The Jaywalkers Second Line Band

Had a fantastic second line parade with Darlene leading the charge of 70 guests for my 70th birthday in the Quarter. It was my 2nd time using this fabulous band and Jerry and Darlene Ebree made everything work. A great turn-key organization and wonderful musicians! I highly recommend The Jay Walkers!

I am the coordinator for an event That is held yearly in New Orleans and this is the band that we have used every year for the past three years. The couple that owns it, Jerry and Darlene are amazing and super professional about making sure that there is escorted in safety and comfort while having the best time ever! If you were in NOLA are in need of a second line band. This is absolutely the company that you need to be. 10 out of 10 will be using again next year.

We hired The Jaywalkers for a second line parade in the French Quarter for my husband's 75th birthday. Our group of 20 family and friends ranged in age from 25 to 76. Everyone agreed it was the best party they had ever attended. The band is excellent. They play great dixieland music and everyone along the parade route comes pouring out of the bars and into the streets to watch or join your parade. We must be in thousands of people's videos of their vacation in New Orleans. Our parade Grand Marshall, Denise Embree, literally danced to the music for the entire length of the parade route. I would recommend having a second line parade for any special occasion. You will love it and your guests will love it. Denise will take care of all the details, parade permits, the police escort, and answer all your questions. You just show up ready to party, and they do all the rest.

I surprised my husband with the Jaywalkers Second Line Band, including a police escort, down and around the French Quarter for his 60th birthday. If you're looking for an extra special treat for your special event, hire the Jaywalkers! Our group said it was the most fun they have ever had in their lives. Words can’t express how special Jerry and Darlene made my 47th Birthday. This parade is one that you really had to be there to understand how much fun and love was put into the parade. My 47th Birthday was perfect

My 40th Bday would have been incomplete without The Jaywalkers - this experience was the most incredible way to usher in a new decade! Even the most unsure were absolutely raving about how much fun they had after Darlene and The Jaywalkers led us in an unforgettable Second Line. Darlene is an entertainer extraordinaire and The Jaywalkers are extremely talented musicians…if you throw a party in New Orleans and you don’t hire them, you didn’t do it right!
