The Harvest Vine

Wow, what a special meal. The standouts were the Remolachas (thinly sliced beets) and the thinly sliced tuna belly. Unbelievable flavor. The olive oil was also the star of the show. The champiñones were delicious, and the lubina (sea bass) was made better by the peppers. Overall, a very romantic spot and one of the best meals in Seattle. The only way it could have been made better was if it hadn’t been so cold on the lower level.

Great tapas, overall tasty with the ones I tried. Duck liver is a surprise and totally wowed me, gently melting inside your mouth with just right amount of crispy from pan fried texture outside, together with a hint of sweetness from jam puree, perfect! This dish alone worth a full star. Octopus is very tender.

The Harvest Vine is absolutely stellar. As I ate the scallops, I turned to my wife and said, “I’m not sure I deserve this”. That is the mix of enjoyment and mild guilt this restaurant inspires. 1000% recommended.

Excellent sunny weather. Good friends. What should we do? We should meet up at Harvest Vine and sit at the outdoor table. We ordered various tapas. I loved the beet salad. The wine was terrific. Conversation was engaging. We had a great night!

In a city that somehow has earned a reputation as a "foodie destination"—mostly by people who confuse $29 smash burgers with culinary innovation—The Harvest Vine is a rare, glorious exception. It’s one of the very few places where everything actually comes together: food that’s not just good but legitimately excellent, prepared with real care and respect for the ingredients, an outstanding wine list that doesn’t insult your intelligence, and service that’s both joyful and genuinely warm. While much of the city’s dining scene is busy chasing trends or charging obscene prices for mediocrity, The Harvest Vine is the real thing—authentic and consistently superb.

One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. This Basque cuisine features multiple levels and a fantastic assortment of tapas meant to sample and share. They have a great wine selection and very high quality dishes. The service is excellent and they are very knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. I recommend it to anyone looking for a special, upscale dining experience in Seattle.

Few restaurants can transport you to the country that inspires their cuisine, this one does. You know real “Pata Negra” when you taste the one at Harvest Vine. It’s so exceptional you think you’re eating beef. Txistorra is a must order, as well as the olives I could tell they were not domestic as they had exceptional Spanish flavors. Also, no need to look at the menu, just ask Juan Carlos for his recommendations. Exceptional server. Tortilla Español reminded me of the one my Spanish mother would make me as a child. Well done chef!!! 👏

Delicious food, recommend the beats were delicious, octopus is so tender and the signature iberico is a must. The Serrano ham was old not as good as iberico ham, would pass. Atmosphere was so fun upstairs. Recommend the counter experience. Service was friendly and fast. Can't wait to come back again

Our first experience with The Harvest Vine was incredible. It's a tiny place with around 20 seats, most on the bar where you are seated very close to everyone else. But the servers / (owner?) are very friendly, and so are the other patrons, which implies there are some regulars. At the bar your food is cooked right in front of you, and you get to appreciate how much effort and passion the restaurant industry takes. In terms of food, all our dishes were perfectly prepared, decently proportioned, and delicious. For the 2h we were there, we saw patrons order pretty much everything on the menu, so it seems everything they make is popular. We had the Cauliflower, the Potato tartine, the Halibut, the Mushrooms, and the lemon / cinnamon cake for dessert. All were excellent.

I usually don't seek out Spanish restaurants in US because most of the ones I've been to have just been OK. Harvest Vine, however, was incredible! We came here as a big party for our friend's birthday. The waiter/waitresses were super friendly and accommodating! I don't think I had a bad dish! We ordered the assortment of cheeses, olive plate, bread, pulpo, iberico, squash, mushrooms, sea bass, shrimp, foie gras, and beets. My favorites were the foie gras, pulpo, iberico, and beets! Foie gras was soft but had the slightest crunch due to the searing and perfect hint of salt in each bite - I probably could've eaten two of these. The texture of the pulpo was amazing - not too chewy nor too soft. The iberico pork was cooked to perfection - I'm normally not a fan of pork in this form but it honestly tasted a bit like a really good piece of steak! The beets were sliced so thin and had a nice tangy sauce to it - who knew you could make beets taste like this?! We ended the night some desserts - I didn't catch the names but one seemed like a basque cheesecake and the other was a lemony cake of some sort. Both were good but I'd liked the cake better. I would put this on my list of restaurants to recommend for when people visit Seattle! It had a rustic vibe and seems perfect for a date night or dinner with a group friends.

Came here to celebrate a birthday and the food and service was amazing! We sat at the bar so we were able to watch the chefs make the dishes in front of us. The iberico was so tender and the potatoes were so yummy. 5/5 Our fav was the sea bass! The skin had a perfect crunch and was well seasoned 5/5 I would honestly pass on the tortilla espanola next time since it didn't taste special but it was still good. Would come again!

Harvest Vine is one of our favorite spots in Seattle. We made reservations to sit at the bar for conversation with the chefs and to enjoy the preformance art of great cooking with minimal ingredients. They hit the mark again and made our night a dining experience not to be forgotten. A small but intimate space, it has a local vibe for those who love food but don't stuff themselves. It is a foodie's happy place. The chefs were interactive, answered questions, made great suggestions and gave the evening a setting of being with friends. They also shared their local dining hot spots for after hour meals. The tapas style plates allow you to try different items at a higher price point, but worth every penny. We ordered the mushrooms with sherry cream, salt and garlic. A definite 10/10. This was our favorite dish of the evening and required a loaf of bread to soak up the delicious bits. In a photo finish was the red and golden beets with parsley, garlic and sherry vinegar. I almost licked the plate. Thank God for the loaf of delicious bread. These dishes had amazing flavor and present a real challenge on how to replicate at home. Just a nose behind, was the Spanish octopus cooked on a planca with garbonzo bean puree and smoked pimenton. The octopus was soft, savory, sweet and perfectly cooked. It complimented the puree well. Our final dish was the seared foie gras with apple puree and arrope. The foie gras melted in your mouth like butter. Again, the bread served us well in mopping up all the flavorful sauces. I guess at the end of the evening, it was a log jam at the finish with four unbelievable dishes. They were all master creations and yet incredibly different in every way. Of you have a special occasion, want to treat yourself to a fabulous evening, reserve a bar top spot and dine at one of Seattle's premier restaurants, HARVEST VINE. To the staff, chefs, and support staff, you killed it and gave us a memorable evening. Thank you.

This is such a neighborhood gem. It's unassuming from the street, but step inside and it's a very charming but comfortable restaurant -- bright and airy in the summertime with the garage siding open and patio seating, or moody and intimate on a dark winter evening. The tapas menu is excellent. My most recent visit we had the anchovies, the cheese pairing, the sautéed mushrooms, the octopus and the Iberico pork. They were all excellent. The waitstaff are very kind and the wine menu is impressive. This is a wonderful date night spot.

A group of us went to celebrate a friend's birthday and the team at Harvest Vine made it special. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. We sat downstairs which was cozy; next time I would try the bar which looked lively. We ordered a variety of tapas, all of which were well executed and flavorful. My favorite was the salt cod. A delightful evening.

The restaurant is quite small with a 12 top at the bar and 3 tables close behind them. While the size of the space adds a personal feel, it also means things can get a little tight very quickly. Despite the cramped setting, the ambiance was pleasant, and the service was excellent. Our waiter was friendly, answered our questions and throughout the night constantly kept refilling our waters. I ordered the beef tongue starter, pulpo, venison entree, and the basque cheesecake. Overall the food was pretty good with the venison entree being the best item I tried. I especially liked the mushrooms that came with it. However, while the quality of the food was impressive, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the portion sizes. Every entrée I ordered was surprisingly small, looking like appetizers despite their entrée-level pricing. The most disappointing dish was the octopus. I was expecting a big tentacle for that price but instead got 6 tiny bites with potatoes underneath. I left the restaurant severely hungry but out of almost $200. If you're looking for a place to sample a few high-quality, well-prepared bites, Harvest Vine might be worth a visit. But if you're trying to have a normal dinner I'd recommend not burning a hole in your wallet and going somewhere else.

This is an upscale Spanish tapas restaurant located around Capitol Hill/Madison Valley area. I made reservations for a Saturday dinner, which is not too hard availability-wise but necessary to guarantee a seat as the place is small and busy. We were seated downstairs, which had a cozy and old school type of ambience. We tried 4 dishes from the main menu and a dessert. To pair with the food, we got 1 glass each of the red and white wines, recommended by the server, which was solid. They made a mistake with the white wine pour so we got to keep the extra glass for free which was a nice surprise. Torchon de foie: cold foie gras with a selection of fruit jams. This is a limited dish as we got the very last one at 5:30pm (just 30min after opening). This is a pretty friendly introduction to foie gras served in a different manner (as most fine dining establishments go with seared). $28 for this is ok value, for decent quality. For the price point, I would have appreciated more than 3 small pieces of bread so that we can enjoy and top-up the foie gras without having too much leftover to eat the foie gras directly. Remolachas: nice ratatouille-like arrangement of beets. This is a cold dish, and the tartness with the olive oil go well together. I am not a fan of beets, but I still enjoyed this dish. It is one of the lighter dishes. Lubina (sea bass): nicely crispy skin, very flavorful and tender. I liked it so much I forgot to take a picture (a super rare phenomena of me). But $34 for a small dish is very steep. Iberico: their signature dish. High quality pork prepared like a medium doneness steak. The potatoes were really flavorful and we ended up licking the plate (figuratively, of course, as this is a nice restaurant). Again, the plate could be larger for $32. Dessert: we got flan de cafe which is delicious and a great way to end the meal. It is sweet for my typical dessert but not too sweet like American desserts. I love the bottom cookie-like texture that stands out compared to the typical flan. Service is good as water refills are frequent. After tax/tip, the bill came out to be about $200, which is $100 per person, which is quite high for the amount of food you get vs the quality. Not saying the food is not good, as it was delicious, but at this price point, I expected more.

A friend recommended The Harvest Vine as a dinner venue that could accommodate a large group. Online you can only reserve a table for 6 so I had to send an email to inquire. The manager responded to my inquiry pretty quickly. If the group is more than 12 then it would require a prix fixe menu. For our group of 12, we ordered roughly 3 items per person which was more than enough. The only alcohol served at the restaurant is wine or aperol spritzes. My favorite dishes were the Iberico and Pulpo a la Planca. Our two servers were very attentive and friendly throughout the evening.

Harvest Vine is famous in Seattle for its Spanish/Basque cuisine. It would be foolish to not check this off my to-eat list. The ambiance is homey, the service was relaxed though also attentive, and the food was great. Reservations is a must on the weekend. Being our first time, we went with several popular staples. The Food: Tortilla Espanola, $14 - 3 Stars Menu: warm potato onion omelette with alioli This one didn't hit the right notes for us. Overall, it felt blend. Potato and mayo (essentially) need a bit more something else since it's served as a starter, not as a side. Berenjena, $18 - 5 Stars Menu: roasted eggplant with tomato frito, sheep cheese & anchovy A must order! That was so flavorful and delicious. The anchovy is subtle in case that is a concern. Iberico de Bellota, $31 - 5 Stars Menu: grilled acorn fed pata negra pig with panadera potatoes & cider sauce The house signature dish is worthy of its name. My oh my. This is so good. The quality of the pork is so dark, it's like beef. Highly recommend. Trucha - 5 Stars Menu: pan roasted trout with porcini mushrooms, leeks & jamon serrano They served a rotating fish, seasonally available. The preparation, the sear of the skin, and all the sides are simply superb. Also highly recommend.

Some of the best food I've had in Seattle. Every flavor pairing is well thought out and delicious. Absolutely recommend eating on the kitchen level; the lively energy is refreshing for an upscale restaurant. Don't skip the cheeses!

Spanish/Basque cuisine in a setting that makes you feel transported to Spain. It has that underground cave / wine cellar feel, and even though it is pricey it is definitely worth the special occasion. We had the championes (sauteed mushrooms with garlic), calabaza (roasted squash with almond romesco), berenjena (roasted eggplant with tomato sauce, cheese), lubina (pan roasted sea bass), and iberico de bellota (acorn fed black pig with cider sauce and potatoes. The mushrooms were the highlight, with a rich and layered wine sauce and perfect garlicky flavor. The sauce reduction was seriously a revelation, and I've been cooking with more red wine reduction since then. The calabaza's almond remesco had a delicious peppery flavor with almost a slight fermented taste. That was really special and amazing too. Finally, the pig with cider sauce was perfectly cooked, and the sauce was the perfect level of acidity and richness to contrast the meat. I'd say the sea bass was okay - a little plain for my taste. Roasted veggies all around were pretty straightforward and a bit pricey, the anchovies in the roasted eggplant didn't quite pair well together. Our server was fantastic and we really enjoyed the wine pairings he recommended. Overall, this place is absolutely magical of a setting and depending on what you order, will certainly deliver on the tapas and Basque cuisine front as well.

Went here for our anniversary dinner and I cannot remember the last time I happy food danced with every single dish. Nothing was disappointing. Tastebuds were singing. Amazing experience with great service. The upstairs chefs bar area was quite loud, but the downstairs dining rooms were perfect for a romantic dinner. We ordered the bread with olive oil dip, Serrano, Mojama, Garbanzos, Gamba, Iberico de Bellote, Tarte de queso and Tarte de chocolate. We we're very full but also happy. Our new favorite Seattle restaurant for special occasions.

The restaurant has two levels. The upper level is a bit crowded and noisy. The lower level is like wine cooler. With wine bottles on the wall. It is cozy and quiet. The dishes are tasty but small. They are too pricey for the size. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The mushrooms are great. The bread was ok with to much flour and hard to break. The omelet was good decoration ; but no flavor. It was too bland. You can try this for a different cuisine.

Cosy setting to catch up with a good buddy over a few Spanish small plates from the Basque region, and a nice bottle of Tempranillo Wine from Spain. Had the Tortilla Española Potato Omelette and Grilled Ibérico de Bellota before going big on desserts with the Chocolate Cake, Caramel Tart, and Olive Oil Wine Cake.

Service was amazing. They really took the time to go over the food and wine menu and kindly refilled our bread basket. The food was delicious but very small portions- the cutest paella pan I've ever seen. It does take some time for the food to be prepared as most need to be roasted. I would definitely consider again for a special occasion. No parking available and lots of construction in the area during our visit.

My new favorite restaurant in Seattle!! The food was so good. Ambiance is very intimate and cozy. We sat at the chefs counter and could see the magic happen. My favorite was the octopus and pork. The octopus was so tender and the iberico pork was dressed in the most luscious sauce. Can't wait to go back!!

We were served by the incredible Juan Carlos. We had been wanting to check out the Harvest Wine forever, and finally decided to try to sneak in without a reservation as soon as they opened! We sat at the bar and had a front row seat at their open kitchen concept. We were there for a quick bite and 2 glasses of wine. We paired a Rezebal 2021 with the clams. I always prefer whites with seafood, but definitely could have drank a light, fruity red. The sauce was abundant and we dipped our bread in it throughout. You cannot go without ordering bread and olive oil here. The refreshing white paired well with the salty and fatty clams. This was followed by a recommended Rioja with the Cow's tongue. The lengua de vaca was the star of the show. The cheese and chiles were perfection over the meat that was sliced so thinly it felt like a cloud. We had a late night reservation or else we would have had several other plates. We cannot wait to come back!

As restaurants go this deserves 5 stars. I almost gave it 4, but that would not be fair in the overall restaurant scene. If I could give a 4.5, that's what I'd score it. The main reason being is that the bread fell short (it was great Rustic bread but I was expecting a bit more and it was served cold, and some of the flavors on the dishes could be perfected. Someone mentioned the price was reasonable but I felt it was high, so the value was not to my standard to give it a 5 star. Food: It was delicious overall! The shrimp dish was good but could have had a little more zing. The eggplant was very flavorful and nicely prepared. The octopus was delicious and grilled perfectly. I think the presentation could have been a little nicer (but it is the taste that counts to most). The clams were very tasty and the sauce was good for the bread. The pork was hands down my favorite! Very tender and cooked to perfection. The dessert was a custard on top of espresso mousse and a sweet liquor over it. It was delicious. The wine selection was amazing and one could find many reasonably priced bottles! I'd go back just for the Spanish wine. Ambience: rustic and cozy with a lot more space than I thought. Service: very good service. They were attentive and kind.

Terrific tapas meal with a great friend. We sat on the lovely back porch. Inside was nice but seemed a little noisy. Food was AMAZING. not just your "usual suspects " for tapas in America. We started with the gazpacho. Had the tortilla española, the gambas, pulpos, and their signature pork (iberico de bellota). Server was incredibly smart on Spanish wine which was helpful given the overwhelmingly long wine list. Food was staged to perfection and everything came out at a perfect pace. Excellent experience. Would come back again and again!

It is such a quaint spot! The few tables inside are still very close to the bar where you can see the kitchen at work. There's a downstairs area so maybe it's much bigger than I think Would get again: iberico, mushroom dish, prawn paella-like dish Pass: Squash with hazelnuts, sea bass (sorry don't remember the official names of these dishes haha)

It was 20 years ago that I was first introduced to the Harvest Vine. I lived next door, in a townhouse on Madison, and would walk my puppy everyday by this culinary institution. There was always the most gracious of hosts setting up for the evening while I walked by, and soon I would come in for a glass of Cava and a nibble before the rush. Tonight I ventured back in, having moved away a long time ago, and Juan Carlos (the aforementioned host) said - "where have you been?" It felt like home. The ambiance is warm and inviting. The service is impeccable, and... the food. Oh, the food. Everything is beautifully plated, seasoned, and served to perfection. We had the beet salad, anchovy skewers, jambon serrano, pulpo, olives, and flan. It was all that I remembered, beautiful in its simplicity with gorgeous ingredients, but also elevated to compete with any restaurant today. It made me miss this corner of the world I used to call home, and also grateful for not only the memories I enjoy, but the fact that this restaurant has stood the test of time, and I can come back and enjoy. I'll be as bold to say that every person visiting or living in Seattle should have the opportunity to experience an intimate evening at the Harvest Vine at least once, and please, if you do, pay your respects to Juan Carlos. I don't know how I've lived here for so long and not been to this place. It. Is. Phenomenal. A hidden gem in the quaint little neighborhood between Cap Hill and Madison Park, boasts huge flavors and simply the best wine list! I am partial to Spanish wines but wow were they impressive! We had the albarino and tempranillo rose with the manchego to start on the patio. It was a beautiful summer evening in just the cutest tapas restaurant. We could have been anywhere in the world at that moment. Next we had the seared goat cheese on peas (a must order!) And that was followed by the risotto and sea bass dishes. Don't be fooled by the term "tapas" as there is plenty of savory food, portion-wise, on each dish to satisfy your hunger and craving for some umami. The service was good and food was prepared quickly. We were never left wondering when someone was going to come back and check on us and they were also not in our faces constantly. I can't wait to return already!

My partner surprised me with a dinner here as the grand finale for my birthday (and he gets all the props for picking great spots all day/evening) and it was absolutely delicious and wonderful. I wasn't feeling too well from the heat so we kept it simple and ordered just a few dishes: baguette, Ossau Iraty cheese, olive oil ($7 seemed a but steep for it but it was very fragrant), tortilla, grilled pork, and lots of cider and brut. Service was a little clunky, perhaps too casual(?) for such an elegant little neighborhood restaurant. I would love to come back and try the octopus and the shrimp next time. The olive oil white wine cake was delicate and was the perfect finish to the meal.

Multi layered restaurant with tasty food. In particular, we enjoyed the Serrano and cheese for appetisers, but everything was good. The service was friendly and laid back. There was an open kitchen, which is always entertaining. We will definitely go back.

So expensive and sometimes you wonder if it's worth it but a main stay for the neighborhood and a true taste of spain if you need it

I'm not sure how I didn't hear about this place sooner! I love Spanish tapas was glad to stumble across this place in my search for a birthday restaurant! When I came the table and I shared the pan con aceite, tortilla espanola, pulpo a la gallega, iberico de ballota, lubina, and tarta de chocolate. Everything was amazing but the standout was the iberico de ballota - don't leave here without ordering it the pork is cooked perfectly and the sauce is amazing. They also have a huge selection of wines, we tried the Spanish wine 'Muga' and it was so delicious that we already picked up a couple of bottles from the store to have it again. I will definitely be coming back here.

Fantastic food and great atmosphere. We used to come here for brunch years ago, but haven't been here recently. We finally came back for anniversary dinner and weren't disappointed. Tortilla española and roasted Berenjena were great, octopus and beef were even better. The plates are meant to be shared tapas style, but they are also big enough for one. Now, their dessert menu also looked great. I highly recommend flourless lemon scented almond tarta de Santiago and goat's milk cheesecake with roasted figs, both being not super-sweet, so you can eat them guilt-free :) The service is attentive and precise, but not overbearing, just as you'd want when you are eating with friends or family. We'll definitely be back.

Friendly homey neighborhood feel. Wonderful tapas. Everything tasted awesome. Pricey but worth it. Service was excellent. The owner stopped frequently to check on us. We especially enjoyed the venison on this visit.

Way overpriced for what are offered. The dishes are all much smaller portions than what are shown here. Food quality is mediocre at best. Very ordinary food in small portions at jacked up prices. Do not recommend.

First visit and it was phenomenal. Had the tortilla española, the pulpo and the vaca. The vaca was hands down the best but everything was delicious. Cooked perfectly and seasoned so well. High quality ingredients and authentic flavors. Wish there were even more tapas. All of the staff are friendly - there's a lively environment. Just good vibes, for desert had the tarta de Santiago. So good and moist with the rich cream and lemon curd. Would always order this. Highly recommend for a date night or evening with friends.

Ambiance: a wonderful Spanish vibe feel (especially down stairs). You really felt like you left Seattle. Service: surprisingly, standard Food: ah one if my favorite tapa place! So much flavor in all the small dishes and then you throw on that Spanish vibe... feels like Spain!

Always a phenomenal meal! Highly recommend you come hungry and order it all. Huge wine selection so take a taxi too. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Great for girls night out or a romantic date.

To begin, I wasn't sure which door was the entry, so we picked one and both still seemed odd. The restaurant was slow upstairs but full of staff and not one even looked up to greet us. After standing awkwardly, a man looked at us like we were an inconvenience and said "do you have a reservation?" and we did. He walked away and told another lady our name and the lady said it'd be about 5 minutes while they set our table up. No problem- besides where do we stand and wait? This was unwelcoming and uncomfortable to say the least. We are then taken downstairs after a very long 5 minutes trying to decide if we should just leave, but we wanted to give the food a try since we'd never been. Server was friendly enough- she helped us pick a wine which was delicious. No help or recommendations with the menu so we chose the cheese plate and meat plate to start. Presentation was great, but no explanations of what the meats or cheeses were. It was dissatisfying because she knew we had never been there. We also ordered the tortilla espanola and vaca (grilled beef) which both were perfect tapas sizing and very familiar flavors from Spain. Overall, food was good, wine was great, service was subpar, but experience was not desirable. Sadly, I will not visit again. I'm a huge believer in experience- I write ALL my reviews based on just that because I feel food can be a 12/10 but without the whole experience, it can never be worth the time we share around a meal. I had high hopes based on reviews.

MANDOLIN CITY! This place favors the group that's willing to share tapas. We went with another couple who shared an enthusiasm for these small plates and fine Spanish wines. Every dish comes with olive oil so stay stocked up on the bread. We appreciated the use of the mandolin for many of the tapas we ordered. Finley sliced with a good blade. I think 2-3 plates per person is a good place to start, the staff was also wicked smart with wine pairings so trust their recommendations. Great place place to go when you're dating with kids.

The food at this restaurant was genuinely good--flavorful, well-prepared, and definitely worth trying. However, the dining experience was bad. Our server, Juan, seemed to be rushing us the entire time. We wanted to ask a few questions about the menu, but every time we tried to engage, he would walk away almost immediately, making it hard to have any interaction. It left us feeling a bit unwelcome and unable to fully enjoy the meal. We were here for an anniversary and it left us a bitter taste in our mouth. It is also my first time taking my friends visiting from another country here and I felt bad that they had to experience this. It's a shame because the food really was great, but the service took away from the overall experience.

There is only indoor dining and we made a dinner reservation a few days beforehand. 2) Ambience (+): I love the cozy and rustic vibe of the restaurant - there is an entire downstairs area as well that would be great for a private party. 3) Food (+): We shared a selection of amazing tapas including the Remolachas (red and golden beet salad with a sherry vinegar, olive oil and garlic dressing), Lengua (braised beef tongue with peppers and aioli - this was my favorite item from the menu though it was a little heavy on the aioli), Champinones (sauteed button mushrooms with garlic and sherry), Lubina (pan roasted sea bass with crispy bacon and aioli), the Sepias a la plancha (piece of seared cuttlefish on a bed of squid ink noodles with aioli - another favorite of mine from the menu). I also highly recommend the Brazo Gitano for dessert - it's a deliciously decadent chocolate roll cake with caramel sauce and roasted pear. 4) Alcohol/Drinks (+): There is a very large selection of wines and no bar. We ordered a bottle of red and a rose - both were very good. 5) Value for Money (+): The prices are very reasonable for the quality and diversity of options with prices in the $10-$15 range for smaller tapas and $15-30 for the meat and seafood entrees.

What a gem! We stumbled upon this place on a random Wednesday night. They were able to get us in no problem! We sat at the chefs counter and had a great time watching the chefs do their thing. I spent 5 weeks in Spain and I have to say, the food is excellent! We had the jamon, olives, tortilla, the sea salt croquetas, and the sausage. Everything was cooked to perfection. Totally authentic in my opinion. The service was what really exceeded our expectations. Juan Carlos was friendly, diligent, and knowledgeable. He even gave us complimentary sherry to end our night. Seriously so sweet! There is a lot of construction outside of the building but don't let it deter you, Harvest Vine is SO worth it!

A gem of Madison park. Need I say more? Well I shall. Came here on a cozy Friday night with another couple. We sat downstairs in a very intimate, candle lit environment. We had much white wine (great recommendations from the waitress) and a plethora of small plates to share. My hypothesis with this restaurant.....simple, quality food but done well. And drenched in olio (deliciouso). Will be back for more smol plates and more EVOO

The food was OK. It's a great ambience acute neighborhood bistro with a great back patio. The servers and staff are awesome! I was a little underwhelmed with the food. Great wine list.

Every item we ordered was incredible. Our favourite was the cauliflower, but we also tried the beef tongue, the clams, the lamb chops and the lemon cake. Every single thing was perfect! The staff were lovely. The space is also quite reminiscent of little tapas places in Spain. Overall, a great experience.

This restaurant is first class. Everything we ordered was delicious. The service was 1st class. The ambiance is divine. Highly recommend.

Harvest Vine is one of our family's favorite places to dine on special occasions - it's fairly casual as far as the atmosphere and style of service, but the food is so elegant and delicious. The ingredients are the stars of the meal. All of the vegetable dishes are amazing; this evening we had the beets and the peas - no photos of them because we snarfed them down too quickly. The seafood always shines here, too; without fail we order the pulpo every time we dine here. The octopus is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and so balanced with the pimenton, potato and olive oil. The perfect bite. HV has an extensive Spanish wine list, including many wines that are hard to come by in the Seattle area. Same goes for their after-dinner sherry list - so many good options to choose from, and they are all great compliments to the caramel-y richness of the flan and the basque cheesecake.

I had a lovely meal. We ordered quite a few things off the menu it was all delicious. The wine was fantastic. The only drawback was the service was super slow, but pleasant, ambiance was nice but it was a bit loud.

We've been regulars to harvest vine for many years. As in we had kids since then, they're grown ups now, but we used to bring them to brunch there (they unfortunately don't serve brunch anymore). The food is seasonal and quite spectacular: small plates that you share with the rest of the table. It's very well done, food is fantastic. I don't think there's a plate I wouldn't recommend. My favorite is the tortilla espanola partly because that's what I enjoyed when they served brunch... but all the food there is fantastic. The service is just outstanding, the crew hasn't changed much, proving how nice the place is. The ambiance is charming, it's not loud, you can hear people having a great time and you can still hold a quiet convo. Highly recommended!

We came here to celebrate another very special birthday! The olive oil sampler was so much fun for the four of us to talk about as we tasted the three flavors. Bread refills on the olive oil sampler. We sat in the basement of the restaurant, and it was very homey and warm. You can't go wrong with any of the tapas or desserts but my favorites were - Seared Foie - Sea Bass - Flan

Overall solid tapas spot. All of the dishes we tried were good, but the Iberico was the only one really worth writing home about. It was super tender and savory and delicious. The little anchovy olive starter was also really great and unique. The mushrooms were a bit disappointing - the texture was right on but they were missing that umami flavor. We also had the octopus, which had a nice flavor but was a bit rubbery and portion was quite small. Also wasn't a huge fan of the way it was paired with the soft potato. The Spanish wine, however, was fantastic. Our server was also wonderful and there's a nice vibe downstairs, but the lighting is a bit harsh. Would be better if dimly lit. Would come back to sit at the bar, grab a bottle of wine and eat the iberico again.

Probably my favorite place to go to for the best tapas in town. I finally went back for the second time after being there years ago. Their pulpo dish is absolutely the best, and still the same high quality, perfectly cooked dish. We did not order a paella this time but they do an amazing one here. You must get that and the pulpo if this is your first time. This time we got a mix of pork, ham, clams and octopus and everything was perfect in every way. I recommend getting a seat at the bottom floor, which is a very intimate cozy space surrounded by brick walls and endless wine bottles.. the ambiance absolutely takes me back to Italy. Its a good place for both casual or fancy dinner, but id say the overall ambiance is more suitable for date nights/celebrations etc.
