"When the temperature drops, I look for cozy nooks, and the upper floor here is filled with them; tucked into a corner banquette, I started with the roasted Brussels sprouts salad ($28). Sweet, petite sprouts are roasted and tossed in a Dijon dressing, while bacon lardons braised in chicken jus and thyme add crunch and smoke, and slivers of pecorino lend zest. That old maxim that everything tastes better with an egg on top applies here — when the yolk melted over the mix, it took the dish to another level, with a final hit of spicy mustard oil and a dusting of grated cheese." - Patty Diez
