Absolutely love this place!!!!! The team is awesome and the food makes me feel like a billion bucks. Seriously this food is amazing and usually helps make my inflammation go away- I won’t ever get over their house made nut milk lattes. One of my favorite places in Denver for healthy delicious food, especially as I’m someone who primarily eats plant based. Despite me wanting to gatekeep this place I 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!!!

The camera Gods were very pleased but the food was very mid. Won't go back. Toasts are hard and not warm. Some of them really lack flavour, very disappointed by the chicken red pepper one that tasted like nothing. A toast with just ajvar spread on it would have honestly be tastier. Avo toast very good. Blueberry vanilla Matcha mostly tasted like watered down matcha, tossed it and went for a matcha somewhere else.

Fresh food made to order. Love the variety of healthy foods. Service was nice and friendly staff. Parking is tricky but the ambiance was amazing.

This is my go to breakfast/coffee place! Anytime I have people asking for recommendations for places to go when visiting Denver, green collective is always my top recco for people looking for a cute healthy breakfast spot. The food quality is unmatched! Staff is excellent! My kids love it too! They are tough critics :)

Great little spot. Açaí bowl was great (purple) and the salad had tons of flavor.

In love with this healthy breakfast spot! Cozy vibes and super friendly staff - Sara had the best suggestions and helped guide me on what to get! Ended up with the blue bowl with the toppings of the purple bowl, added protein powder and peanut butter and it was one of the best smoothie bowls I’ve had! Also tried the mushroom cocoa with collagen per her suggestion as well. Can’t wait to come back and try the toasts!

Absolutely Blown Away by Green Collective! A Must-Visit in Colorado! My large group and I had the most incredible experience at Green Collective, and I simply cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was just perfect – so cute and wonderfully relaxed, making it the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy. We started with a toast flight and let me tell you, every single one was a flavor masterpiece. Seriously, a creative and delicious way to begin! Then came the quinoa French toast, and it was nothing short of amazing. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful – it’s a dish you absolutely have to try. And the drinks! Oh my goodness, I had what was hands down the best latte I have ever tasted. Smooth, rich, and expertly crafted – it truly set a new standard. Our table also enjoyed a variety of their delicious juices and smoothies, all fresh, vibrant, and incredibly satisfying. Beyond the fantastic food and drinks, the service was just exceptional – so friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The staff clearly loves what they do, and it shines through in every interaction. Green Collective isn't just a meal; it's an experience. We really enjoyed our lunch while traveling through Denver. The toast flight is the obvious call, my favorite was probably the tahini one but they were all delicious. Not pictured are all the “emerald balls” which are basically little gluten and dairy free cookie dough balls made my almond flour and butter. They had poppy seed beet, snickerdoodle, strawberry white chocolate, and chocolate chip when we went, we got a mixed selection, and then bought a bunch more because they were so yummy. Nice clean food and super nice employees.
