"Good Silver replaced predecessor Kangaroo Boxing Club in spring 2017, swapping its original lineup of charcuterie plates this summer for all-day breakfast and cheap beer. Owners plan to shift their attention to sister dive bar Ivy and Coney in Shaw and growing their new cured meat operation, Epic Curing." - Tierney Plumb

I absolute love the tap takeovers they've been having here on Tuesdays. The happy hour (5pm to 7pm) specials are great! $4 for most appetizers (their chicken nuggets are amazing - see the pic I uploaded) and $5 great beers. Highly recommend.

Brand new spot in Columbia Heights, from the owners of Ivy and Coney. Amazing cocktails (try the Negroni) at a reasonable price, and solid food menu. The BLT is spectacular. It will be one of my favorite bar in winter.

Very good cocktails and food. We had a very good happy hour some time ago, now they opened for brunch as well so we gave it a try and it did not let us down.

Great bar with a great vibe. The bartenders are good with conversation and it's obvious the patrons are having a good time in this bar. They have good cocktails and solid food. They also have budget-friendly priced apps and beer. A great spot to stop after work, on Sunday afternoon, or a Friday night. Overall, my favorite bar since coming to DC.

I love love love the vibe of this place. The Monty Python Knights Who Say Nee mural and the not so subtle references to shrubbery in the menu are particularly delightful. It's small and cozy, and the cocktails are truly excellent and reasonably priced, though not cheap. It's definitely more focused on cocktails than beer, FYI, though the beer will satisfy. I am looking forward to returning!

It's a small, well-designed space that feels cozy. The setup is an improvement over KBC, even though that place was great. We tried a few cocktails and menu items and were happy with everything, especially the mezcal cocktail and the hush puppies. The prices are perfect for a neighborhood bar too. We'll be back!

I don't know what they put in those hush puppies but those were the best hush puppies I've ever had. Burger was delicious. Cheap eats and good beer/cocktail selection for happy hour. Small and relaxed environment. Definitely a good happy hour spot for the future

Awesome food and atmosphere. If you're lucky, there will be a handsome man named Alex who is an avid fan of Michigan football. He exudes smells of sweet Ambergris and confidence. Also, highly recommend the fleet wood
