The Georgian at Harrods - Review - Knightsbridge - London - The Infatuation

"Harrods’ The Georgian restaurant is set to reopen after a significant refurb. The Knightsbridge spot will still do afternoon tea, but the French dinner menu has been completely revamped, as has the dining room itself. Expect five different types of pie, art deco dessert trolleys, and a grand piano. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

"The Harrods Ice Cream Parlour came to life in the summer of 2011, serving up traditional gelato treats from Morelli's—an Italian ice cream specialist since 1907—plus Harrods’ modern twists. Highlights include the Banoffee Basket—caramel, banana, and cream—as well as plenty of cookie-and-ice-cream combos. The setting is, in true Harrods style, pretty over-the-top, with a mix of Art Deco, pastel colors, and sundae-glass chandeliers. Once the little ones have had their sugar fix, take them over to the toy section for a complete and indulgent Harrods kids experience."

How do I make this review a scratch & smell review? Sadly, this review can’t capture the aroma of the food! The aroma from the quail scotch egg, quail broth, delightful! The aroma from the chicken & asparagus filled pie, accompanied by the duck fat roasted potato and garlic vegetables! Oh, so wonderful. Some of the best tasting food I’ve ever tasted! Portions are a good size, not minute, but either way, take your time, taste & savour, don’t rush! The evening live music was great, the service was good and the Ruinart champagne was cold, light & extremely fresh! What a fantastic evening. I don’t usually do “posh”, but I’d do this again without a doubt. Thank you! PS. Calum Franklin, you certainly know your pies, and seeing you on Sunday Brunch all those years back, I’ve had the chance to taste one again!

What a beautiful high tea place that is full of history. There was live piano playing when we went. The sandwiches are refullable, I really enjoyed the smoked salmon amd cucumber sandwiches. The scones came with a jam cart and you can try all the jams! I really loved the pear and vanilla one. The desserts were too tart for my taste and i didnt end up finishing them.

If you’re looking for an exquisite afternoon. Please look no further than the tea service here at The Georgian, located on the 4th floor at the famous Harrods. With the service they offer a traditional or vegan option. Along with a plethora of options for tea to enjoy. I had the traditional tiered tray with the Hawaii Black tea. And while the finger sandwiches were tasty. What invigorated my taste buds were the scones with the selection of house made jam. The black currant was my favorite though the vanilla & pear were not a bad second option. The tea was rounded off with a little milk and one sugar. To give it a nice light, sweet flavor. The only reason for the overall rating not being a 5 is due to a maintenance worker. The restaurant must have had an issue with a chandelier as this is what the maintenance worker was complaining about out in the lobby area. Then as he entered the restaurant and passed by my table he muttered the f word. I am sorry but if you’re going to give the view of opulence with how the staff are dressed, how the tables are setup, having a live pianist. There is no exception given for the f word being muttered.

We had to use our vouchers from Virgin Experience Days as it was close to expiry. We thought we would be treated differently due to using a voucher but we had the best experience ever. The service was excellent. We didnt feel intimidated at all. They took their time bringing our food which made the whole experience run smoothly and we had so many helpings with the sandwiches. We never felt rush. The scones were really warm and perfect texture. We spent 2 hrs at the Georgian and we left very much satisfied and looked after. We were served by Nora/Laura and she was very professional, knowledgeable and lovely. At the end, we only paid for the service charge which was £18.20

Unfortunately, our experience was a real disappointment. The highlight of the visit was the room itself and the Blanc de Blancs champagne — both lovely, but that’s where the praise ends. The service was friendly, though not particularly attentive. That said, it’s becoming increasingly complex to find exceptional service in London, so this was somewhat expected. The most essential part of afternoon tea was the food, which was extremely underwhelming. The sandwiches and savouries were either bland or unpleasantly sweet, lacking any real inspiration or creativity. The toppings felt tired and unimaginative. The scones were passable but certainly not memorable, and the petits gâteaux were the biggest letdown of all, lacking flavour, finesse, and excitement. Honestly, I could get a better afternoon tea from M&S. To make matters worse, the experience was shockingly expensive. For the price we paid, two people could have enjoyed a meal at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend.

Google
Booked using voucher (which made it cheaper but gave us a limited menu and days to pick). Cannot fault food, service or restaurant atmosphere at all. It was only part full and I think it would have been nicer with a bit more noise. The piano/bass/singer give it a nice classy vibe. All food timing was spaced well, and although the portion might look small, the food is filling and leaves you satisfied. For me, the price matched the quality of the evening.

We had a voucher from virgin experience days and I must say we were treated really well. The food is amazing. We love all the sandwiches and desserts. And of course! The scones were served warm. We tried all 4 options of jams and had 3 helpings of the sandwiches. Greedy. I know! Its more of an experience than eating out.

Google
I had the pleasure of enjoying afternoon tea, and it was truly a delightful experience! The selection of teas, pastries, and finger sandwiches was impeccable, and every item was freshly prepared and delicious. A special mention goes to Denis, who provided outstanding service. He was warm, attentive, and made the entire experience feel extra special with his thoughtful touch. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor really enhanced the afternoon. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a charming and relaxing tea experience!

Yelp
We are simple Americans who gulp tea from Lipton, and occasionally find loose leaf oolong or jasmine or a rare British selection to enjoy. Visiting London for the first time, we blathered on about finding 'High tea' until we realized that only American buffoons talk that way and what we really wanted was Afternoon Tea, specifically Cream Tea. And so we have found its perfect expression at the Harrod's tea room. Looking out over the city from the balcony, we sampled our English Breakfast pot of tea, poured and filtered expertly, and served with the perfect selection of scones and clotted cream. Delish. For a few minutes we pretended to be civilized. It would have to be enough.

Yelp
I was recently in London so of course visiting the Harrods Tea Room was high on my must visit list. The staff were very knowledgeable about the tea offerings and were easily able to help me navigate dietary restrictions when it came to the food. I had the chance to sit outside on their terrace which had a gorgeous view of the city.

Yelp
We came to Harrods to shop and decided to have a tea and some scones. The waitress was very attentive and the matcha tea and the rose tea was very good. We also decided to have scones and clotted cream and jam. The taste was decent but nothing spectacular. Overall good experience.

Yelp
It's expensive but it's iconic. It was exactly what we were looking for in a London tea. Impeccable service, delicious food.
google avatar

Brad S.

Yelp
Nice selection of teas and a good selection of sandwiches and deserts. The place seems a bit dated and the staff vacuuming around the area during tea didn't help elevate the experience. There was some live music and the service was friendly.

Yelp
I was in London and had to do afternoon tea. I made a reservation online the day before going. The two room is in the corner of the 4th floor, it was a little hard to find. I got there like 15 minutes before my reservation time and was seated right away. I got the champagne add on and the champagne was so good I bought a bottle to bring home. The food was so good the tea was amazing. I was a but bothered by the price, when I made the reservation it was £10 more than it said online. But it's worth the money. Our server was so kind and as she served us she told us what we were getting.

Yelp
Spontaneously walked to Harrod's for a browse and afternoon tea. The Tea Room is located on level 4. Advanced reservations have a fixed price menu. Walk ups can have tea ala carte. The scones, clotted cream and Harrod's jam were worth it. Earl Grey hot on the table is divine. Sam our server was delightful while pouring our tea. . A very pleasant and tasty experience. Enjoy.

Yelp
The food isn't all that great, there was a dead fly in our food and the tea was extremely bitter, the only thing that we actually enjoyed was the Coronation Chicken, Warm Parmesan Madeleine and the scones, but for a tea place it was probably the worst tea I've ever had. Not a "bad" service but I hope they can improve a lot more. The place is very elegant and clean, comfortable but nothing out of this world. The food was brought to us quickly, there were some issues but were quickly solved. Extremely expensive for what it is, it's totally not worth it.

Yelp
How can you got to London and not do High Tea at Harrod's? We had a wonderful time in the beautiful dining room and the service was top notch. So much fun!

Yelp
Thank you, Harrods Tea Room staff, for the most amazing birthday experience for afternoon tea from the moment I booked a reservation to the end of my meal. The staff was fantastic and patient with my explaining everything. I was nervous being a party of one, and they made me feel so special with dessert birthday wishes. The pianist was absolutely amazing. The ambiance was so amazing. The hostess offered to put my shopping bags and jacket away in the cloak room, for which was a kind jester. I will definitely return on my next visit to London.

Heather L.

Yelp
I really liked the high tea they served here. The only thing I didn't like is that they would not give us a booth. Other people who came in after us were given a booth. The tea sandwiches were good and so were the little desserts. Service was just okay. We had to ask them to refill our hot water and ice water.
google avatar

Yelp
Not the worst but most definitely not the best place out there for afternoon tea in London considering the price. They have a 65 set menu regular option for no dietary restrictions, and one for specialty dietary needs for the same price. The only thing they give you free refills on are; The tea, the scones, and the ginger sandwiches. But NOT the dessert. One thing that was disappointing was that my server said that he wasn't able to package Togo my little finger sandwiches that I didn't finish; only the dessert and the scones. Considering the high price point, I was disappointed in this. I came around 12 pm on a Wednesday and was able to get a seat right away with no reservations for a table of 1. A con: service is pretty slow and the primary server wasn't super attentive to refills.... But the tea guy was super friendly and informative about the options I'd say there's better afternoon tea options to get the full experience while in london.

Yelp
We have a wonderful tea service today at Harrods. I was very impressed with their staff and customer service, but especially their gluten free options, some of the best GF options I've had. Beautiful space and the piano music was a very nice addition. We loved it

Beth S.

Yelp
There is no doubt that it is over priced, but it was truly lovely. Excellent service. I generally find most english sandwiches dry and even more so, tasteless. These were enjoyable with interesting flavors. I have a mango allergy, so they swapped out some items for me - a sandwich and a desert. Everything was yummy - even things I often don't enjoy. They offered more sandwiches, but we declined because we had more food than we needed as it was. They also brought an extra treat at the end for the birthday i mentioned on the reservation. The live piano was a nice touch. I am not one who will have a high tea often, but for a special experience, I would go back.

Yelp
Just...WOW! Harrods in general was absolutely amazing! It is HUGE, it is timeless, a must see/do if you are in London. The ladies of our group all went out on this little adventure and made a reservation here. It was good food, great company and a fun experience. Everyone should do it once! Quintessential with London and tea. Servers switched in the middle of service, which I thought was odd so there was a little lag in getting some of our food/tea but still have no complaints. A wide variety of teas, pastries, finger foods, etc. Pianist playing in the background. Very lovely!
google avatar

Reena S.

Yelp
What I loved: -Ambiance: well lit, spacious, live piano music -Located inside Harrods, which is beautiful itself. Slightly awkward that it's been department stores, so shoppers do walk through here (along the side). -Unique assortment of teas - menu is many pages long. I had a chocolate infused black tea, a rose white tea, and their anniversary blend. My MIL had a classic breakfast and afternoon tea. -The sandwiches, pastries and scones were delightful. Small but scrumptious. -Accommodating: they were the only place in the local area that had last minute (reservations made the day before) availability. What I didn't care for: - Service was mediocre at best. Waiter had to be summoned over, didn't know to check on us on his own. Was not knowledgeable about the teas. Which at a high end place like this is disappointing. -When we made reservations, I indicated on there that this was "for Mother's Day". No one said anything to us about it and nothing special was done or said by them. Disappointing. -This place is pretty pricey compared to the other Afternoon tea places, but I'd say it's worth trying out especially if you're visiting London.

Yelp
My last after tea I had was good but not great. It seemed like all the pastries and finger sandwiches were on the bland side. However the service and atmosphere are very nice with the live pianist. The tea is excellent, wonderful selection of many teas but lacking on the food portion a little. Overall still a cool experience.

Yelp
Had reservations at 12pm. We walked in a bit earlier and got sat down. We had an amazing server!! His name was David, he constantly checked in on us and made sure we had tea & biscuits. The food was amazing! It was my very first & only time having high tea and one thing I regret not doing more is going to more high tea places! If you're in London for a short amount of time please make sure to make reservations and come here! :) The interior is super spacious and you're far away from people so you can have private conversations! Sandwiches were bomb and the desserts were better! Not super sweet. The bathroom was old school, definitely check it out. They have a table in the middle of the whole bathroom.

Yelp
We had an excellent afternoon tea at Harrod's at Christmastime. The ambience was lovely and classic, quiet despite the general low buzz from the many people. Service was excellent, efficient, attentive, and friendly. Tea and the cakes were all great. Certainly one of the most peaceful and relaxing spots inside Harrod's, which tends to be teeming with crowds.

Regine F.

Yelp
Delicious tea, food and wonderful ambience as well as live piano music can be experience away from the busy shopping areas of Harrod's at the Tea Room. The service was professional. On a budget? Split a sandwich plate and tea and scones between two people. Well worth the trip!

Sarah J.

Yelp
Absolutely fabulous tea. I was here about 10 years ago and had a wonderful time, so I decided to go again. Harrods' Tea Room does not disappoint. Everything is delicious, from the amuse bouche to the surprising savory madeleine, the sandwiches, scones, and all the treats. Will definitely keep coming back whenever I'm in London!
google avatar

Maria A.

Yelp
Totally disapointed with the tea service. Had a reservation for 530pm, its now 620pm, we wanted more food only to be told the kitchen is closed. I've been here several times and they give you 2 hours to finish.

E B.

Yelp
This was nice to enjoy while visiting Harrods. Very good service and the food selections were delicious! They helped me choose the perfect tea to my liking! Beautiful large room decorated with a pretty Christmas tree and wonderful live piano music playing all led to a nice atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon tea. The food selections were delicious and very creative! The only negative thing I feel I have to say is that I didn't enjoy the "gawker" shoppers that pass directly through the restaurant right past our table. That was uncomfortable.
google avatar

Andrés V.

Yelp
Indulging in Parisian desserts here was an absolute delight! Our breakfast experience exceeded expectations, with friendly service. My only suggestion would be to consider expanding the outdoor seating area.

Scott F.

Yelp
Absurdly expensive for tea and treats that were no better than could be had many other places. Seems to exist for Instagram users to show that they had tea a Herrod's...
google avatar

Yelp
Hello friends! I've never been one to particularly enjoy high tea but being in London, I just couldn't leave without having it at Harrod's tea room! While there were lots of other high tea spots to try in town, we decided to go with Harrod's tea room because in our opinion, it was the most iconic location to try it out. The tea room at Harrod's is located on one of the upper floors of the large department store. Tea service is served until late noon but if you don't have the time to sit in, you are able to by some pastries on the first level to take home instead. The interior of the tea room was absolutely gorgeous. There were paintings and intricate decorations everywhere you looked. We couldn't help but feel out of place being that we weren't dressed particularly fancy. It didn't matter though because despite the fact that we didn't go in feeling posh, we felt posh once we got seated at our table. Mother Deer wasn't particularly hungry so she ordered a tea set. She got it with English breakfast tea with milk on the side. Typically she wouldn't drink her tea with milk but when in London, you just have to right? She said the milk helped mellow out the flavour of the strong tea in a pleasant way.
google avatar

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
Everyone at my table had something different -- only one of us had the proper tea service, but she loved it. My son had a burger with frites, and had no complaints. I had the egg salad sandwich with a green salad -- the egg salad was literally the most delicious egg salad I've ever had. The one thing I'll say is that it's rich and the sandwich was large, so I could only eat about half of it -- if you get it instead of having it be part of the tea service, it's definitely enough to share! The room itself is exquisite; wish people treated Harrod's and their tea room with more respect than was shown when we were there. Lots of tourists in their shorts and t-shirts; a family next to us with a small child listening to videos on their tablet (we had to ask them to turn down the volume). But the tea room itself is beautiful and worth a trip -- way better alternative to the loud, bustling food court downstairs!
google avatar

Peachie M.

Yelp
Fancy elegant place to have your afternoon tea. Service was excellent and really good food!

Yelp
When in London, go for High Tea! This is a lifetime experience- a bit pricey, but on par for all high tea houses. Everything comes in little trays. I enjoyed this solo (at the end of a work trip) and it was amazing! Sandwiches - the cucumber sammie was a bit squishy at the bottom (it'd been fridged for a bit too long) Egg salad with the truffle butter Top was OUTRAGEOUSLY delicious! The great part is that will give you a refill of sandwiches! DRINKS: I got the rose tea - a bit delicate, but really flavorful. Get the 10 pound upgrade for champagne!
google avatar

Nicole S.

Yelp
This is a super late review. I came here on my trip to London last year and loved every second of my tea service. The tea itself was delicious but I've been thinking about the finger sandwiches, especially the chicken salad one and an artichoke one. Everything was delicious. They kept bringing more sandwiches! The desserts were also phenomenal. My first time trying clotted cream. I can't wait to go back on my next trip!!
google avatar

X M.

Yelp
We walked in for high tea without reservation during our visit to London. It was a long wait (2+ hours) during a typical week day. There is a huge variety of tea selections to choose from. The server helped us pick our tea. The finger sandwiches were super tasty and absolutely worth trying. The little desserts coming along with the finger sandwiches were not that impressive. I wish there were more finger sandwiches than little desserts on the high tea menu. The service was super slow and did not seem to match the price they charge. All in all, it is good experience for a first time British high tea, although it is overpriced. Make reservation ahead of time if you can.
google avatar

Vanessa V.

Yelp
I didn't want to miss out on having afternoon tea in London during my very short first visit, and I'm happy that we had our first taste of it here at Harrod's! My husband and I shared "The Wedgewood" option on the menu. It was £32 and it included tea, a selection of finger sandwiches, scones served with clotted cream and assorted jams, and your choice of one sweet delight from their menu. We found it to be a great deal for the price. The finger sandwiches were tasty, my favorite being one that had salmon. But can we talk about the scones with clotted cream?!? Clotted cream FTW! Harrod's is a magical store! I'll definitely be back for tea and for shopping!!!
google avatar

Jaimee A.

Yelp
What an elegant experience! We had to have a proper British Tea Service, so we chose to come to Harrod's Tea Room. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was pretty good (not the best, I felt like our server was a little frustrated with our need for guidance as to what we should order). We had: - Tea - delicious - Crustless Sandwiches - Cucumber and Salmon, delicious - Scones - delicious - Assortment of Desserts - very good Overall a fun experience!
google avatar

Kathy D.

Yelp
We walked in, saw many open tables, and were told they couldn't seat us. We know that there were likely reservations, however we tried a few of the eateries in Harrods, but were turned away. Luckily the sales staff were wonderful in the store, or else this would have been a worse review, walk across the street and try another restaurant, it was fabulous.
google avatar

L L.

Yelp
It's pricey ($80 ish pp) but worth it for the afternoon high tea. Glorious tea room complete with velvet banquettes and a piano player putting out Katie Perry, Michael Jackson and Lady Gaga on the keys. Fabulous. Wear walking shoes as you find your way thru the maze that is Harrods. Sandwiches, scones and pastries were all tasty and yummy. Tea is poured from your own pot by the server and then you are on your own to try and refill just as gracefully. Go down to the ground floor once your finished and buy yourself a Harrods tea cup and teas!
google avatar

Jamie L.

Yelp
Excellent place for afternoon tea. My husband and I stopped in On a Sunday afternoon, the place was packed. We made a booking the day prior with Open Table and would recommend. He began with a black coffee and I the Harrod's Breakfast Tea. The tea was excellent. Our finger sandwiches arrived promptly and were delicious and a fantastic variety; chicken, tuna, egg and mayonnaise, salted beef, and salmon. My favourite was the chicken, it had a lovely Indian flare. The pastry course was excellently well. Overall I would highly recommend. It happened to be my birthday, our server surprised my with a complimentary piece of cheesecake to celebrate, very appreciated!
google avatar

Jane Y.

Yelp
During my visit to Harrods, I was not planning on having a proper British tea service. But I figured, since the wait wasn't long (about 1.5 hours) I'd put my name down on the waitlist and browse the store as I waited. The wait time was accurate, and by the time I returned, my table was ready and I was immediately seated. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, especially the scones and the finger sandwiches, and the space was beautiful. The only thing I didn't like about this place is how the desserts are left in the open on display in the waiting area by the hostess stand. The cakes that come with the tea set are kept in the kitchen, but if you want a loaf slice, a slice of cake, or something else, they are taken from the open air display that is prone to possible germs from sneezes, or children's fingers. There are many options available for tea in London, but even without a reservation (many get booked so quick that without one you can't even get in), I was able to have a spectacular high tea. So if you can, definitely try it out!

Yelp
Harrods' Tea Room was the first that I visited in London. Although the online site states many dress code rules and etiquette tips for people to follow, in person, Harrods' and their employees do not hold customers to that standard. People were dressed extremely casually and the ambiance of the restaurant was surprisingly loud. However, the tea, service, and food are incredible. I decided to get the afternoon tea which came with endless sandwiches, desserts, and tea, and it was definitely worth the price. I was able to get an incredible experience with my family. If a friend were to be looking for a stereotypical tea room experience with the posh vibes, I would be hesitant to recommend Harrods' Tea Room. However, for anyone who is looking for a great meal or a casual date place, I definitely enjoyed Harrods'!

Emma J.

Yelp
We each got the afternoon tea and it was TO DIE FOR! Probably my favorite thing we have done on vacation in London thus far. Service was amazing and ambiance was very pleasant. Pretty reasonably priced considering how iconic Harrods is. If you are visiting London I highly recommend going to Harrods for tea! Make sure to make reservations in advance online because they are very busy daily.

Yelp
This is consistently one of my lost lovely experiences when Im visiting London. I think my first tea was about a decade ago and I've made several most stops since. My last was on Mother's Day (US date not UK date) and I was able to bring my mom this time! Our service was as always impeccable and the tea perfect. The jazz quartet was excellent. Thank you for providing such a memorable experience for our holiday.

Yelp
Super afternoon tea with fresh double cream and Harrods signature strawberry jam .... always love afternoon tea here. I washed it down with Harrods No 14 Black loose tea blend from Ceylon. Have yet to be disappointed here

Yelp
Needed some ME time away from the family. They decided to go to Harry Potter studios last minute. I had planned of going to a tea time all along. The Orangery at the Kensington Palace was the actual plan but unfortunately it didn't work out due to high demand. But despite that, was determined to make it happened! After a couple hours roaming around Harrods, plugged my mobile into the free wifi and had Yelp guide me through to see who offers tea time with such simplistic with a bang. And guess what came up...Harrods' Tea Room. Oh my Lordy, this little spot didn't disappoint at all. Wasted no time and placed my order after I waited for 5 minutes in line to be seated. Rooibos tea was my choice of drinks... has a soft and tangy flavour which combines a dry straw earthiness with a hint of bitter Seville oranges. Tip: adding brown sugar or any sugar looses the appeal of its natural bitterness. English crumpets- toasted and served with preserve ; butter and orange marmalade... delish! English tea cakes- halved and toasted; butter alone was enough to add a hint of sweetness. Fantastic...! Server was quick, attentive, and above all quite lovely, indeed! Fair pricing being at Harrods...who knew? ... and yes, all the fancy China was used to truly gives you the feeling of dining with her Majesty. Highly recommend it. Fancy a spot o' tea?
google avatar

Yelp
Wonderful high tea!!! I still dream of their scrumptious scones and dollops of yummy cream!

Areeka T.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised that this tea room was available without reservation! Maybe we got lucky but we were shopping around Harrods and decided to try to see if the tea room had anything available for 4. We were immediately seated. The decor is very much consistent with tea time- tea cups and matching plates everywhere, beautiful soft colors and small seating areas and benches. I was in love at first sight! We went just for afternoon tea, not food, but there is a very good menu if you're looking for that. Each of us ordered a different tea and different dessert. Everything was spectacular! Tea biscuits, scones, crumpets and the chocolate cake were all so delectable, so were the teas! I had the vanilla and I couldn't stop drinking it. I 100% recommend this tea room, you will not regret it.

Yelp
For a taste of High Tea in London, you have to stop by Harrods. We were here for an afternoon and we're lucky enough to make it and it did not disappoint. I recommend an Indian Spiced Chai to help provide some nice balance to the meal. We split one between two people and it was perfect.

Yelp
I had the Harrods Sandwich. It was delicious, probably the best sandwich Ive had in a very long time. Well done fellas! My sister had the Tea service. She was very delighted. Glad we stopped by.

This place is a bit pricey but worth the splurge. My husband and I stopped here twice on our recent London trip and opted for tea and dessert. The first time trying the Oolong tea and the second trying the Early Grey. Both were so good and served in the cutest tea cups. I am not much of a dessert person but they looked so good we had to try them. We opted for the Napolean and the chocolate bar and I was blown away by the quality and flavor of each dessert. They were amazing and I want to go back to London just to have them again! When visiting Harrods make sure you stop by the tea room!

Yelp
HORRIBLE customer service. Our waiter kept disappearing - we contacted another waiter for him to only disappear - then we contacted people sitting at the stand for them to leave us sitting for a longer period of time. For the price you are charging, customer service should be a premium with people responding immediately. Save your money for an establishment with people who actually train their employees to have customer service. Don't waste your money.

Yelp
I was craving clotted, cream and scones during my London visit. Harrods did not disappoint delicious clotted cream and scones top that with superior service, I complimented and sweetened my cup of tea with my naturevia stevia. Best tasting Stevia in the world.
