"Rising on the site of the historic Boyd Theater, this 24-story building from Pearl Properties will occupy 19th Street in Rittenhouse and combine residential and retail uses; I'm told it will include shops and office space, a dog park, an outdoor pool, a 10,000-square-foot green roof with space to hang out, an underground garage, and two ground-floor restaurants (one fronting Chestnut and one facing 19th Street). The building is named after James Harper, a 19th-century builder in Rittenhouse Square and former U.S. Congressman." - Rachel Vigoda
