Creative cocktails, small plates, live entertainment, and valley views

"Tucked behind a sliding door at the host stand of Lincoln Street, The Green Room is a sneaky, high-end bar that offers a more intimate, elevated experience away from the main dining room." - Kayleigh Ruller
"In Burbank, there’s a new cocktail bar that’s strange, fantastical, and maybe just a tiny bit scary? So, on par for Burbank. It’s got sky-high views of The Valley, an emerald-green bar, steak tartare “cigars,” luxury seafood towers, and an absolutely garish dessert called Up Up N’ Away that’s a three-tier pyramid filled with marshmallows, key lime pie, M&M cookies, ice cream, and two lit sparklers at the top. Like we said, it’s Burbank." - kat hong
"“This cocktail bar is tucked inside the Castaway. It’s got great views, great drinks, and [is] a perfect place to go when you want something a little bit more fancy.”" - brennan carley

"Perched in the foothills overlooking Burbank as part of the Castaway restaurant and events space on the grounds of the DeBell Golf Club, I visited the Green Room, a standalone indoor-outdoor lounge that reopens Friday, November 19. The space is sunny by day but transforms at night with fire pits, lounge-y patio seating and sweeping views over the San Fernando Valley; it originally opened in 2018 and was on extended hiatus due to the pandemic. I sampled cocktails from Cindy Quan, Emerson Martinez, and Rodolfo Magana (the Standard), including complimentary opening sips from a fountain of a drink called the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood; the program leans on Hollywood-film-inspired cocktails while still offering classics and a wine and champagne collection. On the food front, chefs Adrian Vela and Czarina Sico are steering a more upscale menu with items like steak tartare wrapped “cigars,” seafood towers, truffle popcorn chicken, and Petrossian Ossetra caviar and champagne plates, and the renewed Green Room keeps hours Thursday through Saturday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m." - Farley Elliott
