"Liu Xiaomian @ The Jackalope, W1G 7EQ / Tues-Sat / Indefinitely A long-ish term fixture that nobody should take for granted, Liu Xiaomian is Charlene Liu and Liu Qian, a duo from Chongqing who started making noodles and dishing them out at markets a few years back. The menu features numbing wontons, three xiaomian noodles—one vegan, one pork, one pork and chickpea—all packing a Sichuan peppercorn punch, plus daily specials. They’ve also set up shop in Aldgate Tap, a walk-in situation in Aldgate where you’ll find the same menu. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

Highly recommended place. (May be not, it can be too crowded) we had nice german beers with cheaper prices. Bonus : delicious noddle at downstairs. The best pub in Marylebone (by far)

Lively pub with good Asian fare - the noodles are quite yummy and the drinks are well portioned. You have to order from the bar / the counter for food and drink, which is a bit annoying (so the only table service is clearing glasses and plates). But the staff is friendly and it gets loud and vibey in good weather.

Small menu selection but it was on point with the most delicious noodles and the soup is sublime. As soon as we stepped in we could smell the familiar scent of Sichuan peppers

Amazing place located off the beaten track. Came for a quick drink, first visit. It has the feel of a proper old fashioned pub, beautifully done. Prices exceptionally reasonable and a good choice. Gregg was an absolute star behind the bar, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They also have a small restaurant downstairs but I didn't stay too try. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for an enjoyable visit (and sorry again for knocking my drink over)

4.5 bright ones. The bar wasn't open in the pub upstairs, which we can only acknowledge as a shame. That being said, the pub is a little beauty and they appear to have a good range of beers with some good cask options. Food is sold downstairs and was delicious. Just what you'd hope for and it was great for my sniffles. I've wanted to come here for a while and the food held up. If the bar is open next time and the pub has good beer and chat flowing, I'll bump the review up to 5 stars.

Consistently great pub - food is fantastic if you fancy it, if not, great place for a pint - either inside if you can find space, or out on the cobbles. Ales are always quality and very reasonably priced for central London (I’ve had sub £4.00 pints here before, albeit a weak percentage). Lager selection is vast. Recommend extra hot on the noodles

Lovely hidden gem! The pub is everything you want from a local. Quick service, great selection of beers and some excellent bar snacks. Downstairs was serving up some killer noodles by LIU Xiaomain. We went for the beef and pork dumplings. Both excellent but could have had a bit more beef in the bowl. Only slight gripe. Go HOT when asked!

Great selection of beers, reasonably priced by London standards and poured to perfection. Ideal to wash down the amazing noodles from the Chinese restaurant in the basement - it's the perfect combo of pints and munchies. Expect the Jay Raynor review waxing lyrical soon!!!!
