"Open for decades on the edge of the old city, this stylish and quirky spot serves a mixture of Northern Thai classics and those with a more modern twist. Premium ingredients like New Zealand beef are a feature, as are organic vegetables and daily picked herbs from their nearby Ginger Farm. The seasonally changing menu includes the Chiang Mai platter – an ideal way to sample an array of dishes. Pair your food with one of their many lovely cocktails and to extend your evening, continue on to the House Lounge next door." - Michelin Inspector

Beautiful, spacious restaurant with lovely décor and a relaxing atmosphere. The farm-to-table idea is great, and the food itself wasn’t bad — flavors were decent. The Miang Kham was a bit dry and not as flavorful as usual, the fresh rolls were sticky (though they tasted ok), and the steak was rather tough. Everything came out almost at the same time, and the steak was already cold — we hadn’t even touched the appetizers yet. We were hoping to enjoy it fresh, but it didn’t seem like it was prepared to order. The garlic on the steak plate was also dry — a small touch of oil could’ve made it better (or maybe it was just for decoration!). The biggest issue, though, was the cucumber, which wasn’t fresh — without that, the meal would’ve been much better. I even ate one before noticing a mold spot, hopefully it wasn’t a bad one. My boyfriend ended up with a stomach ache afterward, though I didn’t — he had most of the duck, so we’re not sure what caused it, maybe just too much meat. Maybe we came too early and they used ingredients from the night before, but that shouldn’t happen for a place like this. Still, it’s a pleasant spot for the ambiance.

We came here without knowing that it was a Michelin star restaurant. But it was a great surprise. It had a very good atmosphere with excellent decor. The food is great. We had the le crispy pork with Thai basil and the khao soi with braised beef. Both very good. The appetizer mix is also very good for the price. The waiters are very efficient and friendly.

One of the best Pas Thai in town. Deep fried Lotus root is amazing as well as Fresh Spring Roll. Steam seafood curry in young Coconut is one of my favorite. Cocktail and drink are amazing. The service is excellent. Just communicate and explain how I would like the level of spicy because I am not prefer spicy and not sweet. Overall is one of the best in town👏

We went on a Saturday evening with no reservations and there were no seats indoors, which was a pity as the interior looked beautiful. We settled for the outdoor seats, which were low and didnt seem too clean. While it wasnt very comfortable dining in dim lighting, the dishes were mostly excellent and well-presented.

I visit this restaurant since I was in high school and now almost 30 yo. The atmosphere and service are amazing but the food options are limited. They mostly serve Thai fusion/ twisting food but the taste is good. The price is generally higher than others. It is usually fully booked during high seasons or festivals. Not many parking. Better make a reservation before you go.

What a pleasant surprise this was. Without any expectations we reserved a table here and were stunned what was about to follow. We felt like we have traveled back in time. Back to a time where smartphones have not been invented yet and people were still talking to eachother. A time where a visit to a restaurant was about the food and the atmosphere and not about instagramability. We ordered the braised beef which was de-li-cious. Such a round taste, with tender bites of slow braised beef in a heartwarming coconut sauce. The dumplings and the other appetizers were on point where as the beetle leaves stood out. I would definitely come here again even tho it is, in comparison to other Thai places - a bit more expensive.

Absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and authentic! One of the best Thai meals I've ever had. The staff was kind and welcoming too. Highly recommend.

Food: 8/10 Atmosphere: 8/10 A decent restaurant where you can find all Thai specialties in one. The food was traditional, suitable for first-time visitors. Not many options for drinks so we mostly opted for coconuts. The food was a bit spicy and salty as they should be. Prices were fair.
