Rice’s early Spanish revival buildings that was turned into the present-day hotel in 1940. As part of the overhaul the property is replacing its main dining hub, Morada, with two new venues—Lilian’s and Bing Bar—both to be run by Clique Hospitality, and the project is being positioned as a gathering space for hotel guests and area residents.
