The Harper

I have lived at the Harper since June of 2021 and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience, the staff, and the building. The amenities are top notch, the building is always clean (and decorated for the holidays!), and the staff truly makes it feel like home. I love living here and can’t recommend it enough!

My husband and I lived in The Harper from its opening in 2019 until 2023, when we moved to Atlanta. We had nothing but an amazing experience. It is refined luxury living with phenomenal amenities - but even more impressive are the staff (concierge, maintenance, management, etc. all the way to the top). We could not be more grateful to The Harper for the wonderful home they provided us for 4 years - and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to live in the center of Rittenhouse Square.

I feel very lucky to call the Harper my home. The building is elegant, and I enjoy having my friends here. The design of my apartment is both functional and inviting. All of the staff at every level are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make me feel at home. And, very important to me, it has the best gym in the city!

I'm not one to write reviews on anything but I feel compelled to come on here and give my experience living at the Harper. I moved out of the Harper a year ago after living there for 2 years (moved out of Philly). To this date it is still the best living experience I've ever had. The staff was constantly attentive, the amenities were top notch and it really felt like I was living in paradise. The Harper and Pearl Properties as a whole set a bar so high I'm not sure any other management/apartment system can reach it. The staff, from the front desk to valet to management were always extremely cordial and willing to help. The spaces were always clean and management was on top of any damages or issues that ever arose. The elevators worked (which is huge anywhere) and maintenance was always diligent. As a whole I could not recommend an apartment complex more and will look back fondly at my time living here.

The Harper has been nothing short of a great experience. Location, location...close to all my needs: OrangeTheory & CorePower (also a Barry’s in the building!), plenty of eateries, walking distance to my office, and a feeling of safety being newer to the City! Highly recommend if you can find availability.

A group that really cares about its tenants and throws amazing parties that bring their community together!

Beautiful building, wonderful amenities, amazing views. Karen Pearlstein is amazing. Enough said.
