Gusto Review - Beverly Grove - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Since opening in 2012, Gusto has been one of Beverly Grove’s best neighborhood Italian joints. Now, after a recent move to the old (and much bigger) Pistola space down the street, it’s even better. The place is packed, their new pizzas are solid, and all the old favorites (like bucatini carbonara) are as good as ever. Also, get involved with their cocktail situation. Date night in Beverly Grove just got easier." - Brant Cox

This mall is absolutely stunning! The architecture and layout are extremely well thought out, making it a truly enjoyable place to spend time. It looks phenomenal — from the elegant design to the beautifully maintained surroundings, everything feels upscale and inviting. There are so many great stores to explore, offering a wide variety of shopping options for everyone. One of the most unique and charming features is the small tram that runs through the mall — a fun and convenient way to get around, especially for families or anyone wanting to take a relaxing ride. Overall, it’s not just a place to shop, but an experience in itself. Highly recommended!

The Grove is a nice outdoor mall with a mix of high end stores. Around the holidays, especially at Christmas, the decorations are colorful and festive, which makes it a fun place to walk around. There’s a good movie theater and lots of places to eat. The Original Farmers Market is also here, it has a bunch of different food options, and the people working there are usually pretty friendly.

The Grove captures LA’s essence — trendy, fun, a little glam, and always photogenic. Whether you’re shopping, dining, or simply strolling under the string lights at dusk, The Grove offers a magical slice of Los Angeles life. The Grove is more than just a shopping mall — it’s a signature LA experience. From its open-air European-style streets to its dancing fountain synced to jazz and pop classics, everything about The Grove feels curated for an upscale yet relaxed vibe. 4 stars because for locals, this is a tourist place, and it became boring after coming too many times, especially every Christmas would be the almost same decoration, and theme😒😛 It is like The Americana at Brand in Glendale although I like the grove more. Shopping center is just once in a while for me. Most of the time, I like on-line shopping. There are so many unique brands from worldwide only online, and online offers more limited editions with better price. Walking here after dinner is just so good.

We always go to The Grove as a family. It has a very cozy atmosphere, with lots of shops and cafes to choose from. The kids enjoy the beautiful square with fountains, and there are often different events and entertainment. It’s very convenient to combine shopping and relaxation all in one place. We love spending our weekends there!

Google
A Charming Outdoor Mall with a Touch of Nostalgia The Grove offers a pleasant shopping and dining experience in an open-air setting. The design evokes a nostalgic, small-town feel, complete with a vintage-style trolley and synchronized fountain shows. It’s a great place to stroll, shop at well-known retailers, or catch a movie. Adjacent to The Grove is the historic Original Farmers Market, featuring a diverse array of food vendors and unique shops—a must-visit for food enthusiasts.

Must visit bustling outdoor shopping plaza developed by Cruzo company. It’s a safe haven in Hollywood area to spend a day with friends and family. For more info and to checkout new hot spots follow us on instagram @gemislist

Google
The Grove is really cool. It’s perfectly situated next to the farmers market, so there is a nice variety of things to do and see. I highly recommend the little double decker train that runs through the Grove. It’s super fun and family friendly. The Grove has a great selection of stores. Quite a few are high end admittedly, but they do have more affordable, yet trendy spots like Brandy Melville. Regardless, it’s a nice safe spot in LA that’s fun for the entire family, even if you’re just window shopping.

Yelp
The Grove is a stunning high-end outdoor shopping mall that perfectly combines trendy retailers, great restaurants, and entertainment, all set within a bustling promenade. Often compared to The Americana in Glendale, The Grove holds its own charm and character, making it a must-visit destination for locals and tourists alike. One of the most delightful aspects of The Grove is its outdoor setup. The architecture is elegant, with a beautiful fountain at its heart, and the entire area comes alive with intricate decorations, especially during the holidays. It feels magical when you stroll through the twinkling lights and festive displays, it's truly an experience that goes beyond shopping. The variety of stores is impressive, offering something for everyone. Whether you're searching for high-street favorites or indulging in luxury brands, there's no shortage of options. You can find everything from popular retailers to unique boutique shops that cater to all tastes and budgets. The shopping experience is elevated by the lively atmosphere, where every corner feels inviting and vibrant. But The Grove isn't just about shopping. The Original Farmers Market next door is one of the biggest highlights, and in my opinion, it's one of the best places to visit in Los Angeles. It's a haven for food lovers, offering a diverse range of cuisines and countless delicious options, from fresh produce to global delicacies. Whatever your taste, you're bound to find something that excites your palate. If you're looking for a place to unwind, The Grove is also home to fantastic restaurants. From casual eateries to upscale dining spots, the options are endless. A personal favorite of mine is The Cheesecake Factory, where you can enjoy a relaxing meal with a view of the bustling promenade below. There's something magical about dining here, especially when the sun sets and the lights of The Grove start to glow. The Grove is more than just a mall, it's a place to spend hours exploring, indulging, and enjoying. Whether you're browsing through the shops, savoring a meal, or simply soaking in the beauty of the surroundings, it's an experience that leaves you feeling happy and refreshed. The combination of luxury, charm, and culture makes it an unforgettable destination, perfect for a day out with friends, family, or even on your own. In my opinion, kids also will absolutely love it too because there's always music filling the air! The lively tunes add to the fun atmosphere, creating a cheerful vibe that makes the whole experience even more enjoyable for families. It's something kids and adults alike can enjoy together.

Yelp
Love the grove during the holidays! They have fake falling snow and lots of cute but boujee stores. Expect a lot of traffic going in and a lot of people traffic. Only thing I don't like is they don't validate parking (at least they didn't in my experience).

Yelp
This review is for Santa Christmas pictures. We paid in advance for the highest tier package. They have the nerve to ask people to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment only to make them stand in line and not be seen until 2 hours later. Once inside the Santa house, they rush you to snap pictures not even giving enough time to figure out how you want your pictures. Overpriced for such a horrible experience. We only came to this location because Glendale was all booked. Never had an issue with the Glendale location, they always respected the appointment time and was in and out with no issues. NEVER!!!! Coming back to the grove location. I emailed them to advise of our experience only to receive a short and cold response advising that no type of credit for the inconvenience would be given. Very rude people!!!

Yelp
Not close but worth the drive! I've been visiting the Grove for years, and I'm a huge fan of all the Caruso developments--this may have even been the first I ever visited! What makes the Grove so special? Beyond the upscale shopping and dining, it's the atmosphere. The Grove somehow feels like an escape from the usual bustle of LA. From the iconic trolley rides to the stunning fountain show set to music, every visit feels like an experience, not just a shopping trip. One of my absolute favorite times to visit is during the holiday season. The transformation gets me into the spirit: twinkling lights everywhere, an enormous Christmas tree that rivals anything you'd see in a Hallmark movie, and the whimsical decor that takes over every corner of the center. No matter what time of year, the Grove is worth every minute of the drive. Whether you're shopping, grabbing a bite, or simply strolling, it's a place that's as beautiful as it is memorable. And with the historic Farmer's Market right next door, there's even more to explore and so many incredible and diverse eatery options!

Yelp
There's really nothing else in Los Angeles like The Grove. This was one of the first of Rick Caruso's projects. He also created a small outdoor mall in Pacific Palisades and one in Glendale, but they still don't have the magic that The Grove has. So many people love this outdoor mall. It creates the illusion of being in a small, idyllic and kind of Disney-esque town. I love to take friends visiting L.A. here as it's a fun shopping and dining destination. You can make believe that it's a small town's downtown as each shop or storefront looks like it is an individual building with different storefronts, architectural façades & details. There's even a streetcar trolley. There's a nice variety and selection of stores ranging from athletic stores like Lululemon or Nike to upscale boutiques like Gucci. A small street that goes off the main street called Bow Street has a little café (LaLa Land). There's also a large AMC cinema playing movies. The outdoor mall is anchored by a very nice Nordstrom's. The best feature of The Grove is the lake with the musical fountains. It's like a mini version of the Las Vegas Bellagio fountains. At Christmas they put up this beautiful gigantic Christmas tree and have a giant Gingerbread house you can go into and see Santa Claus. It's super festive. The free streetcar trolley will take you on a trip around the lake and past all the stores. One of the streetcar's starting areas is in front of the Nike store where it stops for passengers. If you don't want to park your car by yourself, there is a valet parking service on The Grove Drive, which is to the east of the mall. You can enter The Grove Drive from Beverly Blvd. or from Third Street. Validated parking in the structure is free for two hours, but after that it goes up to $15; you can also park in the Farmer's Market next-door for 90 minutes with validation at one of the Farmer's Market restaurants or coffee shops (restaurants in The Grove cannot validate parking from the Farmer's Market). Some of the small stands and restaurants in the nearby Farmer's Market are less expensive and a better value if you decide that you don't want to eat at one of the more traditional and larger restaurants that are inside The Grove. If you need any help, the guest relations and customer service is located on the ground level of The Grove's main parking garage, as well as some very nice bathrooms.

Yelp
What a pleasant time at the Grove!!! Christmas time is magical here!!!! Well decorated throughout the whole place in such a beautiful manner. There is s Santa to take pictures with and he is extremely good!!!! Highly recommended

Yelp
The grove is a beautiful mall with many high end shops. They also have an AMC which I frequent regularly. Their barnes n nobles is also a popular spot. They have some food options which I haven't tried but they always are packed. Just be prepared for the parking because it fills up and can be a hassle. It is a very busy mall but a very beautiful one if you are okay with crowds.

Yelp
I don't think I've ever been here. My friend and I stopped here to walk around and do some window shopping. This place is like a glorious outdoor mall with a dash of Main Street from Disneyland and a sprinkle of Bellagio from Las Vegas. There's a lot going on here, so if you're not big on crowds, noise, or lights and sounds, this isn't for you. The shops are large, with some being 2 levels. There are restaurants galore with patio seating. I think the showstopper for me was the Farmer's Market. That place has all kinds of food and snacks. You can smell all of the different yummies as you walk through the vendors' individual shops. We checked out the Italian market inside, and made our way back out. The Apple store is ridiculously large! It's the biggest I've seen! The other stores we hit up were Sephora, Zara, Lululemon, and Alo. The Grove is a great place to shop and dine. There's a parking garage, where you pay for your ticket before leaving. The mini water show in front of the movie theater is pretty cool. They even have a trolley that moves through the center, in-between the stores, so watch out for that! I had a great time here, thanks to my buddy for taking me. I'm sure I'll be back again one day!

Yelp
Stopped by on Friday, 12/06/24. This outdoor mall is magically the best. I really enjoy walking around here. There's not much restaurants to dine in but the Farmers Market would be your go-to if you are looking for something more affordable and versatile. Tis the season, so I saw the gigantic Christmas tree which was spectacular! This place gets extremely festive during the winter holidays - a great vibe.

Yelp
This is an iconic area to hangout or spend a few hours in LA. While often chaotic because of the crowds, this spot really has a lot to offer in terms of dining and shopping. Plus, many beautiful spots to take photos. But what I love most about The Grove are the variety of pop-ups that show up throughout the year. This year alone I've been to pop-ups for The Outset, Kosas, Dolce & Gabbana, and Laneige. Many times these pop-ups will give away free samples or gifts with purchase. Additionally if you sign up for Caruso Rewards, you can earn points to get even more free stuff throughout the year. Sometimes even promotional items like water bottles and diapers. If you're not doing a ton of shopping or struggling with mobility issues, I highly recommend parking near Pan Pacific park to avoid paying for parking. If throngs of people stresses you out or triggers anxiety, I'd avoid this spot because it can be too much. But if you're looking for a scenic outdoor shopping experience, be sure to pay The Grove a visit.

Yelp
super crowded on weekends, especially holiday season! the parking makes me wanna T___T but it's so jolly and festive with so much to do! lots of shopping and eating/ drinking here with friends or family. honestly i wasn't even cold because of how many people were here @.@

Yelp
the grove is all about high-end shopping. from stores like Banana Republic and Louis Vuitton, to the best brands in the WRLD. you can actually catch celebrities around this area all the time. i would recommend a stroll through this beautiful area and check out this nice area in LA
google avatar

Yelp
The Grove is a foodie wonderland! Produce, food vendors, one of a kind offerings. Pickle sandwiches? Toffee and fudge candies? My head and stomach were spinning! Packed with masses during the holidays, so I'll be back in the New Year!
google avatar

Yelp
This outdoor place is pretty nice. Plenty of shops and restaurants, sitting areas to people watch and relax with parking nearby. The parking was $10 for a short stay. The vibe is definitely fancy chill. We would love to have a place like this closer to where we live, but it was a nice change of scenery for a few hours. We came for the Laneige Pop Up on 11/10/24.

Yelp
We went to Beverly Hills and the Airbnb we stayed in was just a mile away from the grove. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the Grove. The Grove is an open-air shopping complex. We noticed a cable car running around the complex and since it was almost Halloween, they had several Halloween decorations scattered around the complex. We saw several well-known eateries, coffee shops, clothing/apparel shops as well as mom-and-pop shops. While walking around, we found the Farmer's Market The Farmers Market is a nice place to walk and browse around. I think there are more than 100 stalls inside the Farmer's Market. We found several eateries, fruit/vegetable stalls, drinks, bakeries, and other stalls that sell different kinds of items. You will be amazed at how you can shop and how big this Farmers Market is. If you want to purchase any items to eat, they have several tables and chairs for you to seat and enjoy your food. If it's your first time at the Grove, you stroll around the open-air complex and then visit their Farmer's Market to experience a total shopping feeling.

Yelp
The Grove is probably my favorite 'mall' in LA. I mean, is it really a mall? It's so dang classy. Y'all, Taylor Swift premieres her concert movies here - it's that fancy. Kanye & Bianca come eat at the Cheesecake here in her barely there, nude colored attire. When at the Grove, look around, because you never know who you'll see walk by. Rick Caruso is in the man behind the brand and you'll know it while here. He plasters his name on everything, with even the reward points being called Caruso Bucks. It's very Trump-esque of him and he even has a spray tan like D.T. Big difference though, he cares about other humans and actually seems like a decent guy. Just a little full of himself lol, but I've seen him a few times in person and he is a charismatic man! Builder aside, the Grove is such a beautiful area in the city. The fountain and little courtyard are just gorgeous. They throw a Santa with his reindeers into the air during the holidays. Music plays throughout and it's just a beautiful area to hang out at. Shops include a few luxury brands like Michael Kors and Coach (Gucci is coming soon, woohoo!), but also stores that are more helpful on the daily like Apple, Banana, Sephora, Nike and Nordstrom's. There are a couple of outliers in the shops though like Barnes (i had no idea they were still open) and Brandy Melville (haven't we all watched the documentary by now? this place is toxic) but overall, I'm cool with the shopping options. Food galore to be had here. That aforementioned Cheesecake I've been to a few times. And that's me not even diving to the Farmers Market which is basically a part of the Grove, having tons of food stalls to pick from. Blue Ribbon is a staple, a few coffee shops, chocolates from See's, surprisingly good Chill Since '93, and the spot I visit most at The Grove - the Sprinkles kiosk. I love me their cookies. I'm glad there is an AMC theater here for movies, but it needs some updating. It gets the job done though. I love that I can get car handwashed for $25 while I watch a movie, eat a meal or do some shopping. I love that they give water bottles out, red envelopes for Lunar New Year and do other fun promotional items throughout the year. It gets me to The Grove and spending money so they know how to lure us in. We even did an amazingly fun drag Bingo last year during Pride. The Grove puts on amazing events! Tons of kids activites, too - keep an eye on their calendar. I'm a huge fan of The Grove - truly a LA staple! I will most def be back a million times over.
google avatar

Keya S.

Yelp
The Grove is a cool place, however the parking costs are now astronomical and for what? To park your car and go there to shop and spend money! We won't be going back as they changed their parking policies and it's not in the interest of the people. If people stop going then they'll be forced to revert parking prices back to normality!
google avatar

Shannon N.

Yelp
Feel as though this is mostly a tourist destination now; heck, I came here as one before I moved out here. Naturally, stores have changed over time. Going back, I remember there was a huge Abercrombie store near the Nordstrom which has become a Nike. There was also a flagship Victoria's Secret near Barnes and Noble, and a Banana Republic was where TopShop took over, which is currently an empty space. Dominque Ansel with their cronuts soon became Curtis Stone's Picnic Society, which is now Alma. What was Pacific theater is now an AMC. Farmers Market will still bring people in due to their unique offerings, and although I used to avoid this part of the property, now I find myself wandering the area whenever I stop by. However, haven't done so in a while since the parking rate is ridiculous for what this place is, and you have Century City so close by which offers at least one hour free (their AMC validates for 2-3 hours) and the same if not better shops. Unless I'm here for a screening, I avoid The Grove at all costs, when there is so much more offered elsewhere.

Yelp
I love going here during the holidays, especially! Wonderful decorations, very clean fun place to visit. A lot of great restaurants with scrumptious food and movie theater! Great shopping as well!
google avatar

Meya B.

Yelp
The Grove has a lot of high end stores so it's where I go when I want to buy a nicer gift for a family member. The staff in the shops usually are very helpful from the places I've shopped at. They also have a good food court selection, a lot better than some other malls. It's just really crowded and parking is expensive
google avatar

Ivy L.

Yelp
The Grove has it all! It's one of those places where you can shop, eat, drink, and watch a movie. They have some iconic sceneries throughout the year depending on which brand is having a pop up and it's especially magical during the Christmas holiday where they set up the holiday decor and have "snow" fall during the evening. Some big brand names at the grove include Nike, Nordstrom, Diptyque, Le Labo, Gap, Sephora, Apple, Michael Kors, Alo, Barnes and Noble, Aritzia, and Banana Republic. The restaurants and coffee shops have rotated around a bit between the years but they have Pressed juicery, LalaLand, and various restaurants. I love that you can also walk across the street to the World Market and the Container store. There is a parking structure attached to the Grove itself. The area is kept clean and there is a tram that can take you from one end to the other! I love that there is plenty of outdoor seating and some grassy areas where you can sit and hang out. They have a designated area for uber pick up as well.
google avatar

Teresa T.

Yelp
Really had a great time exploring all what The Grove had to offer. Didn't get to shop everywhere yet got to hit a few spots that were on my daughter's list. Each place was well attended to and had good customer service. Definitely recommend this place for shopping and just site seeing. There is a beautiful pond in the middle that has a water show playing to music. There is a trolley going back and forth the main strip. For parking the height limit is 7'2". We made it with the 15 passenger van. Handicap Parking is only on the first floor. Ofthwe floors have elevator and escalators.

Elizabeth ..

Yelp
Love the Grove! If wanting a nice day out with friends or family choose the grove! Many restaurants to choose from and places to shop!
google avatar

WW L.

Yelp
Vegas vibe. Too crowded, store sells stuff more expensive than online and long lines in fitting room and restroom. Maybe for people watch, but not in the mood to shop here. Expensive parking. Parking validation does not work. First visit will also be my last visit.
google avatar

Rachel T.

Yelp
Came by to grab some lunch and the ambiance was nice as they started decorating for the winter season. The parking however though is tough and that one crosswalk is quite bad. The one that runs through the Grove is nearly impossible to cross unless you get lucky by some nice pedestrians or really inch your way though.
google avatar

Jodie F.

Yelp
Pretty outdoor mall. Conveniently connected to the original farmers market. Just your typical big brand stores like Apple, Nike, Sephora etc. Wouldn't say it's one of my favorite malls in LA but it's aesthetically pleasing for sure! Lol.
google avatar

Robert R.

Yelp
The service is always amazing! Valet, self park if you prefer with plenty of space available. I visit for the assortment of restaurants and specially the Farmers Market Christmas is exceptionally special Cheers!
google avatar

Lexi S.

Yelp
The grove is an upscale collection of stores, bars, restaurants, and eateries. There's a book store, and during the holidays it's always decorated beautifully and fun! They have casual places to dine and some nicer places as well as spots to just grab quick bite at. The large market behind the grove is so much fun to explore as well. I would suggest coming with friends, family, for a date or a girls day and enjoying yourself. Bring cash, but many places accept credit cards as well. Workers everywhere are friendly and happy to serve you. Love the Italian restaurant here, and they even have a Cheesecake Factory to please everyone! All price points can be happy.
google avatar

Danielle H.

Yelp
I always love a good trip to the grove. Just know that it is borderline always crowded and parking if you don't get it validated will be expensive. (I forgot to validate and paid $42 for three hours. The farmer's market is always amazing. Long lines but there is something for everyone when you eat there. Highly suggest going for the holidays as it is beautiful.
google avatar

Ted C.

Yelp
Honestly? It's a mall-yes there's a lot of flash and dazzle and it's like the 'Farmer's Market's' retail cousin. Is Christmas here fun? It can be and Santa's here but you have to make an appointment and there's a line and the whole experience reminds you that...yeah, it's a mall. Sure, you get the occasional pop-up but there's a Barnes and a Cheesecake factory-basically as mall-y as you can get. I've had a drink at the bar near the pond and it was fine but aside from that, I don't know just pretty basic.
google avatar

Carmela B.

Yelp
The only good thing is the valet. Santa pictures - the worst. They cut off our heads! The camera wasn't working this past week. Save the $100 and go to century city. Their Santa setup is way better too. Customer service: varies by stores. Nothing special. I usually purchase online to avoid the crowds and the staffs bad attitudes. I don't know when it became okay to be rude at your place of work.
google avatar

Namir K.

Yelp
On a labour day weekend, after some errands at the flagship Nike store, I relaxed eating some ice cream and listening to a good band. The atmosphere was chill and everyone was having a good time . I wonder if there is live music every Saturday afternoon. If that's the case, it is a great idea: Well done Mr Caruso.
google avatar

Michelle C.

Yelp
Amazing!!!! They have a lot of different types of restaurants and shops that I can explore at!!!!!! I definitely will come over there again when I get the chance to!!!!! Five stars is exactly my total rating!!!! Thank you guys so much for everything!!!!!! =^__^=
google avatar

Melanie T.

Yelp
When I was little, this was the place to go for Christmas. I don't know what happened over the last decade but it has sadly gone downhill. I remember when I was younger, there were a bunch of gingerbread houses along the road of the Grove. Now it's just one giant Christmas tree and a Santa Home in the middle. Very disappointed. I'm not sure if they do themes every year but this year was unimpressive. Parking can be just a mess. It's expensive to park. But if you make it to the roof parking, you could see the Hollywood sign. There aren't that many stores I like. The best was Barnes and Noble so that was worth a visit. The farmers market can be fun place to get food and share with your group. But again, it is super crowded. Just people everywhere. There's another similar smaller one in Glendale and it's so much better than the Grove.
google avatar

Tammy S.

Yelp
The mall is great and this review is just for the parking validation policy. I asked a couple of stores if they validate and they said up to two hours. Anything over that would be charged. Pretty standard. I went to pay after being there for 2 hours and 10 minutes and they charged by the full 3 hours. Apparently the validation expires if you don't leave within 2 hours. What a stupid policy. They don't want people to linger and shop. They want to you to leave! This is false advertising as every single shop I went has said the opposite of what the policy says. How can they have a policy that none of the staff are trained on? Anyone interested in lawyering up with me? We can take them to court for false advertising and maybe a few other things. The management is ripping people off!

Kary M.

Yelp
I wholeheartedly recommend this destination for shopping and dining, the atmosphere is charming, the staff are courteous, and the service is superb.
google avatar

Kisha L.

Yelp
The Grove is a great place to hang out and enjoy family and friends. Plenty of nice eateries and shopping. The service is good and they have a great selectionof restaurants and stores. Great bargains when stores have a sale.
google avatar

Jordynn B.

Yelp
I love coming here right before they are opening because they're so easy parking and it is so quiet. I love to walk the sidewalk in the morning taking a nice little quiet walk with not too many people. I got myself a nice avocado toast and sat down in a little Italy by the Gucci store. I don't normally always go to the Grove but when I do come here, clean everything and type of people that visit
google avatar

Travis T.

Yelp
The nice thing about dining at the Original Farmers Market in L.A. is that the Grove shopping center is next door. I will usually have a stroll around here to walk off my full stomach after a meal at the Market. The Grove is a 575,000-square-foot outdoor marketplace that has a number of retail shops and restaurants to dine at. Nordstrom, Madewell, Michael Kors and Lululemon are some of the big name stores here. You can also find more affordable places like J. Crew, GAP, Vans and Banana Republic. The Grove has a large Apple Store if you are looking for something on the technology side of things. At the center of the Grove is a park area with a fountain where you can sit down and enjoy some live entertainment.

Claire T.

Yelp
The Grove is a fun place to go, especially if you have out of town guest. It's got wonderful shops and restaurants a huge Barnes & Noble that's three stories high and the trolley is free and then right next door is farmers market with lots of interesting little shops and food with a huge selection of chocolate and nuts and even a butcher shop parking is cheaper at the Grove than it is at the farmers market Parking lot. The dancing water is entertaining for kids.

Yelp
The Grove is a high-end shopping destination in So Cal for shopping, dining and entertainment. It is open 365 days per a year. The trolley is the best way to take in the sights at The Grove. I highly recommend you take a ride on the trolley especially if you have young children. Every hour the fountain will have a show. The fountain was designed by the same company that designed the famed Bellagio Casino in Las Vegas. It is cool to see the different decorations for different holidays. I'm looking forward to coming back in the wintertime to take in the sights and see the Christmas/Holiday Decorations .

Yelp
Thank you Rick Caruso. What an honor and privilege it is to pay you $20 fu@!,ing dollars to park my car in your garage. No doubt you need every penny of residents and tourists money to leave my car in one place for three hours. Also why is there no cell service in this mall? The Grove and Farmers Market are great. It's a shame they (Rick) needs to gouge everyone which means it will be another ten years before I return. We need to not support places like this. What's the justification for the parking prices? It's a giant piece of cement that you leave your car at while you spend more money on terrible food at places like La Piazza.

Yelp
Great place to people watch, browse, catch a movie. There are usually events and/or entertainment going on especially around holidays. It's pretty packed during the holidays and long lines for Santa photos. Parking can be crazy. Absolutely do not park at Whole Foods and then walk to the Grove; that's a guaranteed citation. I also want to make people aware there could be scammers that may approach you while shopping. There was a lady with a kid, both in winter coats, that was going around asking for $5 and she seemed angry if you didn't give it to her. There was nothing nice in the way that she asked. They were definitely not homeless and she was talking on her cell at the same time she asked for money. Not often but I've seen celebs shopping here.

Yelp
There is a sightseeing tram. The wait time was just 15 minutes. It was a pleasant time here. The Grove is a fantastic center in Los Angeles that combines shopping, dining, and entertainment seamlessly. Great place to walk around with a nice fountain nearby with ample restaurants to choose from. The ambiance is lively, with beautifully landscaped areas and charming shops. Whether you're a fashion enthusiast or a foodie, The Grove has something for everyone. Love the Apple Store great interior . The variety of stores is impressive, and the outdoor atmosphere makes it a delightful place to stroll around. Don't miss the iconic dancing fountain - a perfect spot for photos. Plus, the dining options are top-notch, offering a diverse culinary experience. The Grove is a must-visit destination that captures the essence of LA's vibrant lifestyle. Parking in garage costs 5$ per hour for first three hours .

Yelp
This is nice outdoor mall with a variety of stores catering to just about everyone's likes. My favorite was the three story Barnes and Noble in the center with just about every genre of books covered in the beautiful interior. The Apple Store with its cavernous ceiling and live trees lining the edges was unique. The stores that attracted hoards of teenage girls were Edikted and Brandies, the latter had a cafe that served pizza and other assorted treats. There's a nice center area with live music and a lively atmosphere with restaurants and cafes surrounding it. I'm deducting a couple of stars for the atrocious overpriced and misleading parking rates. When we paid for the parking at the kiosk it was $19. Just waiting in the parking lot for five minutes tacked another $3 at the exit! How's that?

Yelp
A really fun outdoor and indoor shopping area. You can park at the garage here or nearby like the Whole Foods or Trader Joe parking lot (for the latter, you can get parking validated by buying items from there). Especially liked that you could find cool sweets like ice cream sundae from Dylan's Candy Bar. This area is a vibe. At the middle of it all is a fountain that has a choreographed water show. Can be a fun date idea or just something interesting to hang out at , with a group.

Yelp
My teenage daughter & her friend brought me here. It took us almost 2 hours to get there. Google Map was off, taking us South on the 60 to go back up North on the 10. Upon exit to surface streets, there was SO MUCH TRAFFIC. I love that LA is a melting pot, but the traffic and parking is ALWAYS a turn off. We ate at a place that had 1/2 portions, which was nice to see in such a high end shopping center. However, the server informed us to go to Barnes & Noble to get our parking validated. Barnes & Noble refused to validate without making a purchase. The cashier said that we can buy something as small as a pen. So when my daughter got the pen, the cashier then said that we had to get in the super long line. All this over validations. We gave up and just paid the $17 parking, which could have been $35 if we stayed longer. Also, we went to a store called Edikted & there was a big screen TV that showcased models with revealing clothes. I don't get why this is so popular these days. It's no different than when hip hop/wrap music was all about SEX. I think the half-naked showcase is getting so old that it has gotten to a point where on the outside, people don't say anything anymore. It will probably phase itself out some day, but for the time being, it's just annoying. People want clean fun, not dirty trash.
