To be absolutely fair, we are living through VERY strange times right now, and customer service and retail industries are doing the best they can. So some delays are to be expected. I absolutely understand that.
What I don't understand is that I placed my order in March. On April 9th, I called the company to find out if my order was processing - they'd taken my money but hadn't updated me. A very rude gentleman told me on the phone that they were waiting on one frozen item to come in, but in the meantime, he'd ship the gluten free bread I'd paid for. Alas - that did not happen. When I went to contact them, they were on break for Passover for 11 days. NO communication. Finally, on April 20th, I spoke to the same rude gentleman again who told me my order was going to ship the next day. It did not. In fact, I just received my order - again, placed in March - on May 1st. It was missing a box of donuts (the frozen good they were supposedly waiting on), and the other frozen box of donuts? Expired by 5 MONTHS. I sent them photos and asked for a refund, but no one has replied. They never do.
Do not order from or trust this company. The people are rude, the time it takes to ship is ridiculous, and you'll get expired food without a refund in exchange. I've had to file a complaint with my bank because of this. If you want good gluten free food, go directly to Katz's website. But I wouldn't trust this company at all. They'll take your money, waste 5-6 weeks of your time, and then send you expired products - if your full order comes at all.
