Furious!!! I ordered a burger with no cheese and no mayo! When the order was ready the guy handed it to me and said “burger and no cheese and mayo”. I had no doubt it was exactly how I ordered it. I went straight to the gate. When I started eating it, the burger had BOTH CHEESE AND MAYO!! Guys, what’s up??? Why do you not care at all?? I am extremely mad!!! You left me hungry and charged me for that!

I recently visited this restaurant and was shocked by the quality of the food. The dish I ordered was clearly spoiled—an unpleasant smell and taste made it inedible. It's unacceptable to serve food that is past its prime, especially when customers are paying good money. This experience has made me lose trust in the kitchen's standards, and I won't be returning. I hope the management takes this issue seriously before it causes more harm.

Me and my family stopped by and ordered vegetarian sandwiches but the person at the counter served us Turkey and chicken sandwiches . When asked she said you may need to pay differences for vegetarian options. Finally I had to make her understand and she took almost half an hour to serve those Vegetarian sandwiches. Definitely not worth it … they should be careful about it.

I placed order of Frappe and Cappuccino and I asked them cup of ice. They tend me to charge another $3 just for cup of ice. Unbelievable. Staff is extremely unprofessional and reckless.

Ordered bagel egg and cheese and cappuccino. The sandwich taste really bad. Worst bagel and egg ever. No taste to it. The sandwiches are pre-pared, I think. Cappuccino was very weak and water down. The price they charged as if it's Michelin rated restaurant.

Paid for our items and they would not serve us. Waited 25 minutes for a bagel. They served 15 people ahead of me. No apology and No bagel. The lady working had an especially bad attitude, seemingly racist or discriminatory. They also did not process my refund correctly. If you can shop elsewhere or wait until you make it past security do so.

Omg the staff is very rude and of the crew named Michael is very ignorant and very childish even so doesn’t care to work as fast I asked a question and was ignored by some and yeah truly never wanna come back ever again
