All the Restaurant Openings in Dallas and Fort Worth for March 2025 | Eater Dallas

"A multi-level, Hamptons-themed outpost that embraces millennial-friendly decor—think a neon “rosé all day” sign and a grass wall—offering indoor and outdoor dining across four stories. The menu features coastal comfort items like lobster rolls served Maine-style with mayo or warmed Manhattan/Connecticut-style with butter, along with steak frites, smash burgers, braised short ribs and weekend brunch; the owners also plan to add a private club in the building at a later date." - Courtney E. Dined here with Hubby on a Sunday for brunch, it was actually Father’s day. Just the two of us, kiddos were away and we didn’t have a reservation. We were able to sit at the bar and eat. They had a live musician which was a nice vibe. The atmosphere is nice as well, the service was good and we would return based on those two things. The food was only okay, and for the price not sure what the deal is. My hubby had a basic breakfast and i had avocado toast. We only had mimosas so i can’t really rate the drinks.

Had dinner here on a Saturday night and it was a full vibe from start to finish. Parking can be a bit of a mission downtown (especially on weekends), but once we made it in, everything flowed. We had an 8pm reservation and got seated in under 2 minutes off to a good start. Our server, Porshala, was incredible. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure the whole night ran smooth. We started with the Bang Bang Chicken and Heirloom Carrots, For drinks we tried the Harbor Breeze and the I Like It A Yacht refreshing and well-made, though they could’ve gone a little easier on the ice-to-drink ratio. For entrees, we ordered the Creamy Spicy Vodka Pasta with Salmon and the White Truffle Mac Pasta. Easily some of the best pasta I’ve had in Dallas definitely top 5 worthy. To close out the night, we split the Banana Cream Pie a bit different than expected but honestly a really good twist that brought the whole meal full circle.

I’ve been to The Hampton Social several times in different states, and I have to say I’m in love with the new downtown Dallas location! The downstairs space is open and airy, creating a cool beach dinner vibe. We were seated at a half booth inside the restaurant, and to the left was a gorgeous patio, perfect for a cool spring evening. For entrees, my family and I ordered the creamy spicy vodka pasta, shrimp tacos, and fish and chips. I added blackened salmon to my pasta, which was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. My family enjoyed their meals as well. The shrimp tacos were flavorful, and the fish and chips were served hot with a nice crispy batter. The only downside was finding out at the end of the meal that adding blackened salmon to my pasta cost an extra $17. I would’ve appreciated if the server had let me know about the additional charge upfront. At that price, I would’ve just ordered the salmon entrée instead. While the visit had its highlights, a little more transparency around pricing would’ve made the experience better.

The Hampton Social has plenty of strengths but also comes up short in a few ways. The comfortable and visually appealing atmosphere combined with a variety of seating options is great. The food was “good+”. The monkey bread and chicken bites were excellent. The carnivore pizza was good and the salt on the crust was unique, but I would order something else next time. I asked to hold the bacon and put it on the side. The pizza was served with bacon on it and a side of bacon strips with an additional charge on our check…The lobster roll was boring, felt heavy, and was absolutely not worth $40. The service met the minimum expectation. It wasn’t bad by any means. It just was average. The check contained some annoying fees and my leftover pizza was folded up and squished into a to-go box for a side item, not a pizza box. For a $225 lunch, they have to do better than that…

What a fantastic place to eat. The food and the service were awesome. Our server Donovan went above and beyond and made the experience better. I would highly recommend.

Google
Porshala was our server and she definitely made the vibe! The rooftop and 2nd floor were closed in August for heat but she took us up to see it at least which was amazing. The food was great and good drinks. There was a service charge of $9 and a $10 events fee charge which I was confused by both of them combined but oh well. I’m glad to have tried and especially for the service. $70 between us both for an entree split between two and two drinks.

Everything was amazing! I want to specifically give recognition to our waitress, Porshala. She made our experience amazing. She took good care of us 🙏🏼

Received amazing service from Alex and Nikki! Food was 10/10. The environment is very relaxing on a sailboat with seaside music playing. Calamari was fresh with hints of fried jalapeños & lemon for flavor. Our little man loved his chicken strips and fries. The truffle Mac with shrimp added is highly recommended. The sausage pizza was very delicious; the garlic butter crust is absolutely to die for. For drinks the sweet tea is so fresh but more importantly the mermaid mist was my all time favorite. Blue raspberry with cream reminded me of being on the beach! Finished with the banana cream pie if you don’t leave without ordering this then what are you really doing? It was the best. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Yelp
This spot is a whole vibe! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm, modern, and inviting--perfect for a date night or a night out with friends. The drinks were well-crafted and refreshing. I highly recommend trying the Resort Water or the Seersucker Squeeze--both were flavorful and balanced without being overpowering. Now, let's talk food. I ordered the salmon and the lobster roll, and both were absolutely delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly--moist, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The lobster roll was fresh and buttery, with just the right amount of seasoning. Great vibe, great food, great drinks. I'll definitely be coming back--and bringing friends with me next time!

Yelp
Made reservations for National Oyster Day Dollar Oysters. Ad on Facebook said min of 6 oysters. We showed up, they told us they're behind. That's fine, we wait to be seated. We get seated, server tells us kitchen is behind. Cool, we're fine with waiting. Server tells us it's a max of 12 oysters per person. It doesn't say anywhere. But whatever, we'll get our dozen per person and go on our way, order some food to hold us over. Server comes back, says they're out of oysters. It's barely 7 PM. There's still a whole night of disappointment ahead. Piss poor planning by management. I feel bad for the server.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, my one and only visit left a lot to be desired. I was so disappointed I debated on whether to finish this review. I visited back in March a few weeks after they opened. I went during afternoon but after what would have been the lunch-hour rush. Upon entering the door, I was a bit turned off as the first thing I see is a sign stating there is an 18% service charge applied to all bills to "ensure fair wages and benefits for all team members all year long". To be fair, it did state that 100% of this fee goes to the service staff. While I appreciate them being upfront and making sure people know about this, I always struggle with fees like this as where I come from, gratuity is given voluntarily and should not be an obligation. That said, since I had walked over, I decided to move forward with trying the place. The ambiance inside is great!! It's easy to see that a major investment went into the interior. Add to that, they have a patio which I walked around and checked out be decided to dine inside. The patio is really nice with the only downside being it's right next to Pegasus Plaza which, at times, can be a lovely park in the heart of downtown. On the other hand, there are times when the park is filled with the people experiencing homelessness who at times are known to bathe in the fountain. They also have a rooftop patio which I did not get to check out. Once seated inside, I ended up waiting ~15 minutes before anyone acknowledge me and then waited another ~10 minutes for water. Needless to say, things were not off to a great start. After another ~10 minutes, the server came back and took my order. I went with the Shelter Island Chicken Sandwich which is crispy fried, contains slaw, apple, Swiss cheese, pickles, spicy aioli and is accompanied with housemade chips. The server mentioned that I could get tater tots or fries in place of the chips if I wanted which so I chose fries. Of course, what the server failed to mention is there was an up-charge for the tots which I discovered up receiving my bill. It ended up taking another ~25 minutes for my sandwich to come out which would have been understandable had the place been busy. By the time my sandwich arrived, I was super hungry and looked forward to the first bite. Considering everything that was on the sandwich, I expected to experience an explosion of flavors and unfortunately, that did not happen. I tried a second bite hoping it would improve but I quickly realized a bland tasting sandwich was the best it was going to be. That's when I told myself that if I was going to have fried chicken, I should have just gone to Popeye's, as it would have been more fulfilling than what I was having. Reluctantly, I finished my meal and kept an eye out for the server so I could get my bill. It was dropped off and the server disappeared again. It was taking so long for the server to return that I started to QR code to pay but then I realized there would more service fees and charges. Also, I saw in another review stating that when paying via the QR code there is an additional mandatory gratuity of 3%, 5% or 7%. Considering my experience, I had zero desire to encounter that so I waited another ~10 minutes before the server reappeared. For me, this another of the many Instagrammable restaurants, upscale ambiance while lacking when it comes to food and service. That said, maybe I just caught them on an off-day but considering all the added fees, etc. I'm not sure I will return. While I did not have a cocktail, this could be a good spot for happy hour or post dinner drinks (after dining somewhere else).

Yelp
I've been to a couple of Hampton Social locations in the past, so I was excited to try the new Dallas location. It was easy to make a reservation, and was able to book a dinner reservation for a Friday night. This location is located downtown, so parking was tricky. The hostess informed me that they plan to get valet parking soon. The location itself was very pretty, with 3 floors of seating. My friends and I were sat on the second floor. I will say it was hard to hear each other, and voices bounced off the wall from nearby tables, so keep that in mind. As for the food, we shared an appetizer and I had the caesar salad with tots on the side. The salad was just ok as well as the tots. It was a consensus at the table that we would return for drinks, but would skip eating a meal here.

Yelp
Host was super friendly and we got sat right away, didn't have a reservation on a Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Hunter out server was super knowledgeable on the history of the restaurant & the menu, he was amazing. This is definitely a great spot for girls night or any celebration dinners. Now for the food The calamari- seasoned well and super crispy. Can definitely tell it's fresh. Brussel spouts- the flavor was amazing, the goat cheese on the bottom was to die for with the flavor of the spouts and almonds. Vodka pasta- quite spicy but still really good. Pizza- taste like the best cheesy garlic bread you'd ever imagine. Truffle fries- these were SO good because the truffle was all throughout not just on top. Water- we might've been dumb young girls but the still water $9/ bottle. Should've gotten tap!

Yelp
The Dallas venue occupies a historic 1916 building, previously home to the Iron Cactus restaurant. The four-story, 17,224-square-foot space was transformed by global design firm Harrison to reflect The Hampton Social's signature breezy, coastal aesthetic. Design elements include whitewashed wood, rope accents, exposed brick, and a 360-degree bar featuring the brand's iconic "Rosé All Day" neon sign . Each level offers a distinct experience: * Ground Floor: Main dining area with indoor-outdoor seating facing Pegasus Plaza. * Second Floor: An intimate dining space, including a library with royal blue bookshelves for private events. * Third Floor: A rooftop bar designed for vibrant, cocktail-focused socializing. * Basement: The Hampton House, an exclusive members-only club offering a refined social setting with small plates and an elevated beverage program. * Friendly and Attentive Staff: The waitstaff is friendly and attentive. Our server was "very kind and took great care of us," enhancing our dining experience.

Yelp
The Hampton Social in Dallas is officially my new go-to! I grabbed a seat on the 3rd floor rooftop and the vibe was perfect--great views, great energy. I ordered the Brussels sprouts, the Carne Amore pizza (staff recommendation and a solid one), and the lobster roll. Everything was flavorful and fresh. I usually visit The Hampton Social in Orlando every year, but this Dallas location is much larger and somehow even better. Love seeing one of my favorite spots thriving in a new city!

Yelp
Music was so loud, I could not hear anyone t the table and we were sitting right next to each other. Food was overpriced but the service was excellent. Taste wise, I probably could have made something better at home, sorry. You're essentially paying for the aesthetic not the food. Would I go back? Probably not. Be aware, there is an 18% gratuity added to all bile, regardless of your party size....HOWEVER, if you use my referral link for the "Inkind" food app (white text, yellow box logo) you can save 20% off your ENTIRE bill plus you'll get $25 off any meal over $50. See my QR code below and save money while you're at it :)) Side note: The signage inside caused all my photos to have a red tint to them so I had to edit that tint out

Yelp
The ambience is so nice! It gets very busy over the weekend so reserve a table ahead of time and they won't seat you until all guests arrive. Food- hit or miss. Fish- it was ok Marinara pasta- good Mimosa- good Truffle fries- were not too crispy

Yelp
Overall 4.5 service was good. I enjoyed the Greek bowl with added chicken and the non alcoholic drink harbor breeze recommended by the bartender. Appreciated the convenience of their kitchen staying open late enough so we were able to get a warm meal near our hotel. Only reason I held half a star is the fact that we could only sit at the bar while many other tables were open.

Yelp
Went for my birthday and it was cute. Had the Hamptons feel with the blue and white vibe. It was live music for a while. The service was good. Daniel was very good. The food was good. Pizza was oven brick. The lobster roll looked good. I was told it was good the truffle fries were good. The burger was ok. It was missing something. The Wycliffe sparking wine was surprisingly good. I didn't like that there were lips on the glasses. Had to change them out several times.

Yelp
TL;DR: Come for the cocktails and coastal vibes, stay for the brussels sprouts. The rest of the food? Meh. Sunset, spritz, and live music will distract you from the mid-menu. Valet required--so bring your fanciest attitude and $10. I'll start off by saying as a downtown resident I really was rooting for this place. But they're not there. Not yet anyway. Read on for more. This place feels like it was designed by someone who said, "Let's make a restaurant that feels like a beach house curated by my Pinterest board, but, like... in downtown Dallas." And honestly? Mission accomplished. Let's start with the real MVP: the brussels sprouts. I know, I know. You don't come to places like this thinking vegetables are gonna rock your world. But these did. Crispy, savory, and somehow more memorable than the main courses. They deserve a standing ovation and their own front page. Now, the rest of the food? It looked great on the plate but didn't exactly leave me texting my group chat in all caps. Definitely a little style over substance. Not bad--just not brussels sprouts good, ya know? Drinks, though? Absolute stars. Gorgeous presentations, solid flavor, and if you get one of the staff's recommendations, it'll feel like you're sipping something from a lifestyle influencer's dream reel. You may be paying $15+ for a drink, but at least it comes with a mini performance and a vibe. The setting is where this place really wins--part indoor, part patio, all vibes. Sunset rolls in, live music starts playing, and suddenly you're feeling like you're on a beach date... until the valet reminds you you're in Dallas and it's $10 to reclaim your car. Final verdict? Come for the drinks, the sprout sorcery, and the ambiance. Just don't set your foodie heart too high on the entrées.

Yelp
I really wanted to fall in love with this place! Wait, let me stop. I'm playing myself. I knew exactly what this was going to be. Typical instagrammable restaurant. Gorgeous views! Upscale, beachy vibes! But the fare? Meh. This is one beautiful restaurant! Wow. These folks spent some major coins! The food and service fell a little short. Super small portions for the price! The fish sandwich is like 3 levels up from McDonald's. Delicious! The monkey bread was monkey bread. The tuna tartare was pretty damn yummy...just wish there was more of it. Every drink we tried was delectable....nothing really to write home about...pretty to look at, though! Service was a little slow but I get it. Gotta work out the kinks! Anywho, Did I mention that this restaurant is stunning?

Yelp
Not sure why a low rating but my experience was good. Went for happy hour. I tried the signature rosé which was pretty good. Also the coastal sunrise cocktail - I had it made with no habanero cause I don't like spicy. Enjoyed the pizza and spinach dip. Everything tasted good. I only wish they would not limit the HH options to just the bar. Sitting on the tall bar stools isn't the most comfortable for me. Bartender was nice and friendly.

Yelp
Hampton Social is a vibrant restaurant filled with coastal themed decor and cute neon signs throughout the dining areas. When we entered there were a few people ahead of us. We scheduled a reservation for 1:30 but for some reason the hostess was double checking to see if they could accept online reservations.. a bit odd. After speaking with other servers, she stated it would be a 10 minute wait. Unfortunately, the wait was much longer than 10 minutes and there were actually quite a few open tables. I could sense something was array as the manager was handling a lot of things and seemed a bit frantic. When we were seated, our server was ready to quickly assist us and was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the honey glazed salmon which accompanies power greens and heirloom carrots. My fiancé ordered the skirt steak frites with the heirloom carrots. The food was flavorful and cooked perfectly. There was a bit of confusion on the Mac and cheese as it stated it comes as a side when I received mine it was an entire pasta dish which I stated I did not want. I decided not to bring it up and just took the rest ToGo. Overall, it was a fairly good experience but it is a new establishment so they are probably still trying to find their groove. I will be back in a few months to see what changes are made.

Yelp
We have come for a National Oyster Day for $1 oyster special, but the restaurant have run out of oysters! The food was ok, nothing to complain about, but a bit overpriced.

Yelp
Calamari, Oysters, Tuna Tartare, Truffle Fries, Fried Brussels Sprouts, Lobster Roll Solid brunch spot! We loved the vibes. We ordered a ton of share appetizers for the table, all of which were excellent. The Lobster Roll fell flat though--definitely something i would avoid next time, but all the other entrees looked great! Yummy brunch drinks and coffees too!

Yelp
This place has a cute decor. I ordered the beets and lobster Mac and cheese and both were good. We loved our dessert and thought about coming back just for that! I will say that the service was slow.

Yelp
Food 10/10 Ambiance 10/10 Service... hmm lol. The server we had was hot and cold. I won't say his name because I think he may have been a little overwhelmed or been having an off day. He started out nice, and he was very meticulous handing us each our menu and laying out the napkin for each of us, but then he started to have a full attitude and be snippy when we asked questions for clarification on certain things. Then he would go back to being super friendly and provided great recommendations so the jury is out, however when we did have some issues, we spoke with the manager and he was SO amazing and attentive and truly went above and beyond to talk with us and explain our confusion. Anyway! The restaurant is beautiful. We ate outside on the first floor. There are 3 floors in total. The roof is totally uncovered, but they have indoor and outdoor seating on the first two floors. The food was really good. The cocktails were also really good and strong as well. The food is priced a little higher, but honestly it's at the correct price point there was nothing we didn't love. We got the calamari and Brussels sprouts as starters. My friends all got the lobster rolls and I got the salmon. They loved the lobster rolls and I absolutely loved the salmon. The greens and carrots it comes with are SO good and the glaze is amazing. I was between that and the short rib, but I'm so happy with my choice. (I'll be back to try the short rib!) Despite our server having an off day, I'd say the Hampton social is the place to be this summer. 10/10, highly recommend. We tried all of the margaritas as well as the drink with bubbles lol (I can't remember the name) but they were all great. The resort water was everyone's favorite. If you like cucumber and want something refreshing definitely go with that!

Yelp
The service was incredible-- so great job there. The atmosphere / vibes were awesome, The Hampton Social is a dope spot. The food was mediocre at best especially for the prices. I see huge potential here (even would book your 3rd story for a private event) I LOVED the people watching advantage from the balcony. This is a great place to have an elegant date night or girls night out for dinner. Parking: Park at Third Rail Parking Garage on Elm St. Easy in and out. You pay with phone app scanned upon entrance.

Yelp
Checked out Hampton social as my mom was wanting to come here since she really liked the Tennessee location, sad to say that our experience wasn't the best! Food was okay but salmon was extremely fishy (not fresh). Food came out fast so that was a plus but while waiting on dessert, we were given serving plates that had freshly chewed GUM on it!! I was so grossed out after touching it while passing plates around and our server just nervously laughed it off without giving a resolution. My boyfriend and I had to ask for them to do something about it- which ended up being a comped dessert (not enough in my opinion). To top it off, our bill still showed the dessert and a drink that the server replaced due to it tasting very badly and we had to wait quite a while until we saw our server again for it to be fixed.

Yelp
This location is not it.. we came in for a drink on a Friday. There was very little people there and the top three floors were closed off. We asked to sit on the patio and no one came to take our order for 15 minutes. I got a mocktail and he got a cocktail for $35. There was very little effort put into the garnishes and they were overall very messy. No one came to really check on us either to see if we wanted another drink or to order anything else. We took the bill when we could glad our sever down paid on the hand held and then was brought the wrong receipt to add extra tip and sign. We tried to grab the waiter but he was no where to be found. I don't see this being open very long

Yelp
The food here was really good. I came for dinner. The ambiance is low lighting with house music. A good vibe to bounce to while eating. I ordered the rose of the day wine. It was dry but drinkable. I ate the spicy vodka pasta & I definitely give it 9/10. Not too spicy & I was able to add chicken. My friends ordered the calamari which was fried to perfection. They also had the Carne Amor pizza which comes with bacon, pepperoni and sausage& they said it was a 8/10. Other than that I'll come back. Ty was a cool server as well.
google avatar

Beryl D.

Yelp
The first time I came here was exciting. The apps were delicious, but I don't recommend the lobster roll. I was completely put off with my second visit; however. My server completely neglected me, causing my solo dinner to take as long as a group dinner. I was also fed a lie about the birthday coupon I received.
google avatar

Vick I.

Yelp
Our server, Jesse, was absolutely amazing. His explanation of the menu makes you think he cooked the items himself. My friends and I got drinks, appetizers, and entrees and let's say the water was the best part of the meal. The calamari batter was old and lots of additions even a deep fried lemon . The brussel sprouts were burnt all the way through. I had the shrimp tacos which were decent and had a good kick to it so if I would recommend anything that would be it. The scenery is cute but would also love the food to match. Lots of room for improvement as I understand they've been open for a short time. Also, investing in pest control might be a consideration as we dined with a fly or two that didn't flinch with the humans around.
google avatar

Kiki S.

Yelp
This place had a great view and has only been open for about a month, I believe. Our waiter was very attentive and full of personality. While the view from the second-floor balcony was nice, I wouldn't recommend sitting there because water was dripping from the AC. Other than that, the food was amazing! I'll definitely be back to try more dishes. It's a perfect spot for a brunch outing.
google avatar

Cory F.

Yelp
I came in just before happy hour was over. Had great and fast service. Ordered the sausage pizza, the spinach dip and the margarita pizza. I also got two glasses of rosé. The rosé here is really good! I'll have to come back for the oysters. My server was a light skinned male on the patio June 2, 2025 about 5:40 PM. He was great. Will be back. Please find solution for BIRDS AND FLIES!!

Yelp
I love the atmosphere of this place. Perfect if it's a nice day out. When we were here we had the pizza with added honey to it and it was a hit. The frose and fries were also tasty. Service could have been a little quicker but I know we were on the top floor so could've been that. This is my new go-to for somewhere easy going with a nice atmosphere.

Yelp
Got to try out the new Hampton Social today. It is such a great vibe. Definite girls outing! Three stories. We went for Sunday brunch. On the second floor the bar is HUGE and there was live music playing. We sat on the rooftop which was so nice as well with great view. Had super great service. Our waitress was constantly refilling water or anything else needed. Now keep in mind this isn't a budget outing. Plates around $20 each and drinks around the same. You are going for atmosphere and girly vibe. I went with GATSBY breakfast. French toast, eggs, bacon and tots. Delicious and simple!! All the food looked so good. I've now been to several Hampton socials and this one could use the comfy cute seating for pics but overall great place for a fun occasion!

Yelp
Disappointed especially since I've been to HS in Chicago, Colorado and Florida. The best part of our visit this past Sunday was the hosts at the host stand and our server was sweet. The food was subpar, the kitchen couldn't get it together as my husband food was wrong 3 times and it was expressed multiple times he is allergic to mustard. They send the sandwich out 2 times with the mustard on it and the 3rd time the manager brought it out MIND YOU everyone was finished eating by then and NOTHING from the manager other than standing there to watch him check his sandwich. Our son did ask for ketchup and ranch and that took about 13 min and he ate cold tenders. It wasn't crowded either so that was a double whammy. I am not sure I'll go back until they work out the kinks or if I'd even go back I just know my friends want to try and will ask me to go so that's the only way I would not by initiating.

Yelp
The service was disorganized and slow. It seems the restaurant may be understaffed, as we waited 20 minutes to be seated and to have a server approach our table. Unfortunately, by the time we were helped, brunch service had ended at 3 PM, so we were unable to order from that menu. The food itself was good, and the drinks were decent, but the bar appeared to be backed up as well. A 16% service fee was automatically added to the check, which is worth noting. Overall, I gave it a try, but I don't plan on returning.

Yelp
Although the service was super fast and the decorations inside were really cute, the french toast was very mediocre. I was also limited by what I could eat because cross contamination seems to be rampant in their kitchen, so if you have any food allergies that's something to keep in mind when dining here.

Yelp
So this is the 1st Dallas review, and I dined here during the 1st seating. Historically, Day 1 isn't a good idea for trying out a restaurant - but The Hampton Social was ready!! The atmosphere, staff, and food were all TOP NOTCH. My office is next door, so I will be a regular here. I am impressed and excited!

Yelp
The food was really good and flavorful. The ambiance was really nice but the music was a little loud. Overall I enjoyed it and had a good time. Tip is automatically included.

Yelp
I was highly disappointed with my recent experience at the Dallas location of The Hampton Social. We were there to celebrate my sister's birthday a special occasion that we were genuinely looking forward to. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas. Upon arrival, we were informed by Julie (the manager) that there was a $3 per person cake fee. This was the first we had heard of it. I explained to her that we were not made aware of this policy when making our reservation, nor was it listed on the website as far as we could tell. I even let her know that we brought our own cake cutter, plates, napkins, and forks so there would be no additional effort required from the staff. Still, she stated the fee was because we weren't ordering dessert from them, and then simply walked away mid-conversation. That lack of basic courtesy was extremely off-putting. The service issues continued throughout the meal. Half of our table received their food well before the rest and they had finished eating by the time the other half were served. Meanwhile, we saw food going to other tables who had been seated after us. We raised this concern with a different manager, who was apologetic but ultimately did nothing to rectify the situation. We asked if the cake fee could at least be waived due to the poor dining experience. He claimed the fee was listed on the website and in the OpenTable reservation system. However, upon reviewing our reservation, he couldn't find any mention of it. He said he would look it up and return but never came back. After 15 minutes, we asked our server if he was returning. When he finally did, and we asked again if it was actually stated anywhere, he casually replied, "Oh, I didn't know y'all wanted me to look it up." That kind of dismissiveness was incredibly frustrating. After waiting another 10 minutes, we had had enough and asked for our checks so we could leave. To this moment, we never received confirmation that this $3 cake fee is even an official listed policy. As for the food: the chicken and French toast were both described as dry by two of our guests, which just added to the overall disappointment. The only positive part of our experience was our waitress, Nikki. She was absolutely phenomenal attentive, friendly, and clearly doing her best to salvage the situation. If I were rating just her, it would be a solid 5 stars, hands down. But unfortunately, the rest of our experience left a sour taste. I truly hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements especially when it comes to transparency, communication, and basic customer respect.

Yelp
My friends and I got to visit this new restaurant a few weeks ago. They are still rather new so some kinks to work out. They were out of the drink I wanted, so that will be something I'll try next time. I got the vodka pasta and I didn't care for it. It wasn't creaming, kind of bland and the steak I ordered was over cooked. I sent it back and got the fish tacos which were delicious. My other friend ordered the fish and chips. She said they were delicious. The karage chicken was delicious and the truffle fries. We each ordered a glass of the house Rosé it was decent. Not really anything special. The pizza stole the show! It was delicious! Our waiter was very kind and took great care of us

Yelp
Food was so good I forgot to take a picture. Here is my belly which inside it encompasses some of the bang bang chicken, meat lovers pizza, Mac and cheese, steak frites, and Brussels sprouts. Drinks were fantastic too! Highly recommended!!

Yelp
Very kool lunch & dinner spot downtown on Main Street. Great staff and service. Bar is a bit limited but they are working on that. Food is fresh and tasty. Level 2 and 3 open when busy and on weekends. Love sitting on patio overlooking Pegasus Park. AT&T Discovery District a block away. We will be back

Yelp
We came in at a slow time and everyone was so sweet and the environment was dreamy and felt very beachy for the middle of Dallas, Texas. Great happy hour deals, and the food was so yummy. We loved the Fish & Chips and the Mushroom pizza. Jojo and the manager/host both took excellent care of us. We even stayed to have an extra round of drinks because they had a great live musician on a Monday! Definitely recommend

Yelp
I have passed by this place many times living in Dallas but coming back to visit is when I actually came! My friend wanted to try for happy hour and I could see why the restaurant was full. The prices were solid, the food and drink were yummy! In a solid location, I would come here!

Yelp
National oyster day was 100% a disappointment. They were so disorganized and was 100% not prepared for their own promotion. Sat us down late even though we had a reservation. Then was told we can order a max of a dozen oysters. Which I'm sure they had to do because they were so backed up and unorganized because their ad said nothing about a max, it only said minimum 6. Waiter told us that it might be a long wait and that he can't tell us an estimated wait time because they're so backed up. 15 minutes later, He came back to tell us that they had no more oysters. I feel even worst for the table next to us. They had waited an hour and a half and then was told there are no more oyster. That table definitely made me feel better about our situation. Their poor waiter was running around like a headless chicken trying to listen to all the complaints and also please super angry customers.

Yelp
The place is super duper cute and the music was a vibe got me feeling like I was somewhere tropic and the beach was close by. We sat in the 2nd floor right next to the patio on the high tops. Vibes were amazing. Let's get into the food~ 10/10 east coast oysters! The servers let us know there were big and small ones and we requested only the small ones and they were great. 6/10 Tuna Tartar: the freshness was fine and it had guac at the bottom and pickled tings on top but it was missing flavor. This is good if you add the oyster sauce on the right in the picture to it with two lemons. Then this became a 8/10 flavor for the tuna tartar. It needed something a lil more acidic and something a lil more sweet imo. 8/10 Clam Chowder- I would get it again. It's kinda hard to find good clam chowder in Texas. On the thicker consistency side. 6.5/10 Oven Roasted Octopus - on the bottom left covered in greens. I think the octopus temperature was cooked perfectly but the flavors weren't hitting for me. I think it could have used a little more char and flavor. The tonnato cream sauce I felt was missing something. I ended up putting this in the clam chowder and it paired well. 9/10 - the Vodka Sauce Pasta was really good! I would come back for it. The flavor was all there and the basil paired well with it. We got it with chicken. 8/10 Truffle Fries- they were kinda room temp/cold when we got them. Could've been crispier. It was good tho. 7/10- The golden beets salad - the beats were cooked fine with the salad but I think it was missing a lil bit more vinaigrette and mb missing some toasted nuts/candied nuts and some golden raisins or something to elevate it more.

Yelp
Service was absolutely horrible. When I arrived I was 1 of 2 people at the bar and then a 3rd person sat down who was served before me. The bartender asked me what I wanted to drink and gave me water options. I picked still and they failed to mention that the bottle was $9. They also auto add an 18% service fee to all checks. Very disappointing especially considering there were multiple workers around and clearly all waiting on instructions for what to do next.

Yelp
Lovely bar and restaurant with an outdoor patio downstairs and a rooftop; very courteous service in Downtown Dallas. It has a really nice roof terrace and a ground floor outdoor patio / terrace in the front. This is a small and very upscale restaurant chain in a few states, and I've been to the one in Nashville TN before. They have good seafood. The happy hour looks super and the prices are good for the special items on the happy hour menu. I decided to have a warm lobster roll from the regular menu which tasted a little fishy and was about $40 with tax so I can't say I adored the food, but the house made potato chips were great. Caesar salad was mid. I did think the service was outstanding and they gave me tons of refills on my Arnold Palmer. Personally, I wouldn't come here again for the food. But I do like the vibe. Cute and casual and a great place for a date or rendezvous with a friend. I think the best thing here is the bar, outdoor terrace and the happy hour. They do include service on the charge when you pay.

Yelp
This place is a vibe don't get me wrong. BUT, it is in a ratchet sketchy place of dallas, but whatever. You can't tell on the inside. It's Dallas, what do you expect. Not the most important part of this review, it maybe worth mentioning if you have kids, etc. I just recently saw on socials of homeless people coming up the outside patio. We had a reservation for 15 people, 2 people were 15 minutes late (which was in the 15 minute window they allow) and they were not nice about not seating us until every person was here. I know many restaurants that do this, fine. But the front lady just was really rude about it. They are getting plenty of money from 13 people, what is 2 people? We waited in the bar area while we waited for our friend, the bartender was like in the worst mood ever apparently. Look I was a server and bartender for years, i know bad days, but my friend group is truly the nicest and easiest group to please and we were saying thank you and please and he just wasn't having it. We get seated, our server Nikki/Nicky/Nicki, she was SO GOOD. Very attentive to us, good with recs. Recommend her for a better experience to offset the other things. Lastly, this was the hottest restaurant ever. It was almost 85° outside and the heat was on in this restaurant. VERY uncomfortable. Smash burger and Ahi tuna bowl were very good. Lobster Roll tasted like it was frozen But I'm sorry? The ranch they gave us was Hidden Valley Ranch in a ramekin. Also, we only ordered 2 Tuna Tartare's and there was 3 on the servers device and the server tried to get it off our bill via the manager, the server came over and said "the manager wanted yall to know that we can't take it off" Like?? Excuse me. We only ordered two. And I read multiple reviews that this has happened before and HS made them pay.. Definitely won't go out of my way to go here again.

Yelp
This place has 3 floors, and for some reason we weren't able to choose where we wanted to sit. I did have an open table reservation. Jesse was our server who was so nice, and explained the menu in detail. It was so hard to hear him or the people I was with because the music was too loud. If they turned it down a little bit it would have been better. We started off with still water which was $8 and served in tiny glasses. We started off with the calamari which you could tell it had been cooked in old grease and came out cold, lukewarm. The brussels sprouts were too burnt to even enjoy. I had the coastal sunrise marg which was entirely filled with crushed ice more than the actual drink. All of us in agreement said our main entrees/cocktails were just okay. And to top it all off we had flies in our area all night. Also they charge an 18% service fee to all checks. I don't recommend unfortunately.
