"The Guesthouse is right next to Sunroom, its sister bar. And the two spots complement each other nicely. There are more animated conversations and spontaneous high-fives happening here. The cocktail menu focuses on classic drinks like Tom Collins and margaritas. Stuff that’s easy to order and sip while loudly schmoozing with the happy hour crowds that gather around the square bar. It’s a fun spot to hit up after work or before dinner. If you’re looking for a place where you can thoughtfully sip a complex cocktail, you’ll want to walk next door to Sunroom." - ryan pfeffer, cheryl rodewig

"Quality quaffs in pretense-free digs are lure enough for liquorists to the Guesthouse in Mills 50. By day, the large square bar at the space’s core is bathed in sunlight and potted plants happily photosynthesize around its perimeter. By night, the bar takes on an ethereal complexion as guests purposefully sip between two ferns (or more) and barkeeps swizzle and shake potent potables of the highest order. Out in the back parking lot, an Airstream trailer serving cocktails keeps the party going." - Faiyaz Kara

"The Guesthouse is an airy, bright space with white walls, metal bar stools, and a dramatic backlight bar. There are lots of plants and black-and-white prints, adding to the bohemian, tropical vibe. The small cocktail menu is heavy on well-done classics, like the Army Navy, a blend of gin, orgeat, lemon, and angostura. There's also an extensive (and reasonably priced) wine list that includes some bottles that feel a bit more obscure for central Florida." - Laura Ratliff
