were seated in the bar area dining section. That's not bad if you want to be separated from what's taking place yet it's tight. It's bar top tables and of course you're battling with the waitresses, surveying both the bar and the bar dining area. The food came out quickly. Because this was a birthday celebration they did bring out birthday dessert for the table to share which was really great. We got the chicken wings for appetizers and two of us got the salmon dish and the other got the lamb dish. All dishes are at least $25 up. Our waitress was wonderful and the food was pretty good although the portions were way smaller than before. The thing that got us this time around was they required dress code and we saw plenty of people who were not abiding by the dress code. We will definitely give it another try. We didn't see any dancers this time yet. It's a great place to go for the rooftop, especially in the summertime.

If you're searching for a place to turn up after brunch on the weekend or HH hours, try them. People so close they thought they knew you but good vibes and bartender was friendly and attentive.

We went here to celebrate my honeys birthday with a good brunch. The food was good and well seasoned. The service was excellent but what impressed me even more was the way the general manager received feedback about something that was not stellar. He was receptive and corrected instantly. The inside was cute, I didn't see the rooftop!

Great food good service and amazing atmosphere! Parking wasn't bad as there is street and lot parking close by. They offer lot parking but it's $20 and parking nearby is wayyyy cheaper. The lower level has a full bar with a lovely range of quality drink options not just rale or mid shelf. They have an extended dining room past the hostess stand which was cute. The food items were very tasty and well presented. Cheeseburger sliders Veggie spring rolls Lamp chops Jerk salmon and asparagus Catfish bites All were delicious and would definitely order any of them again Upstairs had 2 DJs a full bar and a gentleman playing Congo drums if I'm not mistaken. Definitely good vibes. The had burlesque like dancers come out on several occasions to perform. The space has an open roof concept which allows for pretty good ventilation. The restrooms were clean and nice. Hookah is available for purchase. I'd definitely recommend going here for any occasion you want to have a good time and enjoy yourself while eating good..

The environment was fun with lots of celebrations happening around. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the jerk salmon. Our server was very nice however the service was very slow. It took quite some time for us to get our order in, grab the bill, and very long to get to go boxes. Luckily the general manager was on top of it and really helped us.

Omg, I loved it here. Downstairs is the beautiful restaurant, and upstairs is the enclosed rooftop. The food was so good. I got the branzino and Mac n cheese on the side. The Mac and cheese was one of the best I've ever had. The branzino was solid too. I got a blueberry gin drink, but I can't remember the name. I'm not a blueberry person, so I didn't care for it. We went to the rooftop after dinner for a few more drinks and they had a DJ. It was such a fun night. I'd definitely come back.

I love this place. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. I had the jerk salmon which was really good. I also had the deviled eggs, it is probably the best deviled eggs I ever tasted. This is the amazing spot for dinner for two. The restaurant is very lit nice and romantic. They do play music in there which is a vibe. They also have a rooftop area where they throw parties on certain nights. I'll be returning to visit the rooftop area..

This place is a vibe!! I was hearing all the buzz so I'm glad I got to check it out for myself! I like the decor and the ambiance. This could be a good date night spot or a girls night out. Parking in this area isn't terrible! Found a spot right around the corner. Service was good. Shout out to Drawde - great sever/bartender! Super attentive. Drinks and food are good. A bit on the pricier end. They only do happy hour on Thursdays so I'll be back to check that out soon. I would like to do brunch one day!

Garden rooftop is amazing! The ambiance is so nice and chill. The music was great and the food was DELICIOUS! This was the best brunch. Our waitress was so nice and friendly. Her customer service was fantastic. I can wait to go back for dinner and the day party!

The steak was outstanding. It was so juicy and tender. Very tasty. The service was great. The waiting staff were very attentive and helpful. The ambiance was great. They have a big lounge on the 2nd floor where you can listen to some great music. Definitely a nice place for a birthday party or any celebratory event.

I have been meaning to check this place out for a while but hadn't gotten around to it. This morning, my friend recommended we go for brunch. Unfortunately, due to the St. Patrick's Day parade, we were stuck in traffic for 2 hours! Luckily, when we arrived, we had no problems being seated quickly. Firstly, this venue is stunning... beautiful velvet furniture, beautiful wall art, beautiful people, and very keen attention to every detail! The only recommendation I would make here is to have regular lighting to spotlight the ambiance, rather than nightclub lighting. Service: I almost didn't go here bc the lady who answered the phone was a bit rude and rushed us. She wasn't sounded frustrated and responded to us with what and other informal communication that isn't indicative of good customer service; however, my friend was adamant that we come as to not let one person's attitude ruin the whole of the experience. Glad I listened. Everyone else's customer service was exceptional! Our waitress, Rayna, was so attentive, kind, helpful, and I loved her energy! The food was an 8 of 10. The catfish was fresh but the batter lacked in flavor. My friend got the chicken and waffles, only 4 drumettes rather than like a fried breast or two friend, boneless skinless thighs, delicately placed atop the waffles. The portion size and presentation didn't match the magnificence of the venue. I imagine he wasn't full when we left. I've heard many great things about this place for entertainment, so I'll have to return and check that out too!

Shrimp & Grits seasoned well but I didn't care for the shrimp 7/10 Steak & Eggs 10/10 Lamb chops no pic taken 10/10 Lemon drop 10/10 Hookah 20/20 Highly Recommended! I had the best hookah experience here! We started with brunch, followed by the day party upstairs, and the entire vibe was amazing. The place is spotless and well-maintained. I'll definitely be coming back and can't recommend it enough!

This place was a whole Thursday night vibe. The DJ was FIRE and the drinks are so, so good. Came here for a very impromptu date with someone who pronounces "you" like "yewwww" (no comment). We had no reservations and stood at the bar the entire night. In some places, that might lend itself to a trash experience, but honestly, the drinks and the music and the ambiance were so good here that I enjoyed myself. Drinks are in the $15-20 range, but they're STRONG. We didn't order food, but the food looked BOMB. It was a Thursday night and we were upstairs. There was hookah, food, drinks, and just a vibe. Folks were dressed in everything from very casual to club gear. I was here for it. If there's no way to make reservations, I'd def try to get there earlier to snag a chair at the bar or a table, as everything was BOOKED. I'd def return... but not with that person.

Food is great had the lamb chop appetizer which is perfect, four come as the serving. Nice and tasty cooked to perfection with a glaze a top. Have had two drinks as I'm writing this post- if you like dark liqueurs, try the Purple Reign, Morning Glory and the Sicilian Bliss- nice and refreshing. The citrusy taste is it! Service is great- had a great bartender who was very available at all times and made sure everyone was taken care of. All of the bartenders are very attentive, no one has to wait for anything. Ambiance is perfect- great vibes, great music and just an all around wonderful atmosphere. Went upstairs for a quick minute, thinking I would hookah but was a bit too warm, maybe in the fall. All and all it's a great spot oh, and the restrooms fully stocked and clean! Love it all! Come enjoy yourselves!

This is my review - arriving for my God daughter birthday Bruch , meet by the abrasive security ( while snowing ) no Ugg's were allowed which range between $100-300) the other "dress code listed " . As were were inquiring about the code , ( co ) manager approaches . Tunde made an exception ( only if we agreed to "SPEND ALOT OF MONEY " -We were allowed to enter in . The food was really good , as I looked around and the atmosphere and decor , I can se ethe owner vision ( dress code may / may not lead to unwanted guess ) .The pancakes were better / delicious than mine . My girlfriends and I went to celebrate a birthday yesterday. Unfortunately, it took a while for my lamb chops to arrive at the table , but the GM Tuneday(spell check) came over (without even asking) and immediately took control of the situation! He complimented my friend and I with free drinks and we made our sides that prematurely arrived. He was very attentive and hospitable ! We would be back alone for him but the food was good! It was a very enjoyable experience along with Lonnie our server ! The service was great! Thank you!

This place was amazing! Don't let the location and surroundings, with lingering homelessness nearby, discourage you. We had crab deviled eggs for starters, followed by the best-ever well-seasoned ribeye and stuffed salmon. The best-ever service and an all-around wonderful experience!

We didn't know what to expect when going to Garden Rooftop but what a hidden sexy gem in the heart of Mt. Vernon! Upon walking in we were greeted by the hostess who showed us to our table. We were seated at a table by the bar. I couldn't believe we were in Baltimore! Definitely feel like a restaurant in Miami or NYC! Just a gorgeous restaurant! Jennifer was our waitress and she was so nice and helpful all evening. We chose the citrus jerk wings for our appetizer. Jennifer suggested we get them fried instead of grilled. Such a great suggestion! We truly enjoyed them. I had the Bronzino and my friend had the special which was salmon stuffed with crab and shrimp. We both selected the Gouda mashed potatoes for our side. Wow! Both dishes were truly amazing! They were so filling we both ended up with leftovers. I was hoping for an equally delicious dessert but we were told they only had cheesecake so we skipped it. We decided to explore the upstairs and it is massive! There is a hookah and cigar lounge upstairs as well an another bar. The Dj had the Afro beats spinning and it was such a vibe! A time was had! Such NYC flavor in Baltimore! I can't wait to come back!

I am happy to report that whatever bugs they needed to work out upon first opening (they've been open less than a year!) have been fully worked out. We are not casual diners, dine out frequently at note-worthy establishments, and are not easy to impress. However, my choosy party of 4 had an amazing experience here for brunch, that made us eager to make the journey back up 95 ( we're DC folk) for dinner. We were one of the first tables to be seated but the staff was bright eyed, bushy tailed, and ready to go from the hostess to the bartender (who only served us water, but was pleasant and congenial nonetheless), to our FLAWLESS server, Alaysia (yes, FLAWLESS) who made our experience absolutely top tier. Alaysia knows the menu like she wrote it herself, made thoughtful recommendations, and sought insight and clarity when she was unsure of answers to a question. For the entire meal, she was attentive without being overbearing, anticipatory of our needs, and kept our water glasses filled (IYKYK). The kitchen was amenable to all of our substitution requests (they were nothing crazy, but y'all know how places can be) and all of our food came out piping hot. Speaking of food...delicious! We ordered the lamb hash (one w/ egg and one with egg on the side), a plain waffle, the bronzino, and a lobster Mac and cheese for the table. Every plate looked like a murder scene when we were done. The lamb hash comes with a lamb shank that's so well prepared the meat slipped right off the bone into the perfectly prepared potatoes and peppers that complete the hash. My friends would have liked more salt in the Mac and cheese, but I thought it was wonderful as I prefer most of my flavor to come from the cheese. Nevertheless, the entire table enjoyed it! The waffle was fluffy and fantastic! I also appreciated being able to order the waffle a la carte so again the entire table was able to taste and enjoy it. My friend and I both enjoyed one cocktail a piece and they were again amenable to making a substitution that my friend and I have grown to enjoy. The cocktail was well made and I would confidently return just for cocktails as the bar staff was friendly and knowledgeable. By now, you're probably thinking I must be a friend of the house. NOPE! Just someone who thinks it's important to praise as loudly as we tend to complain. Go check them out!

This place is so beautiful and the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I visit the rooftop which has three sections and very comfortable and cozy. I will be returning. There's parking next to the restaurant it's free until 4pm.

I had a very wonderful time here. It's a newer restaurant in the city and you can tell how much thought and detail was put into the entire establishment. The decor was absolutely stunning. The inside was even much larger than I anticipated. I liked how the restaurant, bar, and lounge were all sectioned out. I visit with one of my girlfriends and we were seated and attended to very quickly. I had two cocktails, my favorite was the "watermelon my way". We skipped appetizers and ordered the Salmon entree with a side of broccolini and Mac & cheese; all 10/10. I walked though the entire facility and was able to also meet the owner who was extremely friendly. All in all I had a great time and would recommend it to anyone. Perfect for a date, girls night or birthday.

The Service was excellent; The ambience was inviting and comfortable,. The rooftop is an experience to have. The food was very fresh, tasteful and visually appealing. A definite restaurant to visit in Baltimore.

This was an amazing restaurant the food was great, the service was excellent and the manager was very accommodating. They all out and beyond to make sure you are happy. The restaurant was also very beautiful inside and inviting.

This restaurant opened about 2 months ago. I was in a party of 5. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and wait staff was friendly End it was very good at making recommendations. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. The food left a lot to be desired. I had blackened rainbow trout with rice and peas and candied carrots as my sides. The rice and peas were slightly under salted and the candied carrots were sweet and savory. One person in my party had a lobster hamburger and it was OK. Another person had blackened salmon and didn't care for it because the seasonings were too heavy and it was slightly overcooked. Another person had a Caesar salad with salmon and it was fine. After we ate we went upstairs to the lounge to check it out and it was cool if you're looking for a hookah/cigar bar. It also has a retractable roof top which I'm sure is nice in the warm months but given that it is now late October it wasn't open. Also this place is very popular for birthday celebrations, while we were there there were three different tables celebrating birthdays!

100% Overall Food 10/10 , I had the Garden Pasta and a few apps . Service 10/10 We even got a table upstairs . Music was great , vibes were definitely there ! You NEED to go!

I have been searching for a place JUST like this! The ambiance, decor was all aesthetically pleasing! I stopped in for dinner and loved all of the food! The staff was so friendly! The service was quick. Everyone looked good and provided class service. I will become a regular here. They have brunches and day parties. The music was sooo good I was dancing in my seat and moaning from the delicious food! What a great time! Definitely treat yourself to the Garden!

Went for a for my boys bday party and it's a cool spot the hookah is great i had the lady killer and blue mint..& and the sweet and spicy was great I had a margarita which was good as well..the staff is very cool and professional I shall return

It's a small place and the bar area was pretty full of Ravens fans watching the game during our visit. The food was very good with decent portion sizes. The decor was nice as well. We were there for brunch before heading to a show at The Hippodrome. I had the crab omelette which had a shrimp sauce with large shrimp on top. My friend had the catfish and grits which was good as well. The wait staff were very friendly but a little slow. Could have been because there were so many birthdays happening during the brunch time we were there. We weren't interested in the hookah bar but was happy the restaurant didn't smell smoky while we were dining. I would return for dinner to see how that is.

If you're even thinking about booking a birthday dinner reservation here, JUST DON'T!!!!!!!!!!! This place is outrageously unprofessional and completely unaccommodating!! And don't even get me started on their manager, TUNDE! Our party of 13 was inexplicably split up among three separate tables--even after we shelled out a $300 deposit for the dinner! When we asked if they could work with us, TUNDE responded by being repeatedly rude and even sent an armed security guard to stand right next to our table! The food was mediocre at best, and my birthday dinner was utterly ruined thanks to manager TUNDE! The only saving grace was the servers! All in all, it was HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO THERE! AVOID IF U CAN - VERY GHETTO ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!

In the world trash service, this establishment is absolutely peerless! Triple toilet water. Food was mediocre. Service was exponentially worse. I paid nearly $300 for a dinner party to celebrate a family event. The retainer charge was not taken off the bill, (as advertised) the server was nice but very inexperienced and unable to make a substantive recommendation about the food or drinks AND most offensively we were asked if we would accept plastic wear to eat off of so the kitchen would not need to wash our dishes. This is the negative side of restaurants that have mandatory (20%) gratuity added to the bill. There is little incentive for some servers to provide good service. I want black-owned places to do well but this place would be better used as and IG/social media pop up over an actual restaurant. There is no care given to provide a quality experience for most guests.

We ventured out for a ladies night of drinks for our friends birthday and decided to try the upstairs hookah lounge. The staff found us a cozy section and were very warm and helpful. They made sure we never ran out of drinks. The entertainment was top notch! What a fun show and we got up and dance with women entertainers. If you're looking for a girls night definitely try this out!

My first experience with Garden Rooftop was for sure amazing! Love the decor, atmosphere and the surprise dancers . Something different for the city the bar is set very high. I really enjoyed the food and also was able to dance the rest of the night away on the rooftop. As most newly opened restaurants it's expected to have mid service. But that's why I always give every business a second chance. I will be visiting again very soon this summer when the roof is open.

This place is trash! The security is uneducated and inarticulate. I literally couldn't understand anything that came out his mouth! Maybe if he lose the golds and invest in a dentist he could articulate more effectively! There is literally one bathroom stall where we were that was shared by the staff! It's ridiculous you have one bathroom for both males and females but the same bathroom that was occupied by security is unacceptable! Do better!!!!! The waitress was nice tho. But they definitely need to invest in better security!!!

Great food and drinks. Excellent service . A bit expensive but worth it. Very cozy ambience and very clean.

I will preface this by saying I am a foodie. I love to go out and experience new restaurants and eat great food. So, I took my God daughter here for her 30th birthday last night. As we approached the door there were two security people outside, which was already a red flag. They did not act as concierge to say welcome and open the door they acted as security and questioned a hoodie. The ambiance of the interior is beautiful. However, the place was empty! There were two customers at the bar- one of which was my God daughter. We were also one of two seated tables. Our server (Arianna??) was a pleasure, and she was pretty honest when it came to what we should order. The food was blah. We ordered the catfish bites, which were under-seasoned. We actually had to ask for salt and pepper. We ordered the ribeye, which was tasty, but a very small flat ribeye for about $50. The crab cake was a good size. All of the sides were pretty bad. Mac-n-cheese, just a bowl of cheese with a few soggy noodles. Mashed potatoes, needed salt, pepper and butter. The spinach was weird. The Ceasar salad was actually fresh and tasty. Lasty, the dessert, peach cobbler bread pudding, just was not good and the ice cream was frost bitten. The worst part of this entire experience was that an automatic 20% gratuity was added. Now, we are good tippers so we would have given that anyway. However, our server goes, "Any additional tip goes directly to me...". Additional tip??? So, they take the 20% and divide it amongst the staff, what staff? The bouncer? That is a terrible policy. So either you look unappreciative to your server for not tipping on top of the $45 tip you already left, or you break your pockets tipping. We opted not to be bullied into tipping 30%. I won't return. It probably won't last too long anyway.

Food was absolutely AMAZING ordered the "sweet and spicy shrimp" for starters comes with sesame seeds but you can order without sesame seeds. Also ordered a crab cake and my sister ordered jerk salmon both were flavorful and the presentation was instagram picture worthy. For sides we ordered broccolini, asparagus, and rice & peas. Our waitress was simply amazing she checked on us regularly even though she was the bartender (we never had to go looking for her). Definitely will be returning for brunch. The ambiance and aesthetics are a must see for yourself. Vibes are unmatched!!!

Been trying to make a reservation for a large party for 5 days. No one answers the phone or returned email. Open table doesn't book for large parties for this restauran. Really wanted the experience but I guess they don't want the business
