A New Japanese Izakaya Is Slinging Ramen in Castle Hills | Eater Dallas

"A second-location burger-and-tap-room concept that expands on its McKinney origins with an inventive burger lineup and shareable bar snacks. Signature sandwiches include the My Boy Blue (Neuske’s applewood smoked bacon, blue cheese, avocado, smoked onion, and baby spinach) and the Umami Tsunami (charred tomato, wild mushrooms, baconnaise, and crispy Parmesan). Appetizers lean toward bold flavors, such as Shiner Bock tempura-battered jalapeños served with yuzu ranch and a hearty seven-layer ranch queso layered with white cheddar, avocado, charred poblanos, brisket, tomato, and sour cream. The venue operates late into weekends and evenings, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays." - Alaena Hostetter

Came across this cute little spot. Ordered the Sunday Morning hangover and the world’s best burger. Both were made to order and they were flavorful and very tasty. Service was good as well, everyone seemed really nice. Sweet potato fries were my favorite. I’ll be back soon to try something new.

My dad and I went for lunch and we both enjoyed our meals. Customer service was excellent and I enjoyed that it's a family that owns this place. The establishment is clean and they have an outdoor area. The owner mentioned they have live music sometimes. We ordered the World's Best Burger (sauce is delicous), fried mozzarella sticks (crunchy on the outside and the cheese is so smooth), fried pickles (not too salty) and the Grind Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The food is fresh and delicous but prepare yourself to spend some money here. Most main items are about $15 or higher.

Best burger and fries around. Neighborhood feel, friendly service. TV’s everywhere and the patio looks great for hanging out on a hot summer day. Can’t wait to come back

Google
TL;DR: Don’t eat here. This place is overpriced and the food is bland. I wish I’d read recent reviews before we came because the other reviewers were correct- I would’ve enjoyed In N Out or McDonald’s better than anything we had at this place. The detailed version: My boyfriend and I came in at noon on a Sunday, not a soul in the place. We ordered chips and queso, two burgers, an order of onion rings, and two drinks. Total was $49, so that’s kind of expensive for two people, and if you compare that to their menu posted on Yelp from two years ago, their prices have doubled. My burger alone (no sides included) was $13.50. The girl working the counter brings the chips and queso out. The queso on their online menu is advertised as having white queso, guac, tomatoes, sour cream, pulled pork, etc, we got plain white queso. Okay, no worries, except it’s lukewarm and already getting too thick to eat. Almost immediately after, she brings out the onion strings we ordered…but it took another ten minutes to get our burgers. The onion strings were the saddest I’d thing ever seen. Hardly any breading at all. Once the burgers finally arrive, my boyfriend’s was overcooked and missing ingredients we had paid extra for. I had the “Sunday Morning Hangover” with added avocado, which tasted like literally nothing. My boyfriend’s burger had black garlic aioli and tbh it looked like a Chum Bucket burger. This was a total waste of money and hunger. Look elsewhere.

Google
Excellent burger! We enjoyed a mid afternoon meal over the weekend. Our meal was the patty melt, a regular hamburger, guacamole burger, mozzarella sticks and Buffalo cauliflower. I was very impressed with the flavor of the patty melt. The burger was juicy and the cheese amazing! The guacamole burger was stacked crazy high with an onion ring in the middle with bacon, and guacamole on the bottom and the top! Excellent food. The service was ok, not amazing but the food here is what you are enjoying!

Google
My new favorite Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Wow. We ordered that and chicken tenders on DD. The food arrived fresh and hot. The Buffalo sandwich has creamy blue cheese, pickles, a toasted buttery bun, and the perfect amount of Buffalo sauce. I will return because the burgers look great as well.

Google
The devilish eggs were good, but unfortunately that's all I have nice to say. The place was loud, the burger patties were greasy (ordered the Short Stack; there was a pool of grease left on my plate - what I didn't wipe on my napkin), the blackened fries were over-seasoned, and the pomegranate margarita tasted a little like watered-down cough syrup. $47 for my wife and I could've been spent better anywhere else.

Google
2 stars for how bad and expensive the food was. My sister asked for a well done burger. Pictured is the burger she got even though they told her it was going to be well done. They also charged us a dollar each on our burgers for pickled jalapeños and guess what?? They were raw on our burgers. They brought the food out kinda fast for the number of people but it was kinda cold. I paid 18 dollars for a burger and SMALL fries. I say stick to bar food and drinks and enjoy the atmosphere and skip the menu food.

Yelp
Tasty burgers , friendly service that's willing to do what is necessary to please you , great service with a sports bar ambiance

Yelp
I've been here for lunch years ago several times since it was close to my office at the time. I remember sitting outside on the huge picnic tables and it was a fun vibe. This trip was with my family for lunch and to celebrate a birthday. We ordered burgers, wings and the grandkids wanted chicken fingers and grilled cheese. The food was good, really like the brioche buns on the burgers. French fries are great. I had brought along some little mini bundtlet cupcakes to celebrate. Before I went to the car to get them, I did ask the worker if it was OK to bring them in. No problem! The chill, casual vibe was great. Everyone had a great time!

Yelp
It's been quite sometime since we have been here due to the food and the service. Recently we heard it was under new management and we gave it a try yesterday. All I can say is there is a noticeable improvement. The place was hopping, we sat at the bar and had cocktails. Service was fantastic and drinks were great! We didn't eat, but we spoke to a couple next to us and they said the food was excellent! We will be back with an appetite and enjoy a burger. Peter

Yelp
Under new management, and we're happy for it. We stopped visiting under the old owners, but there's new ownership, new menu, new vibes. Worth the retry.

Yelp
Went here with my friend and loved the food! We ordered the Grind with truffle fries and literally sat there for two hours and just talked, without anyone coming to tell us to leave or that we have been there for too long. Just loved the friendly area and the huge patio seating! The burger and fries were just amazing! Will definitely go back to try another burger!

Yelp
We tried a new spot for a late lunch and se if my favorite burger spots can be surpassed. They are in the way way back of the Castle Hills Shopping center and easy to miss. They are a full service bar and counter service restaurant. There was no where to sit as someone had taken up all the tables for an 80th birthday party. It was raining and cold so the very large outdoor space that would be perfect in the summer was a no go. To the bar it was. The staff was friendly and helpful and attentive checking in if we needed anything. I went with the Sunday Morning Hangover burger with tots. The egg was cooked perfectly to make the perfect yokey mess on the burger. The burger was really good except a few fleeting bites of being slightly salty but assumed that was on the burger when cooked but still very good. The tater tots were very salty but perfectly crispy so still a win but pretty sure i was retaining water today with all the salt. They have signs that they have a few milkshake flavors but the item is not on the overhead menu and since this meal was already off diet i decided to not go in for the shake but I'm sure it would have been worth a try. We will have to come back when it is warmer to sit outside.

Yelp
Loving the new menu and the quality. The scan from table to order was easy to use and our food came out quickly. Loving the changes!!!!!

Lauren S.

Yelp
This burger bar has done a complete 180 over the past few months....in the best way possible! The food is delicious! Beer is cold! The people are even better! You won't regret spending a little, or a lot, of time at The Grind!
google avatar

Yelp
Good food! Great service!! We love the changes with the new management. The wraps are so good!!

Yelp
Tried this place for lunch recently. The menu has a decent selection and the staff is friendly. There's a nice amount of seating inside and on the covered patio. The short stack smash burger was decent and filling. The fried pickles and parmesan truffle fries were tasty. I'd come back again the next time I'm in the area.

Rusty S.

Yelp
Went back to The Grind for the first time in a few months to try out the new management. The service was excellent and we were pleasantly surprised when they said to have a seat and they would come take our order versus ordering at the bar. The food was fresh and delivered quickly. We loved to see them the local cub scouts and embracing the community.

Jen W.

Yelp
Loving the new management. Such a great venue to meet up with family and friends! The outdoor patio can't be beat and the staff is friendly and attentive

Yelp
Located in the very fancy area of Castle Hills, Grind Burger Bar can be found serving pretty decent burgers. I came here because sometimes I absolutely need a big sloppy burger with some crispy fries in my life. I came in right when they opened so I was the only one in the place and I remember feeling very peaceful as I waited for my guac burger and truffle fries. Not a huge dining area but a good size especially if you were to have a few drinks after work at the bar area after work one day. When the food came out I was a bit disappointed because the menu stated that the Guac burger was supposed to come with a whole grilled jalapeno and it didn't. Not a huge deal. But the white truffle and parmesan fries that I ordered were supposed to be thick-cut fries, served with black garlic aioli but instead, it came out as skinny McDonald's fries and no sauce. I asked for the sauce which the employee kindly gave but felt it was weird that the two things I asked for didn't really match the description. Not sure if there's a consistency issue or something else. The fries were under seasoned but I remember the burger was pretty salty and so it kind of balanced out. But I wished the fries were thicker cut.

Yelp
if you're looking for a neighborhood "Regal Beagle" or "Cheers" bar/restaurant that's serving up food and beverages that will make your toes curl, then come down to the grind in Castle Hills. it's not one to miss...pro tip, get the cheese curds as your appetizer you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
The saltiest meat I ever had it was seriously running my blood pressure up. I went with my girlfriend, she ordered a burger and I ordered a cheesesteak. We both took our first bite and spit it out due to how salty it was. I took both sandwiches back in and the cashier/server said they don't even season the meat so even if they were to make another one it would come out the same. That's the craziest thing I ever heard. She asked if we wanted something else so my girlfriend ordered a chicken sandwich and she said it was much better than the burger. I didn't order anything else nor was I offered a refund for the sandwich I couldn't eat. Service wasn't subpar as well which I understand it was only one person working but I thought she would still come around and check on people, we had to go in several times to ask for things because the worker was too busy hanging out with her boyfriend. I told her there was no soap in the restroom and I needed to wash my hands before I sat and did she go replace it? No! She stayed with her boyfriend talking. This place was extremely expensive for burger and fries. I spent $54 just to not enjoy it at all.

Yelp
I wanted a burger, not McDonalds type burger, but a burger BURGER. It's New Years Eve, and we were worried they would be closed. To our surprise, it was open and had a nice sports ambiance with outdoor seating, games, and big screens. We placed our orders (I got the OG) with onion rings. My husband got the burger with the egg on it, I can't remember the name but he highly recommends it. Everything was so good and fresh, the service was awesome, they did not disappoint! I can't wait to pop back in for a Mavericks game!

Yelp
Went here for the 1st time for dinner on a Friday night - it was pretty busy but no wait - we were able to order and sit. We received our food in a normal amount of time... The food tasted average - it was nothing special and because of that I feel like it was a bit too pricey for the product. We ate - nothing was wrong - I don't care for shoestring fries to begin with - we ordered the truffle fries on one order - everything was just average and a bit expensive for just average.

Yelp
I order their new Pastalaya online. The food was good. I believe it was seasoned with cajun seasoning. There were shrimps, sausage and chicken all in one dish. The sauce was creamy and flavorful.
google avatar

Yelp
We came on a Tuesday night for dinner and it took over a hour to get our food. With no explaination

Abbey K.

Yelp
Went here on a Thursday evening $8 for each frozen drink. Once you walk in your order at the bar. It was not busy so we decided what we wanted and waited. We ended up waiting about 8 mins for them to take our order. I was surprised since there was only two other people there. I almost walked out due to them not being busy and poor customer service. I have heard the food is good just did not try it, maybe next time. I would come back and sit on the patio. It appears large and very cozy. There are TVs inside which is good to watch sports ! Overall, I would try again for a better experience.

Jenny P.

Yelp
Waited over half an hour for this burger - bland. soggy. I've had my 10 yr old nephew grill a better burger. Also got the truffle fries... my fiancé thought I just ordered regular fries. Our beer was the highlight. Service? What service. She didn't seem to care. But I guess that fit the theme of this place. Go to the other bar/restaurant just across the plaza.

Yelp
The food was great and love the potions. A little pricey but worth it ! Went with co workers and we all loved out food.

Yelp
I tried the John Wayne burger and was extremely disappointed! Now I know that John Wayne was tougher than leather but the bacon that was put on my burger did not have to be!
google avatar

Yelp
Best burger I've had in a LONG time! We got the special (2 burgers and 2 shrimp po boys) We had it delivered, so the fries were kind of icky (NOT their fault, we live pretty far) I cannot even express how perfect my burgers were. I saved one and went to town on it the next day. AND OMG. The secret sauce. I'm not a sauce fan. This blew my socks off! The burger didn't even need any help, the sauce made it ridonkulous! I can't wait to try more from their menu! GET. THE. BURGER!

Kevin M.

Yelp
First time at the Grind but not our last. This place is clean, has a nice layout, and is very welcoming. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the Grind Burger (highly recommend that) and truffle fries. Outstanding meal, great drinks, awesome service, and churros for desert!! Great job guys!!

James ..

Yelp
Ordered the "fresh dough" pizza rolls and they had the audacity to instead give us the burnt ends of a bread loaf with some cheese in it. It's like they cheaped out and used the good part of the bread loaf on sandwiches and then used the leftover ends for the pizza rolls. Every single piece was the ends. I felt disrespected to be served that. It was cheap, lazy and inedible. Burger was good. But to charge those prices and have to order it at the counter was disappointing. I couldn't close out my tab because the line was 12 people long. Servers were nice. Place has potential if they cared about the food they serve.

Nicalett J.

Yelp
This place has the potential to be AMAZING. It falls short in so many places.. The staff are nice, that's a great stand. The food is absolutely trash. Ordered pepperoni rolls (menu stated fresh dough) which came out on the hardest, overcooked ends of a sub sandwich. None of which had pepperoni or cheese on the inside. Literally a joke to put on the menu. (It was as if they used the ends of their sandwiches to use again for "pepperoni rolls") Also, you can only order at the front, no service to any tables. When we went to close the tab, there were so many people in line, it was impossible to close the tab. Maybe lunch and a quick beer, at the bar.. is the only upside to this place. Also the place was dirty, the table had dried sauce on it and the seat had a piece of food on it. Overpriced, dirty, not great food.
google avatar

Matteo V.

Yelp
Just DO NOT. We had this food delivered, and it came with metal inside the food!!!! Absolutely disgusting!
google avatar

Matthew T.

Yelp
It took 30 minutes to get our burger and fries. When we got them the fries were cold, the burger was bland and overcooked. The staff could care less we were there. Not nearly worth the price
google avatar

Nelli T.

Yelp
Great burger options that are unique like the guac burger with a big jalapeño on top. Don't miss out on getting a chocolate milkshake too! It's the best part. I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries. Enjoy the patio while we have cooler temps!

Yelp
I've heard a few friends rant about this place, so I had to "finally" come by and give it a try. The Grind Burger Bar is located conveniently across from Castle Hills Golf course, tucked away in the Castle Hills community. It's a quaint shopping area in the middle of the Castle Hills area filled with a lot of really cool shops. Upon entering I was immediately greeted with a smile and a friendly face, the bar is right there in the front and looks well stocked. I came a little after Lunch, but there was till a good sized crowd. While today's visit wasn't cocktail filled, I could see easily coming here with a fun crowd and sipping cocktails while hanging out. The bathrooms are clean and smelled good... this is important to me as I judge the bathroom for overall cleanliness. I washed my hands and felt comfortable the conditions; it was time to dine. I return to my seat. I like how the bar is situated, it's a square with TV's located in a square above the bar allowing every seat a great view. This would be a great place to watch the game with the fellas while drinking IPA's and snacking on appetizers! There's light music playing in the background and they even managed to squeeze in a little Alice In Chains - Man in the Box. That's my jam!! This place has a smooth feel to it, you walk in and just feel like hanging out and enjoying the experience with friends. My burger arrives to my table with a small fry that was actually pretty large. That being said, I was up for the challenge. The fry's were nice and hot!!! I began my battle with my small/large frys... the frys lost. I like to eat my fries first, cuz that's how I roll... I finally bite into my burger. After the first bite I immediately felt regret for not living in Castle Hills... this burger was super good. It was the Mushroom by the way that had me at hello... I'm sad to say, one mushroom managed to escape and land on my Nike shirt... it was unfortunate, but I guess its the cost you pay for a well stacked burger. Needless to say, I devoured my food, and felt very good about it. To summarize, I give this place my famous "Samuel Jackson" rating. "That is a mighty tasty burger". I also give this place the "Arnie". "I'll be back!" Food - A, Cleanliness - A, Ambiance - A, Service - A

Yelp
Wanted a generous fatty burger and thought that we should check out this local burger joint. It was our first time here and when you walk in you'll place your order at the entrance, grab your drink and then grab a table inside or outside. We ordered a short stack and shared it, it was nice of them to cut it in half for us and also order the onion rings. Boy, was the onion rings delicious and fulfilling, definitely recommend. The burger was alright but half was enough to fill my tummy. Service was great, they were friendly.

Yelp
Do not be fooled by the 4 stars, if you are craving a burger spot. This place is suppose to be a "burger" place, what they serve are mini terrible burgers. The Hog Wild said it came with some pork and picked jalapeño and jalapeño cheese. Didn't taste any pork or any sort of jalapeño. I ordered medium and came out well. Ordered the grind burger and was not tasty and didn't come out cooked like requester. Better burgers at Whataburger. Also had a chicken fried chicken sandwich that was flat and all bread. Chick-fil-A has better chicken sandwiches. When you arrive nothing to say seat yourself or order here first. No one greeted us or even bothered to say a word until I asked and the regulars just walked up in front of us standing there to re order drinks. The long bushy haired high school kid had zero customer service, when asked what's good he said I don't know I don't eat here. The cook was nice since he had to remake one of the burgers. They forgot to bring out the fries that came with the philly. We let them know and waited and waited to get them. Yet while we were waiting people that ordered after were getting their fries first. So went back to ask for the fries a second time and finally got them. Not sure if it was because we were there at 1:30 on a Saturday that it was just not organized or if it is like this all the time? We sat inside and it just felt dirty. We are not from the area and always love trying new places outside the commercial norm. This definitely was not a winner unfortunately.

Scott S.

Yelp
Got a bunch of stuff for the family Togo. First weekend in the area and needed a good burger! They did not disappoint. I'm sure we will enjoy it even more when we get to go dine in the restaurant. Sorry For No Pics.... It was gone too fast!

Greg P.

Yelp
Great atmosphere!! Service was top notch. Perfect afternoon on the outdoor patio. Food and drinks were excellent!!!!

Yelp
This place is one of my favorite Burger joints. The Grind Burger and fries are both extremely delicious. The service is great and overall a great experience every time we visited.
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered for delivery today and will not again. Burger was ordered medium and came burnt, fries were ordered crispy and came floppy. They were out of several items and never notified for substitutes or refund.

Yelp
Let me start with that Margarita! It. Was. FANTASTIC!!!!! Just a simple, house margarita. Not too sweet not too sour but absolutely perfect and left me no other option but to order a second one! (maybe a third ) My fiancé and I came to meet a couple of our friends for dinner and catching up. (4 of us in total) It was a nice, cool vibe to The Grind! Very Modern and clean! If you're not observant or from the area, you can miss it! The restaurant is located underneath condos or upscale apartments. I wouldn't mind being a tenant there! I ordered The "John Wayne" Burger, minus the Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce but I kept the jalapeño....I personally don't enjoy sweet BBQ sauce. I will admit, it was a mistake to take off the sauce! That jalapeño was POTENT!!!!! I understand the use of the BBQ sauce on the burger! It was so delicious and so SPICY I couldn't stop eating! I'm pretty sure I committed gluttony! The fries were crisp, but soft in the right places with just a sprinkle or two of salt. Perfection.. My friends and fiancé had no complaints as well! Everyone was pleased and plan to return. BROOKLYN, she's totally awesome, rocking out her job! The team together is fantastic. Cohesive and efficient. Not much of a wait for the food or a drink from the bar. The outside patio area is very cool! The floor is artificial turf, nice comfy outdoor couches and some hanging lights set a great ambiance for casual conversation and laughs. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for some good food and drinks and an awesome vibe!

BenJamin M.

Yelp
I have them two stars because the times I've had hot food, it was delicious. I just can't get past the customer service issues. It's been fine when I eat there, but takeout is always a mess. For the last three times I've ordered from here and picked up the food to go, they've left something off. It's been the fries. I didn't complain the first time as I just wrote it off a simple mistake. Then, a few weeks later it happened again. I tried calling but it went to a full mailbox. Then, last night, it happened again. I tried to call again and it was still a full voicemail. I was so angry, I just drove there and complained. They got my fries and comped my meal but while I was there, my wife texted me that she ended up getting a bone shard in her burger and by the time I got home with the fries, my burger was cold. Just not worth the hassle. To be fair, I should have checked the order before I left the first time, especially since it'd happened twice before, but I was tired from a busy evening and just wanted to get home and eat.

Yelp
My daughter and I went at 4:30 pm on Thursday. she is two and a handful We got a burger and a kids meal for her. 34 minutes later no food. I went to the window to see what was going on with the kitchen. I was told they were going to cook mine next. It was not busy maybe 25 people there now at 5:15 pm. So everyone was getting fed but us. I m not fine with this.
google avatar

Abby S.

Yelp
I ordered a burger with a side of tater tots. I had asked for the tater tots to be extra crispy and the description of the burger said "greens". The tots were barely cooked let alone extra crispy and the "greens" turned out to be chopped iceberg lettuce which was wilted and translucent. I will not order again.

Yelp
Ordered delivery and wow! I'm not sure why there are no reviews about the milkshakes, but they are heavenly. We got two burgers, fries, and split a chocolate shake. Definitely getting two shakes next time because I've never had a milkshake that is this perfect- velvety, creamy, not too thick or sweet. I don't even like milkshakes, and I couldn't put it down! The burgers are delicious- got the John Wayne and The Grind(gluten-free). The Grind is the best, hands down- black garlic aioli and onion marmalade set it off. The John Wayne was good, but the Dr. Pepper BBQ was a little too sweet and thin for me. Just personal preference. Their gluten-free buns are decent, a little dry and taste like Udi's from the grocery store. The blackened fries were ok, but next time I'll get shoestring because they were too salty for me. Super happy I found this place, I'm always down for a new burger restaurant and if nothing else the milkshakes will keep me coming back.

Yelp
First time here. Drinks were okay. Hamburger were good, so says my boyfriend and my brother, they both had burgers and I had the cheese fries, pretty cheesy good.

Layla H.

Yelp
Overall, I will never eat there again. The food is greasy and overpriced, the manager spoke very poorly of his staff over simple mistakes when I was in to other customers, and unless you're there for a game it's not really a place to just go. They need a new manager or something because they shouldn't have someone who has never bartended serving alcohol. The poor staff looked so worn down.
google avatar

Yelp
Really struggling with customer service Ordered on-line at 11:00 and went to pick it up 20 minutes later (they are a block away) Received a confirmation, they charged my credit card, but they did not have my order. The cashier promised me a call from the manager (Erick) in 15 minutes Headed elsewhere to get lunch Called back to find out about my refund, but again was promised a call back Called back in hour to hear from the manager Erick about how busy he is - NOT my problem Stuff happens, we get it. But it is how they are handled that is remembered This is a textbook example of how to lose customers

Yelp
I have always loved loved the atmosphere. The food was good, not AMAZING. They made a few changes and I will now be craving this place. I am so excited. Customer service is way above par and i cannot wait to come again. They even got me water for my pup! Highly recommend

Yelp
Came here one evening and thought is was better than todays visit. We got here around lunchtime and there were only a couple people in there other than the workers but the place was filthy. The table looks weren't wiped down and the floors were so sticky and had food and crumbs all over it. Definitely was not cleaned the night before. We ordered the buffalo cauliflower and a cheeseburger but the cauliflower was so greasy like they didn't strain the grease before adding the buffalo sauce. Looks like they have some good weekly drink specials but would prob return if the place was cleaner.

Yelp
This has become one of my go too spots. The staff is always great and the food is very good. The only down fall (mind you it's a big one) are the prices. The beer and mix drinks are extremely too high. I can go to three other bars near by and grab a much cheaper beer. Sometimes I will eat somewhere else just cause after 3 or 4 beers I have already spent 32 dollars and that is domestic. A cocktail menu and adjustments on pricing and this would be a 5

Yelp
I saw this burger restaurant in an email from yelp and it looked really good so I figured I would try it. My boyfriend LOVES burgers so of course he was willing to drive 22 min to try it out. Lol The restaurant sits in a plaza in the middle of the Castle Hills housing development. You place your order at the bar and are given a number to take to your seat to wait for your food. They have a full bar with several fun frozen creations: Moscow mule, blueberry mojitos, margaritas. I tried the frozen blueberry mojito and it was super yummy. It tasted similar to froze. It came with a sugar rim. We decided to build our own burger. I added pepper jack cheese, bacon, pickled jalepeno, and avocado and the loaded cheese fries (bacon, jalepeno, and queso). He added american cheese, fresh jalepeno, and sauteed mushroom. The lady at the register was super nice and helpful and gave several recommendations since we had never been there. The burgers don't come with pickle, lettuce, or tomato so you would have to add those. They have mustard and ketchup in the condiment area. They have a sriracha and chipotle ketchup. I tried the sriracha in ny burger and fries and it was great!! The food came out pretty quickly. The burger was cooked just as I requested. The presentation looked great. The bacon was very tasty and the avocado was fresh. The pickled jalepenos were long and flat like pickles. It was such a big burger that I couldn't fit it in my mouth so I took it apart. I took the bun off and just ate everything with my fork. My boyfriend loved his burger. Between the two fries, I really liked the parmesan and truffle. They were crunchy and the parmesan truffle seasoning was really good. The loaded fries were too wet for me. The queso was a little runny so it made the fries soggy. I dont like soggy fries but my boyfriend liked those best. For my fellow ice lovers, they have really good crushed ice chips. I could eat a whole glass of the ice. Lol... The dining area is open. You can sit at the bar, high top tables, regular tables, and there were some half booth tables. There were 6 large screen TVs that had games on. The staff checked on us a number of times to make sure we didnt need anything. That was nice. This burger was definitely worth the drive. We are glad we gave it a try and would definitely come back again. I would like to try some of the other frozen drinks and maybe one of the chicken sandwiches
